I purchased a FZ version 3 from Yamaha Power Bike surat from on 15/08/2019, On that day onwards im getting the hendal sound problem, day by day it get louder and irritating, I repeatedly telling to the dealers from my bikes first service and they simply tight the hendal and delivering the bike I have telling repeatedly from 2 years, its not working, they telling as every yamaha fz V3 model has the same problem, now the handle is completely jammed And now they say that it does not come under warranty so kindly im requesting you to take action

    The vehicle cuts down it's power while running and self strt also won't work while in this situation...
    This is the second time the officials @ travence yamaha (Thodupuzha) had said they cleared the complaint but the won't ... And also they evn don't know to repair it. .
    Yamaha brand is great failure in treating the customers and solving the complaints..also note that it's the brand new R15 v4m
    They are just excusing by saying simple reasons . It happened after the 1st service

      Dear Sir,
      I am a harassed customer of YAMAHA and I hope this email will be taken seriously by you.
      I bought a Digital Piano P125 (pre-paid) through AMAZON and it was delivered at my friend’s house on 16/11/2021 as the delivery was not possible in my address.
      I collected the packet on 23/3/2021 and opened it the same day. Piano looked beautiful. It was without a single scratch. When I played I found 2 keys stuck.
      I immediately run through the AMAZON app but return/replacement key wasn’t working. I called the Yamaha no. [protected] mentioned in the packet and I was told to contact AMAZON.
      I contacted AMAZON several times and I was told that they have requested YAMAHA for replacement and I was given no. of Yamaha and told to contact.
      I started to call the YAMAHA no. but no. one picked up my call for 3 days (Call list enclosed). Finally I could talk to some sales people (claimed) but my problem still remains unresolved.
      I am attaching you the following docs., pictures, videos to support my above claims.
      1. Picture of Piano with stuck keys
      2. Video of Piano with stuck keys
      3. Bill of paino issued by the AMAZON
      4. Warranty card of Piano issued by the Amazon
      5. Snapshots of my calls to YAMHA.
      And the biggest problem is I could not gift that to my 3 years old daughter in her birthday.
      I sincerely hope you will address my problem.

        I'm an owner of Yamaha FZ25 purchased on 20 November 2020 from Hilton Autos, Thiruvananthapuram. I took my bike over to the service center at Hilton autos for the 3rd free service on 19 November 2021 and it was the worst experience that I’ve ever had.

        At the time of writing the job card, I told the service advisor to check for dirt at the brakes as it was raining heavily for the past few days here in Kerala and also to adjust the brake pedal a little bit. Evening by 6 PM, while inspecting the bike after service, it was found that the chain was lubricated without cleaning it. The chain was fully covered with mud and dirt, and was very black in color. I enquired about it to the service advisor and he without saying anything took the bike for cleaning the chain. After about half hours, a technician returned the bike and provided me a justification that the chain was covered in mud because washing was done after lubricating the chain and the dirt from the body made the chain look so dirty. I believe lubrication is to be done after washing the vehicle and the chain has to remain dry for at least an hour after lubrication. I still can’t believe Yamaha service centers does the chain lubrication this way thereby cheating all the customers. If lubrication is done before washing the bike, why do we customers give money just to wash away the lube?

        After all these dramas, anyway the chain was cleaned properly and I got my bike back. After going almost, a kilometre I realised that my rear brakes were not working. Surprisingly, I also found that the front brakes were also not properly working. I was unable to stop the bike with both these brakes. Somehow, I returned back to the service centre and enquired about this to the service advisor and I got the most irresponsible answer that I’ve ever heard in my life. The answer was that “BRAKE PADS WERE DAMAGED COMPLETLEY. THUS, WE TOOK THE BRAKE PADS OFF. BUT THERE IS A SHORTAGE OF BRAKE PADS AND COULDN’T PLACE NEW PADS”. What is this and How irresponsible is this? Is this what customers should expect from Yamaha service? What would have happened if I met with an accident?

