Yamaha SZR purchased on Jan 2015, after 5 month the left front shocker leaked and informed to SHREE NIWAS AUTO SALES, JUHI KANPUR, service center, they said next service they will replace it, This continued for next one and half year each every time I received next date for replacement and today I came to know that there is no entry of services in online.
All bills are attached. In last two bills they write and give that they will change it in next service on BILL No. 3312 Job No. 2743 & Invoice No 5 and Job no. 4 but
no progress.
Will I get justice ?
Kindly do the needful...

    Hello sir, i have yamaha fz version 2 - blue colour
    I baught it 2 years ago from Shree Vighharta showroom .
    But the problem is i haven't received my vehicles papers yet..whenever i tried to call them they don't received the call or they change their number and most of the times their showroom shutter is down so i unable to meet them since long.
    Whenever i meet them they promised me that they will send vehicles papers as early as possible . But i still not received any document from them.
    I am using TC number for my bike since i baught it.

    Fazer fi engine problem of my bike no BR01CR2972 I just visited several time for pickup problem but I didn't get solutions after paying a heavy amount of bill n according to Yahama policy if any problem in engine it should be replaced bt they didn't so please help me out from this problem

      I have given my bike for servicing at Sri Ganesh motors lb Nagar, at time of delivery I have waited for more than 1 hour and bike is full of oil, no proper response from anyone​. My bike no TS08EH8783 and model is Yamaha fzs version 2.

      It's better to shut down your service center in stead of waisting you money and our time & money

        Hii, respected sir, I visited the kamla Yamaha at lower parel at 30/03/2017. I wants to service my bike FZS but due to some reason I was not kept the bike for service over their at that time the advisor who's name is Mr. Dharma behave a rudely with me and spoken I should pay the estimation charges of Rs 250 /-to his dealer I requested him I will be came tomorrow surely but he kept a my bike key in his table. After whenever I was going to paid the charges than that guy not having a swiped machine. They forced to paid me in cash mode. I am really in trouble that's why it was not possible to kept the bike for service today. in whole process was very time consuming and my family was hospitalized, so, Regarding whole this matter I am going to launch the complaint in consumer foram.

          Worst service in yamaha, no proper response. I bought Fascino bike 8 months back, from the beginning i an facing mileage issue, when i checked with service manager, said initial stage mileage will be less only, later only it will increase, but as of now, mileage getting down only, also tried to call serveral times yamaha customer service, no one picked the call from customer service. World worst company.

            I cannot get a air woes for fz-s I have walk in several time to yahama showroom in Padi the respond to the customer is worst if v didn't able to get small product than what is the use of buying a yahama bike the air woes is not available in outside market but in our own outlet also don't haveing stock for it . if we place order several time also it is not avalable in ur own outlet it is worst experience to have a Yamaha bike

              I have give my alpha scooter for accident repair, they took near one month to get parts, when i contacted the delar ship for inquiry of my vehicle i didn't get any replay, if i call they took the call always tell supervisor is gone for lunch every time i have experienced same answer from the person who took my cal, finely i desided to go and meet the head of service to tell complaint why this much delay he replied me that due to lake of fund they cant oder the parts, total bill amt is around rs10000, this much amt is not providing the delar then why are giving authorization for such persons how are no able to make fund, i am also working in authorized delar, me having two more vehicle all works are take from delars only, 1st time i am experiencing this, next time on words i wont go to yamaha delar to repair my vehicle

                Bought alpha on 27 apr. 2014 The vehicle is given mileage 30to35 . Service station and Dealer were contacted to correct the issue. But the problem has not been attended.. I already spent lot of time and suffered inconvenience. During the first free service problem was again stated to the manager. But vehicle was returned without resolving the issue. Very disappointing.
                Sales dealer and Workshop name Vishawkarma motor Thakurdwara every service i raised the issue of low mileage but they not resolve it . Now i contact the toll free no. in mid of dec.2016 then after 3month some engneer contacted by mobile & i visited 23/03/2017 & i visited the workshop & they resolve the issue but they charge Rs1741/- why i pay this amount because the fault of yahma. who will pay my fuel cost which i consumed. if yhama not reverse my payment i go to consumer court. pl. resolve the issue.

