I recently bought a R3 from Vinayaka motors domlur and got very bad image on yamaha...They made a scratch and when reported to managet, He himself says that he will make scratches and can't give 100% of the bike. He also compare bike do get accident so he is asking to consider like that...on top of that coolant is leaking in a new bike but they are least bothered to fix it instead tied a tape on it still not been fixed..On top of that my R3 first service I was there with them, they asked some beginner to train on my bike for servicing as the trained r3 guy was on leave and called a outsider for support him as well, end they serviced it but this is how they service r3 think about your bikes guys, they never give accurate time, imagine i booked seat cover last year for R3 after 2 months they bought a cover from local shop and said yamaha product not available, and still they haven't paid my excess amount which I paid for R3 while purchasing the vehicle, they act like nice but pure poison...

I have called [protected] and informed the same, now the show room called me and mentioned the part is availble for coolant and also ready to give the extra money in cas, where in the declined to pay in cash. This show room is charging 2% charge on debit card usage on top of the bill. Attached the screen shot

Hello... . . This is Kumar. I bought a Yamaha S Z Version 2.0 and the bike front - handlebar to front wheel that area is worst condition. Handlebar is bend and balls are jammed. very very worst service of that yamaha dealer and yamaha factory.

    I need a help. I am facing a problem with my fz16 2009 model...i have done a total of 80k kms and recently did head lapping an cylinder kit change with engine bearings at the Yamaha authorized service center in Coimbatore.

    Problem: upto 500kms i didn't face any problems it was smooth. But after that suddenly when i down shifted the gear from 3rd to 2nd the bike totally stuck, the back wheel is completely locked without any movement. And Everytime i shift gears it give me a noise. Again downshifting stops the bike at the spot.
    What are the possible reasons for it. Service center guys aren't able to identify the actual problem. Im pissed off help me please!

      Dear sir,

      I have bought (Yamaha Ray Z) bike on 15-Feb-2017., there is no light switch. It's working always when using bike key. While asking to the bike dealers, they are telling it wont be off and no sensor, it will bright always morning and night. So by my bike battery has down up very faster. And people are keep on telling my bike light is on at morning by style, like showing fingers open and close.

      There is good respect yamaha bikes. Even though they are releasing bike without light switching is, very nonsense.

      (I want answer me)
      1, what 's the benefits of lights always on?
      2. Why there is no switches?
      3. Why have you not fixed light switch as like other bike? Police men warning me more times.
      5. It's whose mistake yamaha makers or yamaha show room dealers?

      I need quick response, or else i might be post the regards this complaint in Facebook, WhatsApp and Twitter. When we spend our own money, Yamaha dealers not responding properly. It is my first buy from Yamaha and i get disappointed very much.

        Dear Sir/Madam,
        I bought Yamaha R15 V2.0 (Spirit Yamaha, Kothrud, Pune)on 16 Jan 2016 . In last couple of weeks ago I found some bubble on left side panel at the down..Then after some time the paint on the panel is rotten out. Is this quality of paint Yamaha use on their bike which is cost about 1.35 lacks. The quality of paint is to bad. Hope Yamaha will replace it with the new one. Thank you

          I am great fan of Yamaha since my childhood to till now and had huge respect for the same. I wanted to buy the new Yamaha FZ 25 and made my booking on 6th February 2017 at Raj Yamaha Adyar Chennai ( a registered Yamaha dealer) and they gave me a promise that they bike would be delivered by end of this month and I can see the display piece which will be getting delivered next week.

          Now when I called the concerned show room they have said to me that they are clueless and the display piece will be coming by end of this month. When I enquired them why they are going back on their words I got an answer that it is Yamaha that is doing so and not them . When I said that they have made false promise I got a very rude answer that is how it is and just keep the phone down. When I said to him. Whether I can enquire this ambiguous statements of them to Yamaha, I got a very rude answer like do what so ever you want and nothing can be done here .

          After following motogp for all these years, the legacy of Yamaha as I thought it would is not there . I feel so shattered and hollow on how I got a reply from a registered Yamaha show room and why is there such a difference is statements and the way the handle customers before and after booking of the vehicle. And why was there a false promise made ? . I am still in shock and also still believe that Yamaha would not do so and this is just a bad dealer. Hoping for some better customer service and answers here.

