I am having the worst experience right from the time I have purchased my bike from Raj Yahama - Adayar branch Chennai on (07.10.2016). I have received my new bike with at-least 4-5 scratches on its body.

When I have gone back to change it, the outer body parts of the bike was removed from another bike and replaced it to this bike.

Later, the received bike seat was locked and was not able to open.
I had again gone back to get it unlocked it.
They had to rip the seat and unlock it, as it was locked when the outer body was changed. Again the seat was taken from another bike and replaced tot his bike.

Few days later I again called to complain that my bike stops every morning when I take the bike out for the first time. They have mentioned this would get this sorted during my 1st service.

Few days later I got a call to collect my RC card and my number plate was mentioned 3136 but I got my bike which had a number plate of 3736
My registered bike was given to me with a wrong number plate.
I had to again go and change the number plate.

After my 1st service - in-spite of me informing that the bike had a problem of stopping on the 1st time. This was not resolved.
They have mentioned that my new bike had a problem in the petrol tank lid and will take time to order a replacement under warranty
Post me calling and inquiring for it occasionally I was finally informed that the part has been received.

On Friday, When I reached the service center in Adyar - managed by Mr.Chanrasekar to give my bike service. He has bluntly refused to take my bike as he has too many bikes that day.
When I was insisting he mentioned he will give me the bike after 3 days (Even after I informed him the problems I had with my new bike from the time I have purchased )

I had to leave as I use my bike daily to go to work, I had come back today (Tuesday - Monday protest) at 10:00am and he mentioned that I have come late and he will only give it tomorrow.
His attitude was very evident that he does not want to complete a work but to bluntly neglect and take time and did not feel the need to do it on priority. I had insisted for the bike to be given the same day as I need to travel tomorrow.

By 18:30 (as I have expected) I get a call saying that the bike will only be given tomorrow.

I have been very patient with Yahama from the beginning but post today I have decided to complaint.
I hope cases and customers are taken seriously and wish Yahama sells New/Genuine products rather that reselling old vehicles.

Lastly I did not expect at-least the service at the service station to be so bad, that's why I feel the need to complaint

      I buyed Yamaha szrr v2 in 8 months only clutch cable was damaged and after replacing again while running the clutch cable was damaged in 6 months only in 1200 km, why my bike clutch cable damage fervently, l am giving a solution to change the model of the clutch cable there should not be any binding in the clutch cable so the complaints of clutch cable will refused and l will wait you to reply

        My brother had purchased a Yamaha scoooty (Product name Alpha, of Rs. 58978) on 22.04.15 from Oswal Auto's, A-20, G.T. Karnal Road, Azadpur, Delhi - 33, (bill copy attached).
        Over 3-4 months it not be self started & also very hard to start by kick even.
        More than times it only kept like so-piece item.
        My brother visit your service centers - Kirti Nagar, Maya puri & Azadpur & also complaint on your customer care number but still our problem is unsolved.

          I have booked a Yamaha FZ Version 2. No proactive response shown by anyone in the showroom. I was the one calling in every time to get updates. Not to mention rude behavior of their staff. I was the one to confirm when I will get the bike. Once I reached the showroom I was made to wait more then an hour. I got the bike with ripped sticker and a scratch in the exhaust pipe. They promised to fix this but not responding properly with definite answers. I was told that I would be given my bike number plate the next day but I once called the staff was being rude with no answers. This unacceptable at all levels.

            While i am driving the bike on the rough road i am getting the centre bolt sound while applying brakes it results in the collapse of the centre bolt handle .I have complained about this problem in the show roomtwice but they didnot respond to my complain very much .kindly solve my problem as soon as possible.

              I gave bike for service first they changed the mud guard of a different colour nd then they changed my bike's front rim with a broken one. Yes they stole the rim and now they dnt answer the phn nor are they taking any action.

              They said they will check the surveillance camera and let me knw but they never call nor they answer my calls. I went to the service center still they didn't respond properly.

