Booked two tickets for America ( 31/4/12) and opted for their sooo advertised cash collection facility from home.After continuous reminders for 15days finally received a call from some Amatek company.asking forpick up of remaining amount from my office address late in the evening.The person said that they wont give any acknowledgement of receiving the money abd if a draft is given then it should be on the name of Amatek and no receiving will be given which was strange as i had never heard of that company before nor Yatra told me anything of that sort.I asked that person to wait and called yatra and was shocked to hear that i was being asked by yatra to not to pay those people as they can be fraud.They added that this problem is happening.I felt so lucky that i enquired before paying close to100000/- .I want to spread this fact tp everybody that do not get trapped in the web of yatra and other touts as they will not even respond to your querries after you have given the booking amount.It is at your own risk if you pay to the people sent by yatra as if the person runs away with your money then you only will be held responsible because you will noy have any proof of payment given to yatra.
Please dont opt for cash collection facility and spread this to everyone otherwise you will suffer as me,still havent got the hard copy of tickets after paying about 25000/-.

As process, the invoice and receipt for the payment received is given to the customer as soon as the payment is received. And, also, while we do not accept payment vide demand draft, in case the payment is made vide cheque, the cheque has to be made in the favour of Yatra Online Pvt. Ltd.

    I had an emergency to go to Delhi from guwahati on 14.04.2012.So on 13.04.2012 I contacted Yatra.com for the tkt.As they told to pay through credit card,I paid the amount.At about 13.23pm I got the sms from yatra that we have received payment of Rs4853.00 against Yatra ref number 9321979.they told me that they have sent me the tkt through mail.But I did not receive the same on my mail.I called up,they told within 1/2 hour u will receive the tkt.At about 15.00pm when I did not get it ,I again called up.they told our server is down within 1/2 hour it will be done or our representative will contact you.Again I rang up at 16.00pm 5-6 times but no reply.At last at about 16.30pm they picked up the phone and told me why are you so panic and in tension,we will inform you when it will be done and cut the phone.suddenly at 17.20pm they called me and told that we are sorry as our server is down and it will be off for 2-3 days so we wont be able to provide you the tkt.We will refund your cash in 72 hrs in ur account.
    My complaint is that they took so much of time and at the 11th hour they denied to book tkts.There was no option for me to cancel my program because after this development fares were too high of all flights which was not possible for me to book.also my money is blocked for 72 hrs.I faced too much harassment.I want reliable justice for this complaint if I deserve.



    Above letter was posted on 14th of April.As that day Yatra.com assured me to refund my money within 72 hours.Today I asked about the same(as credit card details will come after 1 month),surprisingly they told that you have not requested us to refund money so it was not processed.Today it will be processed and you will get it soon.How come Yatra.com can block passengers money for so many days.please do the needful regarding this matter.One more thing can I claim some amount from yatra.com for this harassment .Also compensation of the tkt fair of 14thApril of 4853/- which they have blocked for about 10-12 days.Kindly resolve my problem as soon as possible.

    With due respect i want to say that i made a transaction with yatra.com.Unfotunetly my flight has cancel but they are not refund my money last 30 days.They saying that your money has been refunded but it is bank mistake which is not reflect your account.

You can also logde a grievance on the bank's site regarding delayed refund. We assure you our assistance till the refund is not reflected in your account.       i had booked air ticket from bhubaneswar to delhi round trip journey for 3 persons through yatra.com on 3-4-12 in indigo air lines.my yatra reference no was [protected].the travelling dates were 10-4-12 and 13-4-12. then i cancelled the trip for one person on 9-4-12 through yatra .com.i recieved one email and sms on my mobile stating my cancellation was successful and i ll be refunded an amount of Rs 10531 within 3 days or a maximum of 7 days.i called their toll free no but they are saying that my ticket was not cancelled and ill not be refunded the amount.

        i have booked my journey on 1st week of february of flight from delhi to bengluru for 22nd of february and returned on 24 february 2012 through YATRA.COM.but some unavoidable reason i cancelled my programme and informed to yatra.com agent on 16 february to cancel the ticket and also my hotel booking as well.they told me that they will cut cancellation charges and refund the balance amount with in 7-10 working days .but till now there is no thing happend ,and they are not giving my refundable amount.my reference no. is YT8851129 in the name of inderpal singh and baani juneja.please help me to contact to YATRA.COM and refund my money.

