I have booked indigo flight thru yatra.com on 27th July.Then i got a message that they could not issue the flight ticket due to technical problem but my credit card was debited by 38000rs. Now am behind them for 2weeks but they are not responding aptly.They are giving so many contact numbers while calling customer care but no one is giving any proper answer. How can i get my money back?My booking reference is [protected]

They are not even ready to give the correct contact persons name or phone nos with whom we can speak.
This is the worst service i have ever come across. If any one has the clear contact address of Ezeego1 office . I request you to provide me or if any one could help me in this regard pls contact send me a mail to [protected]@yahoo.com .

her i want to highlight of the improper cancelation process of Yatra.com people.
I booked a flight ticket of kingfisher airlines using Yatra.com site for date 25oct 2008 flight no. IT3104 Bangalore to lucknow with PNR no. IWGNRR. this ticket was refundable.
On 13Oct2008 i received message from kingfisher that flight is cancelled and when contacted customer care they told me within 25 days my money will be refunded back.
and now even after dozens of mail correspondances and telephonic correspondances still i have not yet received my money. its almost 3 months over without any refund.
i urge concerned authorities should not harass people like this and settle this matter.
I dont understand why yatra people mention some ticekts as refundable when they cannot refund the cancelled ticket.

Yatra.com — flight ticket

i purchase a ticket from ranchi to new delhi on 4 of jan ....and on 5th when i have to travel...when i tried to take the print of the ticket..i was said that my status is unconfirmed ...when i call the customer care..they say i have to pay 7000 more for my ticket..i have already paid 17445 for a couple of ticket....and why should i have to pay more??.....so i have to cancel my ticket....as on 5th the price shown on the site for 1 ticket was 9,935..so around 20k for 2 tickets..but i was asked to pay 25k...when i had already purchased the ticket one day before

    I have booked air ticket on 4.8.2013 under ref no. CCA13HQWVS456IGK7320938 for cochin Mumbai sector on Go Air . Payment has been mafde through net banking on line. Status of the booking and ticket could not be retrieved. Pl confirm the stat of booking as the payment is already effected.

      On 23rd March I received an email regarding a Holiday Package of 3N 4 Days powered by Yatra.com for Rs 3999.Alongwith this voucher I was entitled to one of the 4 gifts namely Grasim Suit pc,Maxima Gents Watch and 2 more which I forgot.Also there was a special gift,A Trolly Bag, which was additional if I would purchase the voucher at that time only.So keeping the trust in your Brand name,I purchased the voucher right away. Now as per Madam Chandan,who was communicating with me, I was entitled to A Trolley Bag alongwith one of the other free gifts of my choice alongwith my Voucher ,all for Rs 3999/-. Next day I received a call where they wanted to confirm my request,they told me regarding the free gifts as well as an additional Rs 499/- to be paid within 90 days.I agreed to that also.Then on the 1st or 2nd April (not sure),I received a verification call to verify my order with all the details.At first I refused the order and wanted my refund since they were not ready to give the free gift of my choice.Then after their assurance I agreed to verified my order ,they read out all the Terms and conditions on the phone alongwith the payment details.They must have also read the url which i don't remember,but they insist on doing so.Next day I receive all this in my email with my order Id [protected],terms and conditions,but no url. Somewhere in May end I try to pay but where I dont know where.I try to call the Customer care,they say not availible.None of the support phones work.Even [protected]@baggittoday was not working since it would be redirected to the complaints forum where Bagittoday was declared a FRAUD site.I was very dissappointed knowing that I was cheated. Again in July, I tried calling and luckily i could talk to someone but I received a response that my order has expired.Now WHAT DO I DO??.You can check every detail on the recording of phone calls as well as emails sent to me.Even Promo codes were sent but NO URL for Payment.NO VOUCHER,NO TROLLY BAG, and NO FREE GIFT received by me, after so many promises from a company whose name is so big.Very sad.

      Till date I have not received ANYTHING.Not any Voucher nor any Gift. I think this whole thing of giving offers is a BIG SCAM. Yatra.com and Bag it today should be ashamed of cheating their customers.Alongwith the money these customers have given you their trust.

