i would like to remind that on 27/10/2010 an amount of rs 5246 has been debitted from my account by yatra.com a/c unconfirmed air ticket from jammu to mumbai vide booking ref no [protected] and refund has not been made till date. despite my series of requests submitted to them. i am being asked by them to furnish my confidential bank details to avoid the refund....

I have booked my tickets on yatra.com with reeference no [protected] and paid the amount but my ticket for Port Blair to Chennai sector remains unconfirmed. Neither yatra executive called me as promised nor responding to my calls. I am stuck up. My tickets for other 3 sectors are confirmed.
