This mail is regarding to file a complaint against the ORPI Yamaha, palladam road branch, Tiruppur 641604 . I had bought a bike on 21 July 2021. The model is YZF R15 V3. The issue is since a week ago my bike's radiator have started leaking oil from it. There is no physical damage in the radiator. It seems to be an issue inside the radiator and we visited multiple showrooms and most of the mechanics stated this could be a manufacturing issue. So i had approached the showroom regarding it to claim warranty for it as its just been 10 months and whatever happens in this period comes under engine warranty. But the showroom refused to claim it in engine warranty . They asked me to buy it separately to which also I agreed.I have requested them for spare asap and they gave me a week's time. I have paid the advance for 3000 rupees. It's been a week. When I went and asked them they are saying that the part which they ordered was damaged in transit. In addition to that it will take another one month to receive the spare. But I cant wait so many days since I need my bike for daily purposes. When I asked them to return the bike the advance which I payed for the repair they refused to pay in cash instead gave me in form of cheque. Also they have charged me 513 rupees for the disassembly. But why did they disassemble the bike before receiving the spare? Now I had to pay for assembly without the service and it's a huge inconvenience. As a customer I do not deserve this and i am taking this legally if there is no support from your end. I hope you will look into this seriously and get back with a resolution asap. Thank you

    My name is Beaming Tamang . I have buy a MT 15 in 2021 on september . I live in South Kolkata . After buying 9 months, yesterday suddenly my bike's engine sounding like loud generater . Next day I went to solve this problem yamaha service centre . Even they didn't told me the problem for what reason this happened . They fix the problem and charging me 1800 rupess, I said my bike is under warranty . After that I am asking them to, that this problem doesn't come in my bike second time, they did not give me the assurence . What Yamaha are you doing . I paying around 2 lakhs for this bike, then I should go for ktm . I think yamaha is popular, but no feedback is like that second hand bike . give me new bike or money back . I will case against yamaha, If you didn't take a step .

      I had buy Yamaha FZS-FI BS VI in 2020 June. Recenly for 4-5 months, the bike is turning off in the middle of the road while riding automatically. It fuses off suddenly. Sometimes it don't start for some time after numerous self start. I and my dad had gone to the Glory Yamaha Service Center in Chinsurah, Hooghly, more then two or three times but they still aren't able to solve this turning off problem. But they say now it is fixed but everytime after some days the problem occurs the bike turning off while riding at low speed. Happening many times in a row. I am not sure why yamaha service doesn't look in to the core of the problem and can't solve the same problem again n again. They show us each time device health as good, but after some days facing the same issue. I have waited long, before lodging this complaint. Please I want my bike to be in a good condition everytime I do a service they are supposed to look for each an every problem thoroughly. BIKE getting turned off during an overtake, it feels like oil supply suddenly ended. Not safe for me nor my dad. I want a solution to this problem if possible or atleast say what actually is the problem by taking out each parts if required.

      Summary: FZS-FI bike turning off while riding on the road automatically. The frequency increases day by day. Especially when riding slow and trying to accelerate and some times after turning off doesn't start easily in the mid road. Want a solution.

        I have been facing lot more issues with Services by Rishab Motors Chinchwad Pune Service center

        They have taken much more money than expected. But still the bike is not running properly.

        I have pushed the bike over 10 km now and then. Again and again it's failing to start

          I bought an yamaha fz-x bike last year. With in a year bike got problem . Last month I left the bike for service still problem not solved . And no proper response is given by the showroom or service centre . They are just telling part not available . Kindly need help in resolving the issue . They are not even replying to any of the message .

            I bought Yamaha r15M from your authorized dealer on 19th January 2022.Within 1 week of taking the bike, it stopped working its engine would stop automatically After that its engine did not start. I had a lot of trouble and still took it to your service center Yamaha CMPL #52 Industrial area Ph1, in Chandigarh 160036.At first they did not understand mechanical error.After two-three hours when they checked the entire bike, Later they told me that there is a RPM problem. The mechanic of your dealer centre told me that its RPM was low Because of which it was shutting down as soon as it started.He says he made it right and I took the bike back to my home.After 2 days this problem started coming again At first the bike does not start and if it starts then it stops.I went to the service centre .The mechanic said it would be fine. I came back home again with my bike.After that my bike got first service and then second service.But that problem was not solved for me. This bike stops anywhere anytime while running & Doesn't start again. I spend approx ₹200000 on this bike.What is the use of this bike if I have to take it to such service center every week? It hasn't even been 6 months for this bike yet.And in 6 months it has been to the service center at least 15 times.Please do solve my problem.

                I brought a new bike Yamaha R15 v4 wgp edition and found a paint job Defect. The colour was coming out of that part of bike. They later said they would change it. It has been 1 month and they say that the part takes time to deliver. Now they don't even respond to me. I didn't like the service because they are not even aware of my problem and didn't give me any proof regarding the claim of the paint job Defect.

