Not registered RTO delayed

This is Elavendan. I have bought Yamaha fascino nov24 VVL motors Karaikudi. My chassis no.. ME1sej91N0003676.. but till now for the past 20 days not registered my vehicle in RTO.. also not responding from dealership side so kindly resolve this problem. My no [protected]...

    I have purchased a new Yamaha FZX yesterday (13-Mar-22) from Excellent Motors, Rohini New Delhi.

    When I reached home and tried to lock it the lock was not that much free the way it should be as I am using other bikes and those are locked in 1st attempt.

    The lock towards right side is free but at left side it was not getting locked. Instead I have to adjust the handle in upward direction from one hand and then it was locked.

    I think it is a manufacturing defect.

    Please get it resolved ASAP.

      Sir, my name is adarsh m.r.i have a complaint about Yamaha motors.i buyer a bike from this brand.bike name mt15 .after 2 years I found that my tank is leaking petrol and then founted a hole on the petrol tank.before I buying the i believed in Yamaha but now iam not satisfied.this is a brand new bike.but didn't expected like this from this brand.         I purchased the Yamaha fascino on 2016. On 12/ 03/ 2022 I travelled 20kms and placed in my house. Within 2 minute the Yamaha fascino was automatically fired in backside between the seat and wheel.

          I paid 5100 rupees to get my bike repaired at Av motors (Yamaha). It was a home pickup and drop service. When i received my bike there were hardly any changes. The parts used seemed to be refurbished. Plus they told me that there is a part that needs to be replaced and i have to play more 1100 rupees to fix it. The most surprising part about this is that they told me to order the part and give it to them so they can install it and also take the installation charges. I feel like I've been robbed. Investigation needs to be done on everything that the bike went through.

            Dear sir,
            I have recently purchased yamaha R15 V4 blue color bike, 2 months approx with 3000km. I want to say your service is just rubbish, so many problems are there in my bike and the company service is not resolving the problem. Shelf start problem, not taking pick up, speed issue, noise in the disc brake...and after visiting many times to the service centre the staff has suggested me to put 1 jug water every morning before ride, means such a rediculus response. please resolve this issue, otherwise exchange my bike, or return my money.

              Service charges taken in first free service

              My name is Tanmoy Ghosh. I have purchased Yamaha FZ bs6 on last month. I did my first service on 11th march 2022. At first I didn't notice that, service charges are taken from me in my first free service. In first free service service charges should not be charged. Tax invoice is attached for your reference. I didn't mentioned them to do engine flush and other services for which they charged me service charges. I just want to know why Yamaha...

                At first the radiator fan worked well but later it's gone.I am not the only person to got this problem..almost in every version 4 and R15m variants are having this problem.we are spending more than 2 lakh on this bike as because yamaha is a brand and yamaha engines are raliable.Seems like the brand value of yamaha is going to be doomed.
                I want yamaha to take this issue as seroius..Fix those problems quickly.so many service centers didn't have the spare parts for radiator fans..They are saying 2 weeks and 3 weeks to receive radiator fan.what can I do for 3 weeks without the bike.I have only one bike.
                So please atleast take this issue as serious issue and provide atleast these radiator parts in service centers so that whoever got the problem can fix quickly..

                Even I felt the same...my coolant temperature will be around 87-92..most of the time...let me know what is the coolant temperature shown in ur bike while riding

                  I have purchased Yamaha FZS Fi v3 in February 2022. But the Bluetooth device is not running properly, when the ignition is turning off the Bluetooth is also getting disconnected. I have said about the issue in my first Servicing but the Yamaha service centre, Jeypore(Odisha) employees blaming on Mobile phone. The reasons they are saying is meaningless so why I have paid the extra money for Bluetooth

                    Hi Yamaha Team,

                    This is very serious escalation note .As i bought Yamaha Fascino Bike on Jan .From the day i bought the vehicle the Bluetooth is not working .I bought the vehicle from "MOTO WORLD ( Yamaha showroom)" . The dealer team is not response and lagging the issue by saying the have done resolution by replacing the Bluetooth kit but till now it is not resolved .They have taken the bike to check the issue for almost 10 + days and no resolution they have give .Now they are complaining the issue is with Yamaha app and not their issue .They are saying their is an issue with Server of Yamaha so there is no issue with them .I want to escalate this on serious not that its been 45 days and no resolution provided me for this and they have given me faulty bike even though I paid the full exact amount .I need help from India Yamaha Team to take this case and provide me resolution or i want to file case i am left it.

