I have bought Yamaha Ray ZR 125 Fi (Chassis# ME1SEG456L0026712) on June 30 2020 @ Hosur SS Motors Yamaha Show Room, Currently its completed 19000+ Kilo meters and running perfectly till now, also i have completed the all Free Service (5 Service) in SS Motors itself and they done the excellent service and it was perfect too and i am happy with this Mileage also. Last week I have filled the petrol on 11th Nov 2021 Near Krishnagiri, very next day onward Scooter getting Off automatically while start the ride, i am not able to ride properly, So i given the scooter to the service in Krishnagiri, Sri Muthu Auto Agencies Yamaha Show room on 12th Nov 2021 and explained the issues what i am facing related about starting trouble, they called me and informed its fixed can come and collect the scooter. So i have visited on 13th Nov 2021 and collected with the Service Bill No:- JI2022 2488, and the Service Charge is Rs.978/- i have paid and collected scooter, in the bill mentioned Water service is completed but it was not done, they told me Water service is not available now, you can come and do the water service later, then i observed its started normally, so i left from their, but didn't cross 15 Kms, again Scooter got off automatically, its not starting normally, once reached home i observed scooter seat cover is not able to lock properly, i have seen its not fitting properly by the show room mechanic and back light top cover also not fitting properly, it was there in show room 2 days, reported issue also not fixed, water service also not done, they don't know how to fix this scooter seat cover and back light cover and all, and same day evening i went out of station due to my official work, so i am not able to inform to them on the same day. So from Myself i have cleaned the scooter by myself and i have opened and fixed the scooter cover and Backlight cover Properly, then only seat cover got proper lock.

Once back from Out of station yesterday (19th November 2021) i have visited the Sri Muthu Auto Agencies with the Scooter and reported, still that issue not yet fixed, so they have opened my scooter and started checking the issue, while opening the scooter i have observed only few Bike mechanics only are in Yamaha Mechanic uniform rest others not in the Yamaha Uniform includes the Supervisor Kalayarasan, i don't know they are aware of this scooter spare parts are fiber plastic parts, they are miss handling this parts, opening with screw driver by pull and push this plastic parts, its got scratches more on my scooter, i have seen them they don't know how to fix this scooter seat cover, i have explaining them, last time it was not fixed properly, and i told them i have opened and fixed the scooter seat cover, in hands they are having screw driver and handling this spare parts keeping and throwing to some where directly, made scratches directly, they are using hands to pull and pushing, hitting hardly by handle on this plastic parts to remove and fix, its all are made scratches on my scooter, i am watching them from the mirror room, they are doing this activities and misbehaving with my scooter and they are doing trail and error on my scooter and made lot of scratches on my scooter, they are doing some practicing session on my scooter, its made me awkward about that showroom and disappointing about the Yamaha brand, having this kind of supports and service providing, Yamaha Service center people all are telling those scratches all are not done by them it was there already when i have given them, denied to water wash, clean the dust with clothes too and they are all threatening me like you cant to do any thing with us, you do what ever you want, like bad words all are they are producing, which is not expected from Yamaha brand, and surprising Yamaha brand is dealing the show room with the local rowdy peoples.

    According to my previous complaint, this is my third complaint I need a solution to my mileage problem. Whether the (IA MOTOR CORP PVT LTD) Manager said, that we need to check the vehicle by their technician. But am not satisfied with that, because I couldn't know whether they do correctly or not. They didn't give any proper explanation. They said to check my vehicle by their technician. How can I believe it? Am asking the manager if the problem continues what I do? Then the manager reply to me: I couldn't know I need to contact the manufacturer to solve this issue. Do I need to ask a question with YAMAHA MOTOR INDIA? What's the solution for my low mileage after completing my 2nd service and FI check is normal and clean FI injector by (IA MOTOR CORP PVT LTD). Is there any improper checking by the (IA MOTOR PVT LTD) service center or any other parts problem? In my warranty card, the mention the FI system has any problem that will be replaced by the manufacturing (YAMAHA MOTOR INDIA). Please give the correct reason. I am totally disappointed with YAMAHA.       Hello,

      I went to drop my bike for service today and this is what happened with me,
      1. The service guy told me that my 5th free service will be lapsed because from the date of purchasing the 5 service should have been done 4 months prior, and surprisingly i am 4 months late.
      2. I mentioned that during the last 2 years, everyone including me spent almost 8 months sitting in home and EVERYTHING was closed, then how could i have visited to the service center, still it was made clear that it is my mistake only and i should have followed the service booklet anyhow!!
      3. I have been visiting Sidharth Auto Services-Khandsa Road Gurgaon for servicing for almost a year now, yet noone informed me or alerted me that my service is running behind schedule and i should take care of it. They raised this today after a year as if service department is my responsibility and not theirs.
      4. The entries in my booklet was made by the Manager- Mr. Arvind Kumar Singh and not once he told me or guided me that this could be a potential problem. While i confronted him today, he bluntly said that I should have taken care of this and it is not service center's mistake. He rudely refused to my bike's free service which i felt was very unprofessional and not acceptable on his part. If he doesn't know how to deal with customer then he should not be a Manager!!
      5. I received a call from an executive from Sidharth Service center on 2md November where she mentioned that my service is due on 9th November, i was out of station last week so i visited today. Then also i was not informed that my service will be lapsed or any such issue is there.
      6. Why is everything blamed on customer as customer's responsibility and the service center is not accepting any mistake here. This is very much shocking and completely unacceptable.
      I am a loyal customer of Yamaha since more than 11 years now. Before FZS i had Yamaha Gladiator SS125. This rudeness and unprofessional behaviour has happened for the first time with me in Yamaha.