      Personal — not Receiving the free Holiday Package Voucher and also free gifts

      My membership No. is ITBC07257692, my Invoice no. is ORA[protected] . I posted the Unique number to claim the special offer. But i hadn't received either Holiday Package Voucher or a free gift that i had selected in the website.
      Please send that voucher to my e-mail or by post.

      Free holiday vouchers — company not traceable

      Had bought set of 12 books with CD'S along with free holiday vouchers which claims to give 2N 3days holiday with free air tickets .The company people not traceable on the phone after several calls and long hold finally attended one day just to know that the free vouchers can only be claimed from the link on the Net which the company people have mentioned in their sale bills which is not existing at all.After that it was told that the link can only be accessed from any of the cybercafe not from the home PC or any ordinary Pc which was never clarified while booking the order .It seems the company people have found a new way for bluffing people and get away with the money.Again the duration for claiming the gift is within 60 days it's almost 45 days trying to contact the company people .Whoever are keen about taking the company people for task can get in touch so that they realise it is not easier to get away with anything

      HOLIDAY VOUCHER — No Membership no & web no

      Dear sir/madam,

      i purchased 4 india today book club holiday voucher for Rs 24000/- vide order no OGA[protected].
      I got the membership no and web login no along with the invoices. But while planning to book the offer the membership no and web login is not valid.

      How can i book this offer. i want to use this offer in April fsecond week. i am fedup with ur services for the last 4 months. no body is responding, if i didnot get any good results, i am going to consumer court in this regard.

      such a big organisation like you doing like this in not fare!

        I had booked Ladakh trip with Yatra on 2nd of May, 2013 for 2nd June, 2013. My Booking ID is SR298721. I made advance payment of Rs. 15000 on that day itself as told by Yatra representative (Prince Kumar). Total cost of the package was 49500 rupees for 2 persons. When I enquired that when will I have to make the remaining payment, he said Yatra will get back to me around 10-15 days before the trip and at that time I will get the receipt and other details. After that I kept waiting for call from Yatra but I never got one. Finally, I made call to Yatra on 25/05/2013 and asked about the trip. The same representative told me he is surprised to know that and he would enquire and get back to me. After few hours he made a call to me saying that the hotels are under renovation and the trip needs to be cancelled. He said that he is trying and will try whatever is possible from his end to see that the my trip doesn't get cancelled. He told me that he is going to come for me on Sunday and see what can he do about it. He calls me on Sunday saying he tried everything possible and the trip cannot happen. He suggested me two options, 1) I can go for an alternate package (which wascosting approximately 20000 rupees more than the package I had booked) or I can take my refund back. The package was costing more because the travel dates were near. I had budget constraint and I declined the trip option and opted for refund. I thought it's better to manage myself rather than paying extra price to yatra.

        I enquired with the hotel which they had mentioned in itinerary and found that the hotel was not under renovation. Now its more than 2 months now I am still waiting for the refund. I have called more than 15 times with no success. I am given either of these answers. 1. We will call you back in the evening with details (and I never get a call) or 2. Your refund will be processed in 10-15 days. I am literally fed up following up with Yatra about my refund.

        Now, I wish to get compensated for following:
        1. Extra bucks I had to pay for the package I booked after this incident. If I would have booked package 1 month back I would had to pay less as compared to booking made 5-6 days prior to travel.
        2. Energy lost behind following up with Yatra team. It's literally tiresome.
        3. Interest that I could have earned over this money which Yatra is earning right now from my money.

        I went through the complains against Yatra and felt like it's their strategy. Earn more by modifying the trip or earn interest over the money provided by the customer by not returning them in timely manner.

        Hoping that complain on this forum helps.

