Dear sir,
i bought a yamaha r15 around 1.5 years ago. it stopped working within 2 days of purchase. but dealer said it was fault of battery and replaced it for me. it again stopped working within 3-4 months, same problem, it simply doesn't start. this time i took it to service center and i was told by them that it was a problem with induction coil and electrical parts doesn't come under warrenty and i was even charged for it. but within a couple of months it again broke down. this time they said it was again a problem with battery and i was asked to change it, which i did. within 2 months it again failed. it simply doesnt start. i tried contacting their customer care. this is how the conversation went.