        With my little knowledge on bikes, I asked the service technician that, won’t the disc plates be damaged if we use the brakes without having the brake pads and he just blatantly said “YES, IT WILL”. After about 45 minutes of quarrel with them, they half-heartedly agreed to place an old brake pad which I thought would suffice for now and will replace once new stock arrives. Again after 30 minutes, I got the bike back and it was very late by the time and was really dark for me to check the vehicle again. But while driving back to my home I again realised that the brakes were still not working. The rear brakes had no effect at all and the front brakes was just slowing down the bike a bit. I doubt that they stole my brake pads and gave it to somebody else, because they were just working perfectly fine until yesterday morning, just before giving it for service.

        After reaching home, on checking I was really shocked to see that the disc plates have damaged a lot. It has become too rough, just like a country road, and I can see and feel the scratches and dents on it. I’m pretty sure that now even after I replace the brake pads with a new one, I still won’t get the expected performance and it will definitely get damaged a lot sooner.

        Prior to yesterday’s service I was fairly happy with the performance of the brakes. I must admit that I love the bike and is just an amazing piece. But everything has been ruined by the service center. Yamaha should take the responsibility for the damages that was caused. I would request Yamaha to initiate the necessary steps to replace the parts that got damaged just due to the sheer negligence of the service center authorized by Yamaha.

        I've already sent a mail regarding this to [protected]@yamaha-motor-india.com and submitted a feedback regarding the service on the same day itself and till date I've got no replies.

        There is no update from Yamaha Motor India. This is ridiculous after sales service from Yamaha.
        Who resolved it? This is not yet resolved. I've not heard anything else from customer support after sending the email as specified by Yamaha Motor India Customer Care.

          My bike was given on Yamaha (FZ) service. at that time there was no engine problem in the bike, I called you that your bike is serviced, you can take your bike. But when I went to get the bike, I got my bike tested and my bike smoked. My bike was fine when I gave it on service, when I told him this thing, he told me there is a problem in your engine, your bike's engine will have to be repaired when I said that my bike is under warranty. He said your warranty is over, you will have to pay for the engine.
          Please get my bike repaired.

            I have booked fzx more than two months before at Tajashree Yamaha Nagpur..
            Which was supposed to deliver in mid of November..
            But till now waiting for delivery of vehicle.
            Dealer said they don't have bike, kindly look into issue wheather it is for black marketing or what they are not giving bike.
            Booking done by 10000/- rs cash.

              Hi iam Akash form chennai ihave a issue with my yamaha R15 v3 with engine the engine makes noise at @7000 RPM and VVA is not working and automatically bike off .. and I went to the showroom on Nov 28 and told about the issue and he gaves my bike bike after 2 days but my problem was not solved iasked to resolve the issue but the showroom was not responding me and shouted me

                10 months old, we have serviced our vehicle as per yamaha record how it is possible of engine problem. We are using yamaha bikes from 1999 one of the best product we suggest others but now I was really ashamed to use your product. And sri motor Jafferkhanpet service centre was very worst service center. All most 2 months bike was standing in service centre now they are asking 10000 for engine rebore. I don't want my new bike to rebore it's only 10 months how can u re assemble the engine. This is how now Yamaha products are, I was not using my bike last two months, it is in service centre but i was paying my loan amount 5000, 5000 two months. Really very very worst product yamaha mt 15. My family gone ah raise ah complaint against yamaha.

                  I have booked a matt black colour Fascino and the dealer Peringhat Motors Sub dealer registered a metallic black vehicle and the found their mistake only at the time of delivery and so they delivered me their old test drive matt black colour vehicle next day saying that it was the one they registered but when i got the RC book by postal it also shows metallic black colour and also with in 2 months of purchase the horn is not working and the body parts got immense vibration and now the entire wiring kit and fuse of vehicle blown up and the vehicle is now at damaged condition and still Mr Savan the Sub dealer from whom i purchased vehicle is not responding, so kindly do the needful for finding a solution

                  I have already registered the complaint at Yamaha motor India. com with all the above mentioned details and didnt got any response that is why i registered here. I am very disappointed with the pathetic customer support from yamaha motors and also from dealer staffs and it is now almost 15 days passed and there was no solution available from the dealer and when contacted today i got very rude response. So i will also advice anybody who are going to book any yamaha vehicle think twice otherwise you will regret later like me and i have now lost my 1 laksh rupees and now i have to move legally for getting justice since no support is getting from the company

