Sir trusting your brand we i.e my joint family having more than 40 members owns 5 Yamaha vehicles and with the same trust i have booked Yamaha FZ-X (Metallic Blue) on[protected] at Venkatesha Motors Saifabad-Lakdikapul Branch, Hyderabad, Telangana, India - on my Name Mr.Yash Yadav by paying advance booking amount of Rs.5, 000/-(Five Thousand Rupees Only) - (vide Receipt no.560) asked by Showroom persons and they promised by saying it will be delivered within 15 days. Sir till now there is no reposnse from any of your people regarding the availability of vehicle. It has been more than 13 days now still iam waiting for the vehicle to be delivered to me at earliest. Do you want me to keep waiting without knowing the delivery date and i am forced to call everyday regarding any update of stock. Sir You please advice me weather to keep on waiting or opt for other brand.
Please do the needful as soon as possible.

      I have given my Yamaha Fz (KL-33-D-8846)bike for repair after it met with an accident in 2018. But the dealer Jeevans Yamaha Chakkulathkav Kerala has not returned the vehicle till now. It’s astonishing that They have taken more than 3 years to repair a bike. The firm is run by Mr.Rejith Rajan and Mr. Peter Markose who are downright miscreants and goons. It is unbelievable that yamaha motors is giving service centre to such thugs. They have collected Rs17, 00/- from me for repair of bike on 08/07/2021 with a promise of repairing the bike within 30 days of receipt of money. But they have not returned the bike till now.I demand my bike may returned immediately. It’s pathetic customer service from Yamaha Motors.

        The manager has misbehave with me aswell he tried heating my husband.i m going to lodge a complaint in public grievance redressal.
        I m a government employee and a lady.how he can misbehave with us.

            Bought FZS FI v3 on last Diwali, and riding it is horrible for me as its clutch engagement and disengagement is very very poor, gear shifting is too hard to hurt my foot. I feel lot of jerk, fast forward when i relieve clutch. Very first day i shared this issue with Oswal motors from where i purchsed it but they offered me no solution. After that when i visit showroom South West rider Najafgarh for first service they too did not checked it deeply as to what is root cause of problem, except just some adjustments in clutch wire.
            I took two more turn to South West rider to get it checked again but techniciain repeated same action as explained earlier. Several time i tried customer care number but no conversation happed even though going through many extensions. I wrote mail and get back a pre written message nothing more
            I am faded up now and planning to get rid of this damn bike.
            Bad company, bad sell and service and worst customer support.
            I will suggest people not to buy any bike of Yamaha...

              On 01/11/2021 I bought the Yamaha FZ-X from Yuvraj Automobiles, D-57/56A Sidhigiribagh, Road, Sigra, Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh 221001. From day 1 the rear tyre has been losing pressure I took it to Yuvraj Yamaha Automobiles Varanasi and mailed this problem on the complaint portal of Yamaha motor India for rectification.

              Complaint portal replied to me, We request you to please visit the Dealership that they are ready to assist for the same. The dealership did not take any responsibility or liability. The dealership said that MRF will exchange your tyre. When I reach the MRF office, the company is offering me a tyre for another motorcycle of another model. It’s been two and half months since purchasing the motorcycle and I am not able to use it.

              The MRF Varanasi has told me that the Fz-x mgf rear tyre is not at present available.

              As a manufacturer of YAMAHA and MRF, you will be aware that you have a responsibility to ensure that reasonable repair facilities and spare parts should be available and at the time you should have informed me that you would not be providing them. I was not told this. It is not reasonable to expect me to wait indefinitely for a part.

              As a manufacturer company should ensure quality control. Quality control is ultimately about customer satisfaction and safety.

              Why a company is selling defective products in the market?

              Why a company is manufacturing such a product if they are not able to maintain the supply?

              Because of the company irresponsibility, I am going through a mental harassment.

                I requested for service quote and time of service for my bike SS 125, after driving the vehicle he said some parts has to be changed and the service manager said we will arrange for spare parts then we will inform you about the service. After 10 days I called them for service request service manager said service parts will be ordered on pre payment I said ok what's the charge I will pay. The service manager said we will call you back with the details. After that no response totally 30 days gone like this without any response from service manager not attending calls. Then they said we got some parts you can come for service when I went there they showed some parts like clutch cable, break cable accelerator cable, chain sprocket, fork oil, fork seal. I asked with this how all my problem will get solved? They are saying if you have so many problem in your bike how do we know that? Service manager says Now only you are saying these problems are there how to repair that. I am wondering am i a bike mechanic to order spare parts what I need? During that time They didn't even come near my bike to check what it really need? They are saying change the spare parts we have now then we will see what to do? On what basis I should give my bike to this service centre? Without spare parts how they will repair my bike? Even yamaha is not helping me in for service. I already complained twice in yamaha portal but no reponse. Worst yamaha service. In my life again I won't do this blunder mistake of buying yamaha bike and suggest others to buy yamaha bike.

                  I bought a new bike Yamaha FZX mat black on 27th Nov 2021, From Singh Automobiles Yamaha, motorcycle dealer in Arrah, Bihar .

                  There is air leakage issue rear tubeless wheel from day one . They sold me a faulty bike to me . I went back to showroom with this problem but they are not ready to replace the wheel . They asked me to go to MRF store to get replace the tyre, they asked me to go to puncher shop to check that issue . They sent me here and there But not ready to replace the wheel.

