Hi! I have booked a ticket from Bhubaneshwar to Mumbai dated 1st Jan 2010 which I cancelled on 20/12/2009 but till date I have not recd the refund though they claim refund within 7 days.

Yatra Online — Short payment of refund for cancelled ticket

I had booked eticket as referred above on 16th Feb, 2010 for my son, Suyash Sudhir Kulkarni.
After booking I had made enquiry at Air India’s help line number about requirement of transit Visa at London. They informed that it is not required.
While my son went for checking in on 28th Feb, 2010, the Air India refused to give boarding ticket on pretext that UK transit visa is not available. On account of this my son had to cancel the ticket and also the journey to Geneva.
He was supposed to report at UNO, Geneva on 1st March as Research Assistant, which he could not do. He passed through mental agony for not being able to reach in time.
It is surprising and shocking to note this that Air India misguided us by giving wrong information.
Why did Yatraonline issue the ticket without checking the requirement of transit visa. They had instead asked me to check with UK embassy at Chennai for the Visa requirement. I was told that if the transit halt is less than 24 hours and the airport change is not involved, visa is not necessary. Under such circumstances my son is put to inconvenience by flight cancellation in addition to delayed reporting at UNO, Geneva.
Afterwards I recd refund of Rs. 19798 out of Rs. 30,698. It was told that the short refund was towards the penalty charged by Air India due to cancellation. How can Air India levy penalty when the cancellation was due to non issue of boarding ticket to my son for no fault of his. It was misguided by Air India so called 'helpline' that transit visa is not required for 3-4 hrs stay at London. Last minute they insisted for transit visa and refused boarding ticket. For this cancellation and delay to join duty at 'United Nations', my son had to pass through high level agony and mental stress. He went to Geneva 3 days late due to Air India' s wrong advice.
My son must get the refund of Rs 10900 which was short paid for no fault of his.

I Mr. Chitaranjan D. Sahu had plan for Europe Tour Dt. 17/07/2012 Ref. No. 2TF5GB, but due to my visa reject i am not able to go on this tour, I almost paid 1, 00, 000 for tour to Yatra Inline Pvt. Ltd. & continually in contact with Mrs. Ritika Rai her no. is [protected] & [protected] madam also responce me till I paid My Euro of 811. But after rejection of visa she straight forward say me that they are deduct my 100% amount witch is very ridiculous. One more thing i like to share that when i going to paid my last payment in Euro 811 she also idea about my rejection in passport after that also she take my money & told me that I will do all procedure. Kindly tell me what i can do

    Refund for cancellation not made for over 1 month

    Yatra.com is very poor in making refunds if you cancel a flight booking with them.
    We had 2 passengers booked from New delhi to Kolkata on 16 Dec 2009.One passenger was unable to travel, and we cancelled his booking through the yatra.com customer care number.
    They cancelled it and informed us that the refund would definitely be made within 10-15 working days.
    Today 1 month has passed by, and after calling up their customer...

    I booked a e-ticket for train journey through Yatra.com on 4th Jan 09 for Maharashtra Sampark Kranti Sl. The ticket remained waitlisted. As per terms and conditions the ticket is refunded fully waitlisted train e-ticket. I havent received my refund till date. Please do the needful

      Hi,

      It all started when i thought of a trip to Oooty. I have been hearing alot about Yatra from Internet and Television. So, i booked my hotel from Yatra . They told me that i will get coupons within 48 hrs but i never received the coupons from them for more than a week. Despite my numerous calls and emails, i never received the coupons. I was expecting that Yatra would call up or atleast email me with coupons or someone should have called up informing me about the same. That never happened. So, i told them to cancel my bookings via email and phone. They never registered that request. Luckily for me, one fine day the request was lodged and i got some refund back.The issue now is that they have deducted Rs 1500/- approx on God Knows what account and refunded Rs 2663/- back .i have asked them on numerous occassions about the same but they never responded back

      Through this medium, i would request Yatra to look into this and resolve my case. I understand that this amount might not be huge but the key point here is there needs to be some transparency and there needs to be better system in place in Yatra to avoid further such issues.

