My name is Jatin Varma and have a YAMAHA bike and I stay at thane. I lost my service book for my new bike. I gave my bike to the authorised service centre at Kothari Compound, Thane, Mumbai branch. But since i don't have my service book they have charged me Rs. 625 even though when i am eligible for free servicing and didn't even intimated me this while taking my bike for servicing. I mailed for getting a duplicate service book, but no response....

I have given my fz s v2 for service, I told them to make it good, some complaints in bike explained them and that service boy noted, but when gone for delivery it was same as before servicing. Either they are doing work r not ? We are not satisfied.
