Re-YT-9105853 & YT 9105997,In Which I have booked Return Air ticket for 11 Passengers Traveling by Indigo flight, 6E-31 dt 23rd May'2012 and return by Indigo flight, 6E-32 dt 29th May'2012 ,Delhi-Kathmandu-Delhi.
Along with you Mr Dhruv, now all are aware of my problem,but no body bothered to respond or reply.
I wrote you last on 6th April'2012, but when i received no reply from any of you , i again contacted your so called customer care [protected] on 7th April'2012,04.04pm,17.11 mins, 7th April'2012,04.45pm,12.00 mins but either i was put on hold or was told,' We will get back to you soon'.Then Mr Chirodeep/Mr Gurmukh/Mr Dave gave me assurance,"sir,by tomorrow , WE WILL HEAR YOUR CONVERSATION AND FINALLY GET BACK TO YOU,if by any chance it is not possible, WE WILL SURELY GET BACK TO YOU on MONDAY".
BUT AGAIN the SAME THING ,I WAITED FOR WHOLE DAY BUT NO BODY CARED TO REPLY.
SO,Today 9th April'2012,05.23pm,56.26 min I CALLED UP AGAIN.TODAY Ms PRINCY ARORA took the responsibility to talk.
AGAIN I HAD TO EXPLAIN EVERYTHING TO HER.WHEN I ASKED,"Madam,If you have you heard the conversation, PLEASE TELL,WHO's AT FAULT".She said, "give us some time, we will get to you tomorrow finally. "
IT appears,THAT YOU ARE NOT TAKING THIS ISSUE SERIOUSLY AND UNNECESSARILY TRYING TO GAIN TIME,BY PUTTING SOME ONE OR THE OTHER NEW PERSON FORWARD TO TALK, as YOUR CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE .
NEITHER,ANY OF YOU TAKING MY MAIL SERIOUSLY TO SOLVE .
I AGAIN REQUEST YOU ALL TO GO THROUGH THE RECORDED CONVERSATION OF THAT DAY AND GET AWARE WITH THE FACTS.failing which we will understand that YOU ARE AWARE OF ALL CONVERSATION AND YOU ARE RUNNING AWAY FROM THE FACT AND TRYING TO IGNORE.
AS I TOLD YOU ALL EARLIER, WE ARE IN ALL 30 PERSON GOING TO NEPAL/ KATHMANDU BY THE SAME FLIGHT AND HOTEL BOOKINGS ALREADY DONE FOR OUR GROUP.
IGNORING , NOT RESPONDING TIMELY WILL FORCE US TO TAKE OUR CASE TO ALL/ANY HIGHEST LEVEL AND WILL ONLY BRING BAD NAME & COST TO YOUR COMPANY FOR WHICH YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE.
THIS IS BRING TO YOUR KIND NOTICE THAT YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL EXPENSE,ALL TICKETS CHARGES CAUSED BECAUSE OF ALL/ANY FURTHER DELAY .

This is in reply to your mail.Again there is a same issue.Your mail received in my REDIFFMAIL account never gets open, if it is with attachment.This was the issue that day also and today also.Not yet resolved I think.
So , for this reason,the mail was sent to my other mail Account on that day and that same time I was parallel on phone talking to Mr Virendra about the Tickets.I just checked the names and spelling as he asked me to do so and I Return the mail immediately to him.Same was conveyed to you YESTERDAY ALSO.
FOR THIS REASON I ASKED YOU TO PLEASE CHECK WITH OUR RECORDED CONVERSATION OF THAT DAY .But to my surprise you have not mentioned anything about that conversation in your reply.
Yesterday also,your representative and you kept me waiting from 11.30 am to 7.00 pm, as every-time i called , i was conveyed ,"We will get Back to You soon","We will get back to you as Mr Virendra comes on duty","we will get back to you once we hear that day conversation'.......then you also said,"I have not yet Heard that Conversation,we will surely hear that and get Back to you".
HOPE BY THIS TIME TIME YOU MUST HAVE HEARD RECORDED CONVERSATION OF THAT DAY AND MUST BE KNOWING THE FACTS.
I was also conveyed yesterday that Mr Virendra was absent,i m still waiting to hear a word from him.
Sir,I am your online customer from quite many years now.This was the reason that day also,even when the online system was not working properly, i preferred to book my tickets with your good self only, through your customer care phone call.But this was very Shocking Experience for me.
Sir, I again request you to please rectify your mistake and issue us Tickets and work according to your reputation
KINDLY TREAT THIS AS URGENT,AS ALREADY CONVEYED TO YOU,WE ARE IN ALL 30 PERSON GOING TO NEPAL/ KATHMANDU BY THE SAME FLIGHT AND HOTEL BOOKINGS ALREADY DONE FOR OUR GROUP.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused, we had requested you to forward us he booking confirmation sent to you by Virender Kumar before issuing you the E-tickets to eradicate any confusion regarding the dates, but the same wasn’t shared form your end.
I would also like to inform every tickets booked with us , gets issued only upon receiving a written confirmation from the respective client.
Please find att. two mails received form your email confirming the travel itinerary .

I have booked Return Air ticket for 11 Passengers Traveling by Indigo flight dt 23rd May'2012 and return dt 29th May'2012 ,delhi-Kthmandu.
I was shocked to note today(when i received a mail from Indigo to give Feedback)that tickets were made for 23rd and 29th March 2012.
For your information Ticket where made on your Customer care Phone/Mobile dt.11th March'2012 by Mr Virendra.
You can check your records and also CHECK CALL CONVERSATION of that date AT YOUR END.
It is 7.00 pm now.Today since 11.30 am i have contacted your Customer care no. [protected], representatives Ravindra,Depika,Dev,Sandeep Singh ,Chirodeep and Mr Swaroop Bhattacharya,say around 7 to 8 times,every time i was told,"We will get back to you soon".
I request you very politely to issue us all 11 tickets again for the correct dates ie.23rd May'2012 and 29th May'2012 return, for the same Indigo Flight.
Waiting for prompt and positive response from your side.
I am available 24 hr in case of any clarification.

We offer the Cash-on-Delivery option to our customers as a value-added service. We would like to take this opportunity to ensure you that we have not had any issues or concerns regarding this process right from initiation. As process, the invoice and receipt for the payment received is given to the customer as soon as the payment is received. And, also, while we do not accept payment vide demand draft, in case the payment is made vide cheque, the cheque has to be made in the favour of Yatra Online Pvt. Ltd.
Also, please be assured that we value all our customer, and any concerns raised with us on our website are definitely responded to at the very earliest.