      Please can you ensure that they take care of this and i get my whole refund.

      Yatra.com — Non refunding of travel fare due to cancellation of bus survice

      i have book a ticket on 28/12/09 from Hyderabad to Pune for 31/12/09 (Jorney date) through yatra.com. My details of tickest are
      Bus service: AP tours and travels
      Yatra Reference No: CJ4JFC,
      Ticket No:TBDQ87325794
      Amoun: Rs 1200.

      On 30/12/09 i recieved a call that bus has been cancelled so i requested them to cancell my ticket as i do not wanted to transfer my ticket to any other bus.

      I tried to contact many times at Yatra.com but no budy is in a position to solve the problem.

      Every time when i m calling yatra.com customer care my call is being kept on hold.

      So till date i have not got my amount back.

      Request u to take the neccesary action against them so that i can get my amount back.
      Yatra should shut down their shop. So many big names (reliance, network 18 etc) are behind it but shame less people.

      I paid approx 1.20 lakh in adavnce for mauritius trip of my friend and they asked me more money, saying fare has gone up, then I paid that then they say the category of room you have choosen is not available now, we will give you some other category of room, , 3 months of regular follow up with them and then also not getting what I paid for.

      approx 150 mail and 500 phone calls I made but their attitude was - go to hell, we dont care.

      even people with such big designation (co-founder, india head - retail, regional head- punjab ) were sitting idle, enjoying their so called meetings and doing nothing.

      I am going to consumer court shortly to show them the mirror.

      yatra.com is literally taking customers for a ride. I bet their CEO is one of those corrupt ex-bureaucrats with links to the utterly corrupt aviation ministry. Now they are giving a buy 1 get 1 free offer. Consumers naturally expect that if they buy a Rs. 2200 ticket under this offer then they will get a Rs. 2200 or lesser amount ticket free on the next flight booking from their site plus some taxes. But look at the way these [censored]s scam people. They put a fine print in the terms and conditions of the offer that only the base fare will be given as discount and then they change the base fare to Rs. 200 from Rs. 1800 for a Rs. 2200 ticket from Vadodara-Delhi and Delhi-Vadodara. So they give only a Rs. 200 discount when you use their promo code which they deliberately email 2-3 days late when buying the next ticket. Plus note how their system works. For the same flight from Delhi to Vadodara on Feb 21 2011 the Indigo website is showing base fare as Rs. 1800 while Yatra.com is showing base fare as Rs. 200. The taxes on Indigo are shown around Rs. 500 while on Yatra.com it is Rs. 2200 plus. Wow! How can the aviation ministry sit quietly and allow passengers to get scammed, how can they allow travel websites to set a completely different base fare when the website of the same airline and the same flight on the same day is showing the base fare as Rs. 1800. Not only that, their customer support team are total Delhi-type lukkha people, they way they talk and back answer reeks of sniggers suggesting "oh you you got fooled by our websites scheme, no point complaining". And to add to the woes, their website cancellation page lists ticket cancel charges levied by airline as Rs. 750 when the call centre person told me the charge was Rs. 350, he said that the website is showing a "default charge". Right. Default to fool customers again, and to stop them from cancelling tickets when they realise they have been fooled the first time over. See the attached images for the complete picture. They are also not refunding the Rs. 130 insurance purchased for the flight. Now if no one is travelling on the flight where is the need to buy insurance? But they don't refund that, they cut Rs 350 (airline cancel charge JetLite), Rs. 200 (Yatra cancel charge) and Rs. 130 (non-refundable insurance) so total money eaten by these [censored]s is Rs. 680 for giving no service on a ticket of Rs. 2200. Wow! We Indians are born scammers. Jai Hind, yea riigggggggggggggght.


      Going by my personal experiences as well as the wide variety of complaints on this and other consumer forums, it seems that there is no honest company left in India at all. Shame, shame, shame, the land of the Vedas and the sanatana dharma has turned into a big pile of thanks to the globalised market.

