I send so many email to yatra support no response and even call them no body pick up the phone.
Still i didn't refund money not yet come to my account.What is the status of my refund money.
I am scared about my refund money.Please refund the money as soon as possible.I want to me long term customer for yatra.

yatra.com is literally taking customers for a ride. I bet their CEO is one of those corrupt ex-bureaucrats with links to the utterly corrupt aviation ministry. Now they are giving a buy 1 get 1 free offer. Consumers naturally expect that if they buy a Rs. 2200 ticket under this offer then they will get a Rs. 2200 or lesser amount ticket free on the next flight booking from their site plus some taxes. But look at the way these [censored]s scam people. They put a fine print in the terms and conditions of the offer that only the base fare will be given as discount and then they change the base fare to Rs. 200 from Rs. 1800 for a Rs. 2200 ticket from Vadodara-Delhi and Delhi-Vadodara. So they give only a Rs. 200 discount when you use their promo code which they deliberately email 2-3 days late when buying the next ticket. Plus note how their system works. For the same flight from Delhi to Vadodara on Feb 21 2011 the Indigo website is showing base fare as Rs. 1800 while Yatra.com is showing base fare as Rs. 200. The taxes on Indigo are shown around Rs. 500 while on Yatra.com it is Rs. 2200 plus. Wow! How can the aviation ministry sit quietly and allow passengers to get scammed, how can they allow travel websites to set a completely different base fare when the website of the same airline and the same flight on the same day is showing the base fare as Rs. 1800. Not only that, their customer support team are total Delhi-type lukkha people, they way they talk and back answer reeks of sniggers suggesting "oh you you got fooled by our websites scheme, no point complaining". And to add to the woes, their website cancellation page lists ticket cancel charges levied by airline as Rs. 750 when the call centre person told me the charge was Rs. 350, he said that the website is showing a "default charge". Right. Default to fool customers again, and to stop them from cancelling tickets when they realise they have been fooled the first time over. See the attached images for the complete picture. They are also not refunding the Rs. 130 insurance purchased for the flight. Now if no one is travelling on the flight where is the need to buy insurance? But they don't refund that, they cut Rs 350 (airline cancel charge JetLite), Rs. 200 (Yatra cancel charge) and Rs. 130 (non-refundable insurance) so total money eaten by these [censored]s is Rs. 680 for giving no service on a ticket of Rs. 2200. Wow! We Indians are born scammers. Jai Hind, yea riigggggggggggggght.

    i had booked 3 tickets on the Mumbai-Delhi-Shimla sector for 17the sep.. using yatra.com. REF NO. YN4WGO.. the delhi shimla sector which happened to be on Kingfisher red IT4349 got cancelled. They actually made us wait for 4 hours at the airport before telling us that the they have decided to cancel the flight.
    instead of paying us a compensation or putting us on another flight they asked to talk to YATRA and get a refund. Since then i have been chasing them for my refund. after two days they are asking me to now go to kingfisher and get the ticket stamped with the cancelled amount and send them the scanned copy back.

    This is the level of service. For a ticket that they booked.. now i need to be co-ordinating between them and kingfisher. this is horrible level of service and even after 4 days i still dont know my refund amount.

    I paid 24000 for the tickets and then had to shell another 9000 to travel by road to SHIMLA because they just refused to help us at all.

    I work for the Times of India group and it is not very difficult to raise such issues through the print but then thats the final step i guess.

    i had very similar experience, with exactly YATRA and KINGFISHCER.

    booked 2 tickests mangalore-mumbai. a week before flight, they call me and say the flight is cancelled, and offer me ticket in another flight or refund. i opt for refund, but later (after a month) find that no refund done to my account. asked yatra, they tell me to send a stamped ticket. went to mangalore kingfishcer office, they admit, they didnt put a remark against my booking, and stamp my ticket. i sent it to yatra, at first, they say, i 'll get a full refund, and then do only partial refund. i contact them again, (it's a great pain, and they make you wait for long times) many times, and they make me send stamped ticket each time, and still no use.

    very bad service and reply. i am still not sure, who's actually responsible, but think both airlines and YATRA is involved.

      I am trying to cancel the e-tickets online as per the user ID and password given by the yatra.com but in vain. Everytime I try I get a message that Your Password User ID is incorrect. Really I am feed up as I have lost a lot of time trying to cancel the e-ticket and also their contact phone number is not correct i.e.,[protected].

