On 6.09.2021 I asked you to service the above vehicle [full body cover change and service].Pacer Yamaha Service Centre
Krishnananda Rd, Balachandra Layout, Chelekare, Kalyan Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560043
When I went to collect the vehicle from you on [28/10/2021], I was told that you had carried out a “full service”.
The bill for this work was Rs 21, 071/-
When I went to check they had given me the bill for the parts they had changed and when i wanted to take a test ride then they had informed me that there is no battery in it, this was not kept me informed beforehand, then i decided to buy a new battery but was informed that they did not have stock and i purchased it from out and gave to them.
The parts which they told have changed or actually not changed, but they collected money for all that.
A copy of the receipt for that work is enclosed.
The above faults indicate that you failed to do so; I will be raising a legal complaint.