        Hi Yatra,

        This is to bring to your notice that inspite of my several attempts to know the actual status of my refund for the Yatra Reference 65ZVBC. The ticket was booked for 2 passengers from kolkata to chennai and the travel date was 13th Jan, 2010. The ticket was booked on 14th Dec, 2009 and the amount paid was Rs 5660. On calling Yatra Customer Care they are not informing me the exact status of my refund that actually when the amount is going to refund. I have attached the mail received from yatra on saying that the amount is going to get refund on 5 working days but still there is no progress from Yatra side.

        Kindly look into the matter and please update me with the current status of my refund.

        Hi Yatra,

        This is to bring to your notice that inspite of my several attempts to know the actual status of my refund for the Yatra Reference 98SQLC there was no action. The ticket was booked for 1 passenger from kolkata to Agartala and the travel date was 19th Oct, 2009 but was not confirmed & i had to cancel it. I had to pay a sum of Rs 2264/- debited from my account number [protected] to SBI[protected]G11123550 Transfer to [protected] of Yatra's account. On calling Yatra Customer Care they are informing me that the refund will be done within few days & this is continuing for last 2 months.
        Kindly look into the matter and please update me with the current status of my refund.

        Dear Sir,

        This is to inform you the inconvenience & problems we faced due to improper planning of return flight to mumbai from New Delhi .We were delayed by Kingfisher from leh while landing at New Delhi by 21-25 minutes . Luggage delay of the airline caused further delays. Further our flight was not continued at same terminus instead we had to go to another terminal i.e. from terminal 3 to terminal 1 due to which we were never able to reach the Go Air Check in counter in time i.e. instead of reaching 45min. early we could reach only 30 min. & Go-air never gave any consideration to our request . Go Air asked us to Check with Kingfisher for considerations as it was Kingfishers delay. We went to terminal 3 again catching a cab from Terminal 1 to request Kingfisher. But Kingfisher said we could have considered had the booking been done for Mumbai with Kingfisher.They could not help for this delay as the connecting flight was with Go Air & further more Go Air could not offer readjustment at their airport counters due to discounted rates fixed with Go Air.
        During this process we informed your Mr Prabhu & based on his instructions we booked fresh tickets, the cheapest available was with Goair by taking a cab back from Teminal 3 to terminal 1. We were very unhappy due to these inconviniences & Mr Prabhu informed us to go ahead with the bookings & refund would be done within 3 to 4 days.

        Total cost of ticket rebooking is as under:

        Charges of GoAir Tickets for 5Persons & 1 Infant (MRS VISHWAJYOTI Y CHAUHAN, MR SANAT KUMAR CHAUHAN
        MR AKKASHH CHAUHAN, MR YATINDRA CHAUHAAN, MRS SARITADEVI CHAUHAN, INF AMITHI CHAUHAN) = Rs 20788
        Taxi Charges for going to Kinfisher at Term3 from Terminal1 & back (Mega cab & Meru ) = Rs. 310

        Total Charges = Rs.21098/-

        Request you to refund the said amount immediately.

          I had booked two rooms at Hotel Payal, Khajuraho on 21 Dec 2009 on your website on 10 Dec 2009. I have yet to receive the confirmation and Hotel vouchers through yatra.com website which promised them within 3 hours.

          A call to yatra.com phone number [protected] at 1000h on 12 Dec 09 brought a promise from the person at the other end to e-mail the same by 1200h the same day. I HAVE SPENT AT LEAST RS 100 ON STD Calls to [protected] since yesterday but no executive is coming online.

          Pl expedite

            Yatra.com have charged my credit card but have not issued any tickets or refunded me.

            They promised to get back to me firstly within 24 hours and after 24 hours, they later changed it to 48 hours. That was a week ago.

            I still ahve not heard back from them.

            How do I escalate and how do I report this mal-practice.

