Dear sir,

I have purchased the bike from thane aim yamaha showroom on jan 2018 and everything was ok until then.
When i visited yamaha service center in thane (Kothari compound) for first service on 17th feb 2018 and it was a very bad experience the service center guy mr. Hemant took my bike at around 11:00 am and told me the servicing will be done by evening, when i asked him can you do it little faster i. E, around 5 o' clock he arrogantly answered no will give you at 7:00 pm in the evening as i was having some work i took my bike the next day i paid the money and took my bike, the problems reported were such as i have reported engine switch off problem i. E., engine gets switch off in middle of the road and again i need to start the bike and move further.
Now i visited the for 2nd free service on 7th april 2018 in yamaha service center this time there was mr. Sandeep to attend me i reported him the the problem faced. Below listed are the problems reported.
1. Engine gets switch off automatically while driving the bike.
2. Tail light does not glow.
3. Facing problems with average.
After reporting the problem he created the job card and informed me to come in the evening around 7:00 pm again i requested to give the bike by 5:30 pm this time this guy was polite and he told he will try his best to give the bike by 6:00 pm again as i was having some work i visited the next day 8th april 2018 at 2:00 pm. Firstly they asked for the money and gave me the invoice of rs. 1186, when i asked for the details for charging the this high they were not having any details and just informed me that the bill was wrongly generated and changed the bill to 700 rs, now if i have not asked they would have charged me extra 486 rs for nothing and they did'nt even take pain to explain the details in the bill after giving the same. After paying the 700 rs i asked for bike they took me to the bike which was yet not serviced i. E., even after more than 24 hours the bike was not serviced. When i asked the reason again the service center guy mr. Hemant said that servicing is done it is just remaining for washing and arrogantly said that will wash it wait and he was having his lunch ignoring me. When i said i have to move urgenly and you have yet not washed then what proof do you have that you have serviced my bike he again arrogantly said "lunch nahi karu kya tera gadi karta hu bola to karta hu rukh thoda time" and said "servicing ho gaya hai tujhe bata hu kiya ke nahi wo". I informed him to give my bike on urgent basis and dont wash it will report these problems faced he again said "haan ja jo karna hai wo kar".
Now they gave me my bike fzs fi in the condition which was even more bad than the bike before giving for servicing. I checked the problems that i have reported. Below are the comments for the problems reported.
1. Engine gets switch off automatically while driving the bike.
Checked driving the bike and it still gets switched off in mid of the road no change in driving experience.

2. Tail light does not glow.
I checked the same and found to be not working and when i asked the service center guy he told that is pending and changed the bulb in front of me.

3. Facing problems with average.
Need to yet check the problem regarding the same and will check and give the feedback.

Even the reported problems where not solved what have they done in servicing and charged me 700 rs. This is very disappointing service from yamaha. I will not prefer not to own a yamaha bike not because the bikes are faulty but because of the service center problems and the behaviour of the service center staffs on customer.

Request you to kindly look into the reported matter and help us to smoothly move further with yamaha.

During the process of oil replacement, I caught two labours mixing the old oil and saving the fresh oil in my Yamaha fascino while sitting in the customer lounge. Actually they thought I'm there and I wasn't but the moment I entered they didn't noticed that I'm in there and I saw as I mentioned.

    Misguidance, faulty services post sale and unfair service charges from gurukirana motors (Dealership in yamaha).

    They have technically certified technicians from yamaha technical institute but they really lack the service related knowledge in full.

    And they are charging too high and unfair prices for the paid services.

    Kindly help this concern addressed.

      Dear sir, my vehicle name Yamaha RayZR I had purchased my vehicle on 14/7/2017, at Crystal auto sales and service, as per the service dates issued in bill, I had given my vehicle for servicing. My requirement was indicator burzzar not working and back side mudguard reflector It's been my fourth service now but still the service centre has replaced the parts. In my second time service mechanic is complaining that brake shoe kit and pad is worn out. Air filter also has to be replaced. I mean it's just six month old vehicle and do the parts which they use is of bad quality. Parts used for vehicle r genuen or not. And the bill raised is Rs 1321. U guys say it's free servicing.And today it's 17/4/2018. My running vehicle is stopped. My recent service was done on 28/02/2018. Whom should I blame now. Everytime I have a very bad experience at this centre. Please help me with this issue. Mechanic r not trained at all at this centre. Crystal auto, padmanabhnagar Bangalore.

