My R15 S (2017)'s right side clutch case cover thread was damaged by service centre and oil leaks from it. since I'm ready to pay for the new clutch case cover, the part is not available, also service staffs has no idea when the part arrives the service centre for fitment. Is this the good aftersales service for just 4 year old motorcycle .Then why should i wanna spent lakhs to buy a motorcycle from yamaha if the part availability is such low.Even its not my mistake that thread was damaged but, also im ready to spent for new part and its not available. Such a worst aftersales feedback from my side.
I have already visited 4 dealers in Coimbatore. When enquired, they informed me that even if I place the order they will not give guarentee that mentioned part will reach the dealership or not due to lack of production of spare parts of R15 S(2017) and the model has been discontinued . Even i filed an complaint in yamaha official website and I've not got any proper response or mail .

    3days back i bought a Yamaha MT15 bike from M/s Sri Ram Automobiles from bhagalpur he took 17940 Rs charge for registration but yesterday I got a message from RTO that 16240Rs charged for your registration and when I went to talk to them they are saying these things happen no proper information provided regarding that charges difference.

      I have submitted Rs 1000 advanced money to Shri ram Auto mobile Authorised Sub Dealer Yamaha. They lied by telling me spare parts will be coming within a week, then they continued dragging it for 3 months which is utter lies and cheating customers after 3 months they said spare parts are not available.

            I have booked the FZ-X (Matt Copper) bike on 18th Dec 2021 from Moharir Auto, Nashik. At the time of booking the waiting period mentioned by the dealer was 30 days, which was known and acceptable to me. But now it's been almost 38 days after booking, still there is no confirmation on delivery or delivery status.

            My biggest concern is on 24 Jan 2022, I visited the showroom for a delivery status update, but the dealer mentioned that now I have to wait for the bike till March 2022 ( though it's not confirmed as well ). As per discussion with the dealer the bike is not available and there is no news on FZ-X bike availability by Yamaha Motors itself, and this looks genuine to me as a showroom having all other latest FZ-S models released just in Jan, but not FZ-X.

            I have also spoken with a customer care executive on yamaha toll free number, but from there also I didn't get any clarity on delivery delay. I don't know why this happened but I just wanted to know when my bike will get delivered, off-course March 2022 is not an acceptable delivery date.

            Please look into this and let me know ASAP so I can make my further decisions. Also I tried to reach Yamaha support by mail, there is no response,

              I gave my Yamaha fascino 125fi (TN11AS1717) to get the paid service done at yamaha showroom (sri motors, valasaravakkam, chennai) . I got the vehicle after service by yesterday afternoon. Today morning when i was riding the vehicle automatically got off. I tried by both automatic start and kick start, But I couldn't start the vehicle, Took the vehicle to the near by mechanic shop and found that the engine parts are not at all touched by the service person. It was full of dust. I paid Rs.2112 for the service. But its of no use. The vehicle stopped in the midway of a bypass road. It was a hectic experience. I want yamaha to look into the issue and get a proper service done for the vehicle

              I gave my Yamaha fascino 125fi (TN11AS1717) to get the paid service done at yamaha showroom (sri motors, valasaravakkam, chennai) on 27/01/2022

              I received the vehicle on 29/01/2022

              The very next day 30/01/2022 when I was driving the vehicle it automatically got off
              I tried by both automatic start and kick start, But I couldn't start the vehicle, In the nearby mechanic shop they just opened the seat in front of me and showed the uncleaned dust inside and asked me to take it to the service centre itself as I did the service the day before
              I paid Rs.2112 for the service. But its of no use.

              The vehicle stopped in the midway of a bypass road near porur on 30/01/2022
              As it was on sunday, i couldn't contact the service centre
              The next day on 31/01/2022 I contacted the manager at Sri motors valasaravakkam and told the issue. He sent the mechanic and took the vehicle to the service centre

              I was constantly asking for the updates for about a week. There was no proper response, They just said they were checking for the issue

              There were no updates for about a week inspite of me asking for everyday.

              After a week they said there is some problem with the engine, some bend in the crank etc
              because of the flood before 2 months (they told ) and asked me to claim the insurance, with a estimate of Rs.17749

              I couldn't claim the insurance because, they told me that during the time of service they found some water mixed with the engine oil So they drained it and changed the oil. This was not informed to me in prior. Even after the service they didn't inform me this. They told me these after asking me to claim for insurance

              During the insurance survey, the surveyor couldn't find any watermarks as the service centre person drained it before without informing me.

              They should have checked and informed me in prior that if there is any change in sound of the engine or watermarks. But nothing was intimated to me during the service

              If there is any problem with the engine they should have informed me during the service itself. How come the problem will arise within a day after service.