              Hello,
              I made an hotel reservation with Yatra.com on 10.12.2009 for "The Grand Palace,Yercuad" and made the payment of Rs 10433.00 too, They gave me an reference # yt3815954. They were supposed to send the actual reservation vouchers within 48 hours. But that never happened. The customer care does not respond. They would put on hold for 20-30 mins or disconnect the phone. When I am lucky to speak to one of them I get hear various cooked-up stories.Sometimes they would say that the reservation is done, while sometimes they say that can't send the confirmation due to some technical issue. I checked with the hotel and no actual reservation is made.
              This is clearly a fraud where they take the money but don't make any booking and try to goo[censored]p the money. I requested for a refund but they say that can't do it. I want to lodge a complaint against them and get the money back. I am sure friends in the forum have similar experience with this company, So can you please advise what shall be done next? I am prepared to go to any extent to deal with this. I wouldn't hesitate to take any legal help also.

                I had booked 2 tickets on 05.09.09 vide booking reference no. OUJ9KC subsiquently the tickets were cancelled online on 13.10.09 and confirmation was received that Rs. 3608/- is refund amount but till date not received the refund back nor any response from the office of YATRA insipite of calling continously they put the call on hold. Request the intervention in solving the problem and getting the refund immediately.

                  I had booked domestic airline travel tickets from AHmedabad to mumbai thru YATRA.com which i had to cancel bacuase of some personal changes in the travel plans.

                  I cancelled the tickets by talking to them over the phone a month ago.

                  However, they have yet not refunded the money to me. I have tried calling them few no of times and every time i have been told it will be processed in 2-3 days..

                  I am fed up now...and wish to take legal action.

                      after charging me an amount of Rs. 7687 the yatra.com people are not even ready to talk properly on the customer care no.they say that the seniors are looking into the matter and they are very busy to talk to you therefore we will get back to you in 2 days and this has been happening for 15 days now. i was charged the amount for my return tickets but the tickets were not given to me.

                      they are frauds and i want my bank and the consumer complaint forum to take serious action against them. this is not the first time that they have done such a fraud.

                      please look into the matter with a serious aspect.

                        I HAD BOOKED 2 BUS TICKETS FOR INDORE THROUGH YATRA.COM UNDER

                        THE TICKETS WERE CANCELLED BY YATRA.COM WITHOUT MY INSTRUCTIONS
                        ON 23TH COT.09 UNDER CANCELLATION REF.NO. 1349154 OF RED BUS.

                        THERE WERE LOTS OF CORRESPONDENCE THROUGH E MAIL AND THE REFUND FOR CANCELLED TICKETS WERE PROMISED. YET AFTER MANY REMINDERS THE AMOUNT OF REFUND IS NOT CREDITED NOR ARE THE YARTA.COM PEOPLE RESPONDING TO MY MAILS. THE CALLS TO THEIR CUSTOMER CARE PEOPLE ARE NOT ANSWERES BY ANY RESPONSIBLE PERSON AND AFTER HOURS OF WAITING AND SUFFELLING AMONG DIFFERENT DEPT. AND PERSONS I GET DISCONNECTED AS THEY ( YATRA )
                        PEOPLE DO NOT HAVE A CLUE AS TO THE ISSUE AT STAKE.

                        Dear Sirs,

                        I am receiveing shock after shocks from yatra for making a mistake by
                        booking my Bus tickets for Indore.

                        On 12th Oct. I had tried to book 2 tickets for Indore.
                        I tried to book A/c. Sleeper - Hans Travell. The amount of Rs.1700 was debited to my credit card account , but a message was flashed on my PC saying that the Transaction is not done as the bookings made by me are not available. The message also said that this happens sometimes and
                        that I neednot worry the amount already debited to my account will be credited to my account shortly.

                        I then proceeded to book another tickets and Booked 2 Non A/c.tickets - Hans travels. The transaction was successful and I was issued proper tickets.

                        I waited for refund of Rs.1700 but it was not credited for quite some time. Upon contacting your customer care person I was informed that since only one of the 2 transaction was confirmed I was due
                        to get the refund of non confirmed ticket worth Rs.1700.00 and that it will be done soon the delay was due to festival holiday, as I was told.