        I have left my vehicle R15 M at season motors Coimbatore for service on 18th November. Which was purchased on 19/10/2021 . It was my first service. When I went to collect my vehicle after service I found there was a complete damage in paint at front side doom which was not there when vehicle was given for service.When spoken to service center manager it was informed to us that there was very small dot when vehicle was given for service and after water wash the complete paint had gone in that area and informed that it was not their mistake. This is a brand new vehicle and we did not expect such a low quality painting from yamaha motors which lead to the issue with in a month of purchase. So we request yamaha motors and company to attend the issue immediately and replace tha damage part at your cost.we have not taken the delivery of the vehicle today due to the issue and requesting to resolve the issue at the earliest.

          According to the mileage problem they told me to check this way still, I got 25km/litre they told me the FI sensors are normal and they told me clean the injector still the problem is not resolved still I got the same problem I couldn't believe whether the check my bike or not if the check my problem is solved but my problem is not solved already I complaint to YAMAHA MOTOR INDIA my complaint ID (WEB-65363) They also respond to my mail am totally disappoint with YAMAHA please help to get out this problem and solve my issue or suggest me a good service centre without any cheating peoples.             Sir/madam this is y Malathi (TS 15F B 3921 ) [protected]I am facing very bad experience with your yamaha fascino which was purchased during June 2020 last year I .though the bike I traveled aa few distance and few minutes the bike sound is comming very loud .I told the problem with the service provider during my last services neither the problem was solved and the problem repeat s. Now the bike was given at hanamkonda happy yamaha service .they r saying it will cost more than 10k .and they r blaming me for It. It's your responsibility to provide valuable goods and services neither the services r good nor the bike . Please suggest me what should I do . I will not pay that much amount for the damage caused because of your goods.

                Today I visited yamaha showroom it is located in eluru, west godavari district, Andhrapradesh, it was worst and horrible experience which I never and ever faced earlier, the way of their approach and talking really very bad, I suggest you to get once experience personally once, what kind of standard your team is following, I can't stand there even 2 minutes, please change them then only grow up bussiness

                  Last 4th August 2021, I bought my Yamaha FZX Bike from Yamaha Eastern Auto Distributors, Berhampore, District-Murshidabad, West Bengal. In all, I paid them a total of Rs. 1, 46, 350/- for the bike, Number plate, Registration Certificate, Insurance policy etc. Now 110 days over but till now I have not been given the bike number plate, insurance and other necessary documents from Yamaha Eastern Auto Distributors. I bought the bike for my daily needs. It was going to be about four months. How can I ride the bike without number plate? Please look into this matter.

                    We purchased new Yamaha fascino hybrid got delivery on 2nov 2021 night. Next day morning I notice engine oil leakage . Rasing ...Morning I take scooty and drive on road for 3 km it's very very bad on road . I dint feel there is shockupser... Is very bad as new vechile have this problem like 5 year old vechile. Stil the problem not yet solved. We informed showroom ...very bad as new vechile is worst. I purchased this vechile on emergency need as my husband got accident as he can't drive . I am a person who need to look my family .I by this scooty to buy all need for my family . But no use I am going by walk .please don't buy Yamaha my suggestion

                      Dear Sir,

                      I had given my vehicle to the service. I had mentioned few problems. Those problems remain same after delivery of the vehicle. My problems are disk jam, that is fixed. I had mentioned that engine beating sound is very loud, for that they had called me and said they will charge 2500 rupees for changing the valve. In the last time i had same issue with the engine beating. But they said they will fix it no problem with that. After delivery i haven't seen any sound from the engine. Anyhow after few days same problem repeated. But this time they didn't even adjust that sound. Simply delivered the vehicle. Another problem is Clutch tight. They said they will change clutch bell rubber and they had charged 338 rupees for that. even though clutch is very tight. Generally after giving vehicle to the service, vehicle will become very smooth. But this time i haven't seen any smoothness. Its just like before service. There is no difference. And some sound is coming from the engine. This is very annoying after after paying 1528 rupees and haven't fixed my problems. they have charged 136 for the chain spray, but i didn't seen any oil on the chain.

                      I hope you understand my problem. I'm Not satisfied with their service. I just want my vehicle to be repaired for the price they are charging.

