I have Problem on racer kit from my bike, Recently have changed new one but within 1 month, it makes problem on Same Part and Recently i have adjusted through showroom but My problem haven't resolved kindly make it resolve Yamaha! I'm the Genuine fan far Yamaha! Those services qualities making disappointing me a lot!

      Respected sir/madam,
      I am swagath s and i am a costumer of your yamaha mt 15 BS6. I have bought this from yamaha karthik motors punalur.
      My regn.no KL25 P 9102 and the chassis no ME1RG681AM0079338. engine no G3N4E0219687.i have bought this within 7 months. I am faceing a serious issues for the vehicle because most of the parts are rusting badly evn the chassis also I have gone to the showroom they are saving it's my own fault. I am sure that i haven't ride this on salty place I am faceing this problm after the second service from GEORGE MAIJO INDUSTRIES PVT LTD, ANAND ARCADE, VENDARMUKKU, kollam 691010 I have only driven 8400 km sorry to say that i extremely unsatisfied with your product kindly make the complain as a serious issue

        My name is santhosh and I bought the bike from kerala thrissur Unomobikes kuriachira. If this bike does not start every day, will the battery drain? I bought this bike because I always have this problem, if I do not start more than two days, the battery will be full drain. Is it possible to do anything permanent? (My bike number is KL 08 BX 9243).

          I brought a bike in November 2019, I had damn confidence in Yamaha bike quality and service quality.

          as I expected bike quality is good and mileage also good enough, I never compared my bike with any other model or brand because I feel satisfied with that bike.

          but after every service, I keep on facing issues like,
          1. Chain sprocket keep on loose - In 2 years 2 times used to change chain sprocket ( 18k KM)
          2. while installing the Yamaha charge port in the Yamaha service center, the technician removed the pilot light connection and connected it to the charger port. they did not even have knowledge of wiring or installation.
          3. without fuel injector cleaning, they charge an amount for fuel injector cleaning during paid service but they do not share the report of my fuel injector and engine.
          4. during disc brake pad change, slightly bent the disc and have rubbing sound after brake pad installation.
          5. after changing the accelerator cable, not routing the cable properly,
          6. in general service not even lubricating properly, we should be the expert to validate and ask all requirements one by one. they do not service what Yamaha service plan or customer complaints and what we pay.
          7. 1st fuel takes cover open and tank lock removed.
          8. 2nd time, during the 5th service damaged the fuel tank cover, after several inquiries and complaints with customer care. I ask for CCTV footage of service but they say not have servicing footage only have footage for bike handover which is the entrance of Yamaha service where my bike stand.
          9. not acknowledge their mistake and even during service they make damage and charging to customers. as a customer we want our bikes in good condition, we paying for their mistakes.
          10. labor charges or not as per Yamaha labor cost defined in Yamaha website, if in service they 10 parts even minor or major. they put 10 labor costs for each part, other than that ask for general service.
          11. even 1 time my bike met an accident, but they do not inspect it completely after that accident I faced my bike tyre was worn out 1 side and I check with a Yamaha service expert they said it may be due to type quality.
          I replaced the bike's rear tyre with my own money and in new bike tyre also facing the same. last week my bike's rear tyre bearing got damaged inside and unable to move the bike even 1 meter. I thank god, that god saved my life. if my bike bearing was damaged at high speed on highways for sure I would die on-road but it happened while crossing the toll that time I drove slowly and during braking, this happened.

          this is my overall experience with the Yamaha FZS - VI V3.0 model.

          I don't want to spend money anymore for this bike - worst tank design and no.1 worst service quality that Yamaha has here.

          Instead of having authorized Yamaha service, we are happy to go with local bike mechanic service, at least true for what we pay.

            My battery got drained after 9 month o[censored]se(Yamaha FZX) I gone to yamaha service april 8 they said we will charge up and see but it is draining so they said we will replace new battery with the insurance and warranty claim so they replace spare battery on april 13 .but the next day it is not working so til now may 6 the battery has not been replaced they replying it will next week end .Worst experience in[ Guduvanchery Varadhaman Yamaha ]

                    I have purchased FZS 3.0 yamaha bike on 2nd March, 2022 from Parvati Yamaha Showroom which is located in Aurangabad Bihar. I haven't received my bike registration Number (vehicle number) yet. I have called them again and again but they say work in progress. But i want to ask one question, how much time take to provide a vehicle number in India. I think it takes upto 15 days. But it is now 3rd may, more than 2 months. I haven't received my bike registration details till now. Please suggest what to do, if you can't take any action or resolve this issue against Parvati Yamaha Showroom, then i have to go consumer court against Yamaha showroom.