        I would like to inform you that I have Yamaha R15 (Double Seat) and I purchased this bike from Bhopal, however when even I visit any yamaha dealer in Bhopal (M.P.) to make my bike free services then I come to know that my service coupon is already punched by Tilak Motor-Jabalpur, even though i never visit Jabalpur for any services.

        recently I came to know that my third free service coupon is punched by Tilak Motors - Jabalpur on dated 28-Jan-2018 where as I didnt make this service in any dealer.

            में yamha szrr बाइक[protected] तारीख को खोरीदा था। assam dubrugarah "moran yamaha zone", 7000 kms चोल रहा है,, ओर problem होना सुरों हो गेया । बाइक का problem ये है कि पुरी carburetor खराब हो चोका है, जोब बाइक raning में रहता है तो अचानोक बाइक का excel कम हो जाता है और start बोन्ध हो जाता है । होर रोज ऐसा हो जाता है, start में बाइक नही रहते है, atimeticly बोन्ध हो जाता है,, बिना chok के बिना start नही होते है, ऐसे होने से मेरा बाइक पुरी तरोह से खराब हो चोका है, और मेरा मन बहुत दुःख होवा है, ।में dibrugarh saevice center में गेया था और meneger ने बोला कि ऐसे ही सलाते रहो,, होम जो कर चोकता है बो कर दिया, dilar वालो ने मेरा पोरा carburetor खोल के बोस साफ ही कर दिया,,, ओर carburetor का जो पार्ट्स है बो बदल दिया, फिर भी problem पहले जैसा ही है, । इतना पैसा देकर ऐंटेना खराब सिज मोझको नही चाहिए और मेरा carburetor exchange कोर दीजिये । plz sir help me एटना बोड़ा compani एक carburetor exchange नही कोर चौकते है क्या???                 I have purchased two wheeler in november 2017 mh 14 gq 5891, from rishaan motors chinchwad pune maharashtra, on dt 01 april i went to service center for servicing, they had taken my vehicle in on 10:00 am but till 4:00 pm not done anything, unfortunately i have to taken without servicing. This attitude of service center is not good. I have attached some photos for your reference. Due to this i can't able to get service on time i have do on next week, there for only sunday i have weekly off.

                Sir I bought a new FZs FI a 2 months ago
                Now I have some problems in the bike
                The bike gear was stuck in while shifting the gear down and also the oil is leaking from the bottom of silencer. The bike was over racing when start the engine and bike vibrating in 5000rpm.
                Please tell me some solution

                Paid 6000 rupees for servicing. There are few problems 1. Front tyre beaking system is not working properly 2. Bike's rear light is permanently "on" since servicing 3.seat fitting is improper, All were in good condition before servicing, when I asked them to fix it they are giving such nonsense technical answers, and asking for more spending.

                1.Very bad service from Rishaan Motors Yamaha . The service advisors never call to update on the status or billing information.
                2.The customers have to follow up to know the status of the vehicle.
                3.The phone calls made to the service station or the service advisor go unanswered and do not call back.
                4. The spare parts are always unavailable which leads to longer days for getting the vehicle serviced.
                I will strongly recommend people not to deal with Rishaan Motors Yamaha due to the kind of service I have got from them until now.

                  Within one and half year (Only approx 9000km) my bike yamaha fzs chain rotator damaged. Service provider says that chain should be tightened and sprayed within 15 days regularly and you don't do that so this problem occurs and chain rotator become damage approx within one year than he applied new chain rotator cost of ₹1500/-. He said that it not come under any warranty and insurance claim. It means i shall spend ₹ 1500/year continuously, this type of answer dissatisfied me.
                  I send my bike for monthly service regularly after that this type of problem occurs with my bike, who is responsible for this?
                  Service center approx 70km. Away from my location so how can it possible that i shall go for bike service every 15 days. Chain rotator is a non electronic part than why it not cover under warranty?

                    Hi,
                    Recently i have buyed yamaha fassino from "pacer yamaha showroom" bangalore. I have following issues wrt "pacer yamaha showroom"
                    1. While buying scooter they said they have a offer of 4k by paytm. But after buying scooter only 2.5k was cashback with paytm. When questioned them, simply says offer us changed.
                    2. While buying they said service station is near by, but when my scooter came for 1st service suddenly there is no service station. And when asked - they said near by service station is suddenly closed. They are going to open new service station shortly. Else go to 10km away service station.
                    3.in this finding a new service station my 1st free service date is lapsed and they are not accepting my 1st service coupon.

