I have to go Srinivasa automobile Dondaparthy Visakhapatnam for fzx third service but they are not accept because of no manpower...but that is not our mistake...i m employee I will go to service centre on Sunday only ...but 2day also I went but your service centre not responding properly...so i request you to please open service centre on Sunday...

    I have puchased Fascino Scooter on 03.08.2020. from Wheel Movers, 4 Lalmohan Ghosh Rd, Krishnagar, West Bengal.bearing Engine No. E32SE0097656 Chasis No ME1SEG423L0047473. Self as well as kick starting is not possible since last six months. I have contacted the Kalyani branch of Wheel Movers several times regarding the problem. But unfortunately no solution has been done till date which causes a lot of inconvenience to me.
    I am hopeful that you will take initiatives to fix up the problem as early as possible to maintain the goodwill of such reputed company.

      I took Mt 15 in nov 2021 ..after one month problem started.. intially speedometer was not working..i went and gave complaint in Yamaha showroom Lalbagh road..they made to wait and when i give the vehicle they said we hv rectified..but now again the same old problem started..no display light..time is showing wrong..
      There was some sound..they said it's like tht..and there is no milage..i am getting 26 km per litre..and now they r. Telling my. Chain is gone..so in next service change the chain..i am middle class guy can't keep spending on bike like this..I think I hv a detective bike..so get it solved otherwise I hv to complaint to the senior management

        I have bought new Yamaha fzs fi V3 bs6 dark knight on Oct 31 2021 .
        It's been 8 months but I haven't recieved my registration card.
        They gave me temporary registration in Jan which lasts till 31 Jan.
        If I question them they are making lame excuses.please resolve my problem.
        Second problem is related to bike...
        During its 6000km run its power has decreases gradually, it's engine light is on from day one, it's clutch plates has changed without warranty and the rear wheel alignment is also disturb as monoshock doesn't work properly .
        Please resolve my problem

            I regretfully inform you that my new Yamaha FZS V-3(OD 07 AJ 8870) bike purchased on 16/08/2021 shows some defect issue of its right side shock absorber which was a major issue for further riding, whereas the vehicle warranty period yet not over, so I went for service center (Manor motor Berhampur) for its repair and warranty claim, it's job card serial no-924. there I do not get satisfactory service, where as their staff members avoid my defect and its claim in addition to this they shows unnecessary excuses for not claiming my warranty and repair their main objective of excuse is that vehicle has repaired outside of service center whereas my best of knowledge is within this warranty period i have not taken any service and repairing at outside of service center all my last services have done in this manor motor service center, all blame they pointing to our side of rider end apart from this service manager also misbehaved with mocking word for our inability of claiming. with this dissatisfaction I came back and repair this issue of my new bike at outside center with my own hand bearable cost. So I want on this matter for resolve and its reimbursement as its warranty period not covered.

                  I bought my bike FZ S V3 on 7th April 2022 on full cash. They told me the Number plate will come in 15 days.
                  When I went to service center for my first service on 26 April at 9:30(opening time), No one was there. They came at 11 pm. I was waiting for 1:30 hours. After my bike service, I asked them to give my service bill and RSA bill, they denied and said "Your bike is not approved yet because on 26th April I didn't got my number plate. On 9th May I got my Number plate after 1 month 2 days. Then I asked them for my service bill they told me they will send tomorrow on mail. I got no mail from Yamaha. Then today morning I went to Yamaha then take bill from them... it was the bad experience ever in my life. I have 2 Activa in my house, Honda always gave me best service.

                  Points for West delhi Riders, Najafgarh:-
                  - there is water cooler but no glasses are there for customer
                  - No one asked for even water in these 43° degree temperature

                  Yamaha gave me bad experience ever.

                      I have bought the scooter on Oct21 at Walter's yamaha, and service history maintained properly, now I am facing engine abnormal noise scooter is under the warranty period.

                      However Walter's yamaha didn't atten my vehicle, they having business ego between the dealers

                      This is consumer fraudual activities Yamaha doing with the help of authorized dealers.

