No refund of cancelled flight ticket even after 3 months

I had booked an e- ticket through yatra .com for Goair for 22/11/2011. My flight reference no[protected].

Name Swathi Suresh.from Bangalur to Cochin .the airline informed us that the flight timings would be postponed by several hours hence I cancelled the same and altered the travel plans.I booked by credit card but have not yet got a refund even after 3 months. Refund not received after several follow up

refund on booked ticket

i booked a ticket from yatra.com from patna to chennai on 11/2/12 date of travel 14/2/12, but unfortunately internet connection failed during the ticket booking, the booking was not completed on that moment, but amount was deducted from my account. then i tried again for next booing and was successfully booked and also deducted the fare from my account. but the incomplete booking deduction amount not returned till date.

We have booked air tickets for travel from MADURAI to HYDERABAD on YATRA.COM website by SPICEJET Airlines for Jan 31. We had a email confirmation also for Jan 31 flight leaving MADURAI. Totally False commitments

I booked package for 6 nights of Andaman for Mr.Sahil Garg from Yatra.com. As per my requirement they made package and asked me to deposit Rs.42099/- as full payment of the package. I paid the payment after recieving thier mail. Now Sahil is facinf lot of problems in Andaman as room problem, vehicle problem. This is the first day of the tour. I dont know what will happen in next cming days of the tour....

With out my knowledge deducted Rs.6067 from my credit card amount

Two weeks before the peple from Yatra group contacted me through phone they toled they offer some discount vouchers and asked my credit card number for some verification purpose but on February 17, 2012 from my credit card amount of Rs.6067 was debited from Yatra elite programme NewDelhi without my knowledge and acceptence.
Please take necessary action to refund this amount to me at your earliest....

worst customer service

This is my first air ticket booking (yatra reference no.[protected]..date of booking 10th feb 2012) through yatra.com and the worst experience....I booked a ticket under yatra super saver scheme and packed my bags ,only to know after three hours,that my booking hasn't been made,I called the customer care and after some 15 minutes of waiting I get to know,that for some random reason I haven't got a ticket...

Airline ticket booking and cancellation

I had booked tickets from yantra.com on the 6th of February 2012 from Mumbai-udaipur-Mumbai. They debited my account for both the journeys. However, they failed to book my Mumbai-Udaipur ticket and hence I could not travel to udaipur and naturally therefore there was no reason for me to have the return ticket back from udaipur to Mumbai.

Inspire of the fact that they could arrange for my travel and the cancellation of booking...

non refund of amount

i have tried register my shubh yatra rail card for 3times on 02/02/2012 online... every time processed was failed due to some reasons.. the amount deduct from my account was 556 for three times. total amount 1668.. but still now i have not received my paid amount in my account which is refundable at same time...
so sir, plz help me to refund my amount in my account as soon as possible.. waiting for ur kind reply...br...
