I got my bike back from service centre yesterday and still the problem that I told them isn't resolved! Back brakes are not working at all and bike is not operating normally ! They haven't done anything to solve this pls do something asap

    I Am, vishal sharma. I bought a Yamaha FZS-FI V3 bs6 bike on 25 Feb 2022, at Yamaha Showroom in RZF 16, mahavir enclave, palam dabri, dwarka, new delhi 110045. And my first experience from yamaha showroom is very bad. Since first day I have an issue with bluetooth connectivity, where the bluetooth of my bike was not connecting with my Yamaha bike app so I asked them for help to Yamaha showroom and service team but they asked for time till first service, but now I have compeletd my first service 22 march 2022, so I kept asking them 5 to 6 times about the issues with my Bluetooth connectivity. Service Center are asking for more and more time, but they are not fixing my problem. I have paid extra money to enjoy the bluetooth connectivity for special feature I had paid and it is not working since i had bought the bike so what is the point for paying extra money for the bluetooth feature. And the service center team don't have any knowledge about the bluetooth unit of the bike or service it. Also they given me half face helmet of low quality when I asked them for full face helmet, they denied and i have still did not use that helmet .
    One more point till now I didn't received my number plate and RC, it have been 44 days of purchase my bike please provide as soon as possible and take neccessary and quick action of my problem.
    1.Solve my bluetooth problem
    2.Change My helmet to full face helmet
    3.Provide my number plate and RC as qucik as possible.

      My bike was damaged and handed over to Yamaha showroom (panjab hotel junction skanda moters) in Visakhapatnam on 5th Feb 2022 but till now my bike was not repaired I was visited showroom more than 20 times but every time staff saying spare parts not available worst yamaha service centre please take necessary action

        I brought a brand new Ray-ZR on 10/02/2022.
        From that day there was sound coming on from backside (kicker side on left). And the service center people told me that it's a complaint coming from cvt body. I visited the service center 3 times. And they can't find what was the problem. At the 3rd time they told me that i want to keep the vechile in the service center for 2days. I kept the vechile on 30/03/2022 and took the vechile back on 04/04/2022. Still the problem not solved. And started new sound coming from the engine side. And the service center can't find the exact issue. It's a brand new scooter my first vechile I brought with my hard earned money. And am facing the issue on my new vechile. Remember it's a brand new vechile not a old vechile. And they can't find that issue. Please take necessary action against the Service center and resolve my vechile complaint if possible. Otherwise I want to return my scooter with full refund. I don't need this company detected product.

            Dear team,
            I have owned Yamaha FZs Fi V3 in Aug 2020. Used around 15000kms. From last 1-2 months its showing engine troubleshoot and ABS/engine light in always ON position. It seems some fault in engine and bike is also not generating enough power. Currently I'm living at Trivandrum, kerala and due to power issue I was done my 6th service little bit earlier than the service date at nearby authorised service centre. Service center shared that its the problem with front break pad and it has been replaced. But the same day evening I felt same issue and again the power issue happened and next day I visited the service centre, but they argued that there is no problem with bike and sent me back. Except showroom people all others felt the power issue. I have 2 or 3 service left. The issue is repeating and today same has been happened, meter is running without starting the bike.


            Kindly look into tha matter and help to resolve it as fast as possible.
            I am residing at kollam (Dist), Kerala And working in Trivandrum district of Kerala. Please arrange in Trivandrum if possible it will very helpfull for me.

                Searching for the swing arm about 3months in ur showrooms but all the dealers told that production of this part is closed!. My swing arm is cracked and bike can't move.so it's very urgent .Pls reply, and provide me this parts .Waiting for your reply.dont lose my trust in yamaha

                  I am Facing Some Issues For Longer Time In My Scooter. My issue is fibre fitting issue. Some body parts in my scooter not set properly. 1st is my scooter meter below cover. And 2nd is my scooter helogen upper cover. Both are not set properly. I am complaining since 2nd Service and they are saying. We cannot be able to resolve your issue. This issue connot be possible to resolve. Currently My 5th Service has Done. But My Issue Still Presist.
                  I want to know about SERVIVE CENTRE DETAILS whoose resolve my this issue.
                  Because BIKE HOUSE DELHI SERVICE CENTRE (SPG VEHICLES) has not able to resolve or denied.

