Hi Good day,
I am Ravikumar ( [protected]/[protected]) from Mylapore, Chennai, This is regarding delay of bike delivery, I booked my bike yamaha ZR on 27th of Jan 2017, the showroom in charge committed me the bike will deliver on 1st of Feb 17, but till now not delivered & I didn't get any proper response from the showroom, so kindly need proper response & deliver the bike Asap.

    My Name is Manik Kumbhar from Karad (maharastra) and I purchased FZS FI yamaha on date 10/30/2016 and it's been 3 months i didn't get my bike number and Tax receipt yet. I had followup many times but i don't get positive response. so tell me when will get my number i am frustrated from yamaha service. So yamaha company please please please help me...

      Dear team..
      I brought my bike r15s white colur on 2ND November 2016, till my bike run 9700 km. In my bike abnormal sound coming on the engine side. My bike not running in smooth condition getting too much vibaration at 70 km/hr in 6 th speed. I'm not satisfied with this kind of issue I told service person 3 times. Till no improvement please consider my issue seriously. Help me further

        Hi team, I purchased my Yamaha FZ bike on dated 06 Oct 2016 almost 4 months before and its having tyre issue started from from last 3 months 1 st time i am thinking due to less wind tyre puncture but its affected the whole tyre continuously and its getting puncture almost 30 to 35 times and also tube of valve also damaged and after that replace new one but still i am facing same problem i am continuously communicate with dealer but this guy not available from last 1 month and no one can issue me the authority of letter to replacement of tyre in warranty so help us to get the issue resolve as soon as possible because i am frustrating every time and also lost almost 4 to 5 thousand rupees in this situation due to no support from Yamaha company and showroom kindly take corrective action need to replace tyre ASAP

          - Low fuel consumption, in first time was 45kmpl, second time 28kmpl.
          - poor front suspension,
          - excessive vibration,
          - Fit & finish not good
          - vehicle get off,
          - engine speed is more.
          - Unstable vehicle.
          - Not getting confidence to drive the vehicle
          - Not getting On time service.
          - Need to take service people appointment, but not early around 2-3 week required.

            Dear Sir/ Madam
            This is Kollappan from Chennai I have very much interested in Yamaha product. And I also refer Yamaha to my family members. As my suggestion my ante Mrs. Sudha [Contact. No:-[protected]] bought new Alpha on 12/09/2016 from the SRI MOTORS mount Poonamali High Road kattupakam Chennai-56. It as a damage in back seat lock while buying so we have informed to the service center with in one week they said that they will change and give it on 1st service (28/10/2016) but while asking in 1st service they postponed to 2ed service (10/01/2017) .But they did not replace it till now. And now they are asking to pay for the product. I din expect this from Yamaha product. And I need a solution for this issue. Please do further action and help us to find a solution for this.

            I went yamha showroom for my bike service and i was there and i saw they fit duplicate breakshue and breakpad in my bike those all parts and oil they buy near a moterparts shop I just want original parts and I paid 3 times extra many for those dubecate parts and they don't have any yamha branded parts
            I booked a fascino from Adhi motors amaravila thiruvananthapuram. They cannot deliver it as they told. They cheated me. Full payment done to them. I need to cancel the booking. They are not giving money back . Making irritating again and again. I am approaching again to them for payment back. They are not attending calls.

              After long time of waiting I purchased a Yamaha fz16 bike on jan21 2017 actually this is my dream bike. Within two days my bike having starting trouble problem, self is not working some times due to some connection issues. I went and ask them they are showing one by one I am not responsible goto service center. I went to service center they are not ready to check also. Actually who fixed the bike he should check and give me the bike right. simply they fixed and they are telling like, "this is not my fault when I gave its fine" they are caring about one they sell the bike please take a action on who is delivered and verified. I am very much disappointed with this bike. With in two days this much problem happening means due to there careless please take this as compliant. even I can go to mechanic shed But this will continue for further. This is the small step I taking for my disappointment i[censored] can help me please do that or else Thank You so much.

