Dear Sir /Maam,

I had booked my ticket to Vancouver through Yatra Kolkata City office.I had paid a booking amount of Rs 13500 /- vide my debit card and recieved a reciept for the same vide reciept no-36214.

As I wanted to change the dates of my trip I requested the same and was told that I will be charged a cancellation fee of Rs.5000 (approx) would be levied and then they could refund the balance amount or rebook a new ticket.(whic is as per the communication through email attached)

I have made several phone calls to number - at the yatra city office ,for the refund but till date there has been no resolution to my query and therefore I am yet to recieve the refund of the balalce amount .
Infact the experience with Yatra has been so bitter becasue there is no way that any authority in their city booking office can single handedly address my request.

Yatra had promised to refund me in 15days and today its over 40 days !!

I would request the authorities to look into the matter and give me a solution.

Yatra Kolkata Booking office — Part Refund of Booking amount -

Dear Sir/ maam,

I am yet to recieve the entire refund which was promised , A lady who happens to be the deputy Manager -of the kolkata office Yatra , had promised the refund in two days when I was contacted in 5th of August '10.

I fail to understand, how the organisation after recieving a written consumer complain does not react and take immediate action .
I am forced to believe , It is only possible with a company like Yatra .

Hope the higher authorities look into the reputation of their company.

yatra.com is literally taking customers for a ride. I bet their CEO is one of those corrupt ex-bureaucrats with links to the utterly corrupt aviation ministry. Now they are giving a buy 1 get 1 free offer. Consumers naturally expect that if they buy a Rs. 2200 ticket under this offer then they will get a Rs. 2200 or lesser amount ticket free on the next flight booking from their site plus some taxes. But look at the way these [censored]s scam people. They put a fine print in the terms and conditions of the offer that only the base fare will be given as discount and then they change the base fare to Rs. 200 from Rs. 1800 for a Rs. 2200 ticket from Vadodara-Delhi and Delhi-Vadodara. So they give only a Rs. 200 discount when you use their promo code which they deliberately email 2-3 days late when buying the next ticket. Plus note how their system works. For the same flight from Delhi to Vadodara on Feb 21 2011 the Indigo website is showing base fare as Rs. 1800 while Yatra.com is showing base fare as Rs. 200. The taxes on Indigo are shown around Rs. 500 while on Yatra.com it is Rs. 2200 plus. Wow! How can the aviation ministry sit quietly and allow passengers to get scammed, how can they allow travel websites to set a completely different base fare when the website of the same airline and the same flight on the same day is showing the base fare as Rs. 1800. Not only that, their customer support team are total Delhi-type lukkha people, they way they talk and back answer reeks of sniggers suggesting "oh you you got fooled by our websites scheme, no point complaining". And to add to the woes, their website cancellation page lists ticket cancel charges levied by airline as Rs. 750 when the call centre person told me the charge was Rs. 350, he said that the website is showing a "default charge". Right. Default to fool customers again, and to stop them from cancelling tickets when they realise they have been fooled the first time over. See the attached images for the complete picture. They are also not refunding the Rs. 130 insurance purchased for the flight. Now if no one is travelling on the flight where is the need to buy insurance? But they don't refund that, they cut Rs 350 (airline cancel charge JetLite), Rs. 200 (Yatra cancel charge) and Rs. 130 (non-refundable insurance) so total money eaten by these [censored]s is Rs. 680 for giving no service on a ticket of Rs. 2200. Wow! We Indians are born scammers. Jai Hind, yea riigggggggggggggght.

    I had purchased 3 tickets on 30th June 2010 on www.yatra.com from Mumbai to New York (JFK airport) scheduled 25 Sep 2010 for the following people:
    1. Mr Paresh Jadhav
    2. Mrs Varsha Jadhav
    3. Mrs Meena Jadhav

    I paid Rs 76621 to purchase the tickets using my credit card on 30th June 2010.
    The following is the yatra.com transaction reference number- 088WX7Z. Thereafter I sent a mail to [protected]@yatra.com to cancel all the 3 tickets on 30th June 2010 itself. Also I called their customer care at[protected] and they assured me that they had received my email of cancellation of tickets and that the refund would be done within 7 working days from the date of cancellation i.e. 30th june 2010. So ideally, the refund should have been done by 7th July 2010. Today is 16th July 2010 and still refund has not been done. I called yatra.com customer care 4 more times uptil now and everytime I was asked to wait for another 5 working days. Please do the needful and help me refund my money.