        I have booked 2 ticket throught Yatra.com on 16/01/2009, under the ref no 87PHBA, PX95BA.Payment made by credit card and net banking.But both the guest were no show, i called up for refund but they told me that you will get the refund within 15 days, till date i have not received a single paisa in my account, so who will be pay the credit card interest[protected] i had already send the mail to them but they have only one answer that it is under process, ...what a bad services...

        NEVER BOOK WITH YATAR.COM.THEY CHARGE EXTRA, COMPARE WITH MARKET,
        I got a ticket cancelled under the reference no. UOYLPC . the amount to be refunded was 2704/-.
        At the time of cancellation i was told that money would be refunded in next 2-3 days.
        BUt now its over 10 days.
        I spoke to the representative of yatra,he said that on 20th oct my money has been refunded but it does not show in my account.
        now they are saying the bank will take another 2-3 days for the refund.
        they are confused misguiding customers.
        I am in need of my money but these people are harrassing me so much. kindly help
        Yatra.com a so called reputed organisation takes 25 days to process the refund of the cancellation of air ticket that to after calling them and checking with them that the money has not come into the card account.

        I booked a ticket from yatra.com vide booking reference number 2A295C dated Jan 13, 2010 for the flight on Jan 14, 2010 the tickets got partly cancelled on the date of the travel for which the money should come back within a reasonable number of days but not more than 25 days.

        I landed up in being messed up by my credit card company who charged penalty for not settling the dues in time

        Now Yatra team members namely Vikram and Mayank are asking me get them the credit card number to process the refund which happened as I called them on Feb 1, 2010 where they cponfirmed of refund within 7 days and mail confirming the amount of refund which has not come so far.

        I belive Yatra.com should shut down their business as they do not own any sort of responsibility towards their customer.

        Its very exasperating and infuriating that I regret booking my flight through these yatra.com kind of companies
        I have to get a refund of Rs.5430/-(ref no:YT[protected].Booking cancelld on[protected]. When I have not given my bank account number how your system will show it has been reunded. I spoke to S/shri/smt/kumari Manjit singh, Dilip, Ria, Arthi chowdhury in this regard. I gave my bank account number to Ria and she promised to get it done within 7 days but till yesterday i have not received the refund.On the suggestion made by Shri Gopal gurung i have checked with ICICI bank where i have remitted cash and the reply was negative.Kindly expedite the matter

        It was a bad experience for me with yatra.com regarding delay in refund & no availability of information of my air tickets from delhi-srinagar-delhi (ref no.-[protected]). as i have rescheduled my tickets but they have no info. regarding that and after paying Rs300 for online cancellation it took more than 1 week to get my money back. If i would have booked directly through airlines there would be no cancellation charges with immediate refund.

        being a regular costumer of yatra i am dissappointed with their services.

        My ticket booking reference number is YT5262750 .A ticket was booked in the name of M/s Sneh Vadhani for Mumbai -London via Jet airways.It was subsequently cancelled on 4th october.As promised on the company website if the refund process is not complete within 72 hrs they provide a discount voucher for Rs250/-. It has been 16 days now and I have been following up with them every day but to no avail.

