My name is Dinesh Reddy .I have bought a new R15 v3 from Yamaha ACE motors located in Attapur. . I took the vehicle on[protected] with downpayment of Rs 35000 with the pre approval loan . At the time of delivery he ( executive) gave me a delivery note and vehicle manual book. I asked him for my bill of Rs 35000 which I have paid to him .He said he will give it to me tomorrow when I come for submission of loan required documents. The next morning I went to showroom and submitted all my required documents except cheques (for that financier gave me ten days time ).I have asked my sales executive for my bill he said me to pay Rs 6000 more as downpayment .so I paid it and asked for bill he said sir I will give it to you tomorrow. I believed him and asked the next morning he said cashier not their in showroom. He said some silly for me and escaped daily and also wasted my time and money by calling to showroom and sending me out (around 5 days continuously I have travelled to showroom) . On[protected] I have got angry and I said I want to speak to manager then executive caught my shirt collar and brought me out of showroom. Then I waited and asked peacefully about bill then he kept in waiting and gave edited bill from computer and gave me with a stamp on it and without any signature on it and also threatening me that he will take back the vehicle if I complaint to higher officials
This is the way they treated me in YAMAHA ACE motors and the misleading amount is -
Vehicle on road price was -1, 90, 647
He told me that he will give cash discount of - Rs 4000 and also a sports helmet
Then the vehicle on road price become -
Rs 1, 86, 647
I have paid downpayment - Rs 41000
I have got loan approval of-Rs 1, 60, 150
Then vehicle price become Rs 41000 + Rs 1, 60, 150 = 2, 01, 150 ( in this price I'm getting the on road price of vehicle )
1, 86, 647 - 1, 60, 150(loan disbursement amount) = 26, 497 should be the downpayment .They made me to pay
Rs 14, 503 more
This way Yamaha ACE motors misleading me
I think this is the way they sell the bikes to other customers and put customer's extra money into their pockets
There is no respect to the customer and also cheating to the customer with extra charging money and providing a edited bill to customer. I have attached all the documents in mail
People have a lot of trust on Yamaha .So pIease i hope u to take strict action against ACE motors fraud against me ( also many more customers like me) and I think Yamaha will help me out of this.
I[censored] will not take any action on this, then I will take this issue to media knowledge and file a case consumer court
