On February 4th, I received delivery of my new vehicle, a Yamaha R15 V3 bs6 blue CAG yamaha Bluesquare (Saravanampatti) cbe, after which I covered 1600 kms and no complaints were found, so I'll give after that service while taking a delivery, I was not there so dad was taking a delivery 7.30 pm and he did not notice the noise, the next day I started for regular office work taking a vehicle, some kada kada kada noise in engine side, iam not sure the noise it's new oil or first start noise, eveaning same issue detected thus next day (Sunday) I informed to sales person as per their instruction I'll handover my bike to repair centre yet my worry was not rectified and response was very very slow, After that, CAG Blue Square stated that there was no technician available to perform engine work, so I was instructed to deliver the vehicle to the head office (CAG Omni busstand), where he stated that the noise was caused by valves, and that we would adjust and deliver (this occurred after five days).I said I can check and take a vehicle delivery, and I also asked if the valve noise had been resolved. The cag team responded that the valve noise had been resolved, but that another noise had appeared. Because we can't dismantle the engine in this low-mileage vehicle, you should drive the vehicle slowly, not exceeding 80 km/h, and if noise occurs, you should bring the vehicle to a service centre where we will remove and inspect the engine according to Yamaha specifications. for more details kindly contact the dealer, plz rectify this concern as soon as possible, 18 days completed now also my vehicle in that service centre.
