    [protected] i was services my yamaha FZ-S bike on that day. i said do general services like oil change, water wash. etc.., but your dealer not services properly some noise are come while i ride my bike. after i will go that services center they said come tomorrow how many times and also this not first time in every services they will do some mistake on my bike after services i will go and agian repire my bike. Yamaha you should take serious action to him

      I have Yammaha MT 15 bike bearing registration number (JK02CM 9836).
      I visit many times in the workshop told them i have problem in bike please resolve it they always said all ok go and check at the same time issue will be resolved but the next day same thing happen again . So please tell me if you don't have engineer to diagnose the bike properly why the company make fool the customers.

        Hi,

        This complaint is with regards to the servicing of the vehicle post which the parts of the vehicle were changed. The vehicle Yamaha ray zr street rally was having no issues with the seat of the same but post service there was alot of noise coming in when asked they stated that the seat was the same but after confirming from the near by showroom they confirmed that the seat is changed due to which the issue is coming in.           Today eavening when im returning to home i experiend a reckeless bike rider who was already drunken and riding a yamaha schooty holding number "AP39JM4524" in kakinada jagannaikpur bridge, he dashed me in the corner and bad mouthing me when i asked for reason to hit me .

          I may cause a big accident on the road if i was unable to handle the bike and fell off i would right under the tyre of a truck behind me

          please take a considerable action against this rider

            Hi, My name is Vaibhav Padia and I own a bike of yamaha-FZ25, bought in the month August 2021. I did a two service as per the time given. Later I changed the rear brake pad, after which a weird sound is started. I even changed the disc which was damage due to pad that I changed. The disc was damaged due to pad, but the service center charged me for the disc, wherein it was not damaged by me. So when I change the disc I told them to change the pad as well, but the issue still persists, even after changing disc and pad. I visited multiple times but the permanent solution is not getting solved from the service center. Today again I dropped the vehicle to the service center "VRB YAMAHA SERVICE CENTER", BORIVALI WEST, MUMBAI-92 also known as SPEED AUTO YAMAHA (Aura hotel, Vichare compound, MHB Colony, Gorai 3, Borivali West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400091)

            . The bike is looked by the persons are, UMESH(senior technician), RANDHIR PAWAR( service engineer) and RAKESH(generalmanager). It's almost more than 20 visits i did and almost 3 months old, but the solution is not getting solved. Last sunday i kept the bike to service center for 5 days, but still the issue is not solved. Didn't expected this from yamaha service center. Being a big brand seems low quality and poor technical support. The service center people just tell one thing.. "drop the bike will chexk it", but no permanent solution came. None of them are capable to diagnose the issue. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

            No one is reply me properly nor helping me properly.

            Even the customer service support is not helping me to raise the complaint nor to solve my issue. Such a pathetic experience from Yamaha.

              While riding if any obstacle comes and if I apply breaks suddenly, the Breaking system stops working and forcing me to hit the obstacle. Regarding this problem I complained to service centre n number of time. But the problem is not rectified

                I bought Yamaha FZ-X bike in exchange of my old bike (Bajaj Discover) on November 2021. I submitted all the hardcopy documents like original RC, Pollution Certificate, Insurance (still valid upto July 2022) for the old bike to Yamaha - Samukh motors in Medavakkam.

                It looks like they have sold the old bike through a vendor named Mr. Arul from "AR Auto Center (Medavakkam)" to someone without transferring the RC ownership. br...

                I have purchased the new bike Yamaha FZ16 model BS6 last year in February 2021 from Sidharth Auto services, sector 14, Gurgaon and paid full amount at purchase tim

                I wanted to complain about the Vehicle Registration certificate(RC) they are not providing even after one year. I am keep following with the showroom manager and receptionist for my RC document but they are giving me false promise each time about the documents. Please help me out.

                    Dear Yamaha motors,
                    I gave my bike for servicing in Yamaha Moto world in Bommanahalli, Bangalore. My bike FZ version 1.0 had some engine noise issues. They took 15 days for servicing the bike and they took all the liberty to change the bike parts without my permission and they put a whopping amount of 20K. And I received my bike and within 3 days of time my is having huge issues and lot of noise coming out from my bike and pick up has been dropped and my bike is stopping in between the signals.
                    When I called the managers they are not responding properly and please take this into consideration.