                  I brought Fazer Version 2 exactly 2 months back. And I can see that now bike itself is not starting. the switch to on headlights is not working before..

                  what kind of product is this...Am I given a good product ??

                  when I call service people yamaha hyderabad erragadda, they said that we will come by an hour and I called them after an hour he says again an hour this has led to more than 12 hours what kind of service you people are giving if this is what you people want to do don't sell these kind of products anymore.

                    I Ravi Ranjan Jha, have given my bike to Gupta motors Bikaner service center for repairing some parts on 22.03.2017, Rajasthan, which demaged in accident, there was insurance coverage, insurance company made their survey on 22.03.2017 itself. Today is 25.03.2017 there is no progress in repairing, when I called the person attends servicing, what I got reply is that they are not having parts available at store which to be changed, now they are telling it will take 8-10 days from today onwards,
                    Sir I need bike on urgent basis due to some problem, but they are not ready to hear. I got reply by them is not satisfactory. So I request you to please make an arrangement to get the bike repaired at the earliest.

                      Bought Fascino on 17 Feb, 2017. The vehicle is not starting by SELF. Service station and Dealer were contacted to correct the issue. But the problem has not been attended. Customer was also advised to get it battery charged from private mechanic indicating workshop does not want to look into the problem. Customer has already spent lot of time and suffered inconvenience. During the first free service on 16, March, 2017 problem was again stated to the manager. But vehicle was returned without resolving the Self Start issue. Very disappointing.

                        Hi,
                        I want to buy a bike FZS v2.0 on 23rd March, 2017 at Pearl Yamaha, Kondapur(Gachibowli-Miyapur road).
                        They are asking 2% extra charges. Why should I give extra 2% for paying through credit card.

                        I need to know the reason for this 2% extra charging.
                        Why they are encouraging people for cash transactions when the whole world is going for cash less.

                        Should I buy the bike or not? If yes, I don't want to pay extra 2%.
                        Please let me know your responce by 23rd March 2017. So that I will go futher.

                          I have booked a yamaha bike on 28 december 2016. I paid the complete amount of rs. 96000 approx. For fzs (Fi) black smx on
                          18 feb 2017. I have received the insurance of tata aig on 23 feb 2017. On 18 feb 2017, i was promised that my bike will be delivered along with permanent number/ registration/fitting/complete accessories
                          Within 10 working days. It has been a month and i am disappointed with the outcome that kings motors yamaha, baner road, pune could not meet their commitments and did not deliver the bike as registration process took
                          Longer time than expected/promised to the customer.

                          In case the dealer and Yamaha people are not able to provide the bike with permanent number, accessories by 6 PM on 27 march 2016( as per your latest commmitment ), customer will only ask for refund and no delivery of bike would be accepted after 6 pm today. The same has been intimated to customer- care, dealer and if required, legal action would be taken starting tomorrow morning and "refund of amount by 100 % paid for bike" would only be the case accepted from tommorrow - 28 March 2017.

                            Sir, I visited the Yamaha showroom M/S Jayshree Wheels, Nashik, for purchase of Fascino Two Wheeler during first week of February, 2017, and request to handover the vehicle on 1st March, 2017 duly completed with Insurance, Registration and Fitting, etc . The sales manager told me that the vehicle can be delivered on first March 2017 duly completed in all respect only if the entire amount is paid in advance. Accordingly, I paid the amount of Rs 65500/-( which includs the RTO taxes, registration and fittings ect.) through cheque on 10th of February, 2017 and the amount of Rs 65500/- was credited to the account of the dealer on15th of February, 2017. I took delivery of the vehicle on 1st March, 2017. But the RTO registration has not been done so far. The dealer did not hand over any document of the vehicle, except the Insurance papers. Now, in spite of so many requests to the dealer and the the Company"s customer care centre, no action is being taken. Complaint has been registered by Yamaha Motor India vide no Customer complaint number is IC-29874-G9M4 dated 15th March, 2017. No action is being taken by the dealer or by the Company's customer care.

