Hi,

I am facing trouble with claiming accidental insurance complaint.
Bike purchased from the dealer provided the insurance o[censored]nited india,

I relocated to new place, so the other yamaha service center dealer told me that first submit a complaint form to united india insurance company, after the person come from there then we can proceed.
They also told me they don't have tie-up with this insurance company so go to your previous dealer or insurance company.

Please help me in this situation and suggest what to do.

    After my last free service done my bike performance is low now since last month. My bike pickup is low, Transmission making noises its feel like chain is pulling back my bike. All panel front as well as rear starts vibrating, brakes not performing well. Please suggest me if is there any problem with last free service or technicians intensionally did this. As my knowledge before last one it never happened. Please do the needful. Thank You.

      Hi customer care dept,
      I n. Lingeswaran native theni (Kadamalai gundu), then working in chennai. I come to know about aadi offer against yamaha bikes in yasotha yamaha showroom, theni in that 18000 inr as down payment for yamaha fzs-fi bike, but they refused to avail that offer because i have bought in aadi[protected] by the way they ask me to pay 25000 inr and rest amounts in emi (Hdcf finance) i agreed. (Sales manager murugavel)
      For emi clarification they ask me to submit following proofs 5 month payslip, native house eb bill, address proof and guarantee from house owner (My mother). I have arranged so and so documents within a week and they ask me to submit address proof of chennai (Where i am staying) from a government doctor signature with seal attested but by mistake doctor didn't sign in residential address as a result they ask to pay extra 5000 inr i tried as many ways as possible to get signature with seal from doctor for a month but failed as a result i payed 5000 inr as they demand.
      They again as me to pay 5000 inr and they delayed the finance process for two months and they once again ask me to pay 5000 inr for finance processing fee. I unsatisfied with their customer service and planned to change the finance (Hinduja layland finance, theni). As far i have payed (18000 + 7000 + 5000 + 6300 = 36300 inr) and balance 63725 inr via finance (Hinduja layland finance payment dated 11-nov-2016) to the showroom.
      It has been 1 and half month still they didn't done rto registration process i have also raised complaint to mr. Krishna moorthy (Showroom owner) but no response. So i raise the complaint via mailed to you if any further delay i will lodge complaint against showroom in consumer court.

        I bought yamaha fazer FI before 5 months from Laxmi international Bangalore, Karnataka.After few days The bike was not working functionally.It was getting stop in between while riding.Self problem, Battery problem wiring problem.I gave this bike for repair more than 15 times .Each and every time I got frusttrated with service. withing 10 to 15 days again and again I am getting same issue.I told service manager and dealer to do permanent solution.But They are not responding well.I asked for return money which I spent on this bike .Or else exchange the bike but they are telling we cant do anything.You can complain to yamaha direct.I am totally hopeless and frsutrated with this bike.suggest me what to do I want my money back for this Shall I put file against yamaha? Or I will get solution this time?Respond me fast

          Dear sir/madam,

          I'm rajasekar ([protected]) from coimbatore. I have booked yamaha fzs-fi model vehicle at your "cag enterprises, 1071/old. No 541, sathy road, coimbatore -641012 on 30th september 2016 and made initial payment of rupees 30000 and remaining amount payable through icici loan (Already made two payments). At the time of booking i have chosen black with cyan color vehicle which is also verified by four of the branch staffs. But at the time of delivery the color of the vehicle has been changed and which has been sent for registration without my knowledge and confirmation on 6th of october. Post to it which i spoke with the branch manager and somehow they managed to deliver the vehicle which i booked. Have taken the delivery on 10th of october. And due to this issue the branch sales manager kothathiri promised me to give the rc book with correct details of the vehicle and gave a letter on the letter head (Attached the letter copy for your reference) promising me that he or the company is sole responsible for any changes in the rc book and issue the rc book in 45 days (Ie. 24th november 2016) but it's been a month now still i didn't receive the rc book.in this one month i have reached the branch almost 12 times in which there is no proper response and also they are not treating the customer in a proper way. Inspite of these issues vehicle have gone for two services (Service details attached for your reference). Due to all the above mentioned problems i'm facing legal issues where in i was a victim for two to three times and also its affecting my work as well. I have gone again they said that the rc book will be issued on 31st december 2016. I'm fed up with the service provided by your company, as a last chance i can wait for one week i'm expecting a good response from your end. If i'm not receiving the rc book i have no other go i will be returning the vehicle at your branch and will be filing a case against your company.