            I purchased a yamaha Gladiator on august 2014..On the date of purchase till now there is a valve problem in the bike... but very slow pick up comparing other gladiators and the smoothness becomes rough...there is big oil leaking problem in the exhaust .My vehicle has clocked 20000 kms...now the problems are getting worst...what can i do to cure this bike...?...am in a plan 2 sell tis bike and move to bajaj or honda...If these problem's does not come 2 an end...

              Hi Team,

              This is regarding "No response" from the service/dealer.

              Dealer - Sairam Motors - Ambattur - Chennai

              On half the way travelling the engine turned off automatically. Later there is no supply from battery which was happened on 4th Feb 2017 late night.

              I have reported this issue on 6th Feb 2017 by Morning 10:00 AM. The service had taken the vehicle by afternoon and job card given for the vehicle.

              I did a call in the morning and afternoon of 7th Feb 2017 the team gave response that we will reach you by evening. But no voice from them.

              The same I did on 8th Feb and I was updated that call us by evening and we will update you for sure and Team didn't respond or pick up the call by evening when I did.

              On reaching by phone Morning 9th Feb 2017, I heard by today they will start the investigation since no technician was available for past three days. Adding to that I asked when will I be able to collect my vehicle and I was updated that only by next week I will be able to collect and no assurity about dates.

              Imagine a customer can purchase a bike and periodically give it for service. At no cost he wish to suffer for 10 days without a vehicle which would affect his day to day life.

              I am not sure what kind of action will be taken on this complaint reported.

              As Yamaha customer for the past 7 years at this moment I regret of being an loyal customer.I feel like selling my vehicle and purchase a new one from the market.

              Note - Does Yamaha runs with very less technician?? Since I heard the technician was on leave and bike will not be investigated, I was surprised..

                I bought a fascino on 09/02/2017 new model. It is noticed that the head light always ON mode. I contacted the dealer about this compliant and they are telling that it is as per Govt rules. It results lost of energy, battery and life of bulb reduced. It is suggested that you can put park light always open and head light to be used during night only.

                  I m a resident of bhubaneswar, odisha..I have issues regarding the servicing Yamaha provides in our city.specially Venus Yamaha near crpf Chowk. They take money for service charge and all..still they don't check the necessary things..I just got my bike serviced last week spending 3k bucks...still the ignition is showing problem though I had said the servicing guy about it.                           Hi team, I purchased my Yamaha FZ bike on dated 06 Oct 2016 almost 4 months before and its having tyre issue started from from last 3 months 1 st time i am thinking due to less wind tyre puncture but its affected the whole tyre continuously and its getting puncture almost 30 to 35 times and also tube of valve also damaged and after that replace new one but still i am facing same problem i am continuously communicate with dealer but this guy not available from last 1 month and no one can issue me the authority of letter to replacement of tyre in warranty so help us to get the issue resolve as soon as possible because i am frustrating every time and also lost almost 4 to 5 thousand rupees in this situation due to no support from Yamaha company and showroom kindly take corrective action need to replace tyre ASAP

                            - Low fuel consumption, in first time was 45kmpl, second time 28kmpl.
                            - poor front suspension,
                            - excessive vibration,
                            - Fit & finish not good
                            - vehicle get off,
                            - engine speed is more.
                            - Unstable vehicle.
                            - Not getting confidence to drive the vehicle
                            - Not getting On time service.
                            - Need to take service people appointment, but not early around 2-3 week required.

                              This is Kollappan from Chennai I have very much interested in Yamaha product. And I also refer Yamaha to my family members. As my suggestion my ante Mrs. Sudha [Contact. No:-[protected]] bought new Alpha on 12/09/2016 from the SRI MOTORS mount Poonamali High Road kattupakam Chennai-56. It as a damage in back seat lock while buying so we have informed to the service center with in one week they said that they will change and give it on 1st service (28/10/2016) but while asking in 1st service they postponed to 2ed service (10/01/2017) .But they did not replace it till now. And now they are asking to pay for the product. I din expect this from Yamaha product. And I need a solution for this issue. Please do further action and help us to find a solution for this.

                              I went yamha showroom for my bike service and i was there and i saw they fit duplicate breakshue and breakpad in my bike those all parts and oil they buy near a moterparts shop I just want original parts and I paid 3 times extra many for those dubecate parts and they don't have any yamha branded parts
                              I booked a fascino from Adhi motors amaravila thiruvananthapuram. They cannot deliver it as they told. They cheated me. Full payment done to them. I need to cancel the booking. They are not giving money back . Making irritating again and again. I am approaching again to them for payment back. They are not attending calls.