          Modus operandi OF YATRA.COM
          Step 1 Take full money from public by offering upto 50 % discount of all hotels. And give them confirmation email , confirmation voucher no. and food coupon no etc.
          Step 2 Wait for few days till public books their railways / airlines ticket.
          Step 3 After some time yatra.com official will call and say your required hotel is not available so please choose this XYZ… hotel or else take refund.
          Step 4 More then 90 % of people will agree to accept the low grade hotel offered to them as else they will suffer loss of railway or airline bookings and thus yatra.com earns heavy commission from their predecided hotels. Very few % will ask for refund as refund leads to railway/airlines/taxi booking loss
          (They take money in the name of branded hotels/ resorts but after that shift you to other cheap hotels)

          I AM A VICTIM. OF YATRA.COM . DETAILS OF MY BOOKING ARE GIVEN BELOW :-

          i had booked 2 rooms (4 ADULTS AND 3 CHILDREN ) in Atali Resort, Rishikesh (For 21 and 22 june 2013), through Yatra.com - booking reference no : [protected] on Wednesday, 24 April 2013 1:57 PM

          Full payment done through debit card on 24th april 2013. We received hotel confirmation and food voucher on email from yatra.com within few minutes of payment. So we booked taxi and announced holiday to the staff in our business and did other necessary arrangements for travel.
          On 4th may 2013 (after 10 days of taking money from us) yatra.com official, Alok Rawat , says change the resort as it is not available and the voucher and confirmation email we sent earlier is now cancelled.

          NOW WE WERE STRUCK BETWEEN FOLLOWING TWO OPTIONS -
          Option (I) The hotel which YATRA.COM was giving in place of Atali resort was much below the level of Atali .
          (Option II) And if we asked yatra to refund our money then we would suffer loss of advance given to taxi operator and loss of business as our staff had further made their vacation plans and did their railways bookings etc. (because we had already announced holidays to them)

          SO INSTEAD OF wasting OUR PRECIOUS MONEY ON YATRA.COM WE DECIDED TO SUFFER THE LOSS OF OPTION II AND ASKED FOR REFUND.
          SO PLEASE DON’T GET CARRIED AWAY BY DISCOUNTS OFFERED BY YATRA.COM YOU WILL NOT GET THAT HOTEL FOR WHICH YOU ARE PAYING MONEY .

          indiahotelreview.com/ Online hotel reservation — No Refund - Reservation Cancellation

          Please find the below events.

          1. I requested indiahotelreview.com (lakshmi) to book me a room @ rameshwaram in maharaja hotel for 31st July to 1st Aug.
          2. She confirmed the same and asked me to login into the url and do the payment.
          3. Then she send me a copy of hotel voucher to me
          4. Me and my family went to the hotel (rameshwaram) and found no reservation for 31st July to 1st Aug.
          5. Hotel guys said he did not receive any payment or confirmation from you.
          6. Then only i looked on the voucher and found the date was mentioned as 31st Aug to 1st Sept.
          7. I pleaded with hotel guy and got accomodation for few hours and i paid him the rent.
          8. I left to US for a short vist and after i came back i requested for cancellation on 27th Aug.

          I had series of emails chains till jan 2009. Later no response.

          STEP TO STEP — NO REFUND OR REPLACEMENT

          Respected Sir / Madam,
          I Sachin Patel and my uncle(Amrut) had purchased a sandals for my uncle (Amrut).On dated 26/06/2011 from STEP to STEP ,Shop no10,goyal shopping center ,L.T. road,Borivali west,Mumbai-92.Tel[protected].Bill no:3674 and replacement receipt no:786
          The shopkeeper gave warranty for 90days ,Even on bill its written warranty for 90 days.but with in 40 days that sandal got broken.its sole got tone even it belts got wear out .on7/08/2011.he refused to replaced.he told it will be repaired.After 15 days when we went to take repaired sandals the total of the sandals were changed and were not repaired as per our satisfactory.we told for refund of money as the sandals were not used for a month also.but he refused.so we asked for new one adjusting the price with 10% deduction,then also he refused,as our money was blocked. we told to give him 80% refund and 20% deduction yet he refused.then he directly came down for 50% deduction.and straight away told: 50% WANT THEN TAKE OR CHALTE BANO(GO AWAY)".SO we left from there.after 10 days we again went there for the same.NOW he refused for even 50% also.
          Yet we didn't got either sandals nor our money till date.
          So we will be grateful if you consider this matter.

          after ten days of taking full advance payment and issuing confirmation hotel voucher, food voucher you are saying hotel is sold out .

          but i checked yatra.com the very next day.. it was showing rooms available but price was doubled..

