I booked yamaha mt 15 bike on August at ASM motors peripattana, mysore district, due some loan issues I cancelled my booking, after cancellation the showroom people didn't refund my one lakh rupees till one month, after a month they refund only 98000rupess, they deducted two thousands rupees for nothing, if we ask they talk rudely using vulgar words.

    I have purchased fascino hybrid in arhi motors choolai with full cash September 3 rd while delivery they didn't fix bluetooth devise and told that they will fix after some days... We are contacting them for bluetooth fixing not yet responding properly very poor responsibility please help me for bluetooth fixing it's very bad impression to yamaha motors please take action to that arthi motors..

            My name is Dinesh Reddy .I have bought a new R15 v3 from Yamaha ACE motors located in Attapur. . I took the vehicle on[protected] with downpayment of Rs 35000 with the pre approval loan . At the time of delivery he ( executive) gave me a delivery note and vehicle manual book. I asked him for my bill of Rs 35000 which I have paid to him .He said he will give it to me tomorrow when I come for submission of loan required documents. The next morning I went to showroom and submitted all my required documents except cheques (for that financier gave me ten days time ).I have asked my sales executive for my bill he said me to pay Rs 6000 more as downpayment .so I paid it and asked for bill he said sir I will give it to you tomorrow. I believed him and asked the next morning he said cashier not their in showroom. He said some silly for me and escaped daily and also wasted my time and money by calling to showroom and sending me out (around 5 days continuously I have travelled to showroom) . On[protected] I have got angry and I said I want to speak to manager then executive caught my shirt collar and brought me out of showroom. Then I waited and asked peacefully about bill then he kept in waiting and gave edited bill from computer and gave me with a stamp on it and without any signature on it and also threatening me that he will take back the vehicle if I complaint to higher officials

            This is the way they treated me in YAMAHA ACE motors and the misleading amount is -
            Vehicle on road price was -1, 90, 647
            He told me that he will give cash discount of - Rs 4000 and also a sports helmet
            Then the vehicle on road price become -
            Rs 1, 86, 647
            I have paid downpayment - Rs 41000
            I have got loan approval of-Rs 1, 60, 150
            Then vehicle price become Rs 41000 + Rs 1, 60, 150 = 2, 01, 150 ( in this price I'm getting the on road price of vehicle )
            1, 86, 647 - 1, 60, 150(loan disbursement amount) = 26, 497 should be the downpayment .They made me to pay
            Rs 14, 503 more
            This way Yamaha ACE motors misleading me

            I think this is the way they sell the bikes to other customers and put customer's extra money into their pockets
            There is no respect to the customer and also cheating to the customer with extra charging money and providing a edited bill to customer. I have attached all the documents in mail

            People have a lot of trust on Yamaha .So pIease i hope u to take strict action against ACE motors fraud against me ( also many more customers like me) and I think Yamaha will help me out of this.
            I[censored] will not take any action on this, then I will take this issue to media knowledge and file a case consumer court

                1 ) I have bought Yamaha FZ-5 BS-6 Modal from Sai Yamaha ( Yamaha Authorized Dealer ) Chandlodiy, Ahmedabad Dated 22/06/2021 Buyer Name - Meet K. Barot .I have Paid RTO Tax but Dealer Can't give me RTO Tax Receipt.
                2) I have bought a Bike since last 3 months but my RC Book Smart card work is Panding since 2nd July, 2021. I have attached Photo Regarding this Point.

                Yamaha is a Reputed Automobile Company and its Dealer have no manners how to grow up.

                  After i met with the accident in July 2018, i went to repair my vehicle in Vinayak Yamaha for accident repairs.
                  After the repairs the handle bar was never ok, even after my multiple complaints they were not able to resolve. i had to go to the dealership often for the same complaint. for more than a year (even if the insurance company was ok to give fork assembly the dealership did not add the fork assemble in the estimate).
                  Finally they replaced my fork assembly by taking out from some other bike and fitted into mine.Due to which the Brake caliper was not fitting the disc completely, it was only half way, which could have been the safety concern being compromised.
                  And later due to lock down i was not in town to report the complaint.
                  later when i asked them on july 2021 they told its not possible at all they did not do it.
                  finally they charged me to change the right leg of the front tyre. even after paying for accident repairs i had to pay again for the leg.

                  I am still living with the complaint i am still not satisfied with the product or service.

                  Vinayak yamaha is one of the worst Yamaha dealership in Bangalore.

                  Please refer the photos attached where we can clearly see the brake is not being alppied to the entire disk.

