Today, I got serviced my bike FZ from Sidharth Yamaha Sohna road Gurgaon.
I left my bike sharp 8:45 AM 23/10/21. By operating no 4 for service.
Time given 12 on my receipt.

3:00 PM clock I called them, they said your bike is ready, but I was shoked when I reached to agency because only service was done, no part was replaced. I had to wait in agency 3:pm to 6:pm.

After that they said parts are not available Visit again.

This kind of service is not good for Yamaha .
I will never recommend Yamaha to any one.

    Hi,
    I am Anand Shardul, have purchased New FZ250 in exchange with my Old Yamaha Bike which I was using from last 10 Years.

    After having multiple visit to Dealer still haven't received any final invoice, user manual, service manual, correct Insurance of the bike.

      Hai. Good morning sir/Madam. I wanna share with you one complaint for brake failure of yamaha bike.. This is Krishna from trichy.. I bought a mt 15 bike two years ago. Everything is going good to me.. But 2 days before i have a brake issue into that. So yesterday i visit a service centre and give my bike for service.. They said its not a problem for brake pad and brake fluid but the problem was brake mc kit. So they said you have to change a full brake kit.. So i have a question for you and that dealers. Is here any problems for brake pad or brake fluid then i changed. But they said its a brake mc kit problem.. now what will i do.. Its not a my problem . Its a manufacturing defects or some technical issues.. Now my question is i want a replacement of that kit.. i have an video proof for this problem.. now i attached to this mail for your reference. And one more thing very important point they said. Every brake has two years only warranty so i dont have rights and eligibility for this kind of issue..I dont want a 5 years warranty for engine and 1 year of suspension this is all covers just a parts of this bike not covers safety equipments.             I have purchased new yahama razor RZ 125 FI having seen their advertisement in the newspaper by giving many offers during the occasion of Onam Celebration. But I understand that they are delivering damaged vehicles in this season. I purchased the vehicle on August 23, 2021 from HP Yahama, Alathur, Palakkad, Kerala. After 7 days of purchase, I lift up the seat to fill the petrol, the seat support is broken and detached from the vehicle. I immediately brought the attention of the dealer and I was told that it would be replaced soon. But it is 2 months since i purchase new vehicle, no action has been taken by yamaha and its dealer. I wrote several complaints to yamaha, I have made many calls as well as I visited the dealer several times but it no vain. Yamaha is interested on sales only not after sales. they are not listening customers' voice and customer care of yahama is very worst. They will not take any action.I am driving new vehicle without seat support. It is a threat to my life.

              Worst service by yamaha service center. I bought my bike on the month of 22nd feb 2021. It's been 7 months, after 2 servicings 5 days ago unexpectedly vehicle got breakdown while traveling. I have contacted onroad service people no response. Speaking with them since 5 days with service center supervisor he is saying they are not having man power needs to wait. My question is, without having man power why yamaha management releasing new bikes?? Is your vehicle quality only for 7 months?? Completely ridiculous.

                  I am Sanjaya kumar booked R15M on the lunching date i.e 21-Sep-2021 via Online . During booking in Yamaha website show 4 official dealer in Odisha, Rev Motors is one of them at Rourkela Odisha.Today is 14-Oct-2021 I have not received my bike, showroom officials say it is delay from the yamaha company end because they have not dispatch yet, since I have booked on 1st day of booking.
                  The main concern is that those unofficial dealer which is not listed in Yamaha website they delivered this in my nearest city.
                  I have already paid Rs.170000 after taking loan from bank.
                  The main issue is that they ordered this bike God knows.
                  Please resolve my issue and deliver my bike as soon as possible.

                      Hi I'm kaushik, a resident in Telangana ( Hyderabad) I want to know when I will recieve my vehicle MT 15, as said in the email I went to mettuguda Ashoka Yamaha dealership for further assistance (mallesh) but he didn't help me out and everyone over there seem to not have an update on my vehicle.
                      It's been accurately 60 day's since I placed the order I'm ready to pay full amount and buy my CYW bike.

                        I am highly disappointed with the behaviour of the team at service centre. It was the fifth time I was returned by them by saying chains-pocket(FZS-2017) and head light is not available right now, please come after 4-5 days.
                        This puts a serious question on the credibility of the staff by not providing accessories/parts every time I reach.

                        Being a regular and loyal customer of your brand since 2015, requesting you to look into the matter as soon as possible.