              This is not fair to ask the customer to pay a huge amount the very next day of the service

              The vehicle is in the same service centre till today, its been 17 days from the date of the issue not being solved

              The service manager doesn't even attend the call for any enquiries. Every time i have go in person to get the updates till today 17/02/2022

              If these things happen then what about the vehicle warrenty and stuff

              It is a hectic experience. I want yamaha to look into the issue and get a proper service done for the vehicle

              Herewith I have attached the bill copy of the service,
              Dust inside the vehicle after the very next day of service,
              And the Estimated amount given by the service centre to claim the insurance

                I had git the request number REQ-12635.
                I own YZF R15M and now i have got a manufacturer defect and now my radiator fan is not working and even my pillion side faring is also broken i had given the bike to service centre on 06/01/2022 and till now my bike is still staying at the service centre and i had ordered the pillion side faring 2 months back still now there is no updates and they are not responding properly to me.
                My bike is staying at the service centre for almost 1 month but till now they are still not giving me my bike.

                  I paid adv. amt of Rs.50, 000/- May month due to pur. of yamaha fascino 125. i am not get single call from the concerns. i went directly to the showroom & asked Br. manager Mr. Ganesh, mob .no.[protected] & Mr.Viswanathan, mob.no.[protected] why they have not deliver the veh. they have not answered my query. I escalated them to refund the money but they overcome the issues, the said they made mistakes & raised the bill & dc on march month itself. so they request me to buy the veh. if not, they loose the job. finally i bought the said model bike after 2.5 months. from your Paras Yamaha on August. a few days ago, i got some prob.in the bike but i thought when i do the first serv. get it cleared. after reached 1000 kms. i left the vehicle in your Paras Yamaha, Chennai serv.cent.on 6.12.21, 5.05 pm. one lady who is taking care the serv. said that serv. persons left the day so she told me to leave the bike outside take the key & come on 2mw 9.30am. son went to the serv. centre 7.12.21 9.45 am no one take the bike for serv. i called Mr.vishwanathan he took the phone & said to wait 10 mins. your serv. person came & chkd my veh. & gave the serv. report for warr. serv amt not exceed rs.750/- at 2.00 pm got the serv. DC & deliver within 2 days. week ago, i did not get single call from concerns. I am keep on calling your ser. manager Mr.Saravanan mob.no.[protected] & above sales persons, they not pick a call . i went to the serv. know my veh. status they said, some cable bitten by rat so they told me to do under paid serv. i explained them very clearly till date b4 left for serv. it was running, so not happened by my end. i requ. them to do under war. serv. & deliver. till now i am not get my veh. it is lying in your serv. past 1.5 months. above 5 times i met your concerns, but they did not give any proper feed back, no calls, refused my calls & made me mental stress . Kindly go through my complaint, consider this & help me to do under warranty service & deliver soon WAFD.

                    I left my yamaha FZ-S for service on last Monday 24-jan-2022. It had a front brake jam, still now I didn't get any update on the service, everyday I'm following up with the dealer and all they respond is they are still investing what the problem is.
                    Still I didn't have clear idea of when will my vehicle delivered.

                    Now they stop responding to my calls. They are not picking up the calls - I have no idea what is wrong

                    I was able to reach the service person today and got the update there is a problem with ABS motor which needs to be replaced.

                    Though i'm not sure how could braking fail if ABS not working - As I know the way ABS works won't affect normal braking system or if ABS not working both brakes would have failed.

                        I have purchased mt 15 bike, i gave today for 2nd service, from 1st service and 2nd service they have not washed vechile, they giving reason as water service is not available today.

                        They have just changed the oil,

                        I told washing is not available that ok, you can just remove the dust in the bike i asked... So replied... THAT IS NOT OUR WORK, IF YOU WANT YOU CAN DO THAT.

                        FOR JUST CHANGING OIL, WE CAN GIVE IN LOCAL SHOP ONLY, i dont know why this showroom service like this.

                          Sir trusting your brand we i.e my joint family having more than 40 members owns 5 Yamaha vehicles and with the same trust i have booked Yamaha FZ-X (Metallic Blue) on[protected] at Venkatesha Motors Saifabad-Lakdikapul Branch, Hyderabad, Telangana, India - on my Name Mr.Yash Yadav by paying advance booking amount of Rs.5, 000/-(Five Thousand Rupees Only) - (vide Receipt no.560) asked by Showroom persons and they promised by saying it will be delivered within 15 days. Sir till now there is no reposnse from any of your people regarding the availability of vehicle. It has been more than 13 days now still iam waiting for the vehicle to be delivered to me at earliest. Do you want me to keep waiting without knowing the delivery date and i am forced to call everyday regarding any update of stock. Sir You please advice me weather to keep on waiting or opt for other brand.
                          Please do the needful as soon as possible.