    Yatra.com — Refund of the Cancelled ticket

    Jay Parkhe Bangaloreans - Do not trust this company as I am struggling to get my refund on Trip no. [protected] for over a month. Escalations do not work. Do not believe the emails. They have the most incompetent customer service staff.

    Our Customer Care Team responded to this email on 28th November informing you that we were not holding any confirmed bookings in the above reference number. They sent you the same details again on 29th November.

    When you had made your bookings with us on 27th November, you would have received the confirmation from us providing you the booking details and the reference number [protected].

    As you had not mentioned the reference number [protected] in any of your correspondence with us till 14th December, we were unable to cancel the booking. As a result your booking for 30th November was a no-show. We have processed the refund on your booking based on the airline rules for no-show transactions, and the credit of Rs 18690 would appear in your account.

    Jay Parkhe ‎1.You are the first website in the world which shows the reference number of a transaction which did not pass thru from payment gateway - this has led to all the confusion.
    2. There is no attempt by your customer service to help the customer by
    a. looking for the correct booking in your customer records and helping.
    b. Even after sending the email with ticket details and PNR number ( which was given over phone no one bothered to look for the correct Trip ID number and the ticket to be cancelled on 29th November - well in time to avoid the NO SHOW.
    3. For your unprofessional and incompetent customer services you expect the customer to suffer huge financial loss - UNACCEPTABLE.
    4. Sending misleading email on 21st December about the refund and claiming today that this was processed on 16th as you mention is a blatant LIE as my credit card company is on standby awaiting your refund instructions.

    How many more lies would Yatra.com give?

    I demand a full refund to be processed within next 24 hours as I have paid to the credit card company in full well in time.

      I Had booked a ticket from Chennai to Trivandrum thru Yatra.com,s train bookings,in first class AC (Yatra booking Reference number YG232C) which was a RAC ticket. The ticket was not delivered to me nor reflecting in my booking section even 24hrs bfore my travel date. Worried of this i booked another ticket thru yatra on tatkal for third AC, and three days prior to my travel date i had kept on calling yatra customer care for the cancellation of my first ac, who gave me reason that due to technical issues, my ticket is not reflecting, pls wait and try tom. as per that i checked next day also and my FIRST ac ticket was not availabe for me to cancel and get the refund amount back,i spoke to yatra people and asked them to cancel it, and i got a call from MR IMRAN QURESHI stating that my refund amount will be credited within 7 working days which is 150 rs less of 1200 rs , bal entire amount will get credited. to my surprise i got a refund of 492/- with a note that ticket was cancelled later than 24hrs within the time of travel.i hav been following up on mail since last month till date where they just don care to reply. worst of all u call anytime , they say they don have train booking customer care people available. this non responsing attitude on mails, and calls..!!!!!

        Hi,

        Ref: Ticket no.: EK/ETKT 176 [protected], Yatra booking reference no. O33WI7Z

        My name is Sorabh Garg and I am in a very unfortunate situation, where the travel agent and the airlines has been playing unfair with me.

        I had booked return tickets from JFK, New York to Mumbai dated 12th May 2010, return of 3rd July, 2010 from Yatra.com on an Emirates flight, I told the lady from Yatra on the phone that I am not sure of my return date and I might return in September, she told me that in that case I would just have to reschedule the tickets from 3rd July to any date in September for $150 and $300 in case I need to cancel it, I agreed to that.

        When I come to Mumbai and want to extend my tickets to September 6th, they disregard what they had promised me and asked me to talk to Emirates.
        I talked to Emirates and they say that my ticket cannot be extended as it comes under special low fares whose validity is 2 months only, I told them that I was told by my booking agent Yatra.com that I could extend my return dates for $150 and cancel for $300. They told me that they can't help me and I need to talk to Yatra.com directly for that since they made those claims.
        I approached Yatra again and they told me that they can't extend the dates too.
        Yatra.com hadn't notified me that the ticket was valid for 2 months only, they should have done so while selling me the tickets so that I could have made a better decision, now they are not honouring their word.
        I told them it is very unprofessional to go back on their words and they should atleast cancel the tickets if not extend for the fee of $300, but they denied cancelling it too.
        I talked to Emirates again and they told me extension was not possible and they can cancel it but I won't get a single penny for cancellation (doesn't make any sense!)
        Yatra then made me an offer of extending the tickets to September 2nd for $746, which includes $400 for extension and $346 flight charges difference.
        They are now going back on their own words from not being able to extend tickets to extending it for $400 instead for the said $150 before.