                        Till day before yesterday I did not get the refund and I kept on trying to contact you,

                        Ultimatly after trying several times and having been rotated to 4 defferent people and wasting my time for Hrs. with Yatra I was told that both my booking are confirmed. I narated the whole issue and asked the persons concerned as to how the transaction which failed and money debited wrongly was to be refunded suddenly The transaction was confirmed. Upon receiving the information about the failure of first one I had booked another ticket for the same destination for the same day.

                        Again I was told to hold for several minutes and was ultimetely asked as to what I want to do?.

                        I repeated that it is not what I want to do matters as far as I am concerned Only one transaction was confirmed and for which you had issued ticket. I need the full refund for the incomplete transaction
                        of Rs.1700.00

                        Again going through the routine I was told that my transaction for Rs.1700 has been cancelled and I will get the refund within a couple of days.

                        TO MY UTTER DISMAY I RECEIVED A MAIL AS GIVEN BELOW THAT MY SECOND TRANSACTION HAS BEEN CANCELLED. HOW AND WHY ?????

                        WHAT ABOUT MY REFUND FOR Rs.1700.00 FOR WRONGLY DEBITED BY YOU FOR NON CONFIRMED TRANSACTION AND FOR WHICH NO TICKET WAS ISSUED BY YOU.

                        AND WHY CANCELL THE TICKET FOR WHICH THERE WAS NO PROBLEM AT ALL ( TICKET NO. TBB[protected].

                        EVEN TODAY I HAVE CONTACTED TWICE TO YOUR CALL CENTER WITH THE SAME HISTORY OF ROTATING ME TO SEVERAL PERSONS , KEEPING ME ON HOLD FOR SEVERAL MINUTES AND ULTIMATELY NO RESULT.

                        I KNOW I MADE A SEROUS MISTAKE IN BOOKING THROUGH YATRA, AS I DO KNOW HOW TO DEAL WITH INCOMPETANT PEOPLE WHO DO NOT CARE FOR CUSTOMERS, FOR SEVERAL DAYS KEEP THE UNCONFIRMED TRANSACTION OPEN AND SUDDENLY SAY THE TICKET IS CONFIRMED BECAUSE THE CUSTOMER IS RIGHTLY DEMANDING THE REFUND WRONLY DEBITED TO HIS ACCOUNT , UNILATERALLY CANCELLING AND BOOKING TICKETS. ALL THIS TO WHAT PURPOSE - TO AVOID REFUNDING AMOUNTS WRONGLY DEBITED IN THE FIRST PLACE ?

                        Yatra.com — Non-refund of cancelled ticket amount

                        Hi,

                        I had booked one airline ticket from Chennai to Calicut on 7th Oct through yatra.com. Here is the ticket details for the same.

                        Flight reference number from yatra: [protected]
                        Flight: Air India-IC-IC - 925
                        Airline PNR: RL7LFS
                        Amount: Rs.2,187

                        I got a call from Air India after one week mentioning that the flight has been cancelled and the amount will be credited to my account through yatra soon.

                        When there was no refund from yatra till 3rd of November, I dialed Yatra custormer care and got the information that the refund process has been started already and it would be credited to my account within 72 hours.

                        There were no refund from Yatra even after 10 days so that i contacted the customer care again. The support assistant and senior told me that there is some problem in refund from Air India and the delay is because of that.

                        I sent a mail to customer care on November 20th and they replied that the refund is under process and to wait for few more days. The refund didn't happen after that also so that i sent a mail again on 29th November. This time there is no reply also from the support team.

                        It is been around 2 months after cancellation of the ticket and still Yatra has not refunded the amount to my account. So i kindly request you to take necessary action to get the refund for me as soon as possible.

                          I made out a payment for yatra bus service from Hyderabd to bangalore on 26 Nov 2009
                          through my credit card but I ain't received any receipt or confirmation no & the payment got authrized from IVR system & when I contacted with Customer care they said that no booking is done with my credit card. Now the amount is reflecting in my credit card statement. So what can I do???