          While booking the vehicle in CAG Enterprises, sathyamangalam road coimbatore- 641012 branch, i have chosen Black with Cyan Fzs-FI but without even my knowledge and without confirming with me they have registered different color vehicle. When i gone back to them they have told me take the vehicle out of the showroom since it was year end and also informed me i have to pay more RS.50, 000 to change the details in RC book promising me that book will be like original only. But then they took so much time to issue the RC book. They didn't even bother to care the customer in a proper way. When i received the RC book the details were wrong and there was a correction made in hand. Even after getting the RC book, each time when police checking they are asking whether this bike owned by you are it is theft bike. I'm not able resale the bike since there is correction in the RC book. Is this how your company treat a customer? Due to this bad experience i have lost all the hope against your company and in this year i have refered a different showroom to all my family, friends and colleagues. Not only now in future as well i will not refer your company to anyone. Now it's been more than a year if you are asking about the concern now what action are you going to take against it. If you are taking any action how is it going to help me.? I have attached a letter which has been given by your company and also the RC book copy which is issued with correction for your reference.

            Dear sir,
            I have bought (R15 s) bike 2 weeks before, there is no light switch. It's working always when using bike key. While asking to the bike dealers, they are telling it wont be off and no sensor, it will bright always morning and night. So by my bike battery has down up very faster, after bought bike. I recharged battery today. And people are keep on telling my bike light is on at morning by style, like showing fingers open and close. (At night, people telling there is one light brightening, another one is off)

            There is good respect yamaha bikes. Even though they are releasing bike without light switching is, very nonsense.

            (I want answer me)
            1, what 's the benefits of lights always on?
            2. Why there is no switches?
            3. Why i want to recharge again and again batter two weeks once?
            4. Why have you fixed light switch with other bike (R15 v.2) than (R15s)
            5. It's whose mistake yamaha makers or yamaha show room dealers?

              My name is Jatin Varma and have a YAMAHA bike and I stay at thane. I lost my service book for my new bike. I gave my bike to the authorised service centre at Kothari Compound, Thane, Mumbai branch. But since i don't have my service book they have charged me Rs. 625 even though when i am eligible for free servicing and didn't even intimated me this while taking my bike for servicing. I mailed for getting a duplicate service book, but no response. This people cant charge me so high for such a small reason. They should be having some online data about the same to know my details of the servicing. Even after purchasing your product for a price more than 1, 30, 000 rs/- if this is the case, i will make sure none of my family members or relatives and friend buy your product henceforth.

              I bought yamaha fz fi from pepal group. They gave me GPP card in scheme. But its not started yet. I talk with them many times. But they are unable to do any thing. Please do some stiff step to close pepal group or give me justice.

                I have given my fz s v2 for service, I told them to make it good, some complaints in bike explained them and that service boy noted, but when gone for delivery it was same as before servicing. Either they are doing work r not ? We are not satisfied.
                Example one of my bike complaint is side stand adjustment, that also they didn't do

                  Never ever buy a yamaha product. I had purchased a yamaha fz for inr 98000 at bangalore last year. I have been regularly servicing at only the authorised service centres. I have literally spent more than inr 50000 because all the spare parts started failing one after another. Starting with battery, battery shields, chain sprocket, self motors, alloy damage (Without any physical damage) and countless other complaints, while i have been maintaining the bike at prestine conditions, without a single scratch or a physical damage. Both yamaha customer service and the service centres have only been lethargic in these 1.5 years of me owning one of their stupid products. I get charged a bomb every time i service my vehicle with them. The legacy brand now sucks beyond any can ever think of #yamahasucks

                    I'm complain about my bike yamaha fascino, last 2 times i went to yamaha centre near abc chokdi, bharuch gujarat.

