Ihave done oil service at 7000 kms on 21.3.17. Oil changed on the same day. Now 100 kms only running. But my bike is breakdown due to oil cheese. How it is possible? I have given my bike for oil service to new yogam motors, perambalur. They have not done oil service. There is no oil in the engine. My vehicle registration no: tn46 s 5490. Name:g. Jothi.

    This is to kindly bring to ur notice that i own yamaha r3 and is 8 months old... I have been experiencing a long thudding sound while down shifting the gears and also a very irritating noise while upshifting the gears as if the clutch and gear are not operating in rythm.. I have complained it to ur authorised service station.. But was returned the bike with no proper solution.. Again i also had mailed the issue to ur company but no use... I have currently sent my bike to ur work station where ur people have asked me to wait as higher authorities will look in to this matter but even after 7 days there is no progress... I m planning to take this matter to consumer forum if i dont get proper results... I m from surat gujarat and my bikes registeration number is gj 5 nj 9966... Its in ur service station at power bike and the matter is in hands of mr. Avinash... I would request u to take this matter seriously as i m a very die hard yamaha fan and am really dissappointed with this approach... It is under warranty and i need the problem to be looked upon promptly..

      I am honour of Yamaha FZ S 150Cc 2017 model with reg no TS 07 FN 725.I purchase this vehicle on 15 April 2017 from Pearl Yamaha Kondapur, Hyderabad, Telangana.I did my first serving on 15 MAY 2017 as first free servicing has to be done in one month or 1000 km but since my vehicle ran for 600 Kms in one month so I did it as per the given timeline.From very first day of purchase I am having a lot of vibration sound in engine at very low speed and gear shifting issue.After first service also the issue persists for both of the above mentioned problems.I went twice to the service person for the same issues and they did some tabbid adjustment after requesting them but it is still not resolved.Even the service person accepted that the engine sound and vibration was their in the vehicle when compared with other 2017 model in same Km reading.I have paid 700 extra for additional engine warranty.I am really not sure why this issue is not being fixed completely and dissatisfied With the issue.
      Kindly fix the issue or replace the vehicle for me.I tried to compare my vehicle with other Fzs owners and I can clearly find out the difference in that things which I have mentioned.
      I am hoping this issue to be fixed to keep my trust on Yamaha.

      Very Bad Service by your distributer I have purchased bike before 24 days on 28/Apr/2017 days Till Now your distributor not send the documents to RTO and related area please have a look what going on, it very bad to increase your customer faith.
      Sir I have purchased fz fi v 2.0 in ultimate yamaha on[protected] still now no registration . many time I informed to customer care but no responds . very very worst dealer he treating the customer very bad . so I will return your bike pls refund the cash immediately

        Sir,
        I had went to yamaha showroom on 04/05/2017, company was charged 8250/- approx for my bike service. My complain was on bike breaking system. But the problem was not solved. I went to showroom on 12/05/2017 & make the complain to service manager, they note down my contact details but they have not take any step.. The company is totally careless about my problem. As the problem is related with my breaking issue so it is serious.
        I will be very much thank full to you if you look in to the matter & solve the issue.

          My bike was in condition to get some engine work since it was not taking the self. I went to above mentioned service centre and asked them to fix the bike, they checked and said that they do not have parts available and it will take a week or so to get the parts and side by side they have asked me to get the bike service and it will fix the problem temporarily, so i went ahead and asked them to get the service done and they asked me deposit advance money for the reaming bike parts which will take a week or so.

          I paid rs2377.00 + rs 5000.00 (Advance deposit) and its not been more than 15 days of service and guess what my bike engine seized yesterday and cherry on the top they still do not have complete parts yet.

          I went to service station and they guys were helpless. So pathetic environment.

          I want my full refund of rs 7377.00.

          I swear if i do not get the refund of full amount than i am gonna file a case against cheating with customer for the service promised.

          I will not suggest any of my friend or relative to go for any product of Yahama.

          I bought a Yamaha fascino on March 31st 2017 from Rajpal Yamaha in Pune.
          The showroom now has closed down and we have not got the vehicle number the tax has not yet been paid and its been almost 2 months.