                Sir I complaint against Satav Yamaha service center.my Yamaha ZR third servicing I Was going to service center and I told him problems.they cll me ur bike is ready then I go there and paid bill but when i saw my bike I was seen problem not solve by service center and my bike not washing properly and they give me reason which was not proper. When I told about this adviser he was not answer me properly.sir plz I request u to take strictly action against this service center.This service center not done properly my bike servicing and not washing my bike and also maintaly harassed me.                   I met with an accident on 24th Dec, 2016 and gave my bike in the service center on the same day. I have claimed the insurance and submitted the required form and arranged for the surveyor to inspect the bike on 26th Dec, 2016. The service person has said to the surveyor that they would send him the photographs of the damaged part of the vehicle for his approval of changing the fork assembly. I went to the service center today i.e 09 Jan, 2017 to enquire about the vehicle.I was not informed of all these and the service person said that he has ordered the spare parts and I would receive the bike this week. Later this evening I received a call from the serveyor where he explained me the above mentioned details. I would request you to check this and provide me the exact status of my bike. It's been 13 working days since I have given my bike for service it's very difficult for me to commute to my office daily. I understand that since I'm opted to claim insurance there are certain process involved but, the surveyor called me today and complained about the service center like I mentioned above. I hope you understand my problem. I hope that I get a proper solution on this and get my vehicle back serviced properly. Bike reg no. Tn-05 BD-3602. The service person who inspected my bike is Mr. Sathish. Please call or mail me if you need any further information in this regard.

                      Hello Yamaha I already fire in head office after few day (yesterday) you close my complain without my feed back.

                      I fire a complain regarding my bike having a smoke and engine noise problem. and now one more problem is average. but Yamaha india closed my complain without my confirmation. and I am still having same problem.

                      Se I am facing this problem since April 2016 and I fire a complain so many time all time you said this problem is resolve but actually its not.

                      My bike engine head was open in twice time, in free service in under warranty but after warranty who will responsible for that?

                      I am worry about you only sell a bike but at the time of service you ignoring customer. and thats really dis-pointed to me when you Yamaha how could you do this.

                      Please resolve my bike problem and give me a permanent solution I dont want to open my bike head again. if you can be able to do it so please replace my bike.

                      within in year you open my bike engine and that is really strange, I thing Yamaha waiting for my bike warranty period.
                      after that you will charge me for that kind of work. I need a surety that my bike engine will not open again.

                          Iam using fzs for last 4 year, s. But i havent noticed any complaint till last month. But now adays the bike is not running in a smooth condition. The engine stop while in low accelaration. And i feel a missing from the engine. When i told this problem in yamaha bike point. The mechanic told that it may be bcoz of water entered into carborator and he checked that. But there was no water inside and he changed the spark plug. But still the problem is going on.
                          The yamaha engineers should give me a solution for the problem.

                              Hi,

                              I am facing trouble with claiming accidental insurance complaint.
                              Bike purchased from the dealer provided the insurance o[censored]nited india,

                              I relocated to new place, so the other yamaha service center dealer told me that first submit a complaint form to united india insurance company, after the person come from there then we can proceed.
                              They also told me they don't have tie-up with this insurance company so go to your previous dealer or insurance company.

                              Please help me in this situation and suggest what to do.

                                After my last free service done my bike performance is low now since last month. My bike pickup is low, Transmission making noises its feel like chain is pulling back my bike. All panel front as well as rear starts vibrating, brakes not performing well. Please suggest me if is there any problem with last free service or technicians intensionally did this. As my knowledge before last one it never happened. Please do the needful. Thank You.

