On February 4th, I received delivery of my new vehicle, a Yamaha R15 V3 bs6 blue CAG yamaha Bluesquare (Saravanampatti) cbe, after which I covered 1600 kms and no complaints were found, so I'll give after that service while taking a delivery, I was not there so dad was taking a delivery 7.30 pm and he did not notice the noise, the next day I started for regular office work taking a vehicle, some kada kada kada noise in engine side, iam not sure the noise it's new oil or first start noise, eveaning same issue detected thus next day (Sunday) I informed to sales person as per their instruction I'll handover my bike to repair centre yet my worry was not rectified and response was very very slow, After that, CAG Blue Square stated that there was no technician available to perform engine work, so I was instructed to deliver the vehicle to the head office (CAG Omni busstand), where he stated that the noise was caused by valves, and that we would adjust and deliver (this occurred after five days).I said I can check and take a vehicle delivery, and I also asked if the valve noise had been resolved. The cag team responded that the valve noise had been resolved, but that another noise had appeared. Because we can't dismantle the engine in this low-mileage vehicle, you should drive the vehicle slowly, not exceeding 80 km/h, and if noise occurs, you should bring the vehicle to a service centre where we will remove and inspect the engine according to Yamaha specifications. for more details kindly contact the dealer, plz rectify this concern as soon as possible, 18 days completed now also my vehicle in that service centre.

        I had given my vehicle Yamaha FascinoRegistration No: TN13K8962 for general service on 19th March 2022 to our nearest authorised dealer Bikerz Yamaha, , Pammal. Chennai 600075. Mechanic on checking of vehicle informed me some spare parts like belt, bearing to be replaced, since the same is not available, he has to order and it will take 4 days time to keep the vehicle ready. Since it has been 12 days over so far vehicle is not ready and authorised service dealer is telling still they are waiting for the spare parts.
        My vehicle Fascino was purchased in the year 2017 and since it is hardly 5 years old only. I regret to understand that spare parts are not available for Yamaha for 5 Years old vehicle that means we can’t use the vehicle for more than 3 years if so no meaning of choosing Yamaha product as non-availability of spare parts issues are there.
        Kindly confirm as a manufacturer when I can get spares for my vehicle if not possible kindly let me know what can I do with my 5 years old defective vehicle.

          Sir i was purchaged a new yamaha facsino 125 on 07.10.2021 at swathi motors, thagarapuvalasa, visakhapatnam, i was not received my number plate, several times i was asked for this to the dealer, he was simply saying that you may complaint .
          Sir i am giving full details about the vehicle so please take necessary action and provide my number plate.

            I'm Ravi from Chandigarh, recently i had brought a new R15 V3 2021 model from Yamaha motors Chandigarh, and now i'm facing some issues in my bike like knocking sound in front suspension of bike which irritates a lot. i had went to Yamaha services and they can't even repair/solve that problem, the bike is in warranty and they had put many scratches around the meter console. I'm not setisfied with this type of services from you and your mechanics and i request you to solve these problems, if you can't repair/change it then please replace this bike. I had paid 1.80lakh for this bike and getting this types of bad service or problem.

              We have bought ray ZR125 from yamaha showroom on September 10. On the 3rd free service they charged me 800rs but still the noise is coming from the clech assembly we asked the service centre in Coimbatore they said that, we want to change the drive belt and clech assembly for changing they are asking me to pay 4000 rs for the both still it was under warranty we didn't expect that the yamaha company is charging 4000rs for 6 month. So i ask the company to replace the necessary parts for my scooter otherwise we are going to file the case in consumer court. So please reply us soon we are expecting a good reply from yamaha.

                        I am genuine coustomer of Yamaha Motors since 2009.I am using Yamaha FZ-S bike and continue do my service in service centre.Service Centre taken unnecessary charges in bill . I want to change my bike but these unnecessary charges taken by your service partner change my mind to further believe in Yamaha Motors.Please do necessary action to these Service Partners so that your valuable coustomer believe maintain.

                            I'm JoJo Johnson A few days ago
                            I mailed a complaint to Yamaha.
                            In it I mentioned two compliant (Chain sprocket & Conset). I had given my bike to Aluva Peringadu Motors for six days as per the instructions from the company.
                            They Partially solved conset complaint, they explained that the reason was the change of tyfork.But my chain sprocket complaint is still there and they only hit the loop. I still have a chain compliant on my bike and the sound of the chain hitting while driving is also Loose. Within seven months of buying my new bike yamaha R15 V3 the compliant started showing me 8000 km. Because of my work I late to showing this complaint now its 9000km.On 8000km i realize the defect and i go to the showroom.
                            They Tight maximum, Showroom Technician says Chain is Total Loss.
                            I humbly request that you please resolve my Chain Sprocket complaint.

                              I have bought Yamaha Fasino 125 hybrid on 5th March, 2022. I have made all payments in cash. Still Ekvira motors
                              Yamaha dealer for location Akot (pin-444101) has not given bluetooth which comes with Fasino.

                              He also has taken payment for accessories still denying to provide those. Please look into the matter and do the needful.

                                  My left mirror has been broken during the servicing of bike in service center, now the main thing is who and how will be going to compensate it, although is the fault of service center and Its been more than 2 week I am not responded to from any of the compensation.
                                  Although when I call them what to do next they replied " remove the left side mirror and ride bike in one mirror, it is not necessary to use two mirror in bike", now the question is from YAMAHA MOTORS that if only one mirror is necessary then why you are providing 2 mirror in bikes?

                                      I have brought a yamaha bike on April 2021. At the time of vehicle purchase they charged an amount to brought an Helmet at showroom. After we have paid amount for helmet they provided bill for helmet and said like helmets are out of stock and we will give it soon. It's been almost an year and they are not giving helmet. Now If we are asking for helmet they are false claiming like they have given helmet already since they have given bill for helmet.

                                        I Am, Sagar Dumbre. I bought a Yamaha FZS-FI V3 Vintage Edition bike on 26 Jan 2021, at Yamaha Showroom in Pune City. Since that day I have had an issue with Bluetooth connectivity, where the Bluetooth of my bike was not connecting with my Yamaha bike app so I asked the help of the Yamaha showroom guys but they asked for time till the first service, but now the time is September so I kept asking them 5 to 6 times about the issues with my Bluetooth connectivity. Service Center guys are asking for excuses but not fixing my problem. I have paid extra money to enjoy the Bluetooth connectivity but for which feature I had paid it is not working since I had bought the bike so what is the point in paying extra money for the Bluetooth feature And wherein the service centre guys have no knowledge about the Bluetooth unit of the bike or service it. There is a price difference of 8000 rupees between FZS V3 and FZS-FI V3 Vintage edition. So if the service centre can't make my Bluetooth unit work properly then please return my extra money which I have paid. Please resolve this problem. My Contact number is [protected].
