i purchased my FZ in April End this year from Emm Pee motors.

Since Day one of purchasing the bike, there was intermittent problems of Mis firing in the engine.
I bought this to the notice of the dealer who adjusted the carburettor settings and told me that the problem was resolved.

However this problem continued. i got the bike serviced from Shaili Yamaha in Panchkula next time and explained the problem to them who did basically the same thing what Emm Pee did.

This time i started facing other issues like starting of engine and abrupt shutting off of Engine at times when the bike is standing.

I spoke to Yamaha helpline and they advised me to get the bike shown to The Dealer in mohali as they had the best mechanic to fix the problem.
But still it wasnt resolved.

Then On your advise, i bought the bike back to Shaili yamaha with an assurance from the dealeryourself that it will be taken care of this time.

I had clearly mentioned the problem of Stalling of Engine at times and starting issues to them, they did some tuning of the Carburettor and adjusted the idle speed etc again and returned the bike to me saying that it was fixed. i did take a trial of the bike and it seemed resolved to me as well.

next morning- i tried to start the engine and it refused to start despite repeated attempts. Finally after using the choke etc, i managed to start the engine again.

I have now lost faith in All dealers as no one seems to be able to fix the problem. I have now stopped using the bike since i think that it might develop problems at any time.

Please escalate this issue to Yamaha and Fix my problem asap . It has been now more than 05 months since the bike has been purchased and i am a bit frustrated after having spent so much money .

    Hello yamaha
    This is abhilash from bangalore. Recently I purchased a pre-owned yamaha rx 5speed for 35000 rupees. The only reason for me to buy this bike is I love rx from my school days. And whenever I saw anybody speeding in rx I used to tell myself I must buy this bike one day. Finally my father bought me the rx 5 speed. Currently I am studying 1 sem BCA. Well the point is my bike has 4 speed bohr, 4 speed carburator and 4 speed head and the main problem is the bohr which is in the last over season. I was actually cheated by the guy who sold me this bike. Though it has been only few days since I got this bike a mechanic near my house has told me the bohr has to be replaced and also adviced me not to take the bike out of the city as I might land in trouble because the bohr is in last over season. I used the bike only for 2 days and for the last few days I have not even touched the bike because the milage is as low as 15 km/ltr. With this milage I cannot afford to ride the bike. What I need is 5speed bohr, 5speed carburator, 5speed head and I also request yamaha to mail me the list of spares available for rx 5speed as my bike is 2000model, there are few other parts which should me replaced. I am feeling sad and disappointed because I have the bike which I love, the bike which I wanted to buy from my school days but I am not able to use it due to the above mentioned reasons.       i am purchashing yamaha gladiater byke on dtd.[protected], bike no. mh-36 j -5879 from bhandara, within 2 months his oil seal of front shock up leakage. i have complaint for this at local dealer of yamaha at bhandara, he was charged for the same, that time i.e Rs. 100/- Rs. then after 1 month once again raised same problem, and this time we will pay for 100/- more for this, and now recently on dtd.[protected] oil seal problem raised and dtd.[protected], during free service he was chaged amount Rs. 91.48 /- vide bill no. 2709 dtd.[protected], on the said problem i have told this agencys ower but he was neglet this complaints. hence i have complaint raised in your side sir, i think there is a manufacturing problem,

              subject : the quality of rear tyre does meet my expectation and does not worth the amount i have paid for this bike ......

              My name is Mustafa Quadri . i have purchased yamaha fz16 on 12/11/2009. and my complaint is about the rear tyre of the bike it got punchered 7 time in last 9 months . and the quality of MRF tyre is worst . since last two days my bike was punchered 3 time imagine . i went to MRF outlet in pune as the the bike got punchured (as usual ) the mechanic said there is a fault in this tubeless tyre and we are getting complaint . i was late while going to office because of this problem . i am answerable to my manager and iam giving the same dam excuse since last 3 days . i cannot give the same excuse anymore . i am loosing faith in yamaha ........... can you please help me out .......... my bike details are bike number : MH12FS2160 . date of purchase 12/11/2009 ........by purchased at YAMAHA FACTORY OUTLET wakdewadi pune maharashtra... my Mobile number : [protected] ......

