        Hi Team,

        I had purchased the Yamaha Ray ZR-Street Rally edition from your dealership on 13-May-2022. I happened to just walkin to your showroom and I immediately liked the bike. Your staff Mr. Sandeep's behaviour was good till I made the booking and submitted the documents for finance. Unfortunately, as soon as the booking is done, Sandeep's behaviour has changed drastically. There were no follow-ups, no information regarding progress in finance. I had to call up them everytime to understand what is happening. And again, as I was taking finance in my Mother's name, while submitting the finance documents, I had clearly told him that my Mother is a housewife. But in loan application, they had mentioned as an employee. So my loan got rejected. This was my first bad experience. But never expected this bad is going to be worse. Your team re-applied my finance again and they told my Mother's presence is required in showroom. When I reached the showroom along with my mom, he made us wait for almost 4 hours just for a few signatures. There I lost respect for your service. From there till delivery, again there was no follow-up. I told him to do Temporary registration and took delivery of my bike.From the day of booking till delivery, I had gone through a lot with Sandeep's attitude and reckless, irresponsible behaviour.

        Unfortunately, within a month of delivery, my bike met with an accident. There was a lot of chaos later with Police case and other issues. Meantime my TR got expired. So I had to shell out almost 20k from my pocket to get my vehicle repaired. Post repair, I called up your showroom and told Sandeep to go ahead with permanent registration. (Going back to booking : I had told Sandeep that whole registration will be taken care by me as I was looking for a special number 2525. And it was agreed that your team will prepare all the doc's and hand-over the file to me). After all these accidents and other chaos, I was not much interested in number. So on Friday, 08-July-2022, I told Sandeep to go ahead with permanent registration in-house.

        Here comes out his original behaviour, even though I clearly told him in-house registration this time, he preapred the file for KA-05 again. Everytime I call him to take the follow-up he gave me vague answers till today morning. FYI I'm a automobile industry person from past 10 years. But this guy always cuts me in between while I'm talking or trying to explain him something. He is never intended to listen out to the customer. He is not ready to give any solution or any kind of support to customers. I'm seriously surprised how can you hire such an arrogant guy in a newly opened showroom and expect to grow in business. He is not having a single quality and discipline that every sales person should carry. When I ask him any query regarding to registration, he clearly making a statement that HE IS NOT SITTING and WORKING IN RTO TO CLEAR MY DOUBTS.

        This is not the kind of service I was expecting. Customer is a customer whether he/she is buying a small toy or he/she is doing a crores worth transaction. I stay in BSK 3rd stage. I can visit the showroom near-by to my residence. I visited yours just because it is nearby to my workplace. Why should I visit the showroom almost 15 kms away from my home along with an old aged Mother? I expected a better service. Instead I received worse. This person Sandeep is definitely going to bring utter disgrace to your showroom. I suggest you to provide soft-skills training to the staff atleast. And also familiarize them with all the in-house departments.

          Recently i wrote mail to [protected]@yamaha-motor-india.com regarding vibrations issues. As Yamaha suggested to visit service center but even though they can't resolve my issue.

          I have recently purchased fz25 bs6 on April 02 2022 from dealer automax automotive (malad west). I'm facing vibration issue on Footrest & Handlebar particularly on speed between 70kmpl to 75kmpl however after that vibration gets normal.

          I visited the service center twice. First i visited that time executive Name Tejas told me that such things are normal after first service it will get solve. But it's still there. Second time i visited i told tejas about same issues, this time he kept my bike in service center for 2 days. He told me he ride my bike for about 25km and he faced same problem. But even after keeping it for two days problem was not resolve, infact there is a new issue my speedometer indicater showing engine light and abs light on.

          Tejas don't know what to do exactly. I have to call tejas repeatedly to get updates as tejas is very busy person he don't have time to reply or respond customer on his commitment. Even a guy Name Rishabh from service center he told me that I'll talk to company regarding this issue give me 10mins, and after 10mins he didn't even text me even he didn't pick-up my phone call.i can't trust on this service center

          Yamaha is a global recognized and trustworthy company with a better technology. I wasn't expecting this from Yamaha.
          Issues with a new engine!!!