            Dear Sir/Madam,

            I am a yamaha customer from last six years, i went to CMPL yamaha service station situated in chandigarh industrial area for my bike service. They did my service well but when its time for payment of Rs 6299 and when i pay them from my debit card, they told me that we would charge 1% extra if you pay by debit card, i mean yamaha is a big brand and thats what i expect from the company, later they started arguing with me when i told them this is not right, they said that we charge it from every customer. I mean is yamaha service station dont pay there service tax to the government. I would like to refund my amount from the service station and strict action must be taken against them or else i will go to customer court for this soon if i will not get a reply from yamaha.
            i hope i will get a reply from yamaha related to my complaint.
            My original bill is Rs 6299 and i was charged Rs 6362 (After 1%)

            I want to report bad treatment of customers at Adarsh Yamaha service center, Saket, New Delhi. The staff isn't helpful and they do not follow assigned order of servicing. they give preferences to acquaintances and keep customer waiting for hours.

            They also give exaggerated prices for repairs and do not have a professional behaviour.
            Sir i bought my bike From avs yamaha rudrapur pin-263153 about 7 month ago and suffering problems of gears the service centre mechanics are very rude and try to make me fool that they will correct but no good response ...plz try to solve my problem otherwise i will go to consumer court

              I bought my bike in mid of april 2017 which is last month. Sales person name was sachin ([protected], [protected]) and mangager name was sandeep chikode. They sold me fascino bike which i collected on 18th april.
              That time they promised that i will be getting my bike num in next 8 to 15 days. I waited for so long but didn't got any update from them. So went to store and found that showroom was closed. Then came to know that it got closed for now and no one works here.
              I was so upset then tried to reach every one... Still found nothing.

              Totally fed up with this bike and stuff.
              Want total refund for this bike and all money.
              I have already paid complete amount 69500 (Bike, insurance, rent agreement, accessories)
              Or
              Still waiting for bike num, rent agreement, accessories even are not completely done.

              This is not done.
              Please help.

                I have purchased Yamaha R-15 S vehicle on June 20th 2016 and its not even 1 year and I my vehicle Fuel injector has failed and mechanic advise me to buy new one. this kind of products in market are not at all acceptable to any buyer and to invest that much money on a new bike for a failure from manufacturer.

                  Yamaha Auto Lounge, Wakdewadi, Pune - Motorcycle Dealers-Yamaha

                  I took my bike without registration. At the time of delivery they mentioned that registration will be done by next week.

                  But now its more than a month and they are not responding or giving any assurance.
                  Dont know why they are postponing the registration process. Paid the full amount as well.
                  Without registration, I am not able to ride my bike. Very much upset with Yamaha.

                    I ordered Yamaha FZS FI 2.0 Viper Black on May 6 and it took one week for the showroom to deliver my bike without registration.

                    I took my bike without registration on May 13. At the time of delivery they mentioned that registration will be done by next week.

                    But today I asked them they said..next week.
                    Dont know why they are postponing the registration process. Paid the full amount as well.

                    Without registration, I am not able to ride my bike. Very much upset with Yamaha.

                      Bike Pending for serving for Last 3 Days with the dealer, when escalated the issue showroom says we will service the bike in 10 min and give, Now my issues is three days bike was with them they did not service it, now in ten minutes how is it possible to service a bike.

                      The quality standards of Yamaha is too low, i regret taking a bike from Yamaha, Pathetic service. very poor service after sales. just imagine need to go to the showroom for bike every now n then in this torching heat of summer.

                      If Yamaha India still feels they have a bit professionalism left in them help me get my bike service with proper check up or else need to approach the Consumer forum.

                        I bought my fz fi bike from bikerz yamaha chennai alandur branch on 2.5.2017, still now the showroom members cannot able to register my bike, they need another one week for registration, this is very worst, in chennai only 4 days required for registration.                           Iam writing to you as iam very much dissapointed as i bought a new yamaha fz 16.

                          I bought yamaha fz 16 black colour engine number: (21cm058649, chassis number: me121com1h2058413) from wings yamaha on march 6th and i got complaint of engine misfiring from very next day of delivery of the vehicle and when i reported this to wings yamaha they said it will be ok when vehicle will run for some kilometers, and i have done first service from mp motors nellipuzha mannarkkad on 6/4/2017, and later i found abnormal noise from engine side & i had reported at wings yamaha again on 10/4/2017, they had done some engine tuning, still the complaint is not rectified so i called customer care on same day and reported the complaint, i got a call back from vijay auto agencies aluva and i have given the vehicle at vijay auto agencies on 12/04/2017 they have rectified the complaint i have closed the complaint on 17/4/2017, but again found abnormal noise & misfiring from very next day of closure of complaint and i have given the vehicle at vijay auto agencies aluva and kept vehicle at service centre for one day and they delivered vehicle next day after rectification.
                          There was no complaints during next 400 kms, but after running 400kms the same complaint found and i lodged complaint at customer care again on 10/05/2017, again i went to service centre and they informed the that the abnormal noise is due to defective crank, so we requested to them to give back the vehicle with remarks about the complaints but they were not willing to do that, as i have paid rs 88000 to buy this vehicle its my right to get details of complaints written as remarks as all dealers do.
                          I took back the vehicle without repairing even i didnt get any calls from dealership.

