I tried to book my train tickets through the service provided by 'Yatra.Com' and I was unsuccessful in doing so because of some problem occurring in Yatra's server and yet the sum of Rs. 2,871 was transacted from my account.

No refund for canceled flight after a month

I had booked two tickets on a flight IC 7806 (Kullu - New Delhi) scheduled on the 28th of November (booking reference no [protected]). The flight was canceled. I had made a return fight Pune-Delhi-Pune on 25th October with the above reference from Yatra.com.
They had an offer running for a Free Gift - Reebok Watch with the return flight booking.
After the booking has been made i was sent an online form to fill in the address details for the dispatch of the watch. I had filled and sent the form on 25th October, 2010 itself.
