I contacted Sivaji Motors, kaimanam, Tvm for an enquiry, but the response from the service team towards me was rude and irritating...really frustrated with their behaviour. Is this the way you treat your customers?? I need an explanation for this.

    I am K.Arunnehru. I am government servant. and just 34 years old.
    This is not my first bike.. This is my 4 th bike..

    Yamaha FZ-X YC 150 delivered on 10 November 2021 from new yogam motors Perambalur.

    During riding, some parts of vehicle hit my left leg back side.After this bike bought i cannot go long ride. maximum I was riding 30 km continuous . So i planned to go long ride. So i checked the bike . And i tried to put center stand. . When i tried to put center stand of vehicle, The vehicle hit my left leg knee backside severely. Suddenly i collapsed. i cannot walk.My friends rushed to hospital and consulted orthopedic doctor. My left leg back side bone completely fractured. Still I cannot walk till now .
    My total life is collapsed of your vehicle design.
    . Past 3 months i cannot do my job . Still i am not getting married. My family arrange marriage on February 2022. My marriage has dropped this issue. Because of your irresponsibility my life and carrier also collapsed .

    I never facing this kind of worst situation in my life. Day by day its severely hurt and swelling . Pain is not reduced . I am not going my office. . Doctor said, My entire life to concentrate of my legs, here i have enclosed my X-ray, bill and bike.

    i need justice for this problem..

      I had given my fascino vehicle for service before 3 days. i had complaints on my vehicle and informed to service advisor. self start not working. that was my main concern. evening they called and told me everything has clear, bring your vehicle as soon as posssible. but self start not working when i took my vehicle. service advior told me your battery charge level low, recharge from anywhere. i hope yamaha have battery recharge facility in your all dealers. today(15th feb 2021) i'm given to battery in another shop for recharge. but not working self start. i'm literally sad about your service. yesterday i had a call from your dealer for feedback, and i told my complaint to the lady. lady told me manager will call soon. still i haven't get any call from your side. im very very shame about purchasing yamaha. not about brand, about your service.

        Done paid service at GLORY YAMAHA but after delivery I drove 3/4 km my battery became dead and the digital meter including signal lights stopped working and the high beam light became dead, self starter not working. The service centre is not taking responsibility for this.

          Yamaha company do not provide parts FASCINO scooty . I taken scooty to PARAS MOTORS, AJMER (RAJSTHAN) service center on 02/02/2022 and today (14/02/2022) 12 days completed but those person told to me company not provide parts which is damaged.

                  I bought black yamaha fzx in aug 21 but it had a manufacturing defect in the from wheel. Its mudguard is not attached by any screw because its size is not manufactured correctly. You can see in the pictures attached for clarification. When I complained about this, first they said its not a defect, its design. Then when i checked other FZX they accepted the problem and told me that they will change it during first service as they need to get the part from the company. Every time I asked they say something like tomorrow or Monday it will be changed. Now even my second service is completed and its been more than 5 months, but the problem continues. Now they have stopped picking up my calls. When i drive over any bump the mudguard falls on the tyre and starts making weird noise. What if I meet an accident due to this? who is going to be responsible?
                  If no support is provided to me from company then I'll be left with no other option then to go to legal way.

                      Bluetooth connectivity issue

                      Am trying to connect my bike Bluetooth device to mobile after logging in to Yamaha connect X application it's asking chassis number after that scanning qr code is says Bluetooth device not found, please check this issue and revert as soon as possible.

                              My R15 S (2017)'s right side clutch case cover thread was damaged by service centre and oil leaks from it. since I'm ready to pay for the new clutch case cover, the part is not available, also service staffs has no idea when the part arrives the service centre for fitment. Is this the good aftersales service for just 4 year old motorcycle .Then why should i wanna spent lakhs to buy a motorcycle from yamaha if the part availability is such low.Even its not my mistake that thread was damaged but, also im ready to spent for new part and its not available. Such a worst aftersales feedback from my side.
                              I have already visited 4 dealers in Coimbatore. When enquired, they informed me that even if I place the order they will not give guarentee that mentioned part will reach the dealership or not due to lack of production of spare parts of R15 S(2017) and the model has been discontinued . Even i filed an complaint in yamaha official website and I've not got any proper response or mail .

                                3days back i bought a Yamaha MT15 bike from M/s Sri Ram Automobiles from bhagalpur he took 17940 Rs charge for registration but yesterday I got a message from RTO that 16240Rs charged for your registration and when I went to talk to them they are saying these things happen no proper information provided regarding that charges difference.

                                  I have submitted Rs 1000 advanced money to Shri ram Auto mobile Authorised Sub Dealer Yamaha. They lied by telling me spare parts will be coming within a week, then they continued dragging it for 3 months which is utter lies and cheating customers after 3 months they said spare parts are not available.