                      I bought R15 v3 on 16Sep in banglore after 1st service I can't able start on early morning whole screen got blanked after that engine light also got on many times I went to service center they however turn off the light at the next day it will be on. After some day service center people told we need to charge the battery battery is weak I said ok charge it. Then still same problem. He said you need to replace the battery but battery we are not handling like that. So please solve the case as soon as possible

                            I have delivered my R15 V3 for the 3rd service at Sherif automobile p ltd Yamaha Service enter Mangalore. My Bike was clean don't have any issue. I asked the service inspector to check the bike and change the oil and do what ever necessary they asked me to deliver the bike and deliver the bike on the next day. The bike was washed. And oil change as per the bill So we take the bike and came across the way. Half the road I do felt the bike engine is getting hot temperature. So I do contacted the service center and informed them they said the it's normal it'll be normal after some kilometres. After two days bike not getting start it take upto 20-30 press to star the vechcile. And getting turn off when the vehicle in idle. I NEED MY BIKE IN NORMAL CONDITIONS.IT ONLY RAN.

                              Hi am Krishna from Trichy.. I faced a front brake problem in mt 15 bs 4 bike, so i visited a showroom 45 days ago. Still they are not find a problem and solution. Bike is still in that showroom. They told just wait and give us a time.. but they takes more than 25 days.. And more thing i visited a service centre for know my bike conditions yesterday i faced a very worst service i seen ever because they damaged my bike internal parts using a hammer or spanner. I asked the manager why are done like this. But he say its tank cover mark.. But i know its not a mark its a severe damage and i had a photo proof .. and number plate damage also they did.. I want a replacement of damaged product because its done by dealers. I have a video proof and photo proof of all this damage. May i posted in my twitter account for this complaint??

                              Now my bike is ready for delivery after service but they are asking almost 15k for their poor and delay service. How can I pay for their fault they created damage in my bike's brake internal parts by hammer and some tools with insufficient service knowledge so i don't like to pay that full amount they need to reduce amount for their own fault in brake internal parts...

                                I am happy to be part of yamaha family same time getting very bad experience from the service station.

                                Details of complaint
                                I hame purchased yamha FZ3.0 about a year back from the Laxmi Yamaha Bannerghatta road.

                                And giving regular service at the same place done 3 service so for.

                                During my second service I have raised concern about in front wheel disk having noise while running.
                                They came and said to me disk had a problem needs to be change the front wheel disk we don't have stock now you have to order once come we will inform you and then change the disk.
                                I have placed my order and never got any update for my order.

                                Time has come to third service and went to the same service center and asked to change the disk this time.

                                Now it's almost two months now since I have done my 3rd service.

                                Last week I had long drive with my vehicle and noticed vehicle top speed is 90km

                                On Sunday I went back and explained the issue to service center people and said they will deliver vehicle by Monday.

                                And finally today They told they can't fix it and rectify the issue because they do not have the staff do that.

                                My question if it's paid service everything will get done in a day since it's complaint they do not have staff to check the issue ?

                                Yamaha why are you having option to take complaint ?

                                Moreover the staff are very arrogant.

                                  Two week before i purchased facino 125 through Samukh Motors . That time also displayed engine yellow symbol, I asked that they said that this normal.
                                  But i checked thought in internet this engin problem . now spoke with that agent he is speaking like nonsense.
                                  Yamaha Motor India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        Dear respected sir or madam I am totally ### up with service provided by SK MOTORS GURSAYIGANJ.. Brought a new bike yamaha FzX 2021.. it has been 1 month gone but I didn't get any documents or number plate by the company.. there is a very big mistake happen by Yamaha SK motors GURSAYIGANJ.
                                        PLEASE TAKE ANY ACTION AGAINST SK MOTORS GURSAYIGANJ
                                        Otherwise i have to take other action from my rights reserved. Kindly do some action as soon as possible.. the owner of SK MOTORS GURSAYIGANJ IS Shakeel Khan not able to give any services
