My name is saravanan from Avadi chennai. I left my vehicle for paid service at Elite Motors - Avadi. (Vehicle no - TN 20 BL 3065)
Following complaints were mentioned and noted in the Job card:
1. Front suspension not good. (Seal leak) - Not done due to spare not available
2. Rear suspension not good. - Not attended
3. Self not working some times. - Not accepted for battery change
4. Choke cable issue. - Not done due to spare not available
5. Rear brake not effective - Solved
6. Indicator not working. - Not attended
7. Engine oil change - Done
8. Oil filter - Not done (No evidence)
9. Spark plug cleaning - Done
10. Air filter change - Not done (No evidence)
11. Drive chain cleaning - Not done (No evidence)

Apart from this, technician has identified few problems and mentioned in the Job card:
1. Disc caliber assy - Not agreed for change by me
2. Battery - Not agreed for change by me
3. LH Switch assy - Not informed to me
4. F/brake switch - Not informed to me
5. Clutch Pel - Not informed to me
6. Choke cable - Informed but spare not available
7. Accelerator cable - Not informed to me
8. Carburettor needs to be changed.- Not informed to me

Out of 19 complaints in total :
Solved - 3
Spare not available - 2 (Choke issue repeated twice)
Not accepted to change by me - 3 (Battery issue repeated twice)
Not attended - 11

The purpose of servicing the bike was not solved... more than 50% of problems are not attended/solved. I was charged Rs 2428 (Attached invoice)

When i asked the technician, he mentioned clearly whatever mentioned in invoice was done remaining was not done...pls speak to supervisor.

I am shocked that a SIMPLE INDICATOR ISSUE was not attended. It means only basic jobs will be carried out and full charge for service will be charged to CUSTOMERS. This is clearly a STRATERGY of bringing the customer frequently for service and charging them fully.

More importantly, Incharge of Elite motors Avadi - Mr Richard is not bothered to talk to customer on this issue...Customer relationship manager - Ms Praba doesn't have any answer... Staff working there were trying to convince or cover up the issue...

I am totally dis-satisfied on the service provided to me.

Kindly look into this matter seriously and arrange for complete service of my bike without charging further upto the basic expectation.

    Sir/Madam,
    I bought one Cygnus Ray ZR scooter (Chasis No.: ME1SEG45M0091572) from Future Bikes, Haibargaon, Nagaon, Assam on dated 20th March, 2021 and it's been a year now the RC (Registration Certificate) copy of the vehicle is not delivered to me by the Dealer or sent to me by post. I have inquired several times regarding the issue and also approached the Manage and even the Owner of the Dealer, but every time they either don't show any interest to take my complaint or simply try to avoid by citing some stupid replies.
    As a dealer or service provider of a reputed Motor Brand worlwide, it is the duty of the dealer to provide the customer with all the mandatory services one pays for.
    So, I reqest you to kindly look into the matter and reply me as early as possible.

          In Nanjangud Yamaha authorized showroom billed 720rs for my first free service of my Yamaha bike. But they didn't service properly. Only they have done water wash and lubrication. Please find below attachments my bike no is py-05 L6152.

            Team,

            Bought yamaha ray ZR 125fi recently.

            Vehicle number: TN 13W 3961

            After 3rd service before 2 days. More noisy while riding and getting more vibrated after crossing 50kms.

            Addressed this issue with the service team, no proper response and resolution.

            Vehicle riding condition now looks like a 5 or 10 year old vehicle.

            Look into this at the earliest.

              Hi Team,

              We recently bought yamaha ray ZR 125 fi, after 3rd service 2 days before.

              Vehicle Number: TN 13 W 3961

              Vehicle performance is worst, so noisy like an 5 years old vehicle and more vibration while crossing 50kms.

              Raised this issue with the service team, no proper response and resolution.

              Look into this at the earliest.

                I get my yamaha FZS V3 bs6 on October 21 from Alagendra autos Madurai. I really love this bike and it's very smooth while riding under 60kmph. But the biggest problem is the engine vibration while riding on 67 kmph exactly and it's continuing till riding at the same speed. After crossing 67kmph the vibration has gone and become smooth as usual. It is very serious issue and need to be fixed. 2nd service also completed but the problem has been continued. Very upset with yamaha motors. Thinking Now why I bought this bike. Do something yamaha.