        I am distraught by their behavior and would like you to advise me and take appropriate action against them.

          i booked online train ticket on 25.04.2010 for my journey of four people from chennai egmore(MS) to TENKASI(TEI) by train no 2661 podigai express by my credit card [protected]. the date of journey is 09.07.2010.

          fortunetly or unfortunately i received the return journey booked in the same day.
          without onward jouney ticket i can not use the ticket.

          i paid the money of debit in my credit card. i had been sending reminders through email repeatedly for the ticket. everyday i am reminding them for the last one week as the journey time is nearing

            This is to bring to your notice that while booking tickets for the jet airways flight from calcutta to bombay on 10th june2010,i had encountered a problem as a result of which my transaction couldn't go through. Nevertheless i was charged an amount of Rs 3993/- , I mailed them to tell the issue,the complaint reference ID is .4840397.
            They asked for the ank statement so i gave it to them.15 days have been passed but the amount is not refunded back yet.I don't know what to do,please help me..

            I booked return tickets from London to Delhi with a transit in CDG (Airport), however yatra.com emailed me wrong tickets with change of airports in Paris. It has been more than three weeks and despite agreeing to their fault yatra has neither refunded money nor changed the flights. In my recent conversation, I challenged them that tickets they've sent me don't even show up on the website and they haven't been able to respond to it.

            I booked return tickets from London to Delhi with a transit in CDG (Paris), however yatra.com emailed me wrong tickets with change of airports in Paris. It has been more than three weeks and despite agreeing to their fault yatra has neither refunded money nor changed the flights. In my recent conversation, I challenged them that tickets they sent me do not even show up on the website and they have not been able to respond to it.
            Yatra.com is probably the worst hotel/ flight booking portal in the history of internet. I made a booking one month ago, where they showed me a certain set of flights and later emailed me totally different flight tickets (LON-DEL-LON). My flight tickets need me to change airports (not terminals, but airports) in the middle of the journey (which is unheard of and wasn't mentioned on booking page). Moreover, they tell me that i'd have to book this inter-airport journey myself, take my luggage with me and check it in again. Customer service agreed to their mistake on phone and apologized and promised a refund. When no refund was processed in 3 weeks, I reached out to FB team who said no money will be given. Their entire team has stop responding now. @Sonia Mehta - Can you please respond to this.

            I booked a room in sailani resort nahan through yatra .com of 27 th juny 2015. And on reaching it main gate to my shock the hotel has been shut down or as the gaurd told us  sealed .even on talking to a number given on hotels website i was told how can yatra book a room. We r closed. Really ashamed and humiliated by yatra ... and they could not find anything for us... above they had the guts to say .. u can look for a hotel yourself and we will pay... how can they expect to hop from on hotel to another to find rooms... ultimately we had to come bak to delhi.. 

            Yatra should b sued of fraud ... they have not only wasted my time but disturbed my mental peace and destroyed my vacation...

              I had booked a ticket with Yatra.com for an Air India flight IC-909 (dated 11-Feb-2010, 6:30am) from Trivandrum to Chennai. But later got it cancelled because the flight got delayed by 6 hours. I got it cancelled from the Air India Trivandrum desk itself. Following are the details.

              Ticket PNR number: RBLFEA

              Though I got a document from Air India which entitles me for full refund, I haven't got the refund from yatra.com till yet which they claim to refund within 7business days. I have called yatra.com customer care almost 20 times and have sent a copy of the document twice, but never got a positive reply from them.
              Please look into the matter and do the needful.

                  I booked my ticket one and half month ago before my travel date and they charged my credit card for the ticket the next day, the day of my travel i was told at the airport that my ticket is not valid and when i asked yatra.com abou this, they just replied with a sorry, saying that it was a system error......but how did the system charge my credit card for a ticket which is not issued or valid.............. it as been more than 10 days now ......they havent refunded my money nor picking up my call......................for the people who do online flight or train or hotel booking PLS DO NOT USE............YATRA.COM...................you will regret it.....

