Dear Yamaha Team,

My name is V Uma and Residing in Gummidipoondi, This year Feb'2021 I bought Yamaha Fascino BS6 Model. Last month i got a some sensor problem in the bike which indicated through the Orange Symbol i approached BG Bikes and they said they don't have computer system to check the issue and advised me to go Arihant Moters located in Redhills, i went there and left my bike for service they did service but not rectified the sensor issue and told me that their computer is not working the sensor issue is not major one you can use the bike. Same day i requested them for Change my Damaged Seat completely they told me that they don't have stock and i requested them to place the order so that i will come and change they said 10 days timeline but now more than 30 days they are not responding me even after my several follow up.

Showroom is now a days is worthless, many showroom showing the same attitude. Please ensure the delearship must be given to those who properly handle it.

      Description I got a call from Siddharth service centre for service I told them that I had issue in scooter and it’s not starting however it ran only 1100 km she said she will send the person to pick up the scooter he picked the scooter and called me after one day and told me that the scooter is fine now it’s starting can I deliver that scooter or if you want I can service the scooter I asked him to do service after service he told me again that now it’s not starting as there is an issue in carburettor. Now the thing is if it was not starting how did he perform service and then he personally reached to service centre and they told me to fix the issue (or will deliver the scooter) and will deliver the scooter next morning however after one day I don’t have any status.

        Address: Yamaha service Center, Aska road, berhampur, 760001

        My bike had a short circuit and caused fire while it was parking.

        I took it to yamaha service Center near Aska road, berhampur, Orissa 760001.

        Also, at the same time I have reached out to insurance company who asked for a technical report from service Center.

        Yamaha service guys have denied giving the technical report stating they will not confirm what had caused the bike. Which shows poor service from the service Center.

        Due to which my insurance claim is on hold.

        Who will be solving this?

        What if I was on bike when short circuit and fire caused. This shows the poor products from yamaha

          I have purchased Yamaha scooter (Model : Yamaha ray zr street rally hybrid bs6 ) on 18th December 2021 from Bharath Yamaha, Thiruvalla, Pathanamthitta District, Kerala. Just after leaving the showroom, noticed the crash guard is rubbing mud guard and realised the risk of breaking mud guard. We were taking the scooter home and did not cover even 8km. Immediately returned to the showroom and complained this. The sales executive and the general manager convinced us the required spare part is not available, we should wait for 12 days at least and compelled us to take the vehicle. By that time we noticed sharp and deep marks like something pierced around to he crash guard area and apparantly the vehicle we found as a used one, may be for test driving. However, we booked the scooter as part of our Christmas celebration and several emotions passed through our mind and finally decided to take the scooter home by trusting the showroom officials.
          The tragedy is that after reaching home, the scooter did not start. We complained again to the showroom Bharath Yamaha, Thiruvalla and next day the area sales manager along with technical team visited and dismantled and checked the scooter. Unfortunately, they could not trace the fault and insisted us to send the scooter to service station for further detailed checking.

          After paying our hard earned money, why should we desparately wait for getting the faulty scooter repaired ? We booked and paid for a brand new vehicle instead of which we got a problematic one. Therefore, either Bharath Yamaha, Thiruvalla or Ultimately the Yamaha Motors India should take up the responsibility and refund our money because you failed to provide us the right product we paid for.
          I sent several mails to the customer support mail id but got only an acknowledgement mail and no action has been taken. Bringing this complaint to this platform hoping the concerned authorities in Yamaha Motors India will notice this and we will get justice. Looking forward for your quick action.

          Dear Team Yamaha
          Ihave already mailed to your customer care mail id [protected]@yamaha-motor-india.com. The complaint reference id / number received in the acknowledgement mail is IC51577. All the data required by you are provided in the complaint mail. I got the update that the complaint has been forwarded to the concerned dealership and the dealership will fix it.
          The dealership has delivered faulty vehicle to me and the solution they put forward is to take back the scooter, repair it and deliver it back for which I am not at all agree with. After paying the full value why should I acceot a repaired scooter and take all the possibilites of struggling with the future issues with a faulty product ? Therefore, ther is no point in forwarding this complaint to the dealership instead fix it by refunding the full amount I paid.
          If you still do not resolve this, I am compelled to take this matter to a court of law and you may need to pay compensation for my time wasted, my mental stress and also the money I spend towards the litigation procedure.
          Looking forward to hear a logical solution from your end and not any ready made reply like the issue has been forwarded to here and there.