        I booked a honeymoon package to dubai from yatra.com online. I made all payments in advance and at the last minute yatra.com person or agent Mr.Milan Shaah called and told me your visa has been refused .I was at the airport to board, I told him to book for someother place he showedhis inability.         I had booked a ticket from their online website but then after punching in all the details it showed me a error so I called up the on customer service no. To ask if any amount was debited so he told me its not debited I recalled to be sure I was told its not debited nd I told them I am booking from some other website so the agent told me yes go ahead as soon I confirmed my booing from some other website I got after 2 mins yatra confirmation.         Please go through the brochure/bills/receipts for any terms and conditions.You can send them a legal notice stating your grievance and for the refund.         On Sunday i.e[protected] i booked my air ticket online through yatra.com.The total fare was 7043 Rs/- I did my transaction by using Axis bank Credit card.But as i came to transaction page, first time when i tried to deduct the amount(7043 Rs/) at the same time it was showing message "sorry your payment is not successfull, again second time when i tried to deduct the same amount once again it was showing message"sorry your payment is not successfull, and third time also it was showing same message.But i have not received my air tickets while this 3 transaction, but my amount i.e 7043 Rs/- has been deducted three times.

        After all the 3 unsuccessfull transaction again i tried to book air ticket(i.e Fourth time). On fourth time i booked my air ticket successfully through State bank Internet banking and finally the amount was deducted and i had received the air ticket.

        I want my refund against previously done 3 transactions which was unsuccessfull through axis bank credit card. I have provided all the 3 reference id and bank statement, entire details..etc but still they are not doing refund quickly almost one month has passed away. they are telling that our customer care executive will call u but i have not received any call.

        Total amount they have to refund is-7043x3=21, 129 Rs/-. Please help me

        I booked a kingfisher flight from guwahati to pune through yatra.Com on the 9th of Aug 2012.

        The date of journey was 02/11/2012. Yatra DID not bother me informing that the trip has been cancelled, it was I who called them 2 days before the journey. Now I spoke to them about the refund, one of the representatives told me that it would take 7 working days, and another person told me that before 15th nov they cannot provide me with any status.

        I called yatra again on the 15th of nov,and asked for the refund's status. Now they are saying that it will take one more month, and I should call again on the 15th of december. Considering that there are 12 months in a year, they will ask me to call every month and ask about the refund.

        I contacted Kingfisher Airlines in this regard, but they are bigger players. They told that the PNR number that I gave has another customer's name linked to it. So I am not going to contact them anymore. It's Yatra who should be getting the job done.

        One thing's for sure, I am never going to book any flight from yatra ever again. If they are providing tickets and taking the money immediately, then they are equally responsible for getting the consumers their rightful refund.

        All I want is the refund of 4,950/- And that's it.

        As I&#039;d to fly with my family for Goa on 4th Jan 2015. So, I&#039;d booked ticket on 28 Nov. 2014 23:16Hrs, and paid the amount of 8, 775/- for the ticket. The departure timing of the flight was 3:00 P.M. and from Nashik I&#039;ve to headed for the airport before this timeline. As an infant also with us and due to the foggy climate, I was not able to reach on time with my family. That is why, I was tracking the timing of the flight frequently. Even I&#039;d called your customer support also for the flight timing, They&#039;d said that:- &quot;The flight is on time.&quot; So, I&#039;d cancelled my family i.e. MRS VANDANA PANKAJ BOTHRE, MRS BINA DEEPAK CHHETRI and Infant Master SHAURYA BOTHRE tickets and you&#039;d refunded 1, 102/- into my Yatra account as eCash. But it was really very pathetic when I got to know that the Flight is delayed and it was really very delayed. The timing of Flight was 15:00 P.M (3:00 P.M)and it took off (flew away) at 20:30 P.M (8:30 P.M). I was very disappointed because I didn&#039;t received any updates (sms or mail) regarding the delayed of flight, Neither from you nor from Jet airlines, even when I called you to know about the exact timing of flight, you&#039;d given me the wrong information by saying that &quot;The Flight is on time&quot;. The prior information/update (sms or mail) about delayed of flight could save my loss and I could traveled along with my family. So, I need full compensation of my loss.
        Not getting a refund from Yatra and spicejet.
        No help from Yatra as whenever we calling yatra.. getting a response that they wil have to connect to Airline and will get back to us in 10 days however no one connecting to us back.
        While booking when we are booking tickets with you and paying fee to you then why we have to connect with spicejet for refund. I want a full refund including yatra fee as flight was cancelled and we had to come back from airport and wasted entire day. It was already huge loss to us by not reaching there.
        No one is even responding on yatra&#039;s email support.