          i paid 25000 and the next day of my cancellation same package were available for rs 50, 000.

          i[censored] get higher amt then you will cancel your old bookings ( and that too with 100% advance payment ) .. it is fair.. ?

          and you are saying i accepted refund ... !

          then please tell me what other option i had.. should i accept that low ranked resort offered by you in return for the money made by me for trip advisor no 1 ranked resort atali.. ?

          even in accepting refund from you i suffered monetary loss ( holiday of my business staff and taxi/train cancellation )

          and mental stress (as said by mr sanjeev in above post - remarks from my wife, children and other family members.. )

          Dear Sir

          After my strong recommendation, one of my friends booked his honeymoon trip to UK and Europe from Yatra.com. Its executive Vishvnath and Puneet remained in constant touch until they got booking amount in first week of January 2015 and then they went in obscure. After my repeated requests that you need to proceed for their UK visa process earlier because the couple need to plan to come to New Delhi from Kanpur. They deliberately delayed visa process and asked same documents again and again. Some time they did not ask it on time and some time they asked at a time when there was no hope to get visa at all.

          Even they withheld information of visa denial from Uk and asked us to deposit the next installment. Soon after we deposited amount, they informed that visa is denied. So what is next? They told many stories. We went to their office talked on many options and they did not reply on any of options we talked.

          Before 10-15 days of expected departure they told that they are going to apply for Shengen visa and you need to submit all documents again. We hurriedly collected all documents and sent it by Blue dart courier again.

          Then they kept asking next deposit before they apply. We got a clear sense that even if there was no time left for visa process, why they are asking to deposit the money. They were playing with us a dirty game. But we reminded them what we had talked in person when we had met.

          Finally as of today, departure date is over and my friend is with no visa, no ticket and all money gone.

          Now we dont have any option other than going to consumer court.

            I booked manasarovar yatra booking reference ID is S316009.
            I booked this ticket on 12th May 2013 ( Time 2.30 PM ) for Manasarovar yatra on May 27th 2013 with Suvudha Kanojia.
            Even during booking she hurried me to pay the amount and asked me to send the docs immediately. I have done my job like paying the required amount , sending Docs within 3 hours of time. All my docs are received as per the courier to your office. I have send all my docs including my original passport , other docs immediately within a day. I did not get any information about the docs and the process yet . Everytime I call to the customer care I get a response saying that someone would call you and inform me about the docs and trip. None of them responded yet. I do not know why so much reluctant to give information for a customer.
            The payment as per the Website is 92023 for May 27th trip. They charged me 99023 . there is no explanation given to this. Please also revert back the extra amount (7000 Rs) which I have paid.If there are any issues please let me know.
            I already lodged my complaint via the website for a New complaint 3 days ago. But no response from any one.This is reason for escalation.

              This is in regards to the booking reference number 6WF3XP. The flight was from Pittsburgh to New Delhi and was through Toronto. Now, at the time of booking, I specifically asked if I would require a transit visa for Canada and I was told by the representative from Yatra that no, I would not need one. But later I got to know from the airlines that I do require one.

              I applied for a transit visa but it was too late to get one. Also, Yatra did not entertain my request to reschedule my flight to India through another route that does not requires me to get any transit visa. I asked them multiple times over phone and email but they denied my request. They just said that rescheduling is possible and not re-routing. On the other hand, Lufthansa told me that re-routing can be done but it needs to be done by the agent (Yatra).

              Eventually, after several days Yatra did re-route the tickets which costed me an additional $570 (350 rescheduling charge +220 fare difference) dollars. They not only delayed the whole process because of which I had to shell out extra for the fare difference but also repeatedly misguided me on what was possible and what was not. I am annoyed and terribly hurt by this unproffesional behavior from Yatra. I had to go through all this ordeal all because I was misguided by the Yatra representative in the first place!