        I have booked my tickets on yatra.com with reeference no [protected] and paid the amount but my ticket for Port Blair to Chennai sector remains unconfirmed. Neither yatra executive called me as promised nor responding to my calls. I am stuck up. My tickets for other 3 sectors are confirmed.

          This is Paul and am writing this with regards to a pathetic situation I faced. I was supposed to travel with my wife and a kid who is 6 month old from Hyderabad to Chennai via Kingfisher Airlines. I booked these tickets 1 month before the date of travel. The printed confirmation of this booking says that the tickets are confirmed. I have the printed copy of the same. While I walked into check-in, I was informed by the airline that only one ticket is confirmed which is for me and the other 2 which are for my wife and my kid are not confirmed. I was asked to contact customer care of Yatra.com and I did the same. After being through so many agents, finally I was informed that I would receive a full refund of the amount I paid and I need to book new tickets.

          I booked fresh tickets from the airline - tickets are still available from the airline but my tickets which were bought 1 month prior were never confirmed!

          2/ 3 minutes before the departure of the airline I have to run with my kid in my hands along with my wife via security check and then to the place where the flight would take-off - thanks to a lady from the airline, we could make it very quickly through the security check.

          After passing through such an agony, I had to call-up the customer care of yatra.com almost everyday to check the status of the refund, and still I stand in a situation where-in I did not receive even a single penny from yatra.com.

          Please take immediate action, else I would be deprived to take legal action against the company.
          Hope you understand the state of mind I reach even if I just hear the word - yatra.com.

            Below is email which i send to yatra.com (which include complaint and detail)

            Hi

            I have booked hotel from yatra.com for Goa at Ginger Tree Beach Resort, my yatra booking reference are (YT5082055, YT5082097, YT5081993, YT5081848 and 2 others).

            When I reached hotel (aprox 1 PM), they give me 2 rooms, which was not my expected, room condition are not good, AC is not working, so i called reception and he tell me that within 10 min ac will start, i checked bathroom and found that there is no hot water facility, so i againg called to reception he told me that we can provide hot water within 15 min., after half hour one waiter give us half bucket of water so i asked for more hot water and he tell me that we can only give half bucket hot water per room, so i called manager i told him i need more bucket, he told me that he can provide more hot water after manager told that then we got more bucket of water.

            After half hour i againg called to the manager for AC, he again tell me ac will start within 10 min, at that time i am very hungery so i told him we need lunch, so he told me he can send waiter to take order from me. after 5 min manager called me to check wheter AC is started or not but that time AC still not start, so he told me i look this issue, after 15 min manager came at our room and take order for lunch.

            we order

            1 plate panner bhurgi
            1 plate cheeze butter masala
            2 butter milk
            4 butter roti

            After half hour we recieved our food, after reciving we start to eating and when just trying to eat (put bytes in mouth) we found this is non-veg, so we check whole dish and don't found any kind of cheeze, so i go called manager and tell me come at my room and i show all plate and tell him that we are pure vegitarian, after checking (checked by manager, he was agree that this is non-veg), so he called hotel owner for this issue, after owner came he told me that this is not non-veg this is mushrum (they told me that they were give mushrum masala insteade of cheeze butter masala because cheeze is not in stock), after so many debate and headeach our family deside that we don't want to stay here any more, so we leave that hotel.

            Even if i assumed that they give mushrum (instead of non-veg), the basic question is why they changed our food without our permission, if they called us and tell that cheeze is not available we just order another item. if someone (service provider) changed your order without your permission how do you feel????? do you ever used their service again????

            So please refund my amount.

            Right now i just asking my amount which i have been paid to you and even i haven't used your services (how can i paid to you beacuse i haven't used your service which is i have booked hotel for 3 days and i haven't stay at hotel 2 hr), if you deson't solve this issue i will filed complain against you in consumer care department and ask you for pay to me also compansion for harrasement and serve non-veg food to me which is hurt my religious feeling.