                    I had booked my ticket through yatra.com website for my wife and self from Cochin to Jorhat in a single ticket but when i had to cancel the ticket of my wife they indicated in the website that i would be getting a refund of Rs 7646.49/ but eventually refunded me with only Rs 6896.49/ (Yatra Reference no NVYS6C and Airline PNR No is RCU3L3). On contacting the customer care they asked my pardon and told me that it was their mistake and the further amount will be refunded to me at the earliest. The conversation went on for some weeks but finally they are saying that the refund will be only Rs 6896.49 because they are further cutting the airline cancellation charges per sector as RS 750 x 02 = 1500. But i had booked the travel in one single ticket and as per the cancellation amount shown while cancelling the ticket i should be getting Rs 7646.49/-. I hope my case will be taken up and i will be getting a compensation amount for my precious time wasted for this for more than two months.

                    Dear Sir/Madam

                    I am an Officer & Instructor of the National Defence Academy writing with lots of grievances to the complaint cell of BSNL. I had applied for a New BSNL Connection with Broadband (850 ULD Combo Plan) on 23 Jan 2013 with the Application No: MHPUN[protected]. The connection falls under the Uttamnagar Exchange of PUNE SSA. I was assured that I will be given the phone connection in 04 days and the broadband connection in one week time.

                    But inspite of being in constant touch with the SDO, Mr Matapati o[censored]ttamnagar Exchange, I could manage to get the telephone line only after 9 Days that too after repeated and desperate phone calls to the SDO. Today is the 16th day after I had applied for the New connection but till now I have not got the Broadband connection installed at my home (My New BSNL Landline No is[protected] & Broadband Application No: MHPUN[protected]). I am still repeatedly calling up the Uttamnagar Exchange and also the SDO, Mr Matapati but no positive response till now.

                    This is causing huge trauma & harassment to me because i am deprived of such service which I am entitled to. I feel 16 Days is a huge enough time to put up Broadband Connection. I hope this callous and careless attitude of the BSNL employees will be looked into. If the BSNL employees show such callous & Careless attitude then I am sure that the Customer Service of BSNL will remain at shambles. If my issue is not addressed I would like to raise my copmplaint in the CORE Centre (Consumer Online Resourses & Empowerment Centre) also. I hope my grievances will be addressed at the earliest.

                      I have booked 2 tickets online with Yatra.com for 16th December, 2009 (reference no. :XFH6TC & CJA1RC respectively) which i have subsequently cancelled . The amount was supposed to be credited to my account within 10 working days as promised by them.

                      But after repetitive complaints also i have not received any response from them.
                      They are telling me that they have credited the refund amount to my account but I have sent them the photocopy of my passbook duly attached by the chief manager of my bank which clearly state that no amount from yatra has been credited to my account.
                      I have all the written communication proof which i have made with the company. Also i possess all the details of my booking, cancellation, correspondence & bank statements.

                      Sir I am a student & i belong to a middle class family. The total amount to be refunded is around Rs. 7200 plus the harassment & the false promise they made to me.
                      They also told me to do whatever i can & didnot responded properly afterwards.

                      Sir kindly do something regarding this matter.
                      I will be very obliged if you can get my money back.

                        I had booked a hotel through yatra.com at Subhash Palace. Patni top , however after i contacted them that they have not mailed me the hotel booking voucher, they confirmed that the booking for the said hotel is full and offered me a lower category room. I denied to accept the alternative and asked for the refund. Though they confirmed that they will refund me the complete amount , i did not get any refund. On speaking to their customer care , the executive was not able to retieve the details.

                        I have lost the money paid to them and also the larger question still exists whether it is legal to charge the tariff on unconfirmed booking and also they are not bound by any law to show the the correct availability status online.

                        I suggest people who make online booking with these agents to transfer the amount only once they confirm the availability status on telephone and donot believe on the online status shown on the yatra.com site.

                          I am Dr.Joshua Abraham and I had booked three tickets for my travel from Kolkotta to Kochi in January 2010 for the travel on May 1st 2010.

                          On the date of travel when me and my family reported for boarding pass, simply it was informed that the flight is cancelled for the Hyderabad-Kochi sector.

                          Mind it the tickets were insured also for flight delay and cancellation, but not a single paise was compenensated.

                          Yatra I do not have any hesitation in saying the most IRRESPONSIBLE travel agent.

                          Read below for the complant I made to Yatra and also till date I do not have any reply on that.

                          Dear Mr. Pavankumar,

                          Please recall the telecon I had with you yesterday night on the flight cancellation and subsequently arised problems. You had agreed to discuss the matter with the concerned as well as with your Managers and come back to me on the issue. I had not been any info till now.

