I have booked a yamaha bike on 28 december 2016. I paid the complete amount of rs. 96000 approx. For fzs (Fi) black smx on
18 feb 2017. I have received the insurance of tata aig on 23 feb 2017. On 18 feb 2017, i was promised that my bike will be delivered along with permanent number/ registration/fitting/complete accessories
Within 10 working days. It has been a month and i am disappointed with the outcome that kings motors yamaha, baner road, pune could not meet their commitments and did not deliver the bike as registration process took
Longer time than expected/promised to the customer.

No Email and No SMS after 23 Feb 2017 has been received by the customer. No status update/ follow up and very slow process by Kings Motors Yamaha in delivery of Yamaha Bike to the customer.

In case the dealer and Yamaha people are not able to provide the bike with permanent number, accessories by 6 PM on 27 march 2016( as per your latest commmitment ), customer will only ask for refund and no delivery of bike would be accepted after 6 pm today. The same has been intimated to customer- care, dealer and if required, legal action would be taken starting tomorrow morning and "refund of amount by 100 % paid for bike" would only be the case accepted from tommorrow - 28 March 2017.

    Sir, I visited the Yamaha showroom M/S Jayshree Wheels, Nashik, for purchase of Fascino Two Wheeler during first week of February, 2017, and request to handover the vehicle on 1st March, 2017 duly completed with Insurance, Registration and Fitting, etc . The sales manager told me that the vehicle can be delivered on first March 2017 duly completed in all respect only if the entire amount is paid in advance. Accordingly, I paid the amount of Rs 65500/-( which includs the RTO taxes, registration and fittings ect.) through cheque on 10th of February, 2017 and the amount of Rs 65500/- was credited to the account of the dealer on15th of February, 2017. I took delivery of the vehicle on 1st March, 2017. But the RTO registration has not been done so far. The dealer did not hand over any document of the vehicle, except the Insurance papers. Now, in spite of so many requests to the dealer and the the Company"s customer care centre, no action is being taken. Complaint has been registered by Yamaha Motor India vide no Customer complaint number is IC-29874-G9M4 dated 15th March, 2017. No action is being taken by the dealer or by the Company's customer care.

    I have already mail my complaint to you and the same has been registered on 15th March. but no action has been taken by you or the dealer. Now, I want to know the reasons for not taking action in time by the dealer to get register the vehicle before delivery, as the entire amount of the vehicle was paid on 10th of February and the vehicle was delivered on 1st of March. The amount of Rs 65500/- was paid to the dealer and no action was taken till writting to the consumer forum and the amount was with the dealer. I want interest for the period from 10th February to 22nd March. as had the amount been kept in the bank I would have earn interest and moreover, the problems I faced due to non registration, could have been avoided. The concern dealer's staff may be asked to make good the loss.

    Today The showroom representative handed over me the RTO Tax receipt, but other documents are still awaited, and no further communication whatsoever from the company has been received.

    THE SHOWROOM REPRESENTATIVE VISITED MY HOUSE ON 11/11/2017, AFTER A PERIOD OF 9 MONTHS AND REQUESTED ME TO GIVE THE CHESIS NUMBER, SO THAT THE CASE CAN BE CLOSED. I REFUSED TO GIVE THE SAME, AS THIS IS NOT THE PROPER SOLUTION TO MY PROBLEM. MY COMPLAINT HAS NOT YET BEEN SOLVED AND THE YAMAHA COMPANY AND THE SHOW ROOM OWNER SHOULD APOLOGIES FOR THE DELAY AND NOT ATTENDING THE COMPLAINT.

      I have recently given my vehicle for servicing but there is no change in the condition of vehicle as it is the same . Our main concern was regarding the following..
      *loose Kick rod
      *problem regarding the sound of indicator
      But the person who has done the servicing didn't solve the above issues and instead asked us to submit a complaint. So, please respond to our complaint as soon as possible.

