Sir I visited my nearest yamaha showroom located on shivpuri road jhansi.I had a query about Yamaha R15 for which i went there but the staff was so rude that they insulted me like i am a beggar . The manager was so much arrogant saying you can't afford our bikes you must dream of hero passion that's for u. It was a horrible experience and i am very disappointed seeing this and i wanted to really buy Yamaha R15 but now I'm not entering that area again. So much rude behaviour with me and my family members.I am providing my serious feedback and it's 0 for Ashish Auto jhansi.
Please kindly look after this matter .

    Hi,

    This is mohan from chennai . I loved yamaha bikes since my childhood . I learnt bike driving from RX 135. My dream also usual like other middle class boys which want to buy a good bike. My dream was buy a yamaha mt 15 . so I saved little money from my salary and balance borrowed from hdfc bank and bought mt 15 om sep 23 2021. Everything went well till yesterday . I gave it show room for first service . they charged me 1750 rs. Yesterday was just 40th day for my bike. But my bike engine got seized . show room manager says that bike engine oil was low. I got the first service bill which contains that they charged me 400 rs something for engine oil. I am totally disapointed on my favourate yamaha company which I loved since my childhood . Can you please look into this and provide me a new bike so that I can enjoy my life like did last 39 days . Thanks

      On 6.09.2021 I asked you to service the above vehicle [full body cover change and service].Pacer Yamaha Service Centre

      Krishnananda Rd, Balachandra Layout, Chelekare, Kalyan Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560043

      When I went to collect the vehicle from you on [28/10/2021], I was told that you had carried out a “full service”.

      The bill for this work was Rs 21, 071/-

      When I went to check they had given me the bill for the parts they had changed and when i wanted to take a test ride then they had informed me that there is no battery in it, this was not kept me informed beforehand, then i decided to buy a new battery but was informed that they did not have stock and i purchased it from out and gave to them.

      The parts which they told have changed or actually not changed, but they collected money for all that.

      A copy of the receipt for that work is enclosed.

      The above faults indicate that you failed to do so; I will be raising a legal complaint.

        Hi this is Naresh from Visakhapatnam.I just cancel my previous booking Yamaha FZ-X amount of 10, 000/-.but showroom executive telling that you will get back 9000/- only.
        Why you people taking 1000/- for cancellations? Before I booked Royal Enfield and cancelled, they didn't took anything.This will impact your Company reputation.

          Recently on 03/11/2021 have purchased Yamaha FZ 250 from Sri Motors - Ashok Nagar. ( Opp to Kasi Theater ) . It was a rainy day the delivery was taken. The next day ie 04/11/2021 on Diwali found that the right side of the Vehicle had some defect on the body. Since it was Diwali had to wait for the next day.

          On the 5th Morning had taken the motorcycle to showroom for the visual inspection, after inspection they have agreed to replace the part in the warranty, but I require the part as the same as the left side which had graphics in the Vehicle.

          Is Yamaha doing the PDI seriously, how did this defect product even come for a delivery ..

          Yamaha manufacturers are very lethargic over the vehicle quality ..

          with these defects how did the vehicle was given QC Ok certificate, ..

          have attached both photos of left and damaged ( right )

            I purchased yamaha fz on 26/02/2021 at PLATINUM MOTORS, DONDAPARTHY, VISAKHAPATNAM with temporary registration num: AP31ZRTR 7784. Later i have got message permanent registration number: AP39HY8437. But i have not received my number plate till now. For the same i have visited the showroom many times but no one responded properly. I am unsatisfied with the way the staff had a discussion with me and i am utterly dissatisfied with the service of the yamaha. I hope you will provide the solution at the earliest.

                We Have Bought Yamaha Fz X from Varadaman Motors Guduvancherry
                They have given quote for 150815/- but what they provided bills only for 142439/- and they charged around 8376/- excess amount without bill for logistics they charged 3000/- when we contact the branch they didn't give proper details we need proper bill or else we need the amount to be refunded if its charged unnecessary

                  She said my vehicle service is due please come
                  Then i will come to service centre after came here they said today very busy day we are not able to do service today
                  After very request they done my vehicle service
                  I am very thankful for this
                  Then when i came to pick-up my vehicle after call by service centre i will reach to collect my vehicle
                  But after 10 mnts they said plz wait
                  I wait for 1.5 hr and then i am massaging
                  I think customers time also is very valuable if yamaha is not thinking that so that is very poor thing
                  I think i will get any reply after this and you will take action for the same

                    Im facing an issue on my bike r15 v3 since 2 yrs . that when i keep my bike on sunlight it won't start it take 5 min to start . another complaint is when i travel in traffic for 1 hr and stopped my bike and start after 5 min it won't start . i showed this complaint on yamaha serive centre in two states in andhra pradesh and telangana no one resloved. every time they taking the bike and kept for two days and generating the bill they are problem resloved bt it not resolving . it is too bad that no mechanic in yamaha can resloved my bike problem in andhra pradesh and telangana.

                        Dear Sir,

                        my bike got skid yesterday and both jumper ofy Yamaha FZ has been bend so i given that to work shop for repairing and they quote toatal -2700/- including all the things like repairing, polishing and change of seal kit but when i get to collect bike that time they asked 3000/- rupees and add 300/- as a labour. charge for fitment i ask for bill then they refuse to give me bill of 2700/- and agree to give bill of 300/- only then how they quote 2700/- and where that money goes in dealer account or in technician account ? they said the reason that we reapired from our vendor so we not able to give the bill for same but why should i want to kniw wherr they repair i only know Yamaha and i expect bill from yamaha but they denied so please do the need full and resolve as soon as possible .

                            I had purchased YAMAHA FZ25 on October 15, the showroom people have collected the money from for the accessories. I have been waiting for more than 2 weeks and not received yet. I have contacted the showroom many times and the response from them is "Stock is arriving" or "No Stock".
                            When the showroom is having more number of vehicles to sell, then why not the spare parts or the accessories of that vehicle??? I am really fed up of this response.

                                  Dear sir, I hv been running to the service center for past 6 months regarding the same issue of my bike...The "Balance issue of my bike"...Bike is leaning towards right...
                                  As per the suggestion of the service engineer the chassis, handle bar, front forks have been changed...then also the problem is not resolved...Fully exhausted!!!lost of my faith from YAMAHA...

                                      With due respect i want to inform you that i filed a complaint vide no. REQ-11731 on dated[protected].
                                      I am facing a lot of problems in my bike engine. My bikes engine gets extremely hot and produce noise with mild smell. I requested many times in service centre and they told me that this can be fixed after service. But after that 2-3 services has been done the problem remain same. Yesterday i submitted my bike in the Sidhharth Yamaha, Rohtak service centre and they told me that there is only 400 to 500ml of engine oil is drained from the engine. After contacting with the heads they said that only service is to be done because the head has denied to replace the engine. Even customer service executive is also saying that engine can be got repaired but not replaced.
                                      My bike is totally in the warranty period and i want my bikes engine replacement.
                                      i am fed up with the service of Yamaha. I again request you kind to replace my bike within 10 days or i will have to file a case against the Yamaha under section 420 of indian panel court.