                          Note :

                          1) I had received no mails, SMS and calls from any of Yatra personnel or from the Kingfisher Airlines regarding the matter. Why ? Don't you have any responsibilty on this ?

                          I was informed on the flight cancellation of the second sector of my booking, that is from Hyderabad to Kochi ONLY WHEN I WAS AT THE CHECK IN COUNTER FOR THE BOARDING PASS ON THE DAY OF TRAVEL. This is absolutely not acceptable and expected from Yatra. When complaned to the Airline people, They have clearly pinpointed Mr Qureshi of Yatra is responsible for this.

                          2) Though the Kingfisher issued us the three tickets, there was a 24 hour long delay for the travel. Me and my family had to stay back in Kolkatta. Wastage of our precious time, energy and money in addition to the mental stress.

                          3) I had a booking for Kingfisher Class service for the HYD -KOCHI. Instead we were issued tickets in a low cost flight Jetlite.

                          4) Our tickets were insured. Do make arrangement for the compensation for all the hardships we had undergone.

                          I would like to know your response to my complaints and on the hardships we had undergone and on wastage of precious time and money.

                          PLEASE TREAT THIS AS URGENT AND REPLY URGENTLY ON THIS MATTER.

                              I booked three tickets of domestic flights of 11,000 INR on 11 th April, 2010 through online Yatra.com. Immediately the money was debited from my bank account though yatra.com was showing that my booking was unconfirmed and my money will be refunded within 72 hours. I have mailed the customer service of Yatra.com several times since it was not refunded even after 7 days. After several mails , I got one reply that they are trying to process a full refund and need my card number to do that. I wonder ,why are they asking my card number, and not refunding it in time. Such a big company with a big name has become a cheater because of its poor customer servants. How people are trying to deceive others. I would request common people not to buy any ticket from this type of travel agents. All o[censored]s should get united and complain to court abuot these things and give their emplyees a good lesion so that at least they loose their jobs and die starved.

                              I am also in the same boat, after confirming the amount for the international ticket on email i was told to go to Mumbai lounge at Santacruz to pay by debit card and i did so my amount was immediately debited but late in the evening i was given a call and said that the discount amount given to you was a miscommunication and you will have to pay additional Rs 1450 to get the ticket otherwise we will process for the refund which will take around 4-5 days after stressing she told i will try to get it in 3 days, now 2 days has passed just waiting for tomorrow. but after reading about the brother experience i am concern that i also doesn't have to wait for the refund.
                              I think they are using the funds for there own purpose otherwise like accepting the payment they should immediate refund the payment.
                              Yes we should let our friends know about such fraud and stop them from booking at yatra.com.

                                I had booked a 3 return International air tickets through Yatra Ref No. YT4071812 from yatra.com for DELHI India(DEL) to Guanghou China (CAN).On the Time of air tickets booking or on air tickets no mention about ticket is Non refundable.
                                On 02 April 2010,
                                I called yatra office to reschedule the air ticket. The yatra officer tell me the reschedule the air ticket not possible. U must be cancel these tickets after a charges of Around rs. 2000 – 2300 per ticket. I had done accordingly.I had Made new tickets through Makemytrip.com & send cancellation request to yatra officer Mr. Parag Khatri.
                                On 07 April 2010,
                                We received a mail from Yatra officer Mr. Parag Khatri with these words “We have received an update from the airline regarding your refund that the tickets are non refundable and you are entitled to get the refund of INR 6000 approximately”. Than I mail to officer Mr. Parag Khatri with these words “As we last talk, U had tell us that only around rs. 2000/- per ticket will detect. all money will refund to us. Now U tell us that only Rs.6000/- will refund. we had confirm with u than we go for refund.Please send me Ur direct number for further talk.” Than Mr. Parag Khatri call me & change his words & same mail me these words “as per the update from the airline, the tickets are non refundable and only INR 6000 will be refunded as this was communicated to you over the phone.”
                                Firstly Yatra officer never tell us that these tickets are non refundable, you will checked their voice recoding system available with Yatra offices & cellphone recoding with me. All though when I had called to mr. Now Mr. Pankaj Khatri Start send new Mails with these words
                                On 09 April,201
                                “We are in touch with the airlines and i have forwarded this case to my Senior whenever we will get the confirmation from airlines we will let you know.”
                                On 10 April,2010
                                “We have checked with Airlines but they are not reinstating the tickets.”
                                “We are still in touch with the Airlines, we are trying our level best to confirm these seats however seats are not available in the airlines system.”
                                “We have checked with the Airlines there are no seats available.”
                                On the other side , When I had check Same flight Seat Availability on same days with Ur Yatra.com website, Makemytrip.com & airlines Offices.tickets was available.( Copy of Screen Shot as on April10 2010 & April 11 2010 avilable with me).
                                Now Yatra officer not reply of my mails & phone calls & more over Phone calls go a long hold & than discontected.
                                That we are not able to fulfil the commitment of business with our overseas business associates and also effected our reputation in the local market due to not supplying the material.