            Writing on behalf of my brother - Balaji. He bought a Yamaha FZS-FI V3 Vintage Edition bike on 10 DEC 2021, at Yamaha Showroom(Srinivasa Motors -Mudaliarpet) in Pondicherry. There seems to be an issue with Bluetooth connectivity, Yamaha Showroom and service person were not able to figure out what is the problem. They asked for two days time, I waited for more than 2 weeks but absolutely no reply or call back for any of my calls.

            Absolutely no response from any of the Srinivasa Motors -Mudaliarpet Yamaha showroom. Tired of calling and visiting the showroom.

            Bike is not starting since Bluetooth is not connected(This is how it is being designed) I was keeping my new bike idle.

            Waited for almost 3 months to receive my FIRST DREAM BIKE. But a situation like this makes me feel bad about the brand. Very poor customer service.

                  I gave my bike (R15 V3) for second service last Friday at my nearby yamaha showroom and i took back my bike on Saturday eve as it was evening so i could not check my bike properly .The very next day i noticed many scratches on the one side of my bike.As im studying MBBS i don't have enough time to go back to the showroom again, today i had free time so i took my bike to the showroom and asked them to repair it under my own expense but they weren't responding me properly and they didn't even told what should i do . And they only said that this scratches were not because of their showroom and simply went away. They didn't give any respect to me as a customer and also as a doctor. After these i shouted at them and came back to my college with out repairing my vehicle. I never expect this kind of manner from your side .So please take some actions from your side as soon as possible and let it me know.

                    I have Yamaha MT15 bs 6 white colour model. I had facing problem from last 6 months for engine noise. I have contacted service centre for this issue and they said this is valve noise. they set valve but noise comes after some days after 3 times I have given bike on 2 dec for checking engine in warranty and they said u have one laps service which I have completed in Mumbai on 25 may now bike is in service centre they opened engine and they are asking for money for repair even I have serviced my bike in Authorize service centre only need your help my bike is in rishan Yamaha Chinchwad and I have one service in kamala Yamaha mumbai remaining services are in rishan Yamaha.

                      My vehicle Ray zr 125 (bs6) - street rally (WB26BL 6885) was handed over to your service centre on 6th november, 2021 for 5th free servicing.
                      During this time there was no major issue with my vehicle( as inspected) and they provide the delivery date on the next day(7nov, 2021).

                      But next day I was informed that some sensor issue was there and for that reason engine malfunction light was glowing and they kind of forcing me to take the vehicle back( reason they told they dont have space to keep the vehicle untill spare arrived).

                      now spare has reached and they also fitted the same but issue is still there.
                      No one is able to find out what causing this issue. Its more than one month now.
                      I am clueless what to do next or how soon I will get my vehicle.

                        I bought a yamaha bike on 4th September 2021 the bike was excellent till yesterday. My 2nd service took place which resulted in an unfortunate conclusion Automax Automotive Malad Mumbai has messed up with my bike there is a strange noise from the rear part of the bike and my whole day was wasted as i visted again to check on my bike they were unable to even figure out from where that weird noise is popping from after wasting 2 more hours they have asked me to visit tomorrow morning they seemed unrealiable they were literally turning my bike 360* on the base of the side stand which again fumed me up they had lack of knowledge please consider this on a serious note and revert. Its an earnest request as i feel the company is good but not this kind of employees ([protected])

                                  Today[protected] I just change my fzs bike oil seal it cost some 870 rs
                                  In this product charge is 313 and oil charge is 188 and labour charge is 369 with tax... Amount is fine but I ask that why labour charges means employees of anuragh motors says that we have some rule for every part exchange labour charge .. that too I have one more free service ... Same issue has been done previously in same anuragh motors .. last time .. for simple products also seperately they billing as labour charge that is depend on person who is taking our bike for service if person change charge also change here ... Same services I have done in different service centers thay are not doing this kind of things ... But in anurag motors labour charges is more then product. And if we ask about that bill behaviour is also rude ..

                                    The petrol tank of Yamaha Fzs FI v3 is of poor build quality and it keeps breaking every time.

                                    it was replaced under guarantee 2 times. But my point is there is a poor build quality.
                                    Not only me many people who bought this bike are facing same problem again and again and in a few months it keeps breaking.

                                    Even if i pay for it it keeps breaking as is evident in all the videos.
                                    Yamaha is taking for granted as we are in India whereas if it was in other countries Yamaha would have taken different approach.

                                        Headlight lighting is very poor.my bike is 2017 model fz25 and the lighting was inadequate from the beginning.. and now it's gone worse. Light throw is around 3-4m. There is no option to change the stock LED as informed from the dealership.
                                        Yamaha Motor India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