                            While I was booking a round trip from delhi to bangalore (02/12/09 -05/12/09, indigo) on 26/11/09, error occurred during transaction and Rs 11950 had been deducted from my account (sbi netbanking) without successful flight booking.

                            i've also not received any ticket through mail and no bookings show up in my yatra login.

                            I contacted Ms. Meera at yatra contact nos., she confirmed that no flight was booked but she didn't give any clear answer of refund of money. YATRA REF. No. M36JZC , gives unconfirmed booking but my account statement (attached as attachment) clearly depicts deduction of Rs 11950.

                            yatra.com is literally taking customers for a ride. I bet their CEO is one of those corrupt ex-bureaucrats with links to the utterly corrupt aviation ministry. Now they are giving a buy 1 get 1 free offer. Consumers naturally expect that if they buy a Rs. 2200 ticket under this offer then they will get a Rs. 2200 or lesser amount ticket free on the next flight booking from their site plus some taxes. But look at the way these [censored]s scam people. They put a fine print in the terms and conditions of the offer that only the base fare will be given as discount and then they change the base fare to Rs. 200 from Rs. 1800 for a Rs. 2200 ticket from Vadodara-Delhi and Delhi-Vadodara. So they give only a Rs. 200 discount when you use their promo code which they deliberately email 2-3 days late when buying the next ticket. Plus note how their system works. For the same flight from Delhi to Vadodara on Feb 21 2011 the Indigo website is showing base fare as Rs. 1800 while Yatra.com is showing base fare as Rs. 200. The taxes on Indigo are shown around Rs. 500 while on Yatra.com it is Rs. 2200 plus. Wow! How can the aviation ministry sit quietly and allow passengers to get scammed, how can they allow travel websites to set a completely different base fare when the website of the same airline and the same flight on the same day is showing the base fare as Rs. 1800. Not only that, their customer support team are total Delhi-type lukkha people, they way they talk and back answer reeks of sniggers suggesting "oh you you got fooled by our websites scheme, no point complaining". And to add to the woes, their website cancellation page lists ticket cancel charges levied by airline as Rs. 750 when the call centre person told me the charge was Rs. 350, he said that the website is showing a "default charge". Right. Default to fool customers again, and to stop them from cancelling tickets when they realise they have been fooled the first time over. See the attached images for the complete picture. They are also not refunding the Rs. 130 insurance purchased for the flight. Now if no one is travelling on the flight where is the need to buy insurance? But they don't refund that, they cut Rs 350 (airline cancel charge JetLite), Rs. 200 (Yatra cancel charge) and Rs. 130 (non-refundable insurance) so total money eaten by these [censored]s is Rs. 680 for giving no service on a ticket of Rs. 2200. Wow! We Indians are born scammers. Jai Hind, yea riigggggggggggggght.


                            Going by my personal experiences as well as the wide variety of complaints on this and other consumer forums, it seems that there is no honest company left in India at all. Shame, shame, shame, the land of the Vedas and the sanatana dharma has turned into a big pile of thanks to the globalised market.

                              I was booking a round trip kolkata-bangalore-bangalore flight ticket, when you search flights, it said 9993/- for three passenger one way all surcharge and taxes included with a base fare of 400/-. And when I finally go to do the booking it does not book kolkata-bangalore and books only Bangalore-kolkata and charges me 18600/- which I felt was for round trip, and when the ticket is mailed to me, it is only for one way. So annoyed when I call and share my grievance with the customer service at yatra.com, they give a cold shoulder.
                              So jittered when I go to cancel the ticket, I am charged Rs.2900/- as total cancellation charges. As per the search page the base fare was 400/-each but I land up paying 750/- each as the final confusing base fare each is reflecting as 2250/-. Dont know how it works, but has lost 2900/- and time to book ticket at a good price.

