I just (24 May 2012) posted a complaint about yatra under "deficiency of delivery". There I did not name the representative of yatra who cheated us, then I saw your mail and saw the name AMIT ANAND, he was the same person who cheated with our kashmir package also. We booked one month in advance beacuse of his request (begging), then two days before our travel, he changed our plan saying there is no hotels available in gulmarg and pahalgam making it a tiresome holiday package as it involved lot of travelling (we wanted less road travel beacuse my 2 yr old has problem of vomiting while travelling by road). Eventhough I told him this he told me that only other option is cancelling our trip. Then we agreed with him as we were helpless. After all this, the previous day of travel he stopped answering our phones and till evening did not send us any vouchers. So, we asked for a refund through email and phone (1800 number) and did everything on our own, so the whole package got changed, more travel, more expenses etc etc. NEVER EVER AGAIN YATRA FOR US. AND BEWARE OF GURGAON YATRA TEAM especially AMIT ANAND of YATRA.COM.