          This is in reply to your mail.Again there is a same issue.Your mail received in my REDIFFMAIL account never gets open, if it is with attachment.This was the issue that day also and today also.Not yet resolved I think.

          Yatra.com — Provided wrong ticket & travel date

          Had booked return ticket through Yatra booking ref no. [protected] from Mumbai - Hyderabad - Mumbai travel date 07-jan-2012 , I was surprised while returing from Hyderabad at airport when I went to spice jet counter for chekin they told that the ticket was booked for tommorow, I told them I had e-ticket as proof in which clearly mentioned that the travel date is on 07-jan-2012 time 21:45 PM. They told that this is wrong ticket given by yatra. as per the PNR this ticket was booked for 08 Jan 2012 time 21:45 PM. When I called to Yatra they are saying this is problem of Spice Jet, Its really disgusting to get bad help through their customer care till now they hadd'nt turned back to me. I had a sleepless night at airport and had booked tikcet next day morning.

          Really very bad customer service as well a poor ticketing system.

Name Swathi Suresh.from Bangalur to Cochin .the airline informed us that the flight timings would be postponed by several hours hence I cancelled the same and altered the travel plans.I booked by credit card but have not yet got a refund even after 3 months.             The flight ticket was cancelled by me on the 14th June. The amount has still not been refunded by Yatra.It was a refundable ticket and amount is supposed to be 2629Rs.

            Airline Tickets — Non Refunding of Cancelled tickets from 3 Months

            This is regarding humiliation i am getting in hands of MakeMyTrip.

            I have by mistake booked from make my trip on 6the Feb 2012 morning 5:00 AM. There were problems at thee web page of payment confirmation due to which my tickets did not get confirmed. I tried twice but it did not get confirmed.

            But suddenly at 6:00 AM i get message from Make My trip that both of the tickets are confirmed. By that time i had already purchased another ticket at AIRPORT directly from Indigo counter.

            I called Make my trip customer care to cancel these tickets but they told me to call Airline which is Jet Airways to cancel the tickets. I called Airline and told me that your tickets are cancelled and your amount will reimbursed withein 7 working days.

            Its 29the April today and i am still waiting for my money from Make my Trip. I have called Makemytrip many times but everytime they give some reason or other. Every month i am paying extra charges on credit card due to this. The latest conversation withe make My trip reference No is.[protected]

            Please help me and return my money as due to no mistake of mine, i am penalized for more theen Rs.16,000/-.

              I had Booked a ticket from yatra.com in the month of December 2011. I have been following up with the Yatra.com since more than 3 months but still i have not received my refund of the ticket canceled.

              PFA the details of the tickets in the PDF file.

              I have not received the refund of the ticket canceled on 27 Dec, 2011, Reference ID : S1W7SE. As per the policy I should be receiving the complete refund amount as my ticket was on waiting list when it was cancelled.

              I have made several complaints on the forum of Yatra .com and also mailed several times to [protected]@yatra.com, but i have not received any proper response other than the automated response from this email id. To my dismay the numbers mentioned in the website of yatra.com is only for assisting with the flight and hotel booking etc, whereas there is no facility wherein we can directly contact the customer care and get our problems resolved immediately for train booking/ cancellations.

              Kindly let me know when do I receive my refund.
              Date of journey was 21.4.2012 and ticket was cancelled on 24.4.2012 2 days prior it was cancelled as per the rules. But still i didnt got my cancelled ticket amount. I Called so many times for refund they always makes some excuses and avoid our complaint, executive either dont receive the call or they dont give the proper response, its almost a month and above, i use to check my credit card statement every month but it never comes.The PNR no. for the cancelled booking is : NWWPVU

              But still nothing happened... seeking for the positive response, otherwise i have to take a legal action against the company.

