Hi, this is regarding service done by sri ganesh motors, lb nagar. this is the worst service we ever had, we forced to take vehicle to service center 3 times in 12 days. first on 03.12.2016 we have given vehicle for regular service. inv. no. w1608348, after that the problems started. within 3 days meter reading was not showing and horn not worked and self start also not worked. again on 08.12.2016 we took the vehicle to service center, they said they will repair by evening. and while writing job card, due to their staff negligence some customer vehicle rammed into my ray z and my vehicle silencer protector damaged and left mirror damaged (moved 45degres to right), they removed that protector and installed new one and they charged me for that. invoice no. w1608543, dt.08.12.2016.
And while collecting the vehicle i realized they have not repaired left mirror, when i asked them about that, they simply said it will take so much time to repair that so they will do it later when the vehicle comes for service again. after 4 days of that break was gone when i was driving, i just stopped it aside to check and realized some bolt was gone, its not properly fitted. and meter (reading) also stopped working again, and again i force to take my vehicle to showroom on 16.12.2016 and they simply servicing to be done since so many problems are occurring, i explained them all the problems i was facing with vehicle, and even told them that this is 3 rd time am bringing the vehicle to service center and requested them to do it properly. this time invoice no. w1608771, dt.16.12.2016. and again to my shocking they have done it completely, they simply said they do not have meter cable so they have not fixed that problem and they said i have to bring vehicle once again to service center. what the hell, i had a very good impression about yamaha brand and myself recommended to many of my friends, but now due to this worst service am feeling very bad, at this service center i have to give vehicle in the morning after 9 am and have to collect if the vehicle is ready (as they said) before 7 pm which means everytime i give vehicle in service center i have to take leave, since it will take 1 hour journey to my office from service center, i experienced lot of mental pain and paid rs.1630.00 and took 3 days leave and still the vehicle not in a good condition. i request you to do something in this regard.