                            I have already mail my complaint to you and the same has been registered on 15th March. but no action has been taken by you or the dealer. Now, I want to know the reasons for not taking action in time by the dealer to get register the vehicle before delivery, as the entire amount of the vehicle was paid on 10th of February and the vehicle was delivered on 1st of March. The amount of Rs 65500/- was paid to the dealer and no action was taken till writting to the consumer forum and the amount was with the dealer. I want interest for the period from 10th February to 22nd March. as had the amount been kept in the bank I would have earn interest and moreover, the problems I faced due to non registration, could have been avoided. The concern dealer's staff may be asked to make good the loss.

                            THE SHOWROOM REPRESENTATIVE VISITED MY HOUSE ON 11/11/2017, AFTER A PERIOD OF 9 MONTHS AND REQUESTED ME TO GIVE THE CHESIS NUMBER, SO THAT THE CASE CAN BE CLOSED. I REFUSED TO GIVE THE SAME, AS THIS IS NOT THE PROPER SOLUTION TO MY PROBLEM. MY COMPLAINT HAS NOT YET BEEN SOLVED AND THE YAMAHA COMPANY AND THE SHOW ROOM OWNER SHOULD APOLOGIES FOR THE DELAY AND NOT ATTENDING THE COMPLAINT.

                                जबकि नियम के अनुसार 45 दिनों क अंदर गाड़ी का रजिस्ट्रेशन होना अनिवार्य है, फिर भी मुझे मेरी स्कूटर का आज तक रेगिस्ट्रेश नॉ नहीं मिला है।मेरे द्वारा डीलर को पूरा पेमेंट कर दिया गया है अब डीलर मुझे झटके मार रहा है।मेरे द्वारा आपको गाड़ी का इंजिन और चेचिस नॉ फ़ोटो खीच कर भेज जा रहा है।आप भी अपने रिकॉर्ड में मेरे स्कूटर की जानकारी देख कर उक्त कार्यवाही करे।।

                                कृपया कर के डीलर के प्रति उक्त कार्यवाही कर मेरे स्कूटर का रजिस्ट्रेशन दिलवाने की कृपा करे।।

                                अतः निवेदन है की उक्त शोरूम का रिकॉर्ड चेक करे।।

                                  I have purchase yamaha fascino 3 march 2017 from s d motors kasarwadi before one day of delivery (2 march 2017) sales person told that light on off switch is not available in new models & it is government new rule it is my fault that i have accept is after 2 weeks i calling for number plat sales person told you not submit helmet bill so your passing process not be done & helmet bill is also government new rule
                                  I calling to yamaha call center that person say light on off switch is "government new rule" is starting from feb 2017 then why sales person not informed about...
                                  My relative also purchase other company bike but they don't have any issue yamaha government is different???

                                  Please refund me & kindly solve this issue as soon as possible

                                  I have new yamaha ray zr disk brake model motorcycle. And i have a problem with parking light problem .the bike has no parking light in the front facing of the bike only had head light . it is a bigger mistakes i think .tell me what is the reason for this. I have no idea what is the issue. And also it has no parking light switch also

                                      I have given my ray z for serving and for insurance ..the claim has done but till my fendeer has not come .and service is also not good..i have problem 2 time about service in kamla yamaha in chinchwad...why this problem is there ...they r trobling me alot pls chek this out my rz was up 6 month in showroom last year and now is to 9 days but still ty r not working on it...beacise of 1 front fender the work has stop

                                        Zero follow up by ur dealers about the delivery status of rayzr booked by me.. My bad luck to get in touch with ur sun motors dealer in annanagar chennai... Can someone look into this??? How many should a client herself will beg to the showroom for the delivery of the bike even after finishing all the procedures... Delay happens agreed.. But y cant these dealers atleast update.. Yamaha company pizzazz for god sake don't entertain such dealers to sell ur products.. Theso ppl will make ur customers run away...