                  Hello dear Yamaha I am in Madurai district in Tamil Nadu,
                  9th February On PRANEEL G MOTORES Yamaha Showroom My Vehicle Number TN59cc 64 91 . FZ3 Verasion2019 model The evening I handed over the cart at the service center he called me from the service center and told me that your cart had a soft fault and needed to be replaced.I also fully agreed to it and gave permission for the cart to work well, Feb /15/2022My car was repaired after a delay of more than a week, And that the cart may not be fully maintained I had to go back to the service center to make minor malfunctions due to negligent repairs When I went to repair it once again it still got pending in my cart without being fully repaired Thus my work is wasting a lot of my TIME and money and my mind and I am suffering from stress As such, He said he was going to sue in court on the basis of this my compensation.I hope you will help me if you can correct this service center negligence Thank you

                      In my FZ V3 bike engine oil leakage is seen at the magnet weir connection. I reported about the issue in the first service itself, but they are not responding correctly and didn't solve the problem. Please rectify the problem. Thank you!

                          Petrol leakage on my FZ V3 bike since the last Serving

                          Its been a month I have given my bike (Yamaha FZ V3) for servicing, Since then there is a petrol leakage from wastage box which is under the bike (next to double stand). I went to the Servicing center again but he says its normal and the same happing for his bike as well and told me to ignore. Ignore for a while but looks the leakage getting increased day by day and I stopped keeping more than 4 liters in the tank.

                          I have purchase a bike from yamaha Modal FZS V3 at 2 Jan 2020 from Sawhney auto center Rajapuri secter 3 Dwarka New Delhi. Onwer name is Ashu Chauhan.
                          My concern is upto 2 month is passing out to purchase my bike but i don't have no number or number plate of my bike and no others document are provided till now. I have only sale latter and insurance.
                          No buddy give proper resolution of this issue.
                          As per government rules you don't have ride a bike in delhi without number after 40 days but i have purchase it before 2 month.
                          Please tell me its issue on all yamaha bike or same issue faced in particular service center.
                          If I has some miss happing of my bike than i have no document to raised a complain or claim. And yamaha not provide number of my bike till date. When i call to service center then he will tell me that, Right now our server is down. And we will provide number or other document after some time. But till now no buddy reply me. I also a network person and i know that what is meaning on server down at 2 month.
                          Please reply on this mail because i have raised a complain more then 2 times but there is no reply from yamaha side.
                          And please solve my problem. I don't suggest any one to buy a yamaha motorcycle to see this incident.
                          Ple solve this or i have no choice to take a legal action from yamaha company. Owner name of this bike is Ashu Chauhan. .

                                I Gave my Yamaha SZ RR 2.0 for service at the Panache Yamaha Service Centre at Bangalore.
                                Despite charging 480 rs as service charge they also charged individual cost of labour charge for all the extra items that has been installed,
                                Also they have charred extra amount for polishing and chain cleaning.
                                Its 1st time that my service charge has been 5k rs and for nothing extra but just for works that are already covered in service cost.

                                    I am Muthulakshmi mobile number [protected] TN 38 DA 0219, fascino 125 hybrid 2022 model, facing problem with CAG Enterprises- YAMAHA Dealer from starting to service . Clearly explained below .
                                    1. I am not get proper quote from dealer no response
                                    2. After veichle booked no follow up from dealer, also if we called no response or attending the phone by the sales person
                                    3. After direct visit Babu [protected] branch manager gave complaint . After that I paid the full payment on 31.01.22 and plan to take delivery on February 4 th. February 2 nd registration done ..
                                    4. February 3rd i am visited the dealer shop and seen the vehicle it looks full dust like old veichle looks. So i told to polish wash it properly also fit the spare . I will come tomorrow morning for take delivery Feb 4 th 9 am . But when I am came the vehicle not at all ready it's same like yesterday look. After that they take the vehicle to water wash in speed incomplete not fully finished and gave delivery when check no proper clean side indicator lamp not on complaint, front pumper not fitted properly sales person told we will correct after you take delivery come again we ready and give .. again came afternoon but again not fitted properly mudguard pumper front not fitter after ask fit and give .. so much time I am there and ready it
                                    5. now service issue, I am delivered vehicle on February 4 th 2022 .. invoice date on 30.01.22 in my service book mention the first service date is 31.3.22 but now from CAG calling and telling your first service time going to complete on 20.02.22 so give for service soon .. she telling enter in the books is mistake .. if don't know how it is with in 2 weeks first service will come .. regarding this no one gave correct Response not attending my phone call.. branch manager Babu, customer relationship manager Priya [protected]

                                    So i think you will help in this because, I am very disappoint take delivery veichle in CAG enterprises please look into the matter seriously otherwise all customers will effect and change the brand of the vehicle when idea new purchase veichle...

                                    Note for your reference I am attached the bill copy, service book, call screen shot but no response, message no reply...

                                      My bike abs is not working

                                      I have r15 v3 abs, for 1 year my bike abs is not working ...the showroom also not responding for that problem, i asked many times..they cant able to repair it...