            As per our discussion you said that hotel offered you non veg food but when i called up in the hotel you were also there infront of hotel person, he said that mam it is not non veg they did not have paneer so they gave you mashroom he was accepting his mistake and was ready to give you other food without any charge he said give him 1 chance but you were not at all ready for any acceptence than you asked for refund so as per yatra policy refund is possible when hotel is ready to refund the amount but infront of you hotel person said refund is not possible give him 1 more chance. Than you said either you give me refund or not i will not stay in the hotel that time i informed that if you are paying extra amount for food there is 1 more option you can have food outside if you do not trust on hotel, but refund is not possible because hotel is not ready for refund you were not ready and you said you do not want any refund but you can not stay in this hotel. I am sorry to inform you sir refund is not possible

            They give 3star hotel where i have booking (in goa, ginger tree beach resort), which i haven't AC (in working condition), don't have hot water facility.

            They have policy if hotel give refund then and then they give refund????
            if you book from this company i think you never get ur monry back whether they provide service or not, they have single policy take money from customer and forget it.

            Think thousand times before you book any thing from yatra.com

              I booked a ticket on 09/08/2010 for my round trip (Bangalore-Indore-Bangalore) Bangalore-Indore (04/09/2010, Kingfisher flight IT3452) and Indore-Bangalore (12/09/2010 Kingfisher flight IT3452) using Yatra.com. My reference no. is [protected]. I got a confirmed status and PNR no. on payment of money using my HDFC debit card.
              On 04/09/2010 when I reached to Bangalore airport, Kingfisher boarding authority member (Nashman) informed me that no booking is exist in his record for the same. When I called Yatra no. [protected], yatra representative (Shipra) told me that your booking is cancelled, when I enquired her that why I was not informed regarding cancellation and gave her all my transaction details she connected me to Higher authority (Hemant Kaushik) who told me that Its Fault of Yatra.com.
              Hemant told me to purchase a new ticket for the same journey by my own money and gave me assurance that Yatra will be refund all. When I asked him about my return ticket (Indore-Banglore 12/09/2010, IT3452) he told me he will call me in evening (04/09/2010, 6.30PM) regarding my return ticket status (As decided He will Provide the same) and reimbursement details. About reimbursement he told me that It will take minimum 20 days however I paid the amount 8950/- at the same time for my Bangalore-Indore journey (Bangalore-Delhi, IT3213, Delhi-Indore IT4378) as I have an urgent meeting in Indore. Why it will take longer time while we have to pay the money it will not take more than 1 minute.
              In evening (04/09/2010, 6.30PM) as I did not get any call from Hemant or any other representative I again called yatra.com (04/09/2010, 7.15PM) , where representative told me that Hemant or No other higher authority is available on Desk. On request, she told me that she will forward my reference no. to hemant and he will call me on the same day.
              Till now, I did not get any call from Hemant or any yatra representative. I got a lot of pain by such a behavior by a public portal like Yatra.com.

              I am in dilemma regarding my return ticket and reimbursement status.

                I had booked an international ticket by Yatra.com even thouh the price of the ticket was a little bit higher than the price from the airlines webiste keeping in mind their Dus ka dum offer under which they give 10 free tickets for domestic travel.

                After a long followup (here long means 100s of minutes & atleast 20 phone calls) the company tells me that the tickets are not available for the dates I want to fly. They want to give me the tickets 3 days before my planned date. I was pretty pissed off.

                So just to check he was not fooling around with me, I called them again in 5 min and told them the new dates (the ones for which they had told me that the seats are available) and then they told me that even those dates were not available and told me again the dates for 3 days ahead of my planned new travel dates. So it is a scam and they are not giving any free tickets.

                Ultimately all the free tickets are a waste. Beware of and kind of offers from yatra.com

                This is true for Yatra.com . I booked tickets with offer for free gift watch but 3 months have passed and still there is no sign of watch coming my way.
                I have made numerous call and emails to Yatra.com, but not respite. They are really pathetic.
                These kind of online merchants spoil the image of online shopping.

                  I am planning to fly to India on 03rd October 2010 and returning to US on 03 Nov 2010. I am not able to book online on yatra.com as it does not allow me to enter my middle name on its website. Hence I called and spoke with Santosh Gupta in the customer service team. She quoted me a price and locked the price for me. On the night between 02 September 2010 and 03 September 2010 at 03:30 in the morning, I got a call from Santosh. It was very late in the night and everyone in the house panicked as we expected something bad had happened in India. Calling so late in the night was not acceptable and the yatra.com team is not willing to do anything in this regard.

                    I tried to book Train Ticket on yatra.com.