                              I have given my Yamaha Fz (KL-33-D-8846)bike for repair after it met with an accident in 2018. But the dealer Jeevans Yamaha Chakkulathkav Kerala has not returned the vehicle till now. It’s astonishing that They have taken more than 3 years to repair a bike. The firm is run by Mr.Rejith Rajan and Mr. Peter Markose who are downright miscreants and goons. It is unbelievable that yamaha motors is giving service centre to such thugs. They have collected Rs17, 00/- from me for repair of bike on 08/07/2021 with a promise of repairing the bike within 30 days of receipt of money. But they have not returned the bike till now.I demand my bike may returned immediately. It’s pathetic customer service from Yamaha Motors.

                                Hi sir,
                                Extremely sorry to say that about pacer yamha showroom raja rajeshwari Nagar showroom customer service.
                                The manager has misbehave with me aswell he tried heating my husband.i m going to lodge a complaint in public grievance redressal.
                                I m a government employee and a lady.how he can misbehave with us.
                                I want action must be taken upon him.

                                    Bought FZS FI v3 on last Diwali, and riding it is horrible for me as its clutch engagement and disengagement is very very poor, gear shifting is too hard to hurt my foot. I feel lot of jerk, fast forward when i relieve clutch. Very first day i shared this issue with Oswal motors from where i purchsed it but they offered me no solution. After that when i visit showroom South West rider Najafgarh for first service they too did not checked it deeply as to what is root cause of problem, except just some adjustments in clutch wire.
                                    I took two more turn to South West rider to get it checked again but techniciain repeated same action as explained earlier. Several time i tried customer care number but no conversation happed even though going through many extensions. I wrote mail and get back a pre written message nothing more
                                    I am faded up now and planning to get rid of this damn bike.
                                    Bad company, bad sell and service and worst customer support.
                                    I will suggest people not to buy any bike of Yamaha...

                                      On 01/11/2021 I bought the Yamaha FZ-X from Yuvraj Automobiles, D-57/56A Sidhigiribagh, Road, Sigra, Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh 221001. From day 1 the rear tyre has been losing pressure I took it to Yuvraj Yamaha Automobiles Varanasi and mailed this problem on the complaint portal of Yamaha motor India for rectification.

                                      Complaint portal replied to me, We request you to please visit the Dealership that they are ready to assist for the same. The dealership did not take any responsibility or liability. The dealership said that MRF will exchange your tyre. When I reach the MRF office, the company is offering me a tyre for another motorcycle of another model. It’s been two and half months since purchasing the motorcycle and I am not able to use it.

                                      The MRF Varanasi has told me that the Fz-x mgf rear tyre is not at present available.

                                      As a manufacturer of YAMAHA and MRF, you will be aware that you have a responsibility to ensure that reasonable repair facilities and spare parts should be available and at the time you should have informed me that you would not be providing them. I was not told this. It is not reasonable to expect me to wait indefinitely for a part.

                                      As a manufacturer company should ensure quality control. Quality control is ultimately about customer satisfaction and safety.

                                      Why a company is selling defective products in the market?

                                      Why a company is manufacturing such a product if they are not able to maintain the supply?

                                      Because of the company irresponsibility, I am going through a mental harassment.

                                        I requested for service quote and time of service for my bike SS 125, after driving the vehicle he said some parts has to be changed and the service manager said we will arrange for spare parts then we will inform you about the service. After 10 days I called them for service request service manager said service parts will be ordered on pre payment I said ok what's the charge I will pay. The service manager said we will call you back with the details. After that no response totally 30 days gone like this without any response from service manager not attending calls. Then they said we got some parts you can come for service when I went there they showed some parts like clutch cable, break cable accelerator cable, chain sprocket, fork oil, fork seal. I asked with this how all my problem will get solved? They are saying if you have so many problem in your bike how do we know that? Service manager says Now only you are saying these problems are there how to repair that. I am wondering am i a bike mechanic to order spare parts what I need? During that time They didn't even come near my bike to check what it really need? They are saying change the spare parts we have now then we will see what to do? On what basis I should give my bike to this service centre? Without spare parts how they will repair my bike? Even yamaha is not helping me in for service. I already complained twice in yamaha portal but no reponse. Worst yamaha service. In my life again I won't do this blunder mistake of buying yamaha bike and suggest others to buy yamaha bike.