                  2nd Issue is Technical Issue. This issue i am facing last 1 month. My issue is my Scooter is showing Wrong Speed in meter.
                  Suppose I am riding 30km/h speed meter is showing 45 to 55km/h. If my speed approx 40 to 45km/h meter is showing 60 to 70km/h.
                  ecently my 5th Service done on 31 March, 2022. I am Telling my issue at the time of creating job card.
                  And I also telling my issue to Mr. Pawan and also my is mentioning my job card. But they are not solve my issue. rather he had not check my scooter meter spped issue.
                  At the time of taking handover my scooter. I had confirmed. Had you resolve my meter speed issue. He has said, I have checked all sensor and meter speed through my machine. And your issue has resolved.
                  After tomorrow at the time of going to my office. I am faced same issue. When I am calling to service centre and talk to the manager and MR. Pawan on 2nd April. Am asking to share me the CCTV Footage. Where you have checked my scooter sensor or meter in your machine. They assure me that we will share to the footages. Where we resolve your issue today till 5:00 Pm.
                  But Today is 4 April, 2022. But still they are not responding. what do i do now. I am so frustrated to your Service.

                  that's all i want to say, I request you to please resolve Issue ASAP.
                  and please my Humble request please TERMINATE MR. PAWAN from your service centre. Because these like employees misguide most people and telling a lie.
                  i hope you will solve my problem ASAP.

                      My name is kumar Raju. I bought Yamaha fzs vs3 model on 19/09/2021 and bike in on warrenty period. Battery of my bike is faulty and my bike doesn't start because of that. Their is also warranty on my battery of 1 year. When I visited service centre they are forcing me to left bike for 10 days otherwise they are asking me to buy battery from them. Please help me and send my battery.

                              I am a royal customer of yamaha and i make sure my bike is been serviced with authorised service center, by due to unwanted reason i have been cheated for charges not service for, i have been sub standards battery replacement, unwashed vehicle and been charged for service not done.

                              even after giving a estimate for 2400/- i have been charged 4458/-with out any intimation.

                              i want a refund for the same or would knock door of law and consumer forum.

                                    Hi Team,

                                    I have had some minor damages to my bike's front area(head light and doom). it's an R15 V3. I had raised for insurance claim and i had to drop my bike at Yamaha service center at Karur for parts to be replaced.
                                    I had left my bike on 2nd March 2022, now it's 31st Mar 2022. still they haven't changed any parts yet. not even proper replies to any calls.
                                    It is hardly 3 to 4 parts that needs to be changed. I don't know why it is taking so long as other companies do it sooner. Please look into this.

                                      I have Given my Bike FZ-X for repair on 9th march which was purchased on july 21. I have contacted the service center thrice but they say that The headlight is not available in stock of company itself. How can this be possible????

                                      FZX is newly launched premium bike and Within 1 year of its launch Spare parts are not available. I have bought this bike and was confident the yamaha gives good bike and spare parts are easily available.

                                      I am in despair... completely disappointed by such incompetent service of Yamaha.
                                      Certainly after this incident i will never take such useless bikes from Yamaha where spare parts are not available...

                                        On February 4th, I received delivery of my new vehicle, a Yamaha R15 V3 bs6 blue CAG yamaha Bluesquare (Saravanampatti) cbe, after which I covered 1600 kms and no complaints were found, so I'll give after that service while taking a delivery, I was not there so dad was taking a delivery 7.30 pm and he did not notice the noise, the next day I started for regular office work taking a vehicle, some kada kada kada noise in engine side, iam not sure the noise it's new oil or first start noise, eveaning same issue detected thus next day (Sunday) I informed to sales person as per their instruction I'll handover my bike to repair centre yet my worry was not rectified and response was very very slow, After that, CAG Blue Square stated that there was no technician available to perform engine work, so I was instructed to deliver the vehicle to the head office (CAG Omni busstand), where he stated that the noise was caused by valves, and that we would adjust and deliver (this occurred after five days).I said I can check and take a vehicle delivery, and I also asked if the valve noise had been resolved. The cag team responded that the valve noise had been resolved, but that another noise had appeared. Because we can't dismantle the engine in this low-mileage vehicle, you should drive the vehicle slowly, not exceeding 80 km/h, and if noise occurs, you should bring the vehicle to a service centre where we will remove and inspect the engine according to Yamaha specifications. for more details kindly contact the dealer, plz rectify this concern as soon as possible, 18 days completed now also my vehicle in that service centre.