                                However we give the time to settle the issue within 15 days by making the refund of amount,needless to say FULL AMOUNT along with the interest at the rate of 15% else we will have no option to file a complaint against you under the Consumer Protection Act of 1986.

                                Dear customers,

                                Beware of yatra.com. It is the worst travel agency always eating our money. i have lost rs 25k by booking a holiday package. Now i hav filed a case in consumer forum.
                                Dear Vivek,

                                I am having some sort of same complaints about the holiday package i booked from yatra.com. I do want to submit complaint in consumer forum. Please guide me for same.

                                  There was an advertisement shown on Discovery channel on 10th April 2010 (time around 11:30AM) which showed that customers can buy the ticket for London for amount Rs. 10000. Same is displayed on there website http://www.yatra.com/. When i couldnt find any link that showed the mentioned rates, i called up there customer care[protected] where a girl names Manorama (Chennai Office) picked up the phone and told me that the offer is not there and its just to make customers call them or visit there website. I have attached a snapshot which shows the ad.

                                  I would request you to sue them for such misleading advertisements.

                                    1. I booked a ticket from yatra.com for Jorhat to Delhi for 01 april 10 ( yatra refrence number 09NPUC).
                                    2. The booking was made on toll free number and while booking I was told that the cancellation charges will be rs 750.00 plus additional 150.00 srevice charges.the eticket printout shows that too.
                                    2. For some personal reasons I had to think of cancelling my flt and the low cost of cancelllation was a factor in deciding for cancelling it.
                                    4. The cancellation was also done on phone and the fact that only rs 750.00 plus rs 150.. would be deucted was confirmed once again.
                                    5. I went ahead with cancellation and after some time I got a mail that instead of rs 750.00 now rs 1500.00 will be deducted because the flt cvered two sectors
                                    6. My mail to the company does not seem to having any effect and my teleconversation with the service personnel on toll free number has not yielded any result

                                      I had the same bad experience booking a ticket for my mother on yatra.com. I put down her name as primary passenger for a Kingfisher flight from CHD-DEL and paid via my online banking account.

                                      When the e-ticket is displayed for printing it has my name on it instead of my mother as passenger. I contacted yatra.com for a name change but they replied after 1 week that it is *not* possible...

                                      Although it was not due to a mistake on my part, I have to suffer for it ... More over the cancellation amount is over 50% the price I paid for the ticket.

                                      (update and correction: It is due to my mistake in the 1st place for using cheap company such as yatra.com for booking ticket with zero customer service).

                                      Someone higher authority needs to step in and improve the system & customer service.

                                      All these airlines and travel agents have a nice way to make extra income from poor innocent passengers.

                                      Yatra.com has poor customer service, long delays in responding via customer support, telephone lines you can never get through, and even if you do, the service reps don't help at all or want to transfer you somewhere else.

                                      my 2 cents:: STAY AWAY FROM YATRA.com online booking service. Instead use another like indiatimes travel or makemytrip.com

                                        I am a frequent user of Yatra.com. Today (03/31) at 2:50 PM I got a call from [protected] number and a Lady spoke to me and told me that since I am a frequent user of "Yatra.com", am I interested in some platinum credit card. I told her no thank you, I am not interested. She said "[censored] Off" and banged the phone. I tried calling this number again and again and I am getting this error "Number not in use".
                                        I am definitely shocked by her behaviour and the abusive language used by her.

                                        In case I am not getting any response from this portal, I definitely plan to register a complaint in Police againt Yatra.com for using the abusive language as I have all the details as proof.

                                        I would request you to track down that Lady and she should applozise for her behaviour and using the abusive languauge with her customers.