        मुझे आपको शिकायत करते हुऐ यह सूचित करवाना है की बैतूल के यामाहा शोरूम के डीलर मंद्रे ऑटोमोबाइल के द्वारा यामाहा रे स्कूटर का रेगिस्ट्रेश 3 सालो में भी आज दिनांक तक भी नहीं हो पाया है

        जबकि नियम के अनुसार 45 दिनों क अंदर गाड़ी का रजिस्ट्रेशन होना अनिवार्य है, फिर भी मुझे मेरी स्कूटर का आज तक रेगिस्ट्रेश नॉ नहीं मिला है।मेरे द्वारा डीलर को पूरा पेमेंट कर दिया गया है अब डीलर मुझे झटके मार रहा है।मेरे द्वारा आपको गाड़ी का इंजिन और चेचिस नॉ फ़ोटो खीच कर भेज जा रहा है।आप भी अपने रिकॉर्ड में मेरे स्कूटर की जानकारी देख कर उक्त कार्यवाही करे।।

        कृपया कर के डीलर के प्रति उक्त कार्यवाही कर मेरे स्कूटर का रजिस्ट्रेशन दिलवाने की कृपा करे।।

        अतः निवेदन है की उक्त शोरूम का रिकॉर्ड चेक करे।।

          I have purchase yamaha fascino 3 march 2017 from s d motors kasarwadi before one day of delivery (2 march 2017) sales person told that light on off switch is not available in new models & it is government new rule it is my fault that i have accept is after 2 weeks i calling for number plat sales person told you not submit helmet bill so your passing process not be done & helmet bill is also government new rule
          I calling to yamaha call center that person say light on off switch is "government new rule" is starting from feb 2017 then why sales person not informed about...
          My relative also purchase other company bike but they don't have any issue yamaha government is different???

          Please refund me & kindly solve this issue as soon as possible

          Too bad & worst service of Yamaha
          I have new yamaha ray zr disk brake model motorcycle. And i have a problem with parking light problem .the bike has no parking light in the front facing of the bike only had head light . it is a bigger mistakes i think .tell me what is the reason for this. I have no idea what is the issue. And also it has no parking light switch also
          Today is 3rd April one month pass but till my bike not passing yet can u tell me what's is going

                Zero follow up by ur dealers about the delivery status of rayzr booked by me.. My bad luck to get in touch with ur sun motors dealer in annanagar chennai... Can someone look into this??? How many should a client herself will beg to the showroom for the delivery of the bike even after finishing all the procedures... Delay happens agreed.. But y cant these dealers atleast update.. Yamaha company pizzazz for god sake don't entertain such dealers to sell ur products.. Theso ppl will make ur customers run away... Sbm svm motors of tvs and honda are 1000 times better than this sun motors 79, 3rd ave, block m, annanagar east, chennai, tamil nadu 600040

                  Such a horrible service my god purchased a yahama zr ready cash from them when the vehicle was delivered it was full of scratches...When asked they said handling issues...It had no pick looked like they gave a test drive vehicle very disappointed... Finally when the RC book came i was drum struck the number in the number plate and the number in the RC book are two different... They are not capable enough to even provide the correct number provided by the rto...I would have rated them 0 if the option was provided... Kindly don't buy from them...Bloody hell lot people i[censored] want to purchase kindly visit Bangalore wheels in rajajinagar... Amazing service i bet I'll not be disappointed...This above review is for sunil mehta yahama dealer tumkur road Bangalore

                    Sir i had purchased a bike fz16 fi from grand yamaha showroom situating at near bharalumukh police point, a. T road on 08/11/2016 but till today they didn't issue me the number plate receipt i called them day after day but their excuses r same.... Their after sale service is verry poor or can say worst.. They only know how to sales the bike/scooter bcoz of the companies goodwill, but they doesn't know how to resolve the queries or problem and to satisfy the customer and how to talk.
                    Its about
                    4 months & 7 days running but i don't get the number plate & rc. The cops always makes me trouble n asking about the registrn number of my bike & rc.
                    What should i do. After a intolerance they have bound me to fill a complain to your website. Plss take a best action agnst grand yamaha showroom..

                        Till march was started but myh RC was nt issue . 3-4 times traffic police fined me.
                        So many times i call store no response clearly. So disappointed me myh bigger wrongly decision i purshed yahamha bike . Myh cousin same cause but he did rc number avail . Bc he purshed bajaj 220 pulsar. Will be soon resolved the issue No need explanations xyz ...