                            I am swagath s and i am a costumer of your yamaha mt 15 BS6. I have bought this from yamaha karthik motors punalur.
                            My regn.no KL25 P 9102 and the chassis no ME1RG681AM0079338. engine no G3N4E0219687.i have bought this within 7 months. I am faceing a serious issues for the vehicle because most of the parts are rusting badly evn the chassis also I have gone to the showroom they are saving it's my own fault. I am sure that i haven't ride this on salty place I am faceing this problm after the second service from GEORGE MAIJO INDUSTRIES PVT LTD, ANAND ARCADE, VENDARMUKKU, kollam 691010 I have only driven 8400 km sorry to say that i extremely unsatisfied with your product kindly make the complain as a serious issue

                              My name is santhosh and I bought the bike from kerala thrissur Unomobikes kuriachira. If this bike does not start every day, will the battery drain? I bought this bike because I always have this problem, if I do not start more than two days, the battery will be full drain. Is it possible to do anything permanent? (My bike number is KL 08 BX 9243).

                                I brought a bike in November 2019, I had damn confidence in Yamaha bike quality and service quality.

                                as I expected bike quality is good and mileage also good enough, I never compared my bike with any other model or brand because I feel satisfied with that bike.

                                but after every service, I keep on facing issues like,
                                1. Chain sprocket keep on loose - In 2 years 2 times used to change chain sprocket ( 18k KM)
                                2. while installing the Yamaha charge port in the Yamaha service center, the technician removed the pilot light connection and connected it to the charger port. they did not even have knowledge of wiring or installation.
                                3. without fuel injector cleaning, they charge an amount for fuel injector cleaning during paid service but they do not share the report of my fuel injector and engine.
                                4. during disc brake pad change, slightly bent the disc and have rubbing sound after brake pad installation.
                                5. after changing the accelerator cable, not routing the cable properly,
                                6. in general service not even lubricating properly, we should be the expert to validate and ask all requirements one by one. they do not service what Yamaha service plan or customer complaints and what we pay.
                                7. 1st fuel takes cover open and tank lock removed.
                                8. 2nd time, during the 5th service damaged the fuel tank cover, after several inquiries and complaints with customer care. I ask for CCTV footage of service but they say not have servicing footage only have footage for bike handover which is the entrance of Yamaha service where my bike stand.
                                9. not acknowledge their mistake and even during service they make damage and charging to customers. as a customer we want our bikes in good condition, we paying for their mistakes.
                                10. labor charges or not as per Yamaha labor cost defined in Yamaha website, if in service they 10 parts even minor or major. they put 10 labor costs for each part, other than that ask for general service.
                                11. even 1 time my bike met an accident, but they do not inspect it completely after that accident I faced my bike tyre was worn out 1 side and I check with a Yamaha service expert they said it may be due to type quality.
                                I replaced the bike's rear tyre with my own money and in new bike tyre also facing the same. last week my bike's rear tyre bearing got damaged inside and unable to move the bike even 1 meter. I thank god, that god saved my life. if my bike bearing was damaged at high speed on highways for sure I would die on-road but it happened while crossing the toll that time I drove slowly and during braking, this happened.

                                this is my overall experience with the Yamaha FZS - VI V3.0 model.

                                I don't want to spend money anymore for this bike - worst tank design and no.1 worst service quality that Yamaha has here.

                                Instead of having authorized Yamaha service, we are happy to go with local bike mechanic service, at least true for what we pay.

                                  My battery got drained after 9 month o[censored]se(Yamaha FZX) I gone to yamaha service april 8 they said we will charge up and see but it is draining so they said we will replace new battery with the insurance and warranty claim so they replace spare battery on april 13 .but the next day it is not working so til now may 6 the battery has not been replaced they replying it will next week end .Worst experience in[ Guduvanchery Varadhaman Yamaha ]

                                      Non issuance of RC book
                                      In the RC book, it was mentioned the vehicle color as "Matt Black" instead of "Vintage Brown".

                                      Contacted multiple times the dealer (even with showroom MD), but no response.

                                      I complained in Yamaha customer care - but poor response