              fz16 — about assesories

              i brought a bike fz16 from your show room in Indore Airen yamaha they do not provied good service, they do not give RC card of my bike accidently the cluch liver of my bike brock down but there is no available liver on showroom so i suffering so so much problemsss...

              fz16 — my bike tyre complaint

              respeter sir i bought bike in sivraj karthick in myn bike right hand side tyer deperising i complain to dealer they tell me to go and chek the tyer in MRF i got the letter from the MRF dealer they say me the tyer depresion is not our maifictur defuld is yamaha compani problem pls rectifed the problem as soon as posible

              Yamaha FZ16 — mono suspension

              i am using fz16 & i servising it from pothan and pothan kannur. my back suspension is very week,whenever i complaint it they adjust it and gave back ,but now the adjustment came to maximum,also no change in action. what i have to do. pls take supporting action as soon

              Yamaha FZ16 — weak fork

              i was shocked to see what happened fz16 looks tough and all but the main part of bike next to chasis is fork while parking the bike in down it fell and complete fork got bent not even a scartch elsewhere but fork is bent to 10 degree and need to pay 10000 for repair

FOR REGISTRATION OF THIS VEHICLE, I APPLIED TO REGISTRING AUTHORITY, BUT THEY REFUSED TO ACCEPT THE FORM AS ACCORDING TO THEM THIS MODEL IS NOT APPROVDED BY RTO.                 Dear Sir,

                My name is SUDHIR KANTA NAYAK, I have purchased Yamaha YBR-110 (Black No-OR01S 7064)From Balasore, Orissa Yamaha show room Named DVL - YAMAHA on 10th April-2011.

                I have been facing back Break Problem from the very begining, i.e excatly when i am pressing break, a TAKH TAKH Sound(Loudly) is coming. I have complaind three times (at each service period) to the Owner of the Show room but still no action is taken up & also My bike shows Starting problem.

                So i Request you to kindly consider the above Problem of My bike & take necessary steps so that belive over Yamaha Bike should retain for ever.

                    I took a bike in ramanathapuram, Trichy road before 4 months, i had serviced my bike for 2 times in free service. This two times after service my bike's mileage 22 KM/L. At first in YAMAHA showroom they promised that YAMAHA FAZER will give 43 KM/L . The last service date is[protected]/ Cash bill No:7320-- For changing the oil only 4T oil. Am running my for past 3 days and yesterday[protected] my bike was breakdown the main reason for this is Oil Dry. So am not satisfied so please give me the instructions to change my bike/product.

                    For the reference my Yamaha Fazer bike DL3S BU 0125. Engine no.[protected].

                    I have not getting support from ADARSH YAMAHA A- 10 Devil Road, khan pur Extn.New Delhi - 110062 .I'm facing problem in my bike's engine from last one month, In this Period I have been gone many time in service center but yet not getting support, without bike I'm not able to do my Job.

                      I went to geeta motors Yamaha showroom situated at mohan nagar Jindal market for my service they gave me timing for 5 pm for delivery I stayed at their service center in the mean while. At about 2:30 pm i checked out my bike was not in service center after my inquiry i found that one of their mechanic Mr. vijay took my bike to home for taking lunch .On my inquiry they respond very rudely and the owner said for customer need we use customer bikes is that Yamaha response towards consumer care It have no papers in my bike at that time i carry them with me if any misshaping happen by the driver who will be responsible for that yamaha must take a serious action against the service center and dealer if not i will take a legal consumer form case filed against the firm

                        I Have serviced my bike in orion service center koramangla but team working in this service center not checked even single parts of the bike. given complaints for self start & mailage. as i said same bike i have received after servecing but there is no improvement. again i got same complaint. informed to the manger and he replied sorry for inconvenience. very bad.

                          I am having Yamha Bike, and i am very happy with the bike, but the service center of Gurgaon(Yamha Pickup wheels Pvt. Ltd.) is very very bad, no one is there to listen your problem, or solve out any of the problem of your bike. They simply try to pass the buck, and they work like govt. office. Simply they ask to come next day , next day and next day. After facing problem in service center i went to show room and talked to them, but situation is same there also. So please help ...