                  I paid 1, 51, 000 rupees to the showroom, And they sold me faulty bike to me.

                  I am feeling helpless, mentally and economically harassed by them .

                  Please help me to get my money back or replace my bike with the new bike .

                      I have booked a MT15 on 8th November 2021, no communication received yet about the anticipated delivery.
                      Booked at Sree Vigneswara motors Kakkanad Ernakulam
                      More than 60days for a motorcycke delivery, something unusual. Yamaha should take responsibility of such endless wait for an entry range bike, it's world renowned motor company, can't they handle the issue!!!

                                New FZ X vehicle vibration complaint

                                We had bought FZX on 2.12.2021 from the Gobi SS Bikes showroom. It has completed 1000 km now. From the beginning, whenever the bike reaches exactly 65 km/hr it struggles and produces a vibration before it reaches 66 km/hr. We have entrusted the bike mentioning the problem to the dealer on 01.01.2022. I have a friend who uses the same FZX and he does not have any vibration of that sort.                                 This is Vijay from hyderabad. On 6-1-2022 I gave my yamaha fzs-fi v3 bike to the yamaha service center which is located in hyderabad at Pearl yamaha Y Junction service center. My service slot booking no was kuk_036 for fifth free service. I reached service center before 10 am. When technician came for inspecting my vehicle I told service technician regarding problems of my vehicle like clutch is loose and need to change engine oil and oil filter and also to check all the other needs which are required to do for general free service. They said everything will be checked and inform to me after the finish of service. I went back to my home after I handed over my bike to yamaha service center. They called me at evening 4.30 pm and said service had done and it's ready to pickup my vehicle. I went to service center to pickup vehicle. They quoted bill of Rs 716 /- for free service which including taxes of parts cost and consumable charges of Rs 80/- and GST too. I asked them if they changed engine oil and oil filter and also asked clutch wire which is loose at the time of before service. They said all the things had checked, engine oil and oil filter had changed and all the required needs which are needed to check in the general service inspection table had checked throughly. I said okay and came to home. After 2 days I notice that there is drastic change in my vehicles mileage. Before gave my vehicle to service it gave 50 kms around of mileage per 1 litre. But after servicing my vehicle pickup had changed a lot. I used to Rev more to accelerate my vehicle for moment. Before servicing I need to Rev much less to reach appropriate moment. And main thing is they didn't checked clutch. My clutch wire was in torn condition when I notice after 2 days of my service. If they checked it then how come it was torn.? With all this doubts I went to local service shop and told him to check whether if engine oil and oil filter had changed or not. Shockingly yamaha service center guys didn't changed anything. They didn't changed engine oil and oil filter too. Engine oil is black in colour. If they changed it then it will be red in colour as it is new engine oil. And I don't think so that within 2 days from service engine oil won't turn to black colour. They billed for new engine oil but not changed. And oil filter is in black colour in rugged and rusted condition. If it is new then it won't be like that. They also quoted bill for oil cleaner but didn't changed it. And also clutch wire is in torn condition. They also didn't checked all the required things which are needed to be checked in general inspection. If they checked then they need to top up my brake oil fluids which are at lower state but they didn't topup them and also air filter is filled with lots of mud. It was also not cleaned. They just washed my vehicle with water and quoted bill of Rs 716 and handed over it to me. I have all the proofs regarding this nonsense service done by yamaha service center. They are looting people's money in the name of trusted service. All the people like me trusting them by brand name "yamaha" and giving our hard earned own vehicle in their hands by paying them lots of money in the name of service but not getting proper service. This is my fifth service and I realised now that this guy's won't do anything rather than looting public money. Also thought that they done nothing before in other free services too. People really rely on the after sales service by seeing brand name but they are just playing with people's need and cashing money. All I want is need a proper service for the money they are looting. I need my every single penny I spent for the service back. And I also dodging complaint about yamaha service standards. I'm uploading all the bills, proofs and images which I took at the time of changing all the engine oil, oil filter, clutch wire, air filter at local service shop here for further investigation and inspection.

                                  My bike was given on Yamaha (FZ) service. at that time there was no engine problem in the bike, I called you that your bike is serviced, you can take your bike. But when I went to get the bike, I got my bike tested and my bike smoked. My bike was fine when I gave it on service, when I told him this thing, he told me there is a problem in your engine, your bike's engine will have to be repaired when I said that my bike is under warranty. He said your warranty is over, you will have to pay for the engine.
                                  Please get my bike repaired.

                                    Dear Sir/Madam,

                                    I have been very fascinated to buy new Yamaha FZX and for the same I have been visiting various retail showrooms of Pearl at Y Junction Balanagar, Ashoka Motors Uppal and Mettuguda.I would like to bring to your notice that most of the showroom are compelling users to get 1+4 years of Warranty as per law this is optional and no retailer has right to impose such charges.
                                    More interesting point is when I Ask them samething most of them are saying vehicles are not available and it has been waiting period of 2 months.Where is transparency for booking orders and what is Guarantee that my Queue line of Booking is Genuine.

                                    Worst part is Dealer of Nagaram Showroom Bhuvan Yamaha, they want to sell bikes only in Finance as they would be getting more Interest from Banks and they have denied to book my vehicle in terms of cash payment.All this incident is recorded, I want to fix this else willl have to escalate it.