              Yatra.com — fraud airline booking

              I had made a booking for a return flight through my net banking and the amount of Rs.7687 was charged by the Yatra.com but the tickets were not been delivered saying that the system had some error. but when i checked my state bank account, the money had been transfered to yatra account. i had called them and they said that they will be refunding the money in 3-5 working days, its been 17 days now and they havent returned me the money. when called they say that the senior department is looking into the matter and when insisted to talk they say that the senior team is very busy. they are a total gang of frauds

              please tell me how to go about the legal procedure

                I did a Hotel Welbeck Residency,ooty booking with yatra.com on 11th may 2013 , after making the payments i got the confirmation and Hotel Vouchers from Yatra.com that the booking is confirmed . I asked my guest to go with the voucher details to the hotel and check-in at the hotel . Once the guest went there they came to know that its a fraud booking as there was no such booking was confirmed from the hotel and the Hotel people confirmed that the hotel is totally full so they cant provide any room to the guest .When i contacted them i spoke to a person named Rohit over there who promised me to resolve the issue on immediate basis and after that call i kept waiting but no one gave any call to me . God knows how the guest spent their whole night as there was no rooms available in any hotel . The very next day i provided The Taj Savoy Ooty @ Rs 13,000per night for 2 nights . When i contacted yatra.com they said that they will refund the whole amount in our account from which it was deducted but what about the problems through which the guest went for whole night ? who is going to compensate it ? I request the consumer forum of india to take action again Yatra.com to provide the compensation against this financial loss and mental trauma .As a citizen of india i expect the government to take proper legal action against them and protect the consumers from such frauds and give proper punishment to such fraud companies .Im mentioning the details which i got from yatra after booking in the Hotel voucher sent by them .

                    Today my kid and wife got harassed unnecessarily in Bangalore airport while they were about to travel from Bangalore to Kolkata.
                    I bought the ticket on 26th of April from Yatra and got the invoice and confirmed E-Ticket.
                    I paid for both my wife and infant kid and in fact the invoice is showing the same.
                    But when they arrived at the Spice Jet counter my wife has been told that payment has not been made for the infant kid.
                    My wife submitted the e-ticket but they told the spice jet system is not showing the same.
                    I called the spice jet guys they told me to call Yatra (but as Yatra is booking on behalf of Spicejet they should have made the call).
                    Yatra customer care told me that she will call my wife in her mobile and will sort the thing out.
                    But after a while my wife informed me nothing has happened and she has made the payment.
                    But the Yatra customer care didn’t bother to call me again.
                    I called the Yatra customer care this time they started repeating about compensation of the additional amount my wife has paid… but what about the harassments my wife and my infant kid has gone through??
                    And they called on record that’s ir Spicejet’s system fault they have that conversations recorded.
                    I did call Spicejet but what they said is though the booking has been made for my kid they didn’t received the payment from yatra and in their record its showing payment needs to be made in counter.
                    I have lodged a complaint and asked for that document.

When i booked 1st time the transaction was success & Rs.4537/- was deduct from my account, but I din't received ticket. With in 5 minutes i received a call from Yatra call center & they told that ur ticket is not confirmed because of payment was not received at YATRA & he insisted me to book again & said that the failure booking amount will be refunded with in 2 to 3 days. But I did not received refund & on 4th Feb i sent my 1st mail to YATRA regarding the refund & yatra replied me that send ur transaction detail. I have attached my transaction details and i again sent mail on 11th feb & yatra replied that with a mail that the amount was not credit in our account. Then I showed YATRA's reply to SBI where I am having account & they replied me that both the transactions maid for booking the air tickets are credit in yatra account on 28.01.2013. The reply from yatra, SBI bank , the details of my successful booking of ticket & my transaction detail till date from the booking are with me I can send it through mail if i get a mail ID to send those details.It is in pdf fomat. Please help me to get the refund.

                          We had booked tickets For Anita rana two and fro through Yatra .com for Indigo Airlines from Ahmedabad to delhi and back on 01.04.2013 April.
                          It was Clearly written that the flight would leave Delhi airport at 11.35 p.m..On reaching the airport on time they informed that theFlight was re scheduled for 10.40.ams they declared me not reported.
                          I was then send to another window to book ticket for next flight which was schedule for 6.35.pm.
                          they asked me tp pay Rs.4120 more.this monetory loss and the unnecessary harassement that i have gone through is really put me into mental trauma.
                          The airline staff was not even ready to listen to my problems.The behaviour of the officials was very bad.I some how paid the extra amount and returned late morning of 2nd april to Jamnagar.