                            dear sir/ma'am,


                            i bought yamaha yzf r15 about 1 year ago............
                            ever since i purchased this bike , it has only given me only problems ...........
                            even after maintaining it so well, regular servicing,
                            this bike is giving me nightmares.........
                            unnecessary problems with speedometer sensors ......
                            creeping device , i almost got changed it 5 times from authorised yahama dealer. still the problems persistes......

                            this is no all............
                            the main problem with r15 is with these low grade alloys and tyres.......
                            in one year , this tyre has worn out like anything......
                            i gets punctured every now and then.......
                            i evenhave counted, it has got about 15-16 punctures till now .............

                            it is totally pathetic situation ...............
                            and last but not the least ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
                            another problem., your company claims it will give mileage of atleast 35kmph. but , gotdamn,it is taking petrol like anything, 28kmph.

                            even the dealers/service men are helpless.........................

                            i cant bear with this ..........................

                            it is pathetic, tht the brand like yamaha has not lived upto the expectations ..........
                            i will not ever recommend yamaha to anyone of my aquaintances ............

                            it is request from my side if you could take some necessary actions , and plz get me out of this mess..........

                              I Own the FZ16 which i purchased 1 year 3 months ago. there seem to be issues with the Bike as in 1 my digital speedometre has crashed and also the center Bike suspension has cracked. Also the front bike suspensions seems to be too sensitive and keeps making noise even over the smallest of potholes. I also have a problem when the bike is in motion as it keeps killing the engine intermittently. This last problem has been serviced at the Service Center at Malad but i still have the same issue. I also have had several punchers in the back tyre which i had to change at my own cost as even that could not be exchanged.

                              I honestly should not have so much to type as i have only owned this purchase for 1 year and 3 months.
                              I will be voiceing my concerns at the service centre but i doubt they will consider as when another friend tried this out he was asked to pay for all the faulty parts as the warranty and free service period was over.

                                when i brought alba 106 motor cycle of yamaha company ,the dealer of our city TIRUPATI TRADERS told me that bike will give me long mileage in local it will give 60 km. & in long it will give 75/80 km. per liter .But after 6 free service it is given me very poor mileage in local 38 km.in long it gives me 42 km.After 2nd service this problem has been created.so many times i complained to dealer. But his technician of his service center dose not taken any positive action.Starting Problem a very big problem I faced daily in the morning & after 2 or 3 hour after starting problem has been created.

                                  i have a 2002 wolverine that has been backfiring through the carb i take the atv to swamp fox motorsports which is the local yamaha authorized dealer and service center in my area they had me to keep buying parts for it and they kept telling me they had no clue what was wrong with it but kept having me to buy more parts finally got tired of it and went to pick it up they acted like theywere pissed off when told them i was picking it up then they tried to charge $400.00 they had it for over a month only worked on it 5 hours thats when i got pissed
                                  that isnt the bad part when it came time to get it on the trailer i brought to take it home they had two high school boys come pushing it out to the trailer i ask them is it not running they didnt say a word just shoved it up on trailer and ran back in garage and shut the door which im pretty sure now that they were hiding from me because the temp was in 90s and theres no ac in the garage well i got up on it to crank it up it wouldnt start well it was out of gas so i took it home to put some gas in it still wouldnt start i tried calling them to talk to them couldnt get no answer gave up went to sleep
                                  This morning got to checking on it it had no spark and the parts i bought from there werent on it they were in the boxes they told me the old parts so i put the parts on myself still wont start tried calling them but they are closed today
                                  word of advice if you live neer princeton, wv do not buy from swamp fox motorsports and definitley do not get anything serviced there
                                  if this is the kind of places yamaha authorizes to service and sell its products i dont plan on using yamahas product or service anymore
                                  was planning on buying a yamaha sport quad in near future but dont know about it now.