                                After long time of waiting I purchased a Yamaha fz16 bike on jan21 2017 actually this is my dream bike. Within two days my bike having starting trouble problem, self is not working some times due to some connection issues. I went and ask them they are showing one by one I am not responsible goto service center. I went to service center they are not ready to check also. Actually who fixed the bike he should check and give me the bike right. simply they fixed and they are telling like, "this is not my fault when I gave its fine" they are caring about one they sell the bike please take a action on who is delivered and verified. I am very much disappointed with this bike. With in two days this much problem happening means due to there careless please take this as compliant. even I can go to mechanic shed But this will continue for further. This is the small step I taking for my disappointment i[censored] can help me please do that or else Thank You so much.

                                  Worst Servicing Experience - I got my Fazer bike serviced here and they did nothing what so ever and charged me 3.5K. Not one of the things they charged for can be evidenced. The charged for each bolt they tightened and each filter they changed (which they claim to have) in addition to the Rs.550 General Servicing charge. The cost of serviing is much more than the spare parts.

                                  I have asked to fix a few basic problems, which they completely ignored like the front faring, indicators, additional sounds, etc. They did not even wash the vehicle. DO NOT EVER GIVE YOUR BIKE FOR SERVICING here. Its complete waste of money.

                                  Yamaha service centers are generally are very disappointing in terms of service. They dont have the spare parts or they dont have the expertise to service vehicles. They post sale service of Yamaha bikes is very bad. I would advice people to choose a better bike than yamaha, you will have nightmares maintaining these bikes because of the poor quality of servicing centers. Every 2-3 months you have to shell out 4-5 k to service centers and you willn not even know what for.

                                    I have purchased Yamaha Fazer v2.0 two months ago. The bike is nice in all aspects except the headlights. The low and high beam bulbs manufactured for bike is not convenient for night journey. I barely can recognize opposite vehicle. This is a situation where life of riders is at risk. Please look into matter and suggest solutions to service providers.

                                      I am having the worst experience right from the time I have purchased my bike from Raj Yahama - Adayar branch Chennai on (07.10.2016). I have received my new bike with at-least 4-5 scratches on its body.

                                      When I have gone back to change it, the outer body parts of the bike was removed from another bike and replaced it to this bike.

                                      Later, the received bike seat was locked and was not able to open.
                                      I had again gone back to get it unlocked it.
                                      They had to rip the seat and unlock it, as it was locked when the outer body was changed. Again the seat was taken from another bike and replaced tot his bike.

                                      Few days later I again called to complain that my bike stops every morning when I take the bike out for the first time. They have mentioned this would get this sorted during my 1st service.

                                      Few days later I got a call to collect my RC card and my number plate was mentioned 3136 but I got my bike which had a number plate of 3736
                                      My registered bike was given to me with a wrong number plate.
                                      I had to again go and change the number plate.

                                      After my 1st service - in-spite of me informing that the bike had a problem of stopping on the 1st time. This was not resolved.
                                      They have mentioned that my new bike had a problem in the petrol tank lid and will take time to order a replacement under warranty
                                      Post me calling and inquiring for it occasionally I was finally informed that the part has been received.

                                      On Friday, When I reached the service center in Adyar - managed by Mr.Chanrasekar to give my bike service. He has bluntly refused to take my bike as he has too many bikes that day.
                                      When I was insisting he mentioned he will give me the bike after 3 days (Even after I informed him the problems I had with my new bike from the time I have purchased )

                                      I had to leave as I use my bike daily to go to work, I had come back today (Tuesday - Monday protest) at 10:00am and he mentioned that I have come late and he will only give it tomorrow.
                                      His attitude was very evident that he does not want to complete a work but to bluntly neglect and take time and did not feel the need to do it on priority. I had insisted for the bike to be given the same day as I need to travel tomorrow.

                                      By 18:30 (as I have expected) I get a call saying that the bike will only be given tomorrow.

                                      I have been very patient with Yahama from the beginning but post today I have decided to complaint.
                                      I hope cases and customers are taken seriously and wish Yahama sells New/Genuine products rather that reselling old vehicles.

                                      Lastly I did not expect at-least the service at the service station to be so bad, that's why I feel the need to complaint
