I bought my Yamaha FZ 16 some 6 or 7 months back in Warangal, Andhra Pradesh.
1. From the very beginning the front tyre was giving problems. I got it checked for any punctures but could not detect any. After a month or so i went back to the dealer, Shiva Yamaha, Warangal with the complaint. They just checked the tyre pressure, pumped in air and asked me to come back after a few days. Not satisfied with customer service of Yamaha dealer “SEHGAL MOTORS, 195;SOTIGANJ, Meerut, U.P.”

I brought Yamaha FZS form “SEHGAL MOTORS, 195;SOTIGANJ, Meerut, U.P.”, after one year I had an accident on Mar/09/2010, and my bike got damaged from front. Then I went to the service center and they help me out to get the insurance claim and repaired my bike.