                      I S.R.SUKRITH gave my Yamaha R15 motor cycle to M/s Vathilai motors (Authorised dealer for INDIA YAMAHA BIKE CARE ) for servicing only - general service, replacement of chain spraket kit, disc brake assembly. But after serving it seems is getting off while running.i could not run the vehicle. From 21.05. 2022 my vehicle is in the dealer point only. They told they are authorised SUB DEALER for KANMANI MOTORS, DINDIGUL. Kindly send your company service engineer to rectify the problem and insist for satisfaction note from me. As my father is a press person, i don't want to damage the company name if the problem is solved as early posible. Kind regards,

                        It has been less than 11 months of purchase of my bike(mt-15) I am already facing rusting in parts like frame and frame welded joints this is very bad and the rusting started after 5-7 months of purchase and, I do take care of my bike like time to time service and every wash are done by service centre. I complained one of the service centre thay did not answer properly and another service centre said it's because of washing in hard water but I rarely washed my bike usually I give to Yamaha service centre, thay said nothing can be done. I believe it's a manufacturing defect. This is the case I need a proper justification for this problem Yamaha. This is my mail id- [protected]@gmail.com

                            Last month I have bought Yamaha Fascino hybrid model in cool blue color, I have attached a all the accessories which comes with vehicle with some extra cost which is totally optional, after using fascino for month i find that there is not enough space for (rear) all round footrest guard and the rear holding which ultimately affects on opening dikki and because of that for opening the dikki i need to apply more force than the vehicle with no rear guard or accessories for same model.
                            I think that should not be the case because thats customer choice to add the guards or not and if customer have attached the guard then dikki should open quickly like without guard.

                              I had given my motorcycle R15 Yamaha, to a sub dealer m/s VADILAI motors, BATLAGUNDU for main dealer KANMANI MOTORS, DINDIGUL .
                              After serving the good vehicle giving more trouble of getting off while running.
                              We gave it for only replacement of chain spraket kit, oil and filters. But now it seems problem in the engine.
                              Kindly send your service engineer fro company to rectify my problem.
                              As a press man, please avoid unnecessary legal action thro' press library. Insist dealer to collect satisfaction note after rectify my vehicle problem promptly with the help of your service engineer.

                                Hi There..

                                I'm writing this complaint because, I and also some of the other your coustomers are here at PERL YAMAHA, TOLICHOWKI, HYDERABAD, by 8:00 am in the morning according to the showroom instructions( photo attached below)
                                And they have numbered our vehicles(photo attached) in order also for noting the problems and all we have to wait until 9:00, 9:30am here.

                                Now why we need to wait a 90 mins here on road.
                                This is why we choose YAMAHA, if this the way of your service, WE REALLY DONT NEED THIS KIND OF SERVICE.

                                  First of all they waited me 1 hour for lunch time at the time of booking.then in my r15 v4, front suspension leak issue observed in only 4000kms.they said it will charge all oil and oil seal, also then non availability of oil and oil seal for one month.very rude and cunning behaviour with customer.very disappointed with aftersales.

                                    We had a recent purchase of our yamaha fascino 125 hybrid 3 months back from CAG enterprises sathy road coimbatore. We had an issue with self start and auto-start. We reached out to that dealer and they said that the battery is faulty and needs to be changed. We wonder how would a brand new vehicle would run into faulty battery. My friend had a similar experience 2 years back with his New FZ, bought from the same dealer ran into battery issue after a month of his purchase. Its so evident that they do something on this regard. I was so concerned with this as i was a big fan of yamaha and had good trust in their vehicles also i own two of their products. It would really impact Yamaha brand reputation if this was not anchored, So please have a look at the issue happening with that dealership. I have also come across few customers with same problem with them. Awaiting an affirmative resolution from yamaha india.

                                      Address: 6-10-90,singalagunta,near rajanna park,Tirupati.

                                      From past 6 months im facing issue with my front break failure, the front lever goes completely backward and bike wouldn't stop it keeps on running . I contacted service centre multiple time but there is no permanent selection by technicians

                                        Bought a yamaha FZs version 3 in dindigul M/S sree kanna yamaha showroom on Aug 2021. The customer service & technical service of the dealer is worst since buying. we have given our bike for third service and after completed service, Air got leaked on my both tubeless tires, getting deflated frequently and immediately i took my bike to the dealer where i bought and conveyed the same. firstly the dealership personals never mind about my complaint and bike. gave irresponsible answers and behave & misbehaved utter useless words. and finally the owner of the dealership agreed to replace my tires as it comes under warranty.my bike tires are dismantled and parked inside the dealership premises for past two weeks. tried to contact the dealership and also the called the toll free number[protected] to raise the complaint about the lethargic behavior of dealership but got shocking reply from complaint toll free number that the customer only have to contact the tire vendor for replacement and Yamaha dealership and Yamaha service wont take the responsibility and got both irresponsible behavior from both complaint call center and the dealership. currently the status of the bike is unknown and still parked inside the dealership premises. kindly resolve. only 1600 kms of bike run done and every time i go for service they replace some spares and tell me that the spare got repaired. the same i conveyed to the feedback call after every service but no response .even after registering complaint in toll free we reeceive a response that, we dont force you to buy bike from yamaha.