The period of our Package is to be Started from 1-4-2013 tp 6-4-2013.

                            That Despite my repeated request made through Email and numerious call to mrs Charu mehta and but nothing as be heard from your side i'm deeply frustrated for the behaviour and the attitude of officals that i have no alternative to take legal recourse in the present case in case my refund of pacakage is not made immediately

                            It is pertinent to mention here that i have not received any hotel voucher confirming the hotel rooms till today .It shows totaly your negligence and entrancement to me

                              I have been trying to do some train reservations through yatra.com which I was not able to.

                              When I logged on to the 'my bookings' section, It says that bookings have failed.
                              While the status says 'payment failed,' once you click on the reference ID, it says 'Your booking was unsuccessful. The payment charged will be refunded in a few days. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.' This has happened while I have already received a confirmation from my bank saying that a payment has been made.


                              I am attaching the JPEG of the webpage that popped up. Please check the reference IDs ( XFI5YC & NVBVYC) on 9th (and today, there were four such entries) and let me know when the money will be refunded to me.

                              When I called the helpline number, there was no option that could connect me to an executive immediately for rail bookings or help me with a refund of my money.

                              My question is, if the booking is not done, how could they use my credit card details and charge me? I think I have been taken for a ride.

                              I have booked a ticket with yatra on 31st of August however the money got deducted and no ticket received. I got a call from yatra and they insisted me to book another ticket with I did and second time also the money is deducted and no ticket received. I called the customer care and they said that they will confirm 1 ticket and refund the full amount for the second payment. The reference number Is[protected]. I have not yet received the refund and would request to refund my money as soon as possible before I make a official complaint.

                              I also stated this issue in my earlier mail & you people said that the refund has already been initiated & it will be reflected in 5-7 days in my bank account but i didn't got the refund till now & when i called the bank manager regarding the transaction they said that they didn't receive any such refund. Please have a look at it and do the needful with immediate effect.

                              I have booked ticket reference number[protected]. Payment have been deducted from my credit card and have already received about payment confirmation however, my ticket confirmation is not yet done.

                              I don't know what is issue with yatra. I have do you people try to charge more money through this way - and not confirming ticket now and later asking for more money.

                              I need ticket confirmation soon. Also though I chose coupon offer code, it didnot get applied.

                              I am highly disappointed with their service.

                                I cancelled the ticket from Yatra.com booking ref# [protected] on 1st of Mar 2013 an i was told that i will get a refund within 5-7 days. Total amount which i paid was Rs.16,479, and i was supposed to get a refund for Rs.13379 after deducting Yatra's and airline's cancellation charges. I received a refund for Rs.6974 in my a/c on 7th Mar 2013, i didnt get the remaining refund, i called them to remind them again and they processed a refund for remaining Rs.6405 on 12th of Mar and was told that i will get a refund in 5-7 days. Now it has been 14 days and i have called them numerous times and have sent them emails, but no one is ready to help. They asked m to send my bank statement which i did. They asked me to call my bank, which i did 2-3 times. They promise me a callback and never callback. They say that they have processed the refund, but i have still not received it. I am really frustrated by calling them so many times. I should have got this refund by 10th of Mar 2013, but havent received the full refund till now. Please Help.

                                  I am writing this after getting out of trauma that was created by the international trip planed by Yatra.com for me. This was my life's biggest mistake, They completely spoiled my most precious holiday's by their amazing planning skill's, below I tried to point out few blunders created by Yatra Planners :

                                  * Non-Veg food served in flight : My honeymoon trip started with non-veg food being served in Thai Airways flight's, My meal preference was set to non-veg without checking with me, I had taken non-veg in expectation of veg food, No body checked my meal preference while booking my flights. For this mistake I will challenge yatra.com in consumer court.

