Step 1 Take full money from public by offering upto 50 % discount of all hotels. And give them confirmation email , confirmation voucher no. and food coupon no etc.
Step 2 Wait for few days till public books their railways / airlines ticket.
Step 3 After some time yatra.com official will call and say your required hotel is not available so please choose this XYZ… hotel or else take refund....

Non-refund of money