                      मैंने यामाहा से FZS बाईक मार्च में खरीदी है दिल्ली शिवा मोटर्स शोरूम से, इस बाईक का पिकअप बहुत कम है और बाईक को स्पीड पकड़ने में भी समय लगता है। मेरे पास एक और यही मॉडल की बाईक हैं bo सही चलती हैं उसका पिकअप और स्पीड भी बहुत सही है लेकिन न्यू बाईक मे ऐसा कुछ भी नही है मैने शोरूम पर भी इसके बारे में बात की लेकिन उनका जबाव ये था कि अब ऐसे ही आ रही है कंपनी से, में आपसे ये पूछना चाहता हूं कि क्या स्पोर्ट्स बाईक ऐसे ही चलती है जो अब मुझे उनके शोरूम पर बताया जा रहा है मेरा आपसे विनम्र निवेदन है कि मेरी समस्या दूर करे अन्यथा मुझे कंज्यूमर कोर्ट में जाकर कार्यवाही करनी पड़ेगी कृपया जल्दी से इस समस्या का समाधान करे ।

                        I purchased Yamaha Fasico 125 on 08.02.2020 in Yamaha Showroom Tiruvannamalai . I didnt the scooty so fast and I didnt drive for long time. But now the Service Center says that I want to change the Engine, Clutch Wheel and so. Even I didnt driven for 10, 000 kms in two years, Why I want to change? For that They charge Rs.10000. what the hell is happening here. Is there any product fault or Service Fault? This is disgusting. Even i gave the bike to the service center, i didnt got a proper response. They didnt touch my bike.As a Yamaha Fan, I get a great disappointed from this incident. I want you reply within Today.

                          When i took the delivery of the bike i knew there is something wrong with the monoshock suspension and even the front usd suspension, I told the dealership about this and they said to rectify in the first service and told it'll set before it, but i face the same issue even after raising a complaint in the service center they told they'll respond but it's been weeks and still no response from them. Now I'm the one suffering from back pain if you ride the bike for 10 kms itself the back starts to ache even the shoulders due to the poor faulty suspension, they even drove my bike and told it's faulty and yamaha will question them for raising a complaint it's a brand new bike and i paid a 2 lakh sum for it for which it is of no use please do the needful

                              I Am, vishal sharma. I bought a Yamaha FZS-FI V3 bs6 bike on 25 Feb 2022, at Yamaha Showroom in RZF 16, mahavir enclave, palam dabri, dwarka, new delhi 110045. And my first experience from yamaha showroom is very bad. Since first day I have an issue with bluetooth connectivity, where the bluetooth of my bike was not connecting with my Yamaha bike app so I asked them for help to Yamaha showroom and service team but they asked for time till first service, but now I have compeletd my first service 22 march 2022, so I kept asking them 5 to 6 times about the issues with my Bluetooth connectivity. Service Center are asking for more and more time, but they are not fixing my problem. I have paid extra money to enjoy the bluetooth connectivity for special feature I had paid and it is not working since i had bought the bike so what is the point for paying extra money for the bluetooth feature. And the service center team don't have any knowledge about the bluetooth unit of the bike or service it. Also they given me half face helmet of low quality when I asked them for full face helmet, they denied and i have still did not use that helmet .
                              One more point till now I didn't received my number plate and RC, it have been 44 days of purchase my bike please provide as soon as possible and take neccessary and quick action of my problem.
                              1.Solve my bluetooth problem
                              2.Change My helmet to full face helmet

                                My bike was damaged and handed over to Yamaha showroom (panjab hotel junction skanda moters) in Visakhapatnam on 5th Feb 2022 but till now my bike was not repaired I was visited showroom more than 20 times but every time staff saying spare parts not available worst yamaha service centre please take necessary action

                                  I brought a brand new Ray-ZR on 10/02/2022.
                                  From that day there was sound coming on from backside (kicker side on left). And the service center people told me that it's a complaint coming from cvt body. I visited the service center 3 times. And they can't find what was the problem. At the 3rd time they told me that i want to keep the vechile in the service center for 2days. I kept the vechile on 30/03/2022 and took the vechile back on 04/04/2022. Still the problem not solved. And started new sound coming from the engine side. And the service center can't find the exact issue. It's a brand new scooter my first vechile I brought with my hard earned money. And am facing the issue on my new vechile. Remember it's a brand new vechile not a old vechile. And they can't find that issue. Please take necessary action against the Service center and resolve my vechile complaint if possible. Otherwise I want to return my scooter with full refund. I don't need this company detected product.

                                      Dear team,
                                      I have owned Yamaha FZs Fi V3 in Aug 2020. Used around 15000kms. From last 1-2 months its showing engine troubleshoot and ABS/engine light in always ON position. It seems some fault in engine and bike is also not generating enough power. Currently I'm living at Trivandrum, kerala and due to power issue I was done my 6th service little bit earlier than the service date at nearby authorised service centre. Service center shared that its the problem with front break pad and it has been replaced. But the same day evening I felt same issue and again the power issue happened and next day I visited the service centre, but they argued that there is no problem with bike and sent me back. Except showroom people all others felt the power issue. I have 2 or 3 service left. The issue is repeating and today same has been happened, meter is running without starting the bike.


                                      Kindly look into tha matter and help to resolve it as fast as possible.