                    When i go to centre for bike service and complain headlight not working proper, double stand its not moving, front head its sound may be its loose some parts, start problem etc...but other staff talking rodu behave then they only wash my bike and say i do everythink, I am official person so i do not have more time so i request to you please solve my problem ASAP

                      Hi, this is regarding service done by sri ganesh motors, lb nagar. this is the worst service we ever had, we forced to take vehicle to service center 3 times in 12 days. first on 03.12.2016 we have given vehicle for regular service. inv. no. w1608348, after that the problems started. within 3 days meter reading was not showing and horn not worked and self start also not worked. again on 08.12.2016 we took the vehicle to service center, they said they will repair by evening. and while writing job card, due to their staff negligence some customer vehicle rammed into my ray z and my vehicle silencer protector damaged and left mirror damaged (moved 45degres to right), they removed that protector and installed new one and they charged me for that. invoice no. w1608543, dt.08.12.2016.
                      And while collecting the vehicle i realized they have not repaired left mirror, when i asked them about that, they simply said it will take so much time to repair that so they will do it later when the vehicle comes for service again. after 4 days of that break was gone when i was driving, i just stopped it aside to check and realized some bolt was gone, its not properly fitted. and meter (reading) also stopped working again, and again i force to take my vehicle to showroom on 16.12.2016 and they simply servicing to be done since so many problems are occurring, i explained them all the problems i was facing with vehicle, and even told them that this is 3 rd time am bringing the vehicle to service center and requested them to do it properly. this time invoice no. w1608771, dt.16.12.2016. and again to my shocking they have done it completely, they simply said they do not have meter cable so they have not fixed that problem and they said i have to bring vehicle once again to service center. what the hell, i had a very good impression about yamaha brand and myself recommended to many of my friends, but now due to this worst service am feeling very bad, at this service center i have to give vehicle in the morning after 9 am and have to collect if the vehicle is ready (as they said) before 7 pm which means everytime i give vehicle in service center i have to take leave, since it will take 1 hour journey to my office from service center, i experienced lot of mental pain and paid rs.1630.00 and took 3 days leave and still the vehicle not in a good condition. i request you to do something in this regard.

                        4 months back i had purchased fz-fi bike from yamaha perfect riders bannerghatta road bangalore, 25th nov 2016 i had done second service. Next day i started my journey towards my native its about 600km. I was reached around 250km suddenly my bike got stopped and i found smoke near engine, then i called to nearest yamaha service center, they told me to check the engine oil when i checked there was no dry bolt. I took my bike to davangere yamaha service center they told bolt was not tightned to so during your ride it has been fell down and same thing i told to yamaha perfect riders service center and they communicated with davanagere service center people. They accepted fault has been done by them and they told they will replace the parts, but for me i want new bike or new engine to be replaced.

                          I have given my scooter to my local service station for engine starting trouble and automatically engine is getting off while riding my bike. Because of the above issue i have given my scooter to service on 02-dec-2016 and then i contacted them for status and they told will deliver today, today and finally they took seven days to deliver my bike. Not even a single phone call from service center to update the bike status. I tried contacting them often to get the status. Finally they delivered and the bill is also in-appropriate and not clear. They charged me with same particulars multiple times. I have copy as well. Now am not able to check my issue has been resolved or not becoz now they have end up with different issue. Petrol is getting leaked from tank and engine not started. Please contact me immediately. I have totally frustrated with the service. I know the brand name of yahama, its very popular and very good. But the local service center like are creating bad image to yahama brands.