                    I Am, Puneeth Gowda. I bought a Yamaha FZS-FI V3 Vintage Edition bike on 12 Feb 2021, at Yamaha Showroom in Bangalore . Since that day I have had an issue with Bluetooth connectivity, where the bluetooth of my bike was not connecting with my Yamaha bike app so I asked the help of the Yamaha showroom guys but they asked time till first service, but now the time is September so I kept asking them 5 to 6 times about the issues with my Bluetooth connectivity. Service Center guys are asking for excuses but not fixing my problem. I have paid extra money to enjoy the bluetooth connectivity but for which feature I had paid it is not working since i had bought the bike so what is the point in paying extra money for the bluetooth feature And where in the service center guys have no knowledge about the bluetooth unit of the bike or service it. There is a price difference of 8000 rupees between FZS V3 and FZS-FI V3 Vintage edition. So if the service center can't make my bluetooth unit work properly then please return my extra money which I have paid. Please resolve this problem.

                      My name is suhil mishra ([protected]) since my 3rd service i am having noise in my rear tyre belt.. And from my last service i am having issue with my average and i visited 3 times and every time they told thar is is fixed but it never fixed.. I have to use extra petrol by doing so i have to py alot according to my previous average.. And this is not fair that after having my own vehicle i have to pay ola/uber/auto.. It is very costly to reach setvice center by auto ola uber.. Need to fix it or have to approach higher authorities.. Actualy i am sick of this doing again again or if your technicians can not fix it.. Kindly refund my amount of last service..

                          I own an FZ V3 and I did my third service at Whitefield Yamaha Motors, Whitefield, Bengaluru. The service was fine but they did not enter the service record into their database. As a result, in the database, it is shown that I have missed a service. I have called the service center and even the service manager multiple times but even after months, they have not taken any action. I'm currently being denied of my warranty claims due to this.

                              I have complaint with the Yamaha very bad quality engine with in 8 months of purchase engine shows problem having abnormal sound and Yamaha authorized service center Nothern Yamaha Faridabad ask engine need to open and need repair of half engine.

                              Regularly i have service in the bike at 3000 kms even after that i have faced such a issue.

                                    The fiber tank installed in FZS V3 bs6 model is worst quality. Each and every customer is facing this issue 1000+ videos are there on youtube regarding the same problem, the main issue is Yamaha is not showing concern regarding this, they ask for 1500 rupees as a total cost of replacing the fiber tank with a new. The issue is commom to all no external pressure is causing it

                                      My name is vivek modini 2months back exactly on this day i.e.[protected] i got my new bike Yamaha-FZS from RADHIKA AUTOMOBILES, NALGONDA, 508001.I was very excited as it was my dream bike everything was going well until this happened few days back which shattered my dreams.on[protected] i went for my friends marriage on my bike which was of 150kms i reached there and the next day that is on[protected] i started back and at 11:10am the bike suddenly stopped in running amidst a remote area i started many times saw the fuel nothing worked it was a forest area where nothing was in place for me.so i contacted the customer care seeking for help n number of times but nothing helped me much so i took my bike on a trolly auto to the near by mechanic for the distance of 20km they charged me 4k so i took to the mechanic he tried his best but could not smell the defect .for nearly checking up for 2hrs he gave up and he advised me to take to the showroom which is roughly 45-50km which charged me 12k i reached the karinagar showroom at the closing time the i requested the employees to get my bike checked the checked and they were unable to find it out so they opend the parts of the bike and found the problem and i was shocked to hear that probably they were suprised too they told that the LEAN ANGLE SENSOR was missing literally the heart of my bike was missing which is the reareast of the rare senario and that happened to me in a forest area where anything can happen to me .i have everything attached to the mail go through it .i cannot take it i was suffering for days in regret of buying bike from ur company . ineed this issue to be solved as soon as possible i need replacement of my bike orthe refund of my money which i spent on my transportation of bike and parts else the only way forward will be walking and knocking the doors of consumercourt i hope you solve this issue without any problem for me . i attached every image and bills i have asked the showrrom(suryapet) to replace my bike but they are speaking very rudely to me they are telling do whatever you want complain to company we dont care this is their reply and are simply denied as it is a manufacture problem the company is responsible for this to be solved asap hoping your answer from you soon.

                                        Hi there,

                                        I am very disappointed with the services provided at yamaha service center as its my new bike and initial services should be done from your service center only that's why i jad to visit otherwise i would have preferred outside servicing only.

                                        You guys don't have professional worker, they don't even know to communicate with customer. They treat us like they are our boss and we are thier employee.

                                        It is my fourth visit at service center and same thing happened like previous cases, they don't have yamaha engine oil with them, they don't chain lube and they don't have bike polish.

                                        Last time they asked me to purchase chain lube, polish from outside. This time they have refused to polish my bike where as it is written in your service book than it will be done in my free service.

                                        Please do something to train your service mechanic or worker to behave properly. Atlease train them to behave in professional manner to complete thier work.

                                        I hope it won't repeat in future.