                    It was 11:10pm at night. After filling all necessary data & credit card information and transferring money Rs.725, Yatra website suddenly terminated transaction with information...Transaction failed & money will be refunded to me.

                    I tried contacting [protected]@yatra.com, [protected]@yatra.com and [protected]@yatraonline.com.They informed that money was not transferred to them. When I check the bank they inform the money transferred to Yatra.com Gurgaon and gave me Transaction number.

                    They have not responded to me even after repeated emails.
                    How to get back my Rs.750 from yatra?

                    So I agree with him

                      Yatra e-Ticket for booking [protected] for journey Mumbai-Goa-Mumbai on 8th Aug 2010

                      I booked a return ticket ( Mumbai-Goa-Mumbai) vide reference e-Ticket [protected] from Yatra.com. Since the work involved just a small meeting at Goa airport itself, both onward and and return journey tickets were booked for 8th Aug 2010. The onward journey by Go air was accordingly performed at 6 am in morning.
                      When i turned up to Kingfisher airlines for return journey, i was shocked to be informed that the jouney was for 3 am and before the onward jouney itself though the yatra itinerary (copy of which is available with me) showed it as return journey. My question is how how return journey can be before onward journey.

                      Since in bookings return journey options are available after selecting onward journey options and always after onward jouney, i never suspected that this would happen.

                      Yatra team says that this is very much possible and their system can book x to y to x ticket in such a way that y to x is before x to y.

                      I have never seen such thing happening before. In case Yatra is at fault they should reimburse me for the alternate return ticket.

                          I have canceled my yatra tickets on 10th June & till now the refund has not been done. I called up customer care lot of times that includes superviser Pawan & Ansul jain. Whenever I callled up them they said that they will call me within 1 hour or email me. This is the complained no. 'yatra=[protected]'. They are doing fraud. We have to come up & distroy this kind of bad & antisocial elements. It's being more then 2 months I havn't got my money refunded back. I called up more then 25 times the customer care & now the no. they have given is chargeble, so we have to bear this cost also. Is it justifiable?

                            I had booked my ticket to Vancouver through Yatra Kolkata City office.I had paid a booking amount of Rs 13500 /- vide my debit card and recieved a reciept for the same vide reciept no-36214.

                            As I wanted to change the dates of my trip I requested the same and was told that I will be charged a cancellation fee of Rs.5000 (approx) would be levied and then they could refund the balance amount or rebook a new ticket.(whic is as per the communication through email attached)

                            I have made several phone calls to number - at the yatra city office ,for the refund but till date there has been no resolution to my query and therefore I am yet to recieve the refund of the balalce amount .
                            Infact the experience with Yatra has been so bitter becasue there is no way that any authority in their city booking office can single handedly address my request.

                            Yatra had promised to refund me in 15days and today its over 40 days !!

                            I would request the authorities to look into the matter and give me a solution.

                            I am yet to recieve the entire refund which was promised , A lady who happens to be the deputy Manager -of the kolkata office Yatra , had promised the refund in two days when I was contacted in 5th of August '10.

                            I fail to understand, how the organisation after recieving a written consumer complain does not react and take immediate action .
                            I am forced to believe , It is only possible with a company like Yatra .

                            yatra.com is literally taking customers for a ride. I bet their CEO is one of those corrupt ex-bureaucrats with links to the utterly corrupt aviation ministry. Now they are giving a buy 1 get 1 free offer. Consumers naturally expect that if they buy a Rs. 2200 ticket under this offer then they will get a Rs. 2200 or lesser amount ticket free on the next flight booking from their site plus some taxes. But look at the way these [censored]s scam people. They put a fine print in the terms and conditions of the offer that only the base fare will be given as discount and then they change the base fare to Rs. 200 from Rs. 1800 for a Rs. 2200 ticket from Vadodara-Delhi and Delhi-Vadodara. So they give only a Rs. 200 discount when you use their promo code which they deliberately email 2-3 days late when buying the next ticket. Plus note how their system works. For the same flight from Delhi to Vadodara on Feb 21 2011 the Indigo website is showing base fare as Rs. 1800 while Yatra.com is showing base fare as Rs. 200. The taxes on Indigo are shown around Rs. 500 while on Yatra.com it is Rs. 2200 plus. Wow! How can the aviation ministry sit quietly and allow passengers to get scammed, how can they allow travel websites to set a completely different base fare when the website of the same airline and the same flight on the same day is showing the base fare as Rs. 1800. Not only that, their customer support team are total Delhi-type lukkha people, they way they talk and back answer reeks of sniggers suggesting "oh you you got fooled by our websites scheme, no point complaining". And to add to the woes, their website cancellation page lists ticket cancel charges levied by airline as Rs. 750 when the call centre person told me the charge was Rs. 350, he said that the website is showing a "default charge". Right. Default to fool customers again, and to stop them from cancelling tickets when they realise they have been fooled the first time over. See the attached images for the complete picture. They are also not refunding the Rs. 130 insurance purchased for the flight. Now if no one is travelling on the flight where is the need to buy insurance? But they don't refund that, they cut Rs 350 (airline cancel charge JetLite), Rs. 200 (Yatra cancel charge) and Rs. 130 (non-refundable insurance) so total money eaten by these [censored]s is Rs. 680 for giving no service on a ticket of Rs. 2200. Wow! We Indians are born scammers. Jai Hind, yea riigggggggggggggght.