                              Dear Sir, I am nagaraj from retteri i bought my bike on july 2016 month in fast bike show room . on starting onward hand bear and axilator is not working . i given three service in walter yamaha service center still not working . They are telling each service it is rectified but still not solved . after paying the big amount why we we suffer this much . I dont want this bike anymore. we want return this bike . kindly provide the another model bike in this same company or else return back the cash in my account .about this problem my hand got injured severely . i was hospitalized for 15 days . my friend also taken this bike they also have the same issue and got pain in the hands. i had paid my due till nov month .the services was not done till today . the show room people telling that need to contact service only . but service people not answering properly . .                                 Hi Sir/Madam,

                                I bought Yamaha FZS Version 2.0 FI from Orion Motors India (Koramangal Brach)in Bangalore on 15-September-2016. from the day of Purchase the bike was giving some problems like wheels sound, and found that they have fixed the crash guard properly which made scratches on the mud guard.
                                and i keep on going to Dealer (Orion Motors) and every time they used to do some temporary solutions and been giving the bike to me saying that the problem is solved. and i was roaming frequently to the dealer regarding the bike and they keep on giving temporary solutions until i have called Yamaha India and registered a complaint. after registering the complaint they have taken my bike for repair and asked for the issues, so i have explained the issues which i was facing (The front part of the bike was vibrating at speed of 70 and also while applying the front brake the front part was vibrating even at normal speeds), so thay checked and informed me that there was 50ml of oil less in the forks which was defect and said we have filled the oil correct and the problem wont be repeated.

                                After that week, i was facing the same issues and been roaming like anything, so again i called Yamaha and then the Orion Motors have called me and have taken the bike for checking and now they have replaced the Fork springs, clutch cable, relay and said the bike is good now and promised that this is the final time.

                                But later again the issues were repeating, so again i went to the dealer, they keep on saying give us some time need to check the issues and will repair the bike.

                                If they keep on repairing the new bike within 2 months of purchase, they were not sure what is the root cause for it, they them self said that the bike is defective. they why should we call it as New bike. I have paid 1, 00, 500 rupees for the bike and have got fed up with the bike and want to replace the bike or refund my money. because they are not sure in solving the problem and i am also not satisfied with the dealer or Yamaha Motors India.

                                So Finally i request you to take action on Orion Motors and Yamaha Motors India and get my bike replaced.

If you say that you are providing free services then you should not charge for labour charges and if an air filter is required for a new bike in just 8 months then what about the warranty of bike??                                       Hi I am santosh kumar. I purchased Yamaha FZS 2.0 on July 10 2015 at Pearl Yamaha in Kukatpally, Hyderabad. I am facing service problems with that service centre since my first service of my bike. Recently on Oct 7th 2016 i gave my bike for 5th free service. I have mentioned list of problems with my bike. They have delivered my bike on the same day and they have charged Rs.608 and I still there are same issues with bike. I have been to the service centre to tell the problems but they are not ready to listen. The Disk break of my bike is not at all working after my 5th service and i have gone to the service centre for 4 time to re-service my bike. I have informed that the issues are not cleared after the 5th service. Then they have checked my bike again and said few things should be serviced and they are charged (they have not mentioned that problems when I went for the 5th service but mentioned when I went for the re-service). They have charged Rs.723 for the re-service and they returned my bike as it is they have not done anything. Still my Disk break is not working. I am an employee in a software company, how many times I need to go the service centre for the sake of my bike service. Whenever I go they come with some new problem in my bike and they charge. I am writing this to inform that if my bike is not been service well I am going to complaint to the consumer court if they are not servicing by bike for free as I totally paid Rs.1, 330/- for my 5th service and they have delivered my bike as I gave it to them and they gave it with my disk break problem. I need to them to service my bike perfectly or I am sure that i will complaint to the consumer court for sure. If I dint get reply in 2 days I will update the same in consumer court forum on 3day.