                                  * Hotel booking cancelled one month back without any alternate arrangement of accommodation & notification (Phuket) : When I reached Phuket, travellbulz cab droped me at IBIS Kata Hotel for which my booking was made by yatra & vouchers provided to me, but when I asked for my booking at the hotel reception they told me that my booking was cancelled by the agent on 1st of Jan'13. I was shocked & called at the emergency contact no. for phuket provided by Yatra, Mr. Manop picked the call but never called back with any assistance, then I called my hotel manager assigned by Yatra, She was also helpless as the hotel booking was cancelled by Yatra only, then I called Yatra India number, They forwarded my issue to Mr. Yogesh, Yogesh tried to help me but till the time I got another hotel & cab for transfer it was 4 hour of waiting on the road with my wife on my honeymoon. My whole day & rest of the trip was already spoiled. I have made around 50 calls to get the help & get rid of this situation.


                                  * 4 star Hotel was promised in package but a poor service hotel is provided (Bangkok) :: Hotel Howard Square Boutique was booked for the bangkok stay, Yatra.com claimed it as a 4 star hotel but this is a poor service hotel located in outskirts of bangkok, If we want food or want to go for shopping we have to go by cab & that too was not available easily

                                  * Many inclusions as promised while selling the package was not actually part of the tour, all days wasted in a useless site seeing.

                                  * OTHER :: Separate seats in flights selected as preference. Room with two separated bed selected in hotel booking instead of family room. No urgent assistance in phuket / bangkok. No trip advice's. Advice of on arrival visa even when the connecting flight is scheduled in 1 hour of delay. Many more.. dont have enough time to describe my nightmare in more details.

                                  I have all profs & documents for what I have mentioned in my above mail. Yatra.com should hire some good resources if they dont want to spoil their image in this competitive market place. The kind of customer care & support Yatra.com is providing is realy disgusting. I am feeling unfortunate by getting caught by Yatra for planning my most precious holidays. No body can pay for the loss that I have incurred due to this stupidity of some planners form Yatra.

                                  Not only this when i told about this to my friends they told me that they have also heard the same regarding Yatra.com service. I will post this feedback on all available review & complaint web portals & also challenge yatra as per indian law. I want my Money Back with compensation.

                                    Dear Sir/Ma'am,

                                    I had booked a domestic flight ticket from YATRA portal for my travel to B;lore from Mumbai in Dec, 2012. The flight Ticket's Yatra reference number and corresponding insurance number are [protected] and HO908715 respectively. This was a kingfisher flight which eventually got cancelled and I had to make an alternative arrangement for my travel at a higher costs.

                                    When I contacted TATA-AIG customer care, they said they can't do anything, despite clearly stating that on trip cancellation they would cover the charges of alternate arrangement upto 20000. Despite explaining them, they didn't agree. When I contacted Kingfisher they said that I should contact Yatra for the refund and when you contact Yatra they put the onus on Kingfisher. So all these parties have been throwing the ball in different courts tactically without resolving the core issue here. I'm sick and tired of approaching these people now. All I want is my refund of money lost in ticket and additional coverage of my extra expenses incurred due to cancellation of flight (that's the reason why I had purchased insurance cover well in advance).

                                    If these CROOKS don't do what they had committed to us what's the point in beleiving anyone here. I would strongly recommend all users not to buy TATA AIG Insurnace products and any other product from YATRA because they can't deliver what they promise on their website or communication to consumers.

                                    I would request the concerned authorities to take strict action against all these entities (YATRA, TATA-AIG and Kingfisher) for violating the rules of fulfillment of order as promised before the purchase of product. I want my due refund from all these parties for the troubling me for almost more than a month now without any resolution of this complaint.

                                    Looking forward to get the justice ASAP, because JUSTICE DELAYED is JUSTICE DENIED.

                                      Please don't believe on yatra.com. do not book with this company. they are always ready to cheat and never support by customer care.

                                      I was trying to book air ticket on yatra.com and received a call from yatra.com. The guy named mehtab alam said me that he will book my ticket.
                                      Then told me booking reference number 10665696. after that i have dome the payment by follow the process which he told me.
                                      I have told him that please book a ticket from jaipur to guwahati and return. I told him that please book arrival ticket on[protected] and return ticket on[protected].
                                      But he booked return ticket on[protected].

                                      Now they are neither giving me money back nor re-scheduling the ticket.


                                      I have called many times to yatra.com but getting negative response every time.

                                      Please help me My Booking reference number is : 10665696.