                              I had purchased 3 tickets on 30th June 2010 on www.yatra.com from Mumbai to New York (JFK airport) scheduled 25 Sep 2010 for the following people:
                              1. Mr Paresh Jadhav
                              2. Mrs Varsha Jadhav
                              3. Mrs Meena Jadhav

                              I paid Rs 76621 to purchase the tickets using my credit card on 30th June 2010.
                              The following is the yatra.com transaction reference number- 088WX7Z. Thereafter I sent a mail to [protected]@yatra.com to cancel all the 3 tickets on 30th June 2010 itself. Also I called their customer care at[protected] and they assured me that they had received my email of cancellation of tickets and that the refund would be done within 7 working days from the date of cancellation i.e. 30th june 2010. So ideally, the refund should have been done by 7th July 2010. Today is 16th July 2010 and still refund has not been done. I called yatra.com customer care 4 more times uptil now and everytime I was asked to wait for another 5 working days. Please do the needful and help me refund my money.

                              Jay Parkhe ‎1.You are the first website in the world which shows the reference number of a transaction which did not pass thru from payment gateway - this has led to all the confusion.
                              2. There is no attempt by your customer service to help the customer by
                              a. looking for the correct booking in your customer records and helping.
                              b. Even after sending the email with ticket details and PNR number ( which was given over phone no one bothered to look for the correct Trip ID number and the ticket to be cancelled on 29th November - well in time to avoid the NO SHOW.
                              3. For your unprofessional and incompetent customer services you expect the customer to suffer huge financial loss - UNACCEPTABLE.
                              4. Sending misleading email on 21st December about the refund and claiming today that this was processed on 16th as you mention is a blatant LIE as my credit card company is on standby awaiting your refund instructions.

                              How many more lies would Yatra.com give?

                              I demand a full refund to be processed within next 24 hours as I have paid to the credit card company in full well in time.

                                I Had booked a ticket from Chennai to Trivandrum thru Yatra.com,s train bookings,in first class AC (Yatra booking Reference number YG232C) which was a RAC ticket. The ticket was not delivered to me nor reflecting in my booking section even 24hrs bfore my travel date. Worried of this i booked another ticket thru yatra on tatkal for third AC, and three days prior to my travel date i had kept on calling yatra customer care for the cancellation of my first ac, who gave me reason that due to technical issues, my ticket is not reflecting, pls wait and try tom. as per that i checked next day also and my FIRST ac ticket was not availabe for me to cancel and get the refund amount back,i spoke to yatra people and asked them to cancel it, and i got a call from MR IMRAN QURESHI stating that my refund amount will be credited within 7 working days which is 150 rs less of 1200 rs , bal entire amount will get credited. to my surprise i got a refund of 492/- with a note that ticket was cancelled later than 24hrs within the time of travel.i hav been following up on mail since last month till date where they just don care to reply. worst of all u call anytime , they say they don have train booking customer care people available. this non responsing attitude on mails, and calls..!!!!!

                                  My name is Sorabh Garg and I am in a very unfortunate situation, where the travel agent and the airlines has been playing unfair with me.