                Worst Servicing Experience - I got my Fazer bike serviced here and they did nothing what so ever and charged me 3.5K. Not one of the things they charged for can be evidenced. The charged for each bolt they tightened and each filter they changed (which they claim to have) in addition to the Rs.550 General Servicing charge. The cost of serviing is much more than the spare parts.

                I have asked to fix a few basic problems, which they completely ignored like the front faring, indicators, additional sounds, etc. They did not even wash the vehicle. DO NOT EVER GIVE YOUR BIKE FOR SERVICING here. Its complete waste of money.

                Yamaha service centers are generally are very disappointing in terms of service. They dont have the spare parts or they dont have the expertise to service vehicles. They post sale service of Yamaha bikes is very bad. I would advice people to choose a better bike than yamaha, you will have nightmares maintaining these bikes because of the poor quality of servicing centers. Every 2-3 months you have to shell out 4-5 k to service centers and you willn not even know what for.

                  I have purchased Yamaha Fazer v2.0 two months ago. The bike is nice in all aspects except the headlights. The low and high beam bulbs manufactured for bike is not convenient for night journey. I barely can recognize opposite vehicle. This is a situation where life of riders is at risk. Please look into matter and suggest solutions to service providers.

                    I am having the worst experience right from the time I have purchased my bike from Raj Yahama - Adayar branch Chennai on (07.10.2016). I have received my new bike with at-least 4-5 scratches on its body.

                    When I have gone back to change it, the outer body parts of the bike was removed from another bike and replaced it to this bike.

                    Later, the received bike seat was locked and was not able to open.
                    I had again gone back to get it unlocked it.
                    They had to rip the seat and unlock it, as it was locked when the outer body was changed. Again the seat was taken from another bike and replaced tot his bike.

                    Few days later I again called to complain that my bike stops every morning when I take the bike out for the first time. They have mentioned this would get this sorted during my 1st service.

                    Few days later I got a call to collect my RC card and my number plate was mentioned 3136 but I got my bike which had a number plate of 3736
                    My registered bike was given to me with a wrong number plate.
                    I had to again go and change the number plate.

                    After my 1st service - in-spite of me informing that the bike had a problem of stopping on the 1st time. This was not resolved.
                    They have mentioned that my new bike had a problem in the petrol tank lid and will take time to order a replacement under warranty
                    Post me calling and inquiring for it occasionally I was finally informed that the part has been received.

                    On Friday, When I reached the service center in Adyar - managed by Mr.Chanrasekar to give my bike service. He has bluntly refused to take my bike as he has too many bikes that day.
                    When I was insisting he mentioned he will give me the bike after 3 days (Even after I informed him the problems I had with my new bike from the time I have purchased )

                    I had to leave as I use my bike daily to go to work, I had come back today (Tuesday - Monday protest) at 10:00am and he mentioned that I have come late and he will only give it tomorrow.
                    His attitude was very evident that he does not want to complete a work but to bluntly neglect and take time and did not feel the need to do it on priority. I had insisted for the bike to be given the same day as I need to travel tomorrow.

                    By 18:30 (as I have expected) I get a call saying that the bike will only be given tomorrow.

                    I have been very patient with Yahama from the beginning but post today I have decided to complaint.
                    I hope cases and customers are taken seriously and wish Yahama sells New/Genuine products rather that reselling old vehicles.

