I am Muthulakshmi mobile number [protected] TN 38 DA 0219, fascino 125 hybrid 2022 model, facing problem with CAG Enterprises- YAMAHA Dealer from starting to service . Clearly explained below .
1. I am not get proper quote from dealer no response
2. After veichle booked no follow up from dealer, also if we called no response or attending the phone by the sales person
3. After direct visit Babu [protected] branch manager gave complaint . After that I paid the full payment on 31.01.22 and plan to take delivery on February 4 th. February 2 nd registration done ..
4. February 3rd i am visited the dealer shop and seen the vehicle it looks full dust like old veichle looks. So i told to polish wash it properly also fit the spare . I will come tomorrow morning for take delivery Feb 4 th 9 am . But when I am came the vehicle not at all ready it's same like yesterday look. After that they take the vehicle to water wash in speed incomplete not fully finished and gave delivery when check no proper clean side indicator lamp not on complaint, front pumper not fitted properly sales person told we will correct after you take delivery come again we ready and give .. again came afternoon but again not fitted properly mudguard pumper front not fitter after ask fit and give .. so much time I am there and ready it
5. now service issue, I am delivered vehicle on February 4 th 2022 .. invoice date on 30.01.22 in my service book mention the first service date is 31.3.22 but now from CAG calling and telling your first service time going to complete on 20.02.22 so give for service soon .. she telling enter in the books is mistake .. if don't know how it is with in 2 weeks first service will come .. regarding this no one gave correct Response not attending my phone call.. branch manager Babu, customer relationship manager Priya [protected]
Not attending my call also no response in WhatsApp message also .. t.
So i think you will help in this because, I am very disappoint take delivery veichle in CAG enterprises please look into the matter seriously otherwise all customers will effect and change the brand of the vehicle when idea new purchase veichle...
Note for your reference I am attached the bill copy, service book, call screen shot but no response, message no reply...