                                  I had booked return tickets from JFK, New York to Mumbai dated 12th May 2010, return of 3rd July, 2010 from Yatra.com on an Emirates flight, I told the lady from Yatra on the phone that I am not sure of my return date and I might return in September, she told me that in that case I would just have to reschedule the tickets from 3rd July to any date in September for $150 and $300 in case I need to cancel it, I agreed to that.

                                  When I come to Mumbai and want to extend my tickets to September 6th, they disregard what they had promised me and asked me to talk to Emirates.
                                  I talked to Emirates and they say that my ticket cannot be extended as it comes under special low fares whose validity is 2 months only, I told them that I was told by my booking agent Yatra.com that I could extend my return dates for $150 and cancel for $300. They told me that they can't help me and I need to talk to Yatra.com directly for that since they made those claims.
                                  I approached Yatra again and they told me that they can't extend the dates too.
                                  Yatra.com hadn't notified me that the ticket was valid for 2 months only, they should have done so while selling me the tickets so that I could have made a better decision, now they are not honouring their word.
                                  I told them it is very unprofessional to go back on their words and they should atleast cancel the tickets if not extend for the fee of $300, but they denied cancelling it too.
                                  I talked to Emirates again and they told me extension was not possible and they can cancel it but I won't get a single penny for cancellation (doesn't make any sense!)
                                  Yatra then made me an offer of extending the tickets to September 2nd for $746, which includes $400 for extension and $346 flight charges difference.
                                  They are now going back on their own words from not being able to extend tickets to extending it for $400 instead for the said $150 before.

                                  I am distraught by their behavior and would like you to advise me and take appropriate action against them.

                                    i booked online train ticket on 25.04.2010 for my journey of four people from chennai egmore(MS) to TENKASI(TEI) by train no 2661 podigai express by my credit card [protected]. the date of journey is 09.07.2010.

                                    fortunetly or unfortunately i received the return journey booked in the same day.
                                    without onward jouney ticket i can not use the ticket.

                                    i paid the money of debit in my credit card. i had been sending reminders through email repeatedly for the ticket. everyday i am reminding them for the last one week as the journey time is nearing

                                      This is to bring to your notice that while booking tickets for the jet airways flight from calcutta to bombay on 10th june2010,i had encountered a problem as a result of which my transaction couldn't go through. Nevertheless i was charged an amount of Rs 3993/- , I mailed them to tell the issue,the complaint reference ID is .4840397.
                                      They asked for the ank statement so i gave it to them.15 days have been passed but the amount is not refunded back yet.I don't know what to do,please help me..

                                      Yatra.com is probably the worst hotel/ flight booking portal in the history of internet. I made a booking one month ago, where they showed me a certain set of flights and later emailed me totally different flight tickets (LON-DEL-LON). My flight tickets need me to change airports (not terminals, but airports) in the middle of the journey (which is unheard of and wasn't mentioned on booking page). Moreover, they tell me that i'd have to book this inter-airport journey myself, take my luggage with me and check it in again. Customer service agreed to their mistake on phone and apologized and promised a refund. When no refund was processed in 3 weeks, I reached out to FB team who said no money will be given. Their entire team has stop responding now. @Sonia Mehta - Can you please respond to this.

                                      I booked a room in sailani resort nahan through yatra .com of 27 th juny 2015. And on reaching it main gate to my shock the hotel has been shut down or as the gaurd told us  sealed .even on talking to a number given on hotels website i was told how can yatra book a room. We r closed. Really ashamed and humiliated by yatra ... and they could not find anything for us... above they had the guts to say .. u can look for a hotel yourself and we will pay... how can they expect to hop from on hotel to another to find rooms... ultimately we had to come bak to delhi.. 

                                      Yatra should b sued of fraud ... they have not only wasted my time but disturbed my mental peace and destroyed my vacation...

                                        I had booked a ticket with Yatra.com for an Air India flight IC-909 (dated 11-Feb-2010, 6:30am) from Trivandrum to Chennai. But later got it cancelled because the flight got delayed by 6 hours. I got it cancelled from the Air India Trivandrum desk itself. Following are the details.

                                        Yatra reference number: 2A4L4C
                                        Ticket PNR number: RBLFEA

                                        Though I got a document from Air India which entitles me for full refund, I haven't got the refund from yatra.com till yet which they claim to refund within 7business days. I have called yatra.com customer care almost 20 times and have sent a copy of the document twice, but never got a positive reply from them.
                                        Please look into the matter and do the needful.