I went for Chhapra at YAMAHA "Shivam motors" to change some damage parts from bike, I reached there at 12:30 pm and the Mechanic started working on my bike from 1:30 pm but and Mechanic didnot get any parts or accesories to set the new parts on my bike, I have complain to the Service manager but he neglected me and the Employ of "Shivam Motors" says me to complain the YAMAHA CUSTOMER CARE, and says, what will they to me if you complain against me... If you need contact number of mine I will give you, but no one can do anything to me.

                              Several follow up taken but the agency unable to provide spare where as advance payment given for the same. They told 10- 15 days spare parts will come.                                 Hello Sir/Ma'am,

                                Most Respectfully I want to inform that I purchased a YAMAHA vehicle of ENGINE NO- G3N3E0125505 CHASIS NO- ME1RG6674M0020125 ON 22 AUGUST 2021 from
                                GREEN VALLEY TRAVELS PVT LTD, M.R ROAD, SILPUKHURI KAMRUP METRO GUWAHATI 781003.

                                It's been one and a half months and I am facing an issue (the clutch handling and severe jerking felt on gear change). I visited the above mentioned dealer from where I took the vehicle and informed
                                their service authority regarding this issue. After that they just ignored the issue saying things like I have to ride the vehicle at least up to 1000 km(1st servicing time) and it will
                                get fixed. But the problem is getting worse day by day and I am having almost a regular visit to the dealer (75 km updown). I am not very satisfied with their response with the way
                                they are handling the issue. Last 1 week I got frustrated with the behaviour they are showing towards the issue. Although they felt some issue was there, they tried for some time and
                                just ignored it with some excuse.

                                I had a very bad customer care experience with this incident and I beg that please take a look at this matter as soon as possible. Because it's just 45 days after the purchase
                                and I believe I shouldn't be experiencing this kind of issue this soon. And the worst part is I am not able to resolve the matter on my own since the dealer is not very
                                co-operative.

                                Please let me know if you require any further information and revert me asap.

                                  I b susi kumar i purchased a fascino bike in andhra pradesh kurnool guru raghavendra nagar near bellary chowrastha show room my bikeno:ap39jc0378 i gave a bike for 3rd service in guru raghavendra nagar on[protected] and my job card no is 9316 . I am not satysfing for their service this is the 2nd time they are not responding well and when i gave to service my bike to the show room my petrol guage was full and when iam taking my bike from show room after the service my petrol guage was off tank showing they have taken some petrol from my bike so please take the action on the service center my contact no is [protected]

                                    - Yamaha Complaint reference no : IC-51166
                                    - Subjected complaint could not be not resolved by both Yamaha and its
                                    dealer M/s CAG enterprises from Oct 2020 to till date[protected]
                                    - Abnormal heavy noise in engine and SMG section.
                                    - Sudden Vehicle jerk noticing during deceleration around 10-15kmph
                                    - Velocity of the vehicle during deceleration time is very quick (i.e Due to
                                    load in the engine the vehicle stops immediately without free running on
                                    its own velocity).
                                    - Technicians are not skilled to analyse complaint technically.

                                      I would like to bring your kind notice, I booked YAMAHA R15 DARK NIGHT model in
                                      Sir,

                                      S.K.Motors 16/113B Metupalayam Road, Opp Chockkalingeshwar Temple PN Palayam Coimnatore. Who where the sub dealer of CAG YAMAHA COIMBATORE-GANAPATHY.

                                      1 paid sum of Rs:52000 as advance on 03.05.2021. Also they processed vehicle loan for the balance amount in Ujivan Small finance bank. At time of paying advance they committed to delivery the bike within 2 weeks.

                                      But after processing the loan, showroom has be closed permanently, but they haven't handover the bike.

                                      Even I have paid one month EMI for the same.

                                      I also have raised the police complaint at PN Palayam station regarding. S.K.Motors have been in the same location for more than 5 years. They have been using YAMAHA banners and brochures. Even entire interior work will display YAMAHA logo's. Refer the attached images Even my friends have booked bikes, they also have paid advance amount.

                                      But they haven't handover the bike.

                                      I informed to the bankers that I haven't received the bike and showroom also has been closed

                                      permanently, then how cum I will pay the EMI. They advised to raise a police complaint.

                                      We also visited CAG YAMAHA COIMBATORE, but no response from their side.

                                      Kindly look into this & provide solution. This issues has became a huge black mark on YAMAHA brand at

                                      Coimbatore. We also planned to take this issue to media.

                                      Awaiting for your response at the earliest.

                                        Since the day one, I am having bluetooth connectivity issue with my FZS V3, visited several service centers, they told me the problem will solve within 48 hours, now its like 3 months still having the problem.