                        Now a days the peoples those who purchased Yamaha bikes they faced same issue. My friend those who working with me bought the new bike from local yamaha bike seller on 2 months back. But till date they are provided RC copy for bike and we face some difficulties to ride the bike in road as Police will fine for non availability of RC copy.

                          I got a call from somebody(claiming to be from Yamaha, HR department) regarding job and training. The telephonic interview happened and they sent me my reference letter. Afterward, they demanded caution money multiple times (claiming it to be refundable) in order to provide with all the necessary documents and passes required for successful entry and offer. They claimed to send the list of documents via courier before the date of joining which never came to my registered address. I have all the bank and contact details of all the transactions and conversations. It turned out to be a fraud and the contact number is switched off.
                          I request a refund. Kindly help.

                            I have bought fz-s V2 on 14.2.17. I have paid the total amount by cash on same day. Till now the showroom is unable to give the documents (form 20, 21, 22 original). There is no response on calls or visit to showroom. Showroom is situated at some place (Bhadrachalam) and billing address is from other showroom (Kothagudem). Kindly look into the matter. Experienced worst customer response.

                              Today I bought FACINO vehicle, for vehicle +Reg they charged me 67734 but rupees 3528 there is no bill . The agency is not answering convincingly why they charged me extra . FEELING BAD, FEELING CHEATED

                              Also note for compulsory extra fittings i ve paid extra 4267.00 . Total expenditure is 72, 000 for this vehicle .

                                It takes too much time because of service center manager and there's workers. They are too slow and try to avoid customer and there problems. They are also bad manners.

                                  I bought Alpha in July 2015 from Sri Motors. I used to give my vehicle for service in Ekkaduthangal service center. Since the service was poor there, I started giving in Valasaravakkam. It is marginally better than Ekkaduthangal. I have used two wheelers of other brands earlier. Comparing with them, the service in Sri Motors is very poor.
                                  1) Poor cleaning. Cleaning is done by security when the customer comes to take the vehicle.
                                  2) I observed petrol level reduces considerably. There is no proper response to that.
                                  3) While taking the vehicle for service, technicians do not check the vehicle for issues (that the customer may not feel/report) and while delivering, technician does not explain the services carried out to the customer.
                                  Few months back, I have complained to Yamaha India. But I don't see any improvement in service.

                                    I purchased FZ-S in JANUARY 2015, within three months i got engine issues . the problem was with poor quality of VALVE. I gave my vehicle to service center. They kept vehicle for 3-4 days and returned saying that problem is solved. But now again the problem is back, is the quality of your products is so BAD that it is failing every now and then?

                                    I need immediate response for this issue!

                                    Else I know how to make this issue big enough to reach your CEO as even I work in AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY itself.

                                      I purchased bike from amrit motors ludhiana in dec 2015, at the time of purchase i was informed about facilities about the bike. One of the facility was 11 free services as normally only 6 free services are offerd. Also i have taken the extended warranty for rs 777/-. Now as per my job profile, i got transferred to mandi gobindgarh (Near khanna), now dealer is saying that your 6 services has passed so now you have to pay for service.
                                      Also there is only one free service punched in your software while i have availed it 4 times from amrit motors ludhiana till nov 2016. Now although i have paid for extended warranty, i am not getting my extra 5 free services.
                                      As free service data entry and misguide was from dealer side ludhiana, i feel really bad about company policy. I request you to look into the matter urgently and get my earlier free services data punched into your system and credit my 5 extra free services of extended warranty.

                                      Now i have come to know that amrit motors ludhiana's license got cancelled in may 2016, why didn't i got any sms or mail regarding same!

                                        This is Prabhuraj Kulkarni and I'm writing this mail to convey Yamaha motors that the spare parts used in Fascino are of low quality and doesn't comply to standards.

                                        My scooter shock absorber got worse within 2 years o[censored]sage and the same has been communicated to Yamaha showroom in Raja rajeshwari nagar bangalore and since from 3 days they are telling they don't have stock and they are not ready to give warranty for the spare part which is not acceptable as a customer.