                          I am very much dissapointed by the service & the product quality, no responsibility from the sales & service departments of your dealers.

                          I have given vehicle at service centre 3 times even after 3 visits they are not able to rectify the complaint i need the vehicle to be replaced with new one as it is a brand new vehicle and the complaint was occured even before 1000kms.

                          I need a proper solution from the manufacture as iam losing my time and money.
                          Iam approaching you before my further legal steps.

                          Please look into the matter seriously and kindly do the needfull.

                            We bought yamaha rayz model scooter on 29th mar 2017 with full cash payment in a mega sale organized in srivilliputtur by sivakasi sswana motors (No 377/ a1, thiruthangal road, sivakasi – 626123). The rto rajapalayam is not issuing vehicle number till today. The reason given by dealers is like the scooter manufacturing license is not yet from company and they waiting for the paper to come.in another statement given by rto office that the vehicle is illegally manufactured that's why the license is not issued till today.

                            Traffic police is making challan and fine for riding the scooter without number. We supposed to get the number by 1 week of time but now its past 45 days from date of purchase.

                            We contacted dealer for the reason of delay, initially they attended the call and told will come two or three days. The answer was given till last week. Currently they are not attending the call and no response from the showroom also.

                            Hence i planned to give a complaint against the dealer and manufacturer in consumer court, if i don’t get a resolution for this within another 48 hours from now from your side or the dealer.

                            Kindly guide us to get a quick response from dealer.

                              I am soumya ranjan das bought a yamaha fazer v 2.0 fi bike from venus yamha showroom from bbsr odisha pin 751006 in Dec 23 2016. In my bike sticker qualitylies are very poor its getting removed automatically with in 2-3 month. I used cello tapes to not getting removed. And there was a sound come from back side like anything is getting loose and there was a problem in pick up when i riding my bike. please look forward my issue.

                                I have bought a FZFI RED bike from Samyukh motors, Velacherry Main Road, Medavakkam, Chennai on 14 th April. Ihave paid in full by NEFT and got my bike without registration on 20th April. They said registration will be done in 10 days. But it is about a month they werent doing anything. There is no reasonable explanation from the executives on gbe delay. I am losing my patience. Please advise on this issue

                                Team Yamaha, I created a complaint IC-30958-C1C3. I raised a query 3 days back and till now there is no update on the ticket. After much push the customer care converted into a complaint today? Will the sales team will look into this soon?

                                  I had given a yamaha r15 after accident for repairing on 3 april 2017.Now it was almost a month and a week passed, they checked once and gave estimate and they had given a one more estimate after a week and now they are giving me one more estimate, total 3 estimates, It was totally the irresponsible behaviour of the technician and manager that they didn't check vehicle properly ist tym.pls look into the matter.

                                    I was purchased RAY Z bike on JAN 2017. On that day onwards some sound noticed. If I inform still they​ not solve. And not ans proparly. Now power start switch got failure while service time. That ask money and treat very worst. Now bike running only 1500 KM. But problem more. And spare parts failure happen. With in 4 month how mouch I want to spend.

                                      Bought new white colour fascino in AMOS MOTORS TRICHY.We faced lot of issues in our new fascino like scratches in front mudgad which was hidden by white marker.There were no bolt and screws in front body.And body was not perfetly fitted.We faced new payment issue like extra charges as WRS.So ive just planned to take a legal action.PFA

                                        We bought yamaha ray zee bike in raj yamaha showroom in chennai on 08/01/2017. Initially, we paid rs.20806 and we have to pay rs.38875 as balance. As per showroom process, the have tie up with bussan auto finance and balance amount they will provide as loan. But the they have given wrong input to bussan auto finance that the loan amount value is rs.58000 and they will deduct in some excess % tax in the same. We really facing poor communication with raj yamaha showroom.
                                        While getting the loan process, they did not even mentioned any amount in the annexure and they simply getting the signature and they did not say about any pre advance scheme. We have checked for loan amount at that same time but they simply said this is the process and we will fill balance amount as loan. After got the loan description alone, we know this fraudulent happened. Request you to kindly take proper action and confirm at earliest.
