Hello,
Air leakage problem from alloys wheel including tyre happened with my new FZ v3 BS6 bike yet to be solved. At present, this bike is big burden for me cause It is needed to Air filling before every ride. so I need a permanent solution, somebody please help me.

    Several follow up taken but the agency unable to provide spare where as advance payment given for the same. They told 10- 15 days spare parts will come. New bikes comes to show room but spare are not come why?. If the agency unable to provide spare why to open the shop for sale.

      Hello Sir/Ma'am,

      Most Respectfully I want to inform that I purchased a YAMAHA vehicle of ENGINE NO- G3N3E0125505 CHASIS NO- ME1RG6674M0020125 ON 22 AUGUST 2021 from
      GREEN VALLEY TRAVELS PVT LTD, M.R ROAD, SILPUKHURI KAMRUP METRO GUWAHATI 781003.

      It's been one and a half months and I am facing an issue (the clutch handling and severe jerking felt on gear change). I visited the above mentioned dealer from where I took the vehicle and informed
      their service authority regarding this issue. After that they just ignored the issue saying things like I have to ride the vehicle at least up to 1000 km(1st servicing time) and it will
      get fixed. But the problem is getting worse day by day and I am having almost a regular visit to the dealer (75 km updown). I am not very satisfied with their response with the way
      they are handling the issue. Last 1 week I got frustrated with the behaviour they are showing towards the issue. Although they felt some issue was there, they tried for some time and
      just ignored it with some excuse.

      I had a very bad customer care experience with this incident and I beg that please take a look at this matter as soon as possible. Because it's just 45 days after the purchase
      and I believe I shouldn't be experiencing this kind of issue this soon. And the worst part is I am not able to resolve the matter on my own since the dealer is not very
      co-operative.

      Please let me know if you require any further information and revert me asap.

        I b susi kumar i purchased a fascino bike in andhra pradesh kurnool guru raghavendra nagar near bellary chowrastha show room my bikeno:ap39jc0378 i gave a bike for 3rd service in guru raghavendra nagar on[protected] and my job card no is 9316 . I am not satysfing for their service this is the 2nd time they are not responding well and when i gave to service my bike to the show room my petrol guage was full and when iam taking my bike from show room after the service my petrol guage was off tank showing they have taken some petrol from my bike so please take the action on the service center my contact no is [protected]

          - Subjected complaint could not be not resolved by both Yamaha and its
          dealer M/s CAG enterprises from Oct 2020 to till date[protected]
          - Abnormal heavy noise in engine and SMG section.
          - Sudden Vehicle jerk noticing during deceleration around 10-15kmph
          - Velocity of the vehicle during deceleration time is very quick (i.e Due to
          load in the engine the vehicle stops immediately without free running on
          its own velocity).
          - Technicians are not skilled to analyse complaint technically.

            I would like to bring your kind notice, I booked YAMAHA R15 DARK NIGHT model in
            Sir,

            S.K.Motors 16/113B Metupalayam Road, Opp Chockkalingeshwar Temple PN Palayam Coimnatore. Who where the sub dealer of CAG YAMAHA COIMBATORE-GANAPATHY.

            1 paid sum of Rs:52000 as advance on 03.05.2021. Also they processed vehicle loan for the balance amount in Ujivan Small finance bank. At time of paying advance they committed to delivery the bike within 2 weeks.

            But after processing the loan, showroom has be closed permanently, but they haven't handover the bike.

            Even I have paid one month EMI for the same.

            I also have raised the police complaint at PN Palayam station regarding. S.K.Motors have been in the same location for more than 5 years. They have been using YAMAHA banners and brochures. Even entire interior work will display YAMAHA logo's. Refer the attached images Even my friends have booked bikes, they also have paid advance amount.

            But they haven't handover the bike.

            I informed to the bankers that I haven't received the bike and showroom also has been closed

            permanently, then how cum I will pay the EMI. They advised to raise a police complaint.

            We also visited CAG YAMAHA COIMBATORE, but no response from their side.

            Kindly look into this & provide solution. This issues has became a huge black mark on YAMAHA brand at

            Coimbatore. We also planned to take this issue to media.

            Awaiting for your response at the earliest.

              Since the day one, I am having bluetooth connectivity issue with my FZS V3, visited several service centers, they told me the problem will solve within 48 hours, now its like 3 months still having the problem.

                Hi Yamaha Team. I've booked my MT-15 bike on Sept 1st. I was told that the bike would be delivered within 30 days, then I paid my advance. But still, after 30 days, they are saying they need more than 30 days to get the bike delivered. I even enquired at the main branch in Visakhapatnam. They cant tell the status of the bike and not even answering the phone calls how many times I tried.

                  My bike's handling/balance has been upset/compromised after getting front shocker of right side repaired at Shiva Motors Service Center.

                  Both shockers are not working together.
                  There is balancing issues. It gets disbalanced in unpaved roads.

                  I visited Shiva Motors to get it fixed but they were not preparing my job card and not taking my complaint into consideration. I requested them (Incharge, Manager & Owner) to make the job card atleast but they denied of making it. They did not take my bike inside the showroom and send me back without any solution.

                  According to them, they have charged to fix the leakage of front shocker of right side and they have done it and there is no issue in shocker.

                  Customer Care are not supportive at all. They don't provide any solution. Nothing is in their hands. They misguide you every time nothing else.

                  It is bad experience of buying this bike. Aftersale, No support.

                  Yamaha should listen it's customer.

