I would like to share Yatra.com's Leh / Ladakh Package expience.

Dear Neha,
This is CNT ,who went to your Leh package last week from 11th to 19th June ,2011 Ex Ahmedabad dates.
This is to inform you that, we have ever experienced such unorganized package yet.
All around 30 yatra tourists were stressed due to your mismanagement.
In fact, one tourist is going to complain yatra higher ups & another has suppose to go for FIR .
You can ask to Auspicious hotel ,Leh for the further details on above cases.
Below were the problems mainly we faced during our trip:
1. We had to wait for an hour at Leh airport for pickup to Leh hotel.
2.We all , (group of 30 people all were from Yatra ), had to wait again 3 hours at Auspicious hotel's reception to get our already BOOKED room.
Thus First day 4 Hours we have waited after reaching Leh to get our Rooms.
You can imagine after tiring journey how we feel to seat at reception for 4 long hours.
3.At Nubra Velly , as per itinerary you show we will have
i. Camp accommodation
then you sent us voucher one day ago only for Standel hotel ,Nubra Velly
And we actually stay at Hotel Sand Dunes as there were NO Rooms available at Hotel Standel also as per our already BOOKED hotel voucher.
4. We didnt get Airport transfer on last day , even your travel guide informed us to be ready at 5.30 am for the airport transfer. But there were NO cars till 6:15 am.
We all were waiting , 6 families for the same.
Luckily we got taxis at early morning & got to catch our flight.
THANKS FOR YOUR PACKAGE ! This is what we can say.
You will get more feedback like this soon.