                      I have purchased vehicle from Denz motors, Trivandrum, Kerala. Vehicle got off while driving, given in the tumkur Yamaha showroom for service. They changed the fuse and given back didn’t travel for 100meters same happened. Then the tumkur yamaha service centre told its due to Bluetooth issue and they have removed Bluetooth. Again got switched off while travelling. Same things are repeating again and again. The dealer showroom denz motors, trivandrum has asked the siragate, tumkur showroom to change the wiring and they are still not caring to change the wiring. Please do something convenient and fast.

                        Sir, i purchased my yamaha ray zr street rally edition on 17/04/2021. It was parked inside my house as usual in the parking area but for 3-4 hours that area comes under direct sunlight as the sun changes the postion. Yesterday after noon as i was leaving for some grocery shopping, i was cleaning it and saw some cracks on the speedometer (instrument cluster) glass. So i talked to my nearest yamaha dealership regarding this and they told me that they cant do it u have to file a complaint to yamaha and they will do it through their side. Vehile is all new, just a couple of months old and its glass is already cracked because of sunlight. I didn't expected this quality from yamaha. Its cracked when it faces a few hours of sunlight then just think about parking it outside with all day sunlight...will it burst?.

                          2) The indicator buzzer is not working after Bluetooth kit assembly. We need this to correct as the safety concern.
                          a. Update from the dealer that Buzzer will not work after Bluetooth kit assembly, it’s surprising and not accepting.
                          3) The Yamaha connect X app is not showing any functions like riding history, parking record, locate my vehicle.
                          a. Not working till now, no support also from the dealer
                          4) Once I removed the key from the vehicle the complete Bluetooth is got disconnected so no answer back and locate my vehicle functions works.

                          5) There is no training given to me on blue tooth functions.

                              I delivered my yamaha RAY Z R scooter on 02/03/2022 for periodic service at yamaha kadakkal motors. I asked them to refit my scooters front body, the service was pathetic and now the front part of my scooter is clumsy and loosened, it shakes badly. they even fixed a double side tape under the hood to reduce shake. when i started driving my scooter a whistling sound is now heard . i also asked them to fix the starting trouble but it is left unchecked.
                              for this poor service they even billed me rs 383.50 as labour charges. I kindly request your action against the service centre and make them repair all the above mentioned problems as soon as possible .

                                    My name is saravanan from Avadi chennai. I left my vehicle for paid service at Elite Motors - Avadi. (Vehicle no - TN 20 BL 3065)
                                    Following complaints were mentioned and noted in the Job card:
                                    1. Front suspension not good. (Seal leak) - Not done due to spare not available
                                    2. Rear suspension not good. - Not attended
                                    3. Self not working some times. - Not accepted for battery change
                                    4. Choke cable issue. - Not done due to spare not available
                                    5. Rear brake not effective - Solved
                                    6. Indicator not working. - Not attended
                                    7. Engine oil change - Done
                                    8. Oil filter - Not done (No evidence)
                                    9. Spark plug cleaning - Done
                                    10. Air filter change - Not done (No evidence)
                                    11. Drive chain cleaning - Not done (No evidence)

                                    Apart from this, technician has identified few problems and mentioned in the Job card:
                                    1. Disc caliber assy - Not agreed for change by me
                                    2. Battery - Not agreed for change by me
                                    3. LH Switch assy - Not informed to me
                                    4. F/brake switch - Not informed to me
                                    5. Clutch Pel - Not informed to me
                                    6. Choke cable - Informed but spare not available
                                    7. Accelerator cable - Not informed to me
                                    8. Carburettor needs to be changed.- Not informed to me

                                    Out of 19 complaints in total :
                                    Solved - 3
                                    Spare not available - 2 (Choke issue repeated twice)
                                    Not accepted to change by me - 3 (Battery issue repeated twice)
                                    Not attended - 11

                                    The purpose of servicing the bike was not solved... more than 50% of problems are not attended/solved. I was charged Rs 2428 (Attached invoice)

                                    When i asked the technician, he mentioned clearly whatever mentioned in invoice was done remaining was not done...pls speak to supervisor.

                                    I am shocked that a SIMPLE INDICATOR ISSUE was not attended. It means only basic jobs will be carried out and full charge for service will be charged to CUSTOMERS. This is clearly a STRATERGY of bringing the customer frequently for service and charging them fully.

                                    More importantly, Incharge of Elite motors Avadi - Mr Richard is not bothered to talk to customer on this issue...Customer relationship manager - Ms Praba doesn't have any answer... Staff working there were trying to convince or cover up the issue...

                                    I am totally dis-satisfied on the service provided to me.

                                    Kindly look into this matter seriously and arrange for complete service of my bike without charging further upto the basic expectation.