                    All 3 problems are due to "pacer yamaha showroom" and they are purely cheating customer while buying scooters.

                      Hello sir few days ago i meet an accident while riding the bike i just hit the wall after this accident i am not feel comfortable with my vehicle so i take the vehicle to nearby yamaha showroom named as royal motor they said the vehicle is good their is no problem but i feel the same problem i think the problem should be in the racer kit or fork so please kindly register my problem and do the necessary steps to clear my problem thank you.

                      Yamaha fz s front shock observer is failed after fluid charging. It is hit to front mudguard . The lenght of shock sturt is too short but after fluid replacememt with charging the shock sturt is did not come on reposition. What is problem with this case.please give solution of this case

                        Purchased a new yamaha defective saluto bike in bhubaneswar hindustan show. First of all the show rooms sales man not responding well. And they taking much more time to fitting and create the gate pass. When i tried driving then the handle and the below part bended but they are refused to take back the bike and agree to repair. But y should i agree to repair. After that i called the yamaha customer care and they are also not taken any action.this is the kind of bike they are delivering.

                          The motorcycle is a fz-s, i took it to the service center to check up, ad the staff told me to come after two days and when i did so, they told me the parts are not there available yet and it must be brought from another retail shop near that showroom, and they told me to be there at the next day the name of the showroom is kambra motors, please do the needful.

                            Hi my name is b sai pavan teja i am using fz16 reg no ts08ek8510. My problem is not getting permanently solve in service centre at ganesh motors hyd. I regularly give services ganesh motors hyderabad only. First i got the problem at 20k. There r/p the cone bearings set. After driving one month or two months i am facing the same problem again and again. I replaced cone bearing set three times. It has completed 45k now from 25k i am driving like that only with out hundred percent satisfaction. I am getting kut kat noise in bumpy roads and when i am breaking front disc i hope you will do need fully and solve my problem permanently as early as possible. If you check my history you may know on the same complaint how many times i went to service centre. I stop going to the service service centre also. Because my problem is not getting rectified then why should i go to the service centre for engine oil change. I can do it in local workshop also they are giving much faster service then dealership

                              This is my second complaint in online and more than 25 complaints to the showroom, still is my problem is not rectified. My vehicle is fasino and it is giving mileage of 25kmpl. I have bought my vehicle 7 months back but the problem is from day 1. Worst service ever from yamaha showroom i. E arjun motors, mysore.
                              My vehicle engine has collapsed but they are not accepting it and they are doing their own stuff that too they cheat people by every method.
                              I just want to give the vehicle to showroom and want my money back

                                My relation with yamaha was very old starting from my father owning yamaha rx 100.
                                Now i am owner of yamha szr - up53az 3792 which i bought from baharat trading company, gorakhpur.
                                My recent experience with service of bharat trading company staffs specially mr dk pandey and supervisor was not good.
                                On 26th feb 2018, when i went there to get my bike repaired and serviced through insurance then they didn't had parts so i have to pay in advance
                                And give order. The order came in march 13-14, but then also i had to do followups and check if the order came, they didn't informed me inspite of
                                Providing details like mobile number etc. I work in noida and specially went to gorakhpur to get my bike repaired on 17th mar 2018.
                                I went to the yamaha service center which is at rustompur dhala and gave my bike at 12pm on sayurday. I repeatedly asked their help to get my bike repaired
                                And they also told that it will get it completed today and they will call me.
                                The call didn't come till 6pm, when i called they told that repair is in progress and it will be delivered at night and he will let me know by 7pm.
                                Again the call didn't came and they switched off their phone.

                                I went next day at 11 pm and saw that few things were replaced in bike and it was standing still. I again requested and i had to return back on sunday evening to noida.
                                They again told "ho jayega.. Karwa denge".. Mr dk pandey told that call at 2pm and it will be ready.
                                But again i called at 2pm and supervisor told that it is still not ready as the mechanic is on holiday and they don't have mechanic - i was really pissed off.
                                Then i aksed him to get my bike delivered in whatever condition it is now as i have to leave in evening to noida.
                                I paid bill of 4020 to this service center and when i came home - no meter was working, no horn etc. I was really shocked. I called supervisor and i have all recordings
                                He told me that when you come next time, he will get it repaired without any cost.

                                I had an argument with mr dk pandey and he told me you can go ahead and put complain in whatever forum you want and this is how they treat customers.