                            No Support or Acknolgment from customer care from Yamaha Motor India Regarding my below complete
                            I wanted the Aerox Yamaha Aerox 155 and after a good review on google about Shelar Yamaha - Wakdewadi visited on 15th Oct 2021 and booked the bike on the same day and they have given me 4th Nov 2021 as the delivery date I was happy because it was Laxmi puja day(Diwali) and paid the full amount on 2nd of Nov but surprise as per Showroom they haven't received new stock from the company I said ok because it happened sometime now its 11th of Nov and on-call they mention they sill not received new stock and they don't have bike also to display so I visited today and found they are laying I can see a bunch of new stock and new Aerox Monster in the display and one bike in the parking lot and its for Online booking customer I have made offline booking way before online booking start and now they are giving me 25 days more waiting I don't have money now to lodge complete against them in legal court please help.

                                I purchased a FZ bike from Panache yamaha showroom, Marathahalli, karnataka in August 2020. Since from my first service to till now I am facing an oil leak issue from the engine. Every time I go for servicing they are keeping my vehicle for 2 to 3 days for servicing but later after some days again i can see the same oil leak issue from the engine. I don't know whether mechanical people are fixing the issue or simply giving my vehicle back by saying that my issue got resolved.

                                Last week i went to Ashoka motors yamaha, mettuguda, secunderabad for 5th general service and i informed the same oil leak issue from the engine. They kept my vehicle for 3 days and they told it got fixed. I took my vehicle and again after 3 days i am facing oil leak issue from so many places from engine and they pasted M-seal in one of the place on engine. i asked the manager why they pasted M-seal on my engine and they are saying that they didn't pasted that M-seal. i asked the CC footage to check but they are not showing that footage. may be they have broken my engine while doing servicing and that's why they have pasted the M-seal on my engine.

                                I am expecting to replace my bike

                                I never expected this kind of service from Yamaha as it is a good reputed company.

                                  I am residing at mettupalayam, i have purchased yamaha r 15 v 3 le abs b9e200 mbl2 dark knight from orpi agencies coimbatore on 29 08 2019 for my son to go to college. He was attend the college by two wheeler only. He have made all services with nadhanii motors mettupalayam.in the mean time we found the small noise from vehicle we gave the vehicle to the service to the find noise where it is coming from the bike at nadhanii motors on 20 03 2021 they intimated the noise is coming from the clutch and they replaced the spares of clutch assembly. After that the vehicle was not used due to corona lock down. Now the colleges were open he again use the vehicle the noise c again came. My son approach the service personnel again they informed the noise is came from the clutch and rework again. He again found the big noise this time we approach orpi agencies service manager he told the noise is coming from crank so you go and rework with nadhanii motors you had service record from the begenning to as on date, they wrongly repair the vehicle's clutch part instead of the crank. We again gave service to nadhani motors they took several days and they do not solved the problem and refused to rework of crank shaft and claim for the warranty period of five years hence i request you to instruct them to repair the crank work were they mistakenly service the clutch other wise they compensate the charges made by the other authorised dealer orpi agencies coimbatore. Kindly intimate me what shall i do further. He will not attend the college without vehicle will be ready.
                                  I enclose herewith r15 purchase and service details bills available with me. Some of the paid service bills were nadhanii motors private software which was not updated in yamaha portal website.
                                  The orpi agencies are ready to service with warranty claim, if the nadhani motors will updated all service made by them in yamaha website portal. Hence i request you to solve the problem as early as possible.

                                  I have been already given all required details to yes-yamaha motors- india. Com mail id and I assured that all the details are true Now The Orpi Agencies given estimated amount will be nearest to Rs. 14'000/- The amount incurred for the service is the not a problem. I have been mentally disturbed for this your Authorised dealer So that your authorised dealer only compensate this amount otherwise the Company will response for this compensation. I expect this compensation from the Authorised Dealer Or the authorisation given to the Company

                                    I have recently purchased yahama R15 V4 in srivari thirumullai voyal 600062 on Nov 1. I paid full cash and after 3 days they are saying that price increased.                                       Sir I visited my nearest yamaha showroom located on shivpuri road jhansi.I had a query about Yamaha R15 for which i went there but the staff was so rude that they insulted me like i am a beggar . The manager was so much arrogant saying you can't afford our bikes you must dream of hero passion that's for u. It was a horrible experience and i am very disappointed seeing this and i wanted to really buy Yamaha R15 but now I'm not entering that area again. So much rude behaviour with me and my family members.I am providing my serious feedback and it's 0 for Ashish Auto jhansi.

                                        This is mohan from chennai . I loved yamaha bikes since my childhood . I learnt bike driving from RX 135. My dream also usual like other middle class boys which want to buy a good bike. My dream was buy a yamaha mt 15 . so I saved little money from my salary and balance borrowed from hdfc bank and bought mt 15 om sep 23 2021. Everything went well till yesterday . I gave it show room for first service . they charged me 1750 rs. Yesterday was just 40th day for my bike. But my bike engine got seized . show room manager says that bike engine oil was low. I got the first service bill which contains that they charged me 400 rs something for engine oil. I am totally disapointed on my favourate yamaha company which I loved since my childhood . Can you please look into this and provide me a new bike so that I can enjoy my life like did last 39 days . Thanks