          My request is to please send responsible person from YAMAHA, and not from dealer. Please look at it my bike problem gets resolved asap.

            Bluetooth Problem

            I am Moahatasheem I bought a Yamaha FZS-FI V3 Vintage Edition bike on Oct 2021, at Yamaha Showroom in Arcot Tamilnadu . Since that day I have had an issue with Bluetooth connectivity, where the Bluetooth of my bike was not connecting with my Yamaha bike app so I asked the help of the Yamaha showroom guys but they asked time till first service, but now the time is September so I kept asking them 5 to 6 times about the issues with my Bluetooth...

                I had issue with the tank cover when I purchased the vehicle. I had complained 4 times about it and it was not fixed completely.

                Now due to which the water entered into my vehicle tank and now the fuel pump is not working.

                The vehicle condition is good until you it for service.

                Most of the issue occurs after your vehicle gets serviced at Yamaha service centre.

                I gave my bike for service in a good condition it was running and now when I came to collect my vehicle it’s not even starting.

                  Front wheel paint was removed of my R15 V3 racing Blue bike in 4 months from purchase and used for 2400kms only.
                  It seems I was sold defective/assembled bike, not the brand new bike from the dealer Platinum motors.

                  Request you to get my money back. I don't want to continue the relationship with Yamaha Motors.

                    I purchased FSZ-FI V3 from Siddharth Yamaha, Gurgaon on 23 June 2020.
                    I get my vehicle serviced regularly from Yamaha Workshop. During service in the month of April 2022, I complained about inappropriate vehicle engine shutdown during running to which the service manager advised to get the fuel tank cleaned. I got the fuel tank cleaned but the issue was not resolved. Again during service in June 2022, I complained about the same but the issue is not yet resolved. Also, there was noise during self start of the vehicle. The manager advised to change the self start motor, but the part is not available in the Workshop. It has been 14 days and counting but the part is not yet available. When I enquire about the part availability there is no response from the team.

                      I have purchased the Yamaha FZ-S motorbike from the Yamaha Motor India dealer M/s J.M. Motors Pvt Ltd, Sector 63, Noida on 20th June 2022. Its been over 20 days dill date and I have not received the registration number from the dealer. I suspect that dealer has not processed the documents for registration and dealer is not providing correct information about the same.
                      The sales person Ravi is not cooperative at all and has stopped responding.
                      This is is the clear case of taking the customer for a ride and customer harassment.
                      I urge the consumer forum and Yamaha Motor India to take action against the dealer malpractices and resolve the issue of my bike registration.

                        I am Ramakrishna Rachure, purchased a bike on 27 may 22, from that day onwards my bluetooth is not activated as error throws while scanning the qr code error: as it is already linked, I am contacting service centre and customer care, but i am not getting resolution. As dealer keeps tell that bluetooth is in update stage but how long we need to wait for this issue. I havent recived any written. I have purchased this bike for that feature, if the problem is not getting resolved kindly return me the extra amount of bluetooth or resolved my issue as soon as possible. Thank you !!!

                            I am balaji srinivasan. I bought Yamaha fz-x in September 12 2021. I was little delay in my second service. Now my bikes battery doesn't work and also it's under warranty. But service center (Sampathrajji motors -little kanchipuram) told that they didn't change my battery under warranty, they ask cash for change. But my bike is under warranty there is still 2 month more. They behave like rude and didn't give proper response. I was already informed them about the battery issue but they didn't do anything on that, now only i realise that. Please help me to change my battery under warranty. Thank you

                                To Whoever It May Concern,

                                This mail is with regards to the agonizing, unsatisfactory, unpleasant, and poor customer service from Yamaha.

                                I had raised a complaint with the customer executives on the 21st of June, 2022 regarding the extended duration of spare parts unavailability for my Aerox 155. Since, the scooter is top of it's line and the most expensive scooter in the Indian market, having spent 1.7 lakhs on the same, I certainly expected satisfying service.

