Availability of spare parts

Dear Sir/Madam,

I own a 2009 model Yamaha Fazer bike. Recently it has developed a leak in the front shock absorber and the oil seal needs to be replaced. Also the chain -socket combination needs to be replaced, but these spares are not available in any of the cities in India. I know a lot of people facing the same issue and most of the bikes are now in unusable condition due to unavailability of spares.

Manufacturing Defects in Bike FZ-S

i have purchased a Yamaha FZ-S bike in October`2010. it does not start in winters. When i take my bike to Yamaha service center they told me that it will work fine after winters.

Worst Customer Service

I have not seen such a worst Servicing center like Yamaha Service center in Thoraipakkam, Chennai. I went to change Brake Lever and have a water wash. I was asked to wait in customer lounge for an hour. I waited but no one ever cared about the service to my bike. I got my fz-s from shakti agencies(only dealer for yamaha at Amravati) in August. While doing all paper works for RTO, the RTO person(from Yamaha side) did mistake for the RC number.

Now I have given back them the RC to make the corrections and it has been 2 months they have not yet replied to me. Whenevr I tried to contact they are not available.

Parts company was going to replace is not done after 3 months

In the month of October I received messages from YAMAHA stating that they will replace speedometer (For faulty fuel Indiacator), push lever and toroson spring from last three months.
I inquired the YAMAHA company outlet about it. they assued that it will get changed with 20 working days.
Now after 60 days my parts havn't been changed yet.

Please look into this. As if the push liver breaks...