                    Lastly I did not expect at-least the service at the service station to be so bad, that's why I feel the need to complaint

                        I buyed Yamaha szrr v2 in 8 months only clutch cable was damaged and after replacing again while running the clutch cable was damaged in 6 months only in 1200 km, why my bike clutch cable damage fervently, l am giving a solution to change the model of the clutch cable there should not be any binding in the clutch cable so the complaints of clutch cable will refused and l will wait you to reply

                          My brother had purchased a Yamaha scoooty (Product name Alpha, of Rs. 58978) on 22.04.15 from Oswal Auto's, A-20, G.T. Karnal Road, Azadpur, Delhi - 33, (bill copy attached).
                          Over 3-4 months it not be self started & also very hard to start by kick even.
                          More than times it only kept like so-piece item.
                          My brother visit your service centers - Kirti Nagar, Maya puri & Azadpur & also complaint on your customer care number but still our problem is unsolved.

                            I have booked a Yamaha FZ Version 2. No proactive response shown by anyone in the showroom. I was the one calling in every time to get updates. Not to mention rude behavior of their staff. I was the one to confirm when I will get the bike. Once I reached the showroom I was made to wait more then an hour. I got the bike with ripped sticker and a scratch in the exhaust pipe. They promised to fix this but not responding properly with definite answers. I was told that I would be given my bike number plate the next day but I once called the staff was being rude with no answers. This unacceptable at all levels.

                              My scooter Yamaha Facino KL 03 Z 9169 got rear wheel bearing complaint.At the time of 1st free service i report this issue to the shoowroom's service center NINAN MOTORS YAMAHA KULASEKARAPATTA PATHANAMTHITTA KERALA from where i bought my scooter.They didn't even checked my scooters rear wheel.If they checked my scooters rear wheel they could easily realize that my scooters rear wheel got wobbling.They said there is no issue on its rear wheel.And...

                              Im going many time for correct my bike sound but after some day it start giving sound so i dont know what can i do...?and my seat also give sound during runing time of bike..so please do some thing for it...because it insulting when other sit back of my bike and they sad what a khtara...
                              during running time bike give unknown sound and rusting is also occur in my bike and no work is done for that.

                              While i am driving the bike on the rough road i am getting the centre bolt sound while applying brakes it results in the collapse of the centre bolt handle .I have complained about this problem in the show roomtwice but they didnot respond to my complain very much .kindly solve my problem as soon as possible.

                                I gave bike for service first they changed the mud guard of a different colour nd then they changed my bike's front rim with a broken one. Yes they stole the rim and now they dnt answer the phn nor are they taking any action.

                                They said they will check the surveillance camera and let me knw but they never call nor they answer my calls. I went to the service center still they didn't respond properly.

                                  Sir I complaint against Satav Yamaha service center.my Yamaha ZR third servicing I Was going to service center and I told him problems.they cll me ur bike is ready then I go there and paid bill but when i saw my bike I was seen problem not solve by service center and my bike not washing properly and they give me reason which was not proper. When I told about this adviser he was not answer me properly.sir plz I request u to take strictly action against this service center.This service center not done properly my bike servicing and not washing my bike and also maintaly harassed me. I[censored] not understand n solve problem other wise I will get complaint in Grahak Munch.

                                    I met with an accident on 24th Dec, 2016 and gave my bike in the service center on the same day. I have claimed the insurance and submitted the required form and arranged for the surveyor to inspect the bike on 26th Dec, 2016. The service person has said to the surveyor that they would send him the photographs of the damaged part of the vehicle for his approval of changing the fork assembly. I went to the service center today i.e 09 Jan, 2017 to enquire about the vehicle.I was not informed of all these and the service person said that he has ordered the spare parts and I would receive the bike this week. Later this evening I received a call from the serveyor where he explained me the above mentioned details. I would request you to check this and provide me the exact status of my bike. It's been 13 working days since I have given my bike for service it's very difficult for me to commute to my office daily. I understand that since I'm opted to claim insurance there are certain process involved but, the surveyor called me today and complained about the service center like I mentioned above. I hope you understand my problem. I hope that I get a proper solution on this and get my vehicle back serviced properly. Bike reg no. Tn-05 BD-3602. The service person who inspected my bike is Mr. Sathish. Please call or mail me if you need any further information in this regard.