                                  hi may name is mahtab alam and i buy a yamaha fz 16 from baba moters varanci in october 2008 after running 75 k.m i found licking shocker oil from shocker then i go to grand moters in allhabad they says that we will not atent your complaint just becaus i am not perches this bick by them they refer me baba moters varanci then i call to baba moters they says that your shocker will replace free of cost whithin seven days in allahabd then again i call them after seven days they says you have to come to varanci his workshop that is not esy to me at selling time they says servic and guaranty accepted to all yamaha service station but this is not tru i want to complaint attend in allahabad my contact no is [protected]

                                  i have a yamaha fz16 and r15 as well.the eem pee motors in chandigarh are the dealers of yamaha.this is a true occuring with me when i went to the yamaha showroom..the staff was drinking liquor with the owner or the manager of the showroom.moreover when i enquired about the yamaha rider jacket, the manager was not only rude but started with a statement'its for 7200 Rs, as i asked him of xl size, he sd before he can get it for me he would like to see 7200 as advance, to my surprise.disgusting attitude and manners.he sd no one buys jacket in chandigarh cos people here dont have balls to pay 7200 rs for a jacket.i was shocked to the core.i had never met someone in my entire life such as the manager of the eem pee motors.before i went out i told him politely showing him 3 c/c cards including american express, 10, 000 cash and also told him what positin im working on.before leaving i also told him, people like u stand outside my house..if that was no yamaha showroom i would have shown him what happens when u dis respect someones integrity..i have filed a complaint in yamaha n im sure they will take some action on him for sure..also the service of eem pee motors is very bad...dont go there cos they change things to worst so that u keep comming back.even if the part is ok they would make u sweat..biggest chor in chandigarh are eem pee yamaha motors.
                                  I have my Yamaha Fz16 buy in November 09. Now bikes is creating so many problems like so many vibrations above 60 km/s, oil leakage from left side fork, Speedometer showing 0 reading 2-3 times from date of buying.

                                  When i got it serviced from authorised dealer (Naman motors, Panvel) He is saying we will replace the parts in next servicing (Like seal of fork, Speedometer) & he is telling this during every free servicing.

                                  Now he is saying your gurrantee of this part was expired & u have to get it replaced & you have to pay total cost of the spares.

                                  Pls help me as my bike is performing very bad.

                                    I have purchased yamaha gladiator in 2010 Feb from Perl yamaha Y-Junction Kukatpally. The byke is good in all aspects. But after every[protected] kms the problem starts till cervicing is done. The problem is when i start the vehicle and move up to 3 to 4 km the running is smoot, after 4 kms when i slow down the vehicle and apply the clutch the engine shuts off, after that the problem repeats when ever i slow down the vehicle. I observed this is happening when engine gets considerable heat. So if the give the vehicle for servicing(oil change and general servicing) the problem will be solved. Then after 2000 kms the problem once again starts. Now i am in 3rd serviceing period. So this problem forcing me to do servicing before its actual servicing period. I am giving my byke at yamaha service center only and they are using YAMALUBE-4T-20W-40S. The service man told that after every 1800 kms the engine oil gets thick so the engine gets heat heavily and then oil circulation becomes difficult, thats why engine getting off. I don't know whether this is valid reason. I always use Indian Oil Petrol only and in one same petrol bunk.
                                    It is difficult to change oil for every 1800 kms. It will increase my maintanance cost.

                                      I had purchased a Yamaha FZ 16 motorcycle for my son in the month of Jan' 2010 from Austin Distributors, 19 J.L. Nehru Road, Kolkata and I' sorry to say that from the very next month the motorcycle started giving endless trouble. My motorcycle is in the Austin service center since 6th July with no progress as the Yamaha company and Austin Distributor are both shrugging off their responsibility to repair my motorcycle which is still under warranty. They both promise to call to give me a feedback on the developements on my motorcycle, but those promises are never kept. I request the forum to kindly look into this matter and would be highly appreciated if given a favourable response.

                                        Dear Sir / Madam,

                                        I had purchased the Yamaha Clavinova CLP 230 model costing Rs.82000 - it is a digital piano. It carried a 5 year warranty as mentioned by the shop Furtados though no warranty card was issued! I have been facing problems with the pedal that regulates the sound sustenance - when I called the service centre in Pune (telephone no.[protected] I was spoken to very rudely and told that I have to bring the piano to their centre. This is certainly not feasible and the company must provide the service at the customer's place. It is too bulky to be carried, very risky to handle and also will cost a lost for the customer to carry it. Why can't the company simply send the technician to the customer's place? This must be addressed immediately