                    I booked a ticket from YATRA.COM for 7th March 2012 "PNR no. GM1FOM" from BANGALORE to DELHI for about 4,821/-, But due to some unavoidable reason I have to change my booking. So I contact to the customer care to change the Booking from 7th March to 12th March. AND THEY CHARGED ME RS 4,004/-(which is approximately same as booking charges) to change the Date., and gave me the altered PNR no. of GO AIR...

                    But now on 10th MARCH when I contact to the Go Air then they said that no such bookings are there for this pnr no.

                    I don't understand what to do..?

                      We have booked air tickets for travel from MADURAI to HYDERABAD on YATRA.COM website by SPICEJET Airlines for Jan 31. We had a email confirmation also for Jan 31 flight leaving MADURAI. However, when we went Airport at the reporting time, the SPICEJET reservation chart showed that we were booked for Feb 1 and not Jan 31.

                      We called YATRA customer support, who accepted it was a mistake on YATRA;s part, requested us to buy tickets with the airlines direct and assured us refund. We sent all details by email on Feb 5 followed by several phone calls to the unfriendly customer support of Yatra. Even after ONE MONTH, we did not get any refund so far.

                      I HAVE BOOKED A TRAVEL TICKET THROUGH YATHRA.COM ON 27TH DECEMBER 2011 FOR A SINGLE TRAVEL FOR MY SON FROM CALICUT TO CHENNAI ONEWAY.THE PAYMENT WAS MADE THROUGH THE DIRECT DEBIT TO MY ACCOUNT. YATRA.COM HAS ARRANGED A TICKET FOR MY SON, BUT THE FACILITATOR HAS ADVISED ME THAT THE FIRST DEBIT HAS NOT GONE THROUGH GATEWAY AND WE TRIED THE SECOND TIME AND THE PAYMENT HAS DUPLICATED. I HAVE TAKEN UP THE COMPLAINED WITH THE COMPANY . SOFAR NO RESPONSE HAS RECEIVED FROM THEM. THE DETAILS OF THE DEBIT APPEARING IN MY BANK STATEMENT HAS SHOWN BELOW. I HAVE NO IDEA WHEN THEY WILL CREDIT THE FUND IN MY ACCOUNT

                        I booked package for 6 nights of Andaman for Mr.Sahil Garg from Yatra.com. As per my requirement they made package and asked me to deposit Rs.42099/- as full payment of the package. I paid the payment after recieving thier mail. Now Sahil is facinf lot of problems in Andaman as room problem, vehicle problem. This is the first day of the tour. I dont know what will happen in next cming days of the tour.

                          I am having a SBI railcard with shubhyatra membership no.[protected].My account is either locked or there is some technical problem due to which I could not redeem my railway point.There are existing 8335 Points in my SBI Card account.As this is rail card, point can only be redeemed by buying railway ticket.Earlier the SBI points were automatically changing to railway points.But this time after login into irctc account masseges is coming that account is either locked or there is some technical problem due to which I could not redeem my railway point.I emailed my problems through my registerd email address i.e. '[protected]@rediffmail.com on 19.02.2012 but as informed by your representative that there is some problem in receiving mail through rediffmail, the same could not be replied till now.Re-sent the email through another emailid [protected]@yahoo.in.Please take up the matter at the earliest & confirm me back.

                            I have booked a Honeymoon package from Yatra for andaman with reference id - 8798884 and specifically asked for 4 star hotel and the final plan was fixed between me and agent( Amit Anand) and i had done all advance payment but it was so ridiculous and irritating that after reaching Port blair Airport we come to know that some other low class hotel was booked for us and it took 3-4 hrs to disucss with local agents there and we were standing all time on raod side and after lot of discussion agent provided us a resort that is 30 kn away from city which made all our tour so tiresome and also our first day and all holiday mood was completely spoiled and we had no time to go anywhere on first day.

                            Also whole iteranary provided by Yatra is disturbed and changed without our concern by local agent there and they made their own iteranary and shifted all programs according to their choice.

                            Also when i complained them they misbehaved and said that they will get the package cancelled.

                            This is worst package i ever had and would never suggest anybody to go with Yatra .