                      Three months completed but I still have not get my number Plate.
                      Every time they just lie and in very rude manner.

                        Hi Team Yamaha,

                        This is Vivek, a very happy customer of Yamaha since 2 years, but sorry now i can't say this, because of this non trusted authorized Sawhney Yamaha Service Center. I given my bike (R15 V3) on 4 April 2022 with issue of self start problem, but only in few days issue comes again, After that i again given the bike on 30 April 2022. They take more then two days but still can't find the solution. They are giving only excuses due to their busy schedule. These people is only good for simple bike service and don't have time to resolve the issue, I think road side mechanic have more knowledge and done better job compare to this authorized service center, sorry to say but i am very upset with this matter and never ever trust Yamaha, who don't have time and people for there customers.

                            My bike is R15M monster edition brought on October 12th, 2022. It's been just 6½ months and odometer shows around 1500kms. On 25th April, 2022, I tried to start my bike. But no power was coming from the battery to Engine, display screen, horn, indicators etc. Bike is unable to start and is completely dead. I called the showroom (SV Motors, Alappuzha, Kerala) from where I brought the bike and it's more than 30 hrs and I haven't got any resolution. Every time I call them, they say the technician will be coming in 30 minutes.
                            I had spend close to 2.2lakhs on this bike, so that I could use it, not to keeping begging for someone from your company to come and find the issue with your product that's currently covered by the warranty provided by Yamaha Motors India.
                            I'm hoping for a quick resolution for this, or I might have to look for other legal options.

                              I got my bike's front shocker repaired on 15th Aug 2021. Since then I have been facing a handling and balancing problem. It bubbles even on plain roads. It disbalances when I take a disk break or climb on breakers . It seems like I am driving without air into tires. It's very dangerous to drive.

                              I go to the service center every time and pay[protected] but no one is able to repair it. They are not capable to repair their own bike.

                              I requested many times through mails and phones but you don't listen and provide solutions. Customer Care Executives argument with me. He argues & behaves like a lawyer.

                              It is bad experience of buying this bike. Aftersales, No support.
                              Its condition is getting worst day by day.

                              They Resolved the Problem without giving Solution.

                                    Hope you are keeping well.

                                    I would like to inform you about the inconvenience caused by one of your outlets that's in North Goa (Pratik Motors Duler Mapusa) and a Delay in Delivery .
                                    I have a Booking for Aerox 155 and it's been 7 Months today's since the Booking.
                                    I was told during the booking of the bike that the delivery would be in 30 to 45 days and since than every month I keep asking them about the delivery and they keep saying next month.

                                    I was told I am the 3rd person to book the bike and yet no delivery after 7 months of the launch. They are still not able to confirm delivery date.

                                    I would like to request the Yamaha head to please look into the matter and please help me out with in situation.

                                    Can your team please contact Pratik Motors Duler Mapusa and ask them to deliver the Bike to me on priority basis.

                                    Kindly spare some of your precious time and look into this matter.

                                      I'm writing this to raise a service complaint, I have visited your service center on 14 of this month for service at that i have no complaints I take it for general service, even after the service the front wasn't working properly I conveyed same to the mechanic and team they didn't responded on that issue today my front break was completely failed and i just missed an accident. I have taken my bike directly to the service center but i haven't get any response from them they were simply like mechanic wasn't available at centre.
                                      This behavior towards customer was not expected from yamaha.

                                      I have visited the customer service center twice today the are not ready to do anything and behavior towards the customer was too worst, the mechanic didn't know how to talk to customer.

                                      In the last service also because of their mistake water went into display and light was not working from then.

                                      I have raised the same to customer service executive on toll free number but i haven't get resolution from them too.

                                        As am writing this email, because very much disappointed with your product and service. If I asked about this problem, your team laughs very cool saying that in this model all bikes has same issue, Better change the part. so if I replacing the parts in a year, then what is the product quality. It is not a wear and tear part, no physical part damage. But I need a proper solution for this.