                  I have been following your service center on regular basis and pay the amount that they wanted but they are unable to solve the issues. I have been asking senior engineer's appointment but unable to get it so far.
                  You cannot believe how much I am suffering after getting this Yamaha bike. I wish I would sell it and bear loss.
                  This is incapability of yours that you are unable to repair a bike even after taking money.

                    I got my bike's front shocker repaired on 15th Aug 2021. Since then I have been facing a handling and balancing problem. It bubbles even on plain roads. It disbalances when I take a disk break or climb on breakers . It seems like I am driving without air into tires. It's very dangerous to drive.

                    I go to the service center everytime and pay[protected] but no one is able to repair it.

                    I requested many times through mails and phones but you don't listen and provide solutions.
                    Customer Care Executives argument with me. He argues & behaves like a lawyer.

                    It is bad experience of buying this bike. Aftersales, No support.

                      Oil leaking from the engine. Bike purchased on[protected]. 3 times serviced at the authorised service center. The problem still persists.
                      Agency: Vaishali auto agency.
                      The dealer is not paying attention and diverting my request again and again.

                        Firstly I was told to pay 10k for the parts that are supposed to be covered in the extended warranty as I was told my warranty was over, later I went to another service center for second opinion and he told me that the extended warranty is available and to claim it I will have to coordinate with all the service centers I have been to for the bills of all the services I have had as they have no clue about the past servicing because it wasn't uploaded to their portal and it happens to be my fault, while I think this is Yamaha's job.
                        Moreover, I was told by 2 service center that they won't have parts so go to another service center.
                        I have done all the services on time while I had to get early servicing done due to loud ticking noises coming from my engine which I was told were normal and would be done with basic tapet setting... Now I have been told that at 20000 KM ONLY, my engine parts are to be replaced while I'll be charged for this.
                        I need full support ASAP as I have been a bike enthusiast have proper maintained everything that is in my hands, which doesn't include the engine.
                        I need my bike to be in perfect condition as I have paid a lot on this already.

                          Pls note in the middle of the road, the chain got removed at 10, 000kms informed the same to the service centre and they replied due to my poor maintenance. even though i have maintained with proper Motul chain clean and lube spray and also informed me sprocket has to be changed every 10, 000 km . Need your support as 10, 000 km chain sprocket change is expensive

                                  We brought Yamaha Fascino on 9/11/2020 at our native Sri Krishna Motors, Narasannapeta, Srikakulam -532421, after seeing the bikes fabolous look and brand name .But it doesn't take much time to scatter my dream or assumption .
                                  Our bike suddenly stopped working on 26/09/2020 .I took it to our nearest service center in the morning . Nearly at 4 PM I got a call from the service center and they said "Battery was dead completely, please buy a new one and come to the showroom" . I asked about the warranty because it didn't complete one year and ran just 2300 KM in only. Then the service guys said It will take more than one month to complete all the things like sending the battery to the vendor and getting it back. For that I need to pay Rs 450/- because they have to take this battery to the vendor .
                                  I called Yamaha customer care[protected] . I explained the whole story .So they said Once I reach the service center, connect to the service center guys to speak . I went there again and called Yamaha customer care but no use they said the same thing . All these discussions happened for more than 2 hours . Service center guys couldn't understand English so they provided my number to the Srikakulam service center.
                                  I got a call from this number "[protected]" . He also said the same thing . Since most of the customers can't reach the battery vendor so Yamaha service center guys helping us with all the formalities that's why they are charging Rs 450/- . He also said he is going to provide bill for this . I have attached warranty page for more details . In which it is clearly mentioned authorised service centers will assist customers with free of cost .

                                  Who is telling the LIES?.YAMAHA OR SERVICE CENTER GUYS .

                                  Atlast after trying all the options, I left with only 2 options either I have to leave my bike at service center for one month or buy a new battery . I opted for the second one because it should not impact my daily life .

                                  Now let us talk about the main point
                                  1. Why should I pay Rs 450/- to send the battery to the vendor (In this case vendor is Tata Green Batteries). While buying the bike I didn't mention I need only Tata battery in it. I have a lot of respect to Tata's, how come Tats's can manufacture such a defective products .Very sad it will spoil Tata's reputation .
                                  2. second When I faced the same issue with my Activa bike they simply replaced the new battery and asked me to leave .Why is Yamaha not doing this ?
                                  3. The Rs 95k bike is just scrap without battery because I checked with the service center to remove the battery and send it for replacement till that time I can continue with kick start .But the service center guy said if the battery is not there it won't start with kick . Then what is the use of providing kick .

                                  Now I am repenting why did we buy Yamaha instead of any other brand .

                                  I am going to share this my bitter experience with Yamaha in social media so that nobody will do the mistake like me .
                                  Also provide me your escalation team's email Id where I can share this experience .
                                  YO GUYS WASTED MY WHOLE DAY AND MADE MY LIFE HELL . I TOOK THIS BIKE PUSHING FOR NEARLY 1.5 KM AND WALKED FOR MORE THAN 3 KM .

                                  WHY YAMAHA NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE A GOOD PRODUCT AFTER PAYING 95K?

                                      So kindly request to help us to resolve the issue as soon as possible in warranty.

                                        Had some mechanical work at service centre in this morning. In the evening I left for my home when National Highway there is heavy traffic and my bike stop just like it's time to refuel by the grace of God I am safe in the middle of road in heavy traffic. I was away 15 km from my home and there is no garage or any service centre nearby from problem is same which I did the same work in the morning it is my kind request to take some legal action on the service centre.