                                  Hi customer care dept,
                                  I n. Lingeswaran native theni (Kadamalai gundu), then working in chennai. I come to know about aadi offer against yamaha bikes in yasotha yamaha showroom, theni in that 18000 inr as down payment for yamaha fzs-fi bike, but they refused to avail that offer because i have bought in aadi[protected] by the way they ask me to pay 25000 inr and rest amounts in emi (Hdcf finance) i agreed. (Sales manager murugavel)
                                  For emi clarification they ask me to submit following proofs 5 month payslip, native house eb bill, address proof and guarantee from house owner (My mother). I have arranged so and so documents within a week and they ask me to submit address proof of chennai (Where i am staying) from a government doctor signature with seal attested but by mistake doctor didn't sign in residential address as a result they ask to pay extra 5000 inr i tried as many ways as possible to get signature with seal from doctor for a month but failed as a result i payed 5000 inr as they demand.
                                  They again as me to pay 5000 inr and they delayed the finance process for two months and they once again ask me to pay 5000 inr for finance processing fee. I unsatisfied with their customer service and planned to change the finance (Hinduja layland finance, theni). As far i have payed (18000 + 7000 + 5000 + 6300 = 36300 inr) and balance 63725 inr via finance (Hinduja layland finance payment dated 11-nov-2016) to the showroom.
                                  It has been 1 and half month still they didn't done rto registration process i have also raised complaint to mr. Krishna moorthy (Showroom owner) but no response. So i raise the complaint via mailed to you if any further delay i will lodge complaint against showroom in consumer court.

                                    I bought yamaha fazer FI before 5 months from Laxmi international Bangalore, Karnataka.After few days The bike was not working functionally.It was getting stop in between while riding.Self problem, Battery problem wiring problem.I gave this bike for repair more than 15 times .Each and every time I got frusttrated with service. withing 10 to 15 days again and again I am getting same issue.I told service manager and dealer to do permanent solution.But They are not responding well.I asked for return money which I spent on this bike .Or else exchange the bike but they are telling we cant do anything.You can complain to yamaha direct.I am totally hopeless and frsutrated with this bike.suggest me what to do I want my money back for this Shall I put file against yamaha? Or I will get solution this time?Respond me fast

                                      Dear sir/madam,

                                      I'm rajasekar ([protected]) from coimbatore. I have booked yamaha fzs-fi model vehicle at your "cag enterprises, 1071/old. No 541, sathy road, coimbatore -641012 on 30th september 2016 and made initial payment of rupees 30000 and remaining amount payable through icici loan (Already made two payments). At the time of booking i have chosen black with cyan color vehicle which is also verified by four of the branch staffs. But at the time of delivery the color of the vehicle has been changed and which has been sent for registration without my knowledge and confirmation on 6th of october. Post to it which i spoke with the branch manager and somehow they managed to deliver the vehicle which i booked. Have taken the delivery on 10th of october. And due to this issue the branch sales manager kothathiri promised me to give the rc book with correct details of the vehicle and gave a letter on the letter head (Attached the letter copy for your reference) promising me that he or the company is sole responsible for any changes in the rc book and issue the rc book in 45 days (Ie. 24th november 2016) but it's been a month now still i didn't receive the rc book.in this one month i have reached the branch almost 12 times in which there is no proper response and also they are not treating the customer in a proper way. Inspite of these issues vehicle have gone for two services (Service details attached for your reference). Due to all the above mentioned problems i'm facing legal issues where in i was a victim for two to three times and also its affecting my work as well. I have gone again they said that the rc book will be issued on 31st december 2016. I'm fed up with the service provided by your company, as a last chance i can wait for one week i'm expecting a good response from your end. If i'm not receiving the rc book i have no other go i will be returning the vehicle at your branch and will be filing a case against your company.

                                      While booking the vehicle in CAG Enterprises, sathyamangalam road coimbatore- 641012 branch, i have chosen Black with Cyan Fzs-FI but without even my knowledge and without confirming with me they have registered different color vehicle. When i gone back to them they have told me take the vehicle out of the showroom since it was year end and also informed me i have to pay more RS.50, 000 to change the details in RC book promising me that book will be like original only. But then they took so much time to issue the RC book. They didn't even bother to care the customer in a proper way. When i received the RC book the details were wrong and there was a correction made in hand. Even after getting the RC book, each time when police checking they are asking whether this bike owned by you are it is theft bike. I'm not able resale the bike since there is correction in the RC book. Is this how your company treat a customer? Due to this bad experience i have lost all the hope against your company and in this year i have refered a different showroom to all my family, friends and colleagues. Not only now in future as well i will not refer your company to anyone. Now it's been more than a year if you are asking about the concern now what action are you going to take against it. If you are taking any action how is it going to help me.? I have attached a letter which has been given by your company and also the RC book copy which is issued with correction for your reference.