                                The vehicle was submitted to the dealership 'Technocon Services' for repair in Howrah, West Bengal on the 1st of June, 2022. As informed by the dealership, I was supposed to receive my vehicle by the 20th of June. I do not have any issues with the dealership executives' behavior, response, and interest regarding the same. They have tried to be as helpful as they could, but the underlying problem is with Yamaha themselves, which I failed to identify. Most of the spare parts were replaced, except the main part which was damaged, i.e, the left body panel.

                                As I have been taking updates from the dealership, they have kept on updating me about the parts not being billed and sent by Yamaha due to unavailability. My expected date of arrival got delayed from the 20th of June to the 10th of July, causing me immense problems while traveling to work on a daily basis.

                                I raised a ticket regarding the issue on the 21st of June with customer executive 'Rohit Sharma'. Apologies if the name is not correct, but I think it was this. The first line of the update was that the executives had no information regarding the situation and I would get a call back from the Field Service team which was handling my issue within 6 days. Till date, I have not received a call back from the same. I had to again complain on the 28th of June since I did not receive any update from Yamaha's side. I requested a senior agent call back since the same 'Rohit' named executive could not provide me information on the issue.

                                Post receiving a callback, the senior executive; Mr. Ravi was in utter haste to end the call and provided no valuable information. While I was speaking, he disconnected the call and displayed callous attitude. This brings me to the point of the efficiency of the executive. He kept on saying we have forwarded the issue to the concerned team, but upon repeated asking, he did not reveal which team was handling the issue, and neither did he connect me to the concerned team. I am being kept in the dark for 8 days now, with no actual update on the situation.

                                I have been repeatedly denied from talking to manager-level personnel, whereas the executives themselves had no information and could not solve the issue. I was promised a callback from the Field team handling the unavailability of the spare parts but still have not received the same. Days are passing, and I am suffering, with no apparent efforts or communication on behalf of Yamaha. I would request an urgent update on my situation, because it is highly inconvenient to contact customer care service every alternate day just to hear them say that they won't be of any help.

                                Is this how you treat your customers, Yamaha? Is money the only relationship you have with customers? I do not remember Yamaha providing me an option of paying later or taking my own sweet time to pay for the vehicle. If I was prompt in completing all procedures, why should I not be receiving the prompt responses from Yamaha? Why should I be the one paying for the vehicle and then suffering from all this poor after-sales service as well? I want to refrain from taking legal action, but please don't take the customer's silence as a weakness.

                                My only question is, "Why launch an expensive vehicle when you cannot even handle providing the spare parts for the same?" What a waste.

                                Looking forward to your prompt response, from a manager, specifically. I am so done with executives.

                                    My self sandeep shahabadi from thane mumbai maharashtra I had purchased fzsv3 bs 6 22 nd June 2020 just in two years I faced lots of issues with this model specially with the tank panels and now my bike engine... Shaft
                                    I have towed my bike to nearest yamaha service centre thame aims Yamaha.. so kindly help me to solve the problem... On immediate basis.. I'm a big fan of Yamaha bikes please don't disappoint me...

                                      Address: Yamaha Shelar Service center, 162, SR, 2C, Adarsh Colony Rd, Lane Number 5, Vidyanagar, Tingre Nagar, Pune, Maharashtra 411032

                                      I have given my bike for servicing to Yamaha service center,
                                      When i went to take delivery, my bike is not property serviced and the indicaters was having cross connection.

                                      There is no lube for chain they applied
                                      There is no oiling done for gear, brakes, clutch etc
                                      Breaks are not property serviced.
                                      It's like they just change the Engine oil.
                                      More are there I can't explain much over here.

                                      In the end they told me the bill they will send me on whatsapp, As the timing is over after 6:30pm, System server is shut down after 6:30pm

                                      I have been going for servicing to Yamaha since 2014. First time Worst experience ever.