                                I am also proud owner of honda activa and what they commit they deliver, i haven't faced these kind of issues. I had trust on yamaha but it shocked me this time
                                And i will not recommend anyone in my company or in my social circle to buy anything from yamaha as it doesn't treat its customers with pride.

                                  Hi am sekar i have booked r15 v2 on adyar raj yamaha, i was applied for finance on shriram finance and he's asked some documents for creation of dealer code to the adyar raj yamaha mr. Ganesh sales manager he was so rude and his behavior wad not so good to give that and he said why you are asking these it is too many works i can't do and he's looking for to transfer finance for commission basis for another finance so i got tens so i need to file complaint on him i searched more on google there is no customer support to raj yamaha so i filled here all those complaints and im going to cancelled my booking too i need further action againts him.. And i need raj yamaha customer service toll free number

                                    Its been 7 months that i bought my new fi. From hebbal showroom and im taking bike for servicing on time. But my bike stopped in between many time.

                                    Last time they have charged me for oil change but they had not changed oil. And this time they have changed my battery new battery into some other old one.

                                    Manager is not bothered about this even after complaining. They are fooling customers

                                      I bought my yamaha fz-s on last year may from authorised yamaha dealer from kerala. I am facing the problem with digital fuel indicator as it is showing erratic reading.. Main problem is that i got stucked in the middle of road for so many times as we only depend on this indicator.. Also i informed my dealer regarding this.. There is no reserve tank for the said motorbike, facing lots of difficulty while travelling through remote areas where there is limited fuel station..

                                        I purchased a yamaha fzsfi on 26th june 2017 from shreya automobiles bankura. On 19th july the bike stopped in the middle of a highway and frantically i contacted the dealership shreya automobiles where they sent some guys and said that the battery was getting down and advised me to run the bike regularly for 10-12 kms wasting petrol after buying a bike of rs1, 02, 000. On 2nd time also the same remedy was told. On 3rd time they kept the bike for 2 days running it for 2, 000 kms and assured me that the problem won’t repeat again as the plug was getting loose due to jerking. On 4th time i. E 16th october complaint number ic-33155-s3h6 was registered by calling yamaha motor. Technical advisor called me and said i cannot at this point of time as being diwali season there is heavy rush. Customer who purchase yamaha product are fools and they are exploited like this thinking they won’t be able to do anything. On 23rd october complaint was closed as dealership changed battery and the battery regulator iym:0001647. On 22nd october after completing 2nd service the problem recurred again and the dealership changed the wiring of the bike. On 22nd january the same problem called yamaha registered complaint ic-33523-l4v2. The dealership changed battery again. They only changed battery and fiddled with the bike thinking of no permanent solution and they were not skilled according to my point of view. On 5th of march again the same problem complaint registered ic-36380-k8s2. They refused service i each and every time the bike stops push the bike and bring it to the house. On 5th i was about to go college as i am a professor in department of economics at bankura zilla saradamoni mahila mahavidyapith and being such a reputed person yamaha motors along with the dealership played mind games with me and as a result i have to go with huge mental agony and harassment. My wife who was ill on 5th march needed medical assistance but i couldn’t as the bike stopped and the dealership said in an obnoxious manner we couldn’t provide service. My case is going on in consumer forum bankura cc/09/2018. My bike is lying idle from 5th march onwards and god knows when yamaha motor will replace the bike and provide me a new one. The dealership sent guys from the dealership on 5th march saying that they will be installing a kick starter in a fuel injected which sounds silly from an engineering point of view. The bike is sold in the market as a fuel injected variant. I refused to hand over the time as this is the 8-9 time i have to deal with the same problem and i won’t be installing a kick starter as it is a fuel injected bike also the dealership said in an obnoxious manner which hurt my ego. I also have the entire conversation in recorded form. Yamaha has to compensate for that and i want an explanation from yamaha motors regarding my harassment. Being a professor my daily conveyance has been affected badly as the bike is in idle condition now.

                                        I got a call from yamaha motor kolkata a service engineer called on 12th march i said i am busy in a meeting call me at 4pm. I rang him and he said i am calling just right now. I also have that entire conversation in recorded form.
                                        Thus yamaha in a period of 10months could not rectify the problem which occured 8-9 times and it can be a conclusion that the bike has a manufacturing defect which yamaha and the dealership failed to rectify from their end. The harassment that yamaha gave me will be addressed properly in consumer forum and all the mind games will be put to an end. The dealership will also have to give a reasonable and proper reason for this harassment. I want a new bike and compensation for the harassment that i dealt with.