                            Also i need my money refund for all the cheating and harrassment done on the first day of my package which spoiled all my mood and first day time, also the hotel booked was not upto the mark of hotel which has been booked and payment has been taken.

                            I never thought that such reputed organisation would do such blunders and got to know that it only has name and does not know what does hospitality and tourism industry means.

                            Hi Ranjeet,
                            I just (24 May 2012) posted a complaint about yatra under "deficiency of delivery". There I did not name the representative of yatra who cheated us, then I saw your mail and saw the name AMIT ANAND, he was the same person who cheated with our kashmir package also. We booked one month in advance beacuse of his request (begging), then two days before our travel, he changed our plan saying there is no hotels available in gulmarg and pahalgam making it a tiresome holiday package as it involved lot of travelling (we wanted less road travel beacuse my 2 yr old has problem of vomiting while travelling by road). Eventhough I told him this he told me that only other option is cancelling our trip. Then we agreed with him as we were helpless. After all this, the previous day of travel he stopped answering our phones and till evening did not send us any vouchers. So, we asked for a refund through email and phone (1800 number) and did everything on our own, so the whole package got changed, more travel, more expenses etc etc. NEVER EVER AGAIN YATRA FOR US. AND BEWARE OF GURGAON YATRA TEAM especially AMIT ANAND of YATRA.COM.

                              Two weeks before the peple from Yatra group contacted me through phone they toled they offer some discount vouchers and asked my credit card number for some verification purpose but on February 17, 2012 from my credit card amount of Rs.6067 was debited from Yatra elite programme NewDelhi without my knowledge and acceptence.
                              Please take necessary action to refund this amount to me at your earliest.

                                This complaint is regarding Yatra Booking YT 8653351 Instead of paying such a hefty amount to yatra I was asked to pay on the very first day of our trip at hotel casino in cochin although yatra has confirmed the bookings on my name by floating vouchers to my mail id but on my arrival hotel authorities told me that neither they have bookings on my name nor they have received any intimation or payment from yatra after arguing for about an hour with yatra agents, hotel authorities permitted us to stay that night but in the morning during checkout they asked us to pay the room rent as yatra did not pay them anything so I had to pay in the end to get out of the embarrassing situation yatra has put us.Now It`s been 20 days since I paid to the hotel but still yatra has not returned my money back to me, everytime I call them they say it`s in processing and will be back in 2 or 3 day time and till day no refund has been made by yatra. It was my first trip with yatra and they have made sure that it remains my last with yatra.

                                  I am Amit Khurana. I had booked flight ticket from yatra.com website on 28-Jan-2012 (from bangalore to Delhi). due to some technical prob on yatra's website the ticket got 'unconfirmed' (accepted by Yatra's customer care person) and promised me refund the full amount Rs. 4772/- (I have proof of same on email).

                                  The details are:
                                  Booking Reference Number:8791673
                                  Date cancelled on:1/30/2012 10:10:21 AM

                                  Now they have refund the only Rs 4272/-. When i am trying to reach them they are not replying me back at all.

                                  Its not only a loss of 500/- to me but also its a breach of trust between service provider and customer.

                                    i have received a call from yatra.com.they sad me we will send you discount vochers of domestic and international flights tickets and hotels free of cost.coz you are our costumer.(i was purchased flights tickets from yatra.com)now in my c.card statement show Rs. 6067/- in the name of yatra elite programe.i dnt know hws yatra .com take this money and hws my hdfc bank transfer money with out my permission..

                                        I tried to lodge a complaint on yatra.com...but every time I try to send it..its says........(Oops! You seem to have caught us in the middle of an upgrade!)...after trying for no.of times,I changed the category in the drop down menu....(instead of complaint ,I selected feedback...and I was successful in sending it)........its so funny and frustrating that a customer cannot send a complaint on yatra.com website,where as he can give a feedback in the middle o[censored]pgrade.........who are they fooling...no one but themselves....because in no time they will lose their customers....one among them is me..as I am bringing this fraud in everyone's notice and informing everyone on the social sites regarding this...