                                Refund of Money for ticket cancellation

                                I have book i airticket using Yatra.com and after someday i ahve cancelled the ticekt. I have contacted them after almost one month about refund money. Please Kindly find details of mail conversation i have did with their representative:

                                TODAY ON WWW.YATRA.COM I HAVE BOOKED A TICKET ON INDIGO AIRLINES



                                WHEN ISTARTED BOOKING MY TICKET AT THAT POINT OF TIME THE FAIR IS NEARLY APPROX 11500 BUT WHEN I OOKED THEY CHARGED ME 16433 FOR THE SAM ETICKETS THEN I HAD RANGED TO CUSTOMER CARE DEPARTMENT THEN I TALKED TO SOME NISHTHA .SETH (CCE) & HIS TEAM LEADER SONAM .GYATSO

                                WHOM I TOLD MY COMPALINT BUT THEY R NOT WILLING TO UNDERSTAND MY PROBLEM TAHT WHAT HAS HAPPEND TO MY TARNSACTION



                                AND THEY REPEATDLY TELLING ME THAT THIS UR FAULT THAT U HAVE BOOKED HIGH FAIR TICKET MOREOVER ERALIER THEY TOLD ME THAT IT IS FAIR OF SOME OTHER AIRLINE THAN ON (2) TIME THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY DO NOT HAVE FAIR 11500 WHOLE DAY



                                LASTLY THEY TOLD ME TAHT THEY UPDATE IN REAL TIME AND THEY CAN NOT DO ANY



                                THEY TOLD ME TO TARVEL AT LAST

                                I ASKED THEM TO CANCELL TICKET AT THAT POINT OF TIME THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY WILL CHARGE 750+310 +55 FOR CANCELLATION OF THE TICKETS !!!!!





                                SO I FELLL I HAVE BENNN DUPEEDDD BY THE SITE OF WWW.YATRA.COM MOREOVER CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES AND TEAM MATES R TARINED TO BELIVE CLIENT TAHT THAT IT A FAULT OF CLIENT ONLY AND THEY CAN NOT DO NAY THING!!!!!!!!!!!!!



                                SO NOW I M DECIDING TO CANCEL TICKET AND MAKE SURE THAT IN FUTURE NOT ANY INDIAN CITIZEN CAN BE DUPEDDD BY THSES COMPANY AGAIN

                                ALSO I HAVE ONE MORE COMPLAINT THAT WHEN I HAD BOOKED EARLIER WITH COMAPNY AT THAT POINT OFF FFTIME ALSO THEY HAVENT SENDED ME THE VOCHARS ON BOOKING TICKETS ON 1 TIME & ON OTHER TIME THEY HAVENT REVERTED THE CASH BACK FOR ABOUT 8 MONTHS





                                SO THIS TIME I THINK THE COMAPNY YATRA ONLINE IS FRAUD !!!!!!!!!!!


                                ALSO I TOLD THEM THAT I HAVE TO BOOKK 2 MORE TICKETS ON SAME SECTOR FOR NAGPUR TO DEL & DEL TO NAGPUR AFTER CANCELLING THE FLIGHT IN WHICH THEY CHARGED ME 5000 RS MORE

                                BUT EVEN THEN THEY DO NOT WANT TO LISTEN MOREOVER THEY TOLD ME APPPKKKOOO JO KUCH KAR NA HAI KARO HUM KUCH NAHI KAR SAKTE WE R ENABLE TO HELP U

                                THEY TOLD ME WE DONT NEED CUSTOMER LIKE U

                                I booked an Indigo ticket through yatra.com of the flight no 6E 404 deperting from Kolkata at 6.30 pm but when I entered the booking ref sent to me and I entered my mail address and date correctly it shows wrong information is entered and it is not matching with PNR so I could not able to get needed itinerary please help me to get it .

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    I have booked a ticket from Mumbai Central to Ahmedabad for 30th Oct 2009 from Yatra.com and yatra.com website shows that transaction is failed. Due to failure of transaction i have booked once again ticket and transaction shown as sucessful. But when later i have check my account of yatra.com, i found that yatra has provided me two ticket for same date. However for ealier failed transaction they have alloted me ticket and charged for that. Due to wrong communication of yatra.com, i have booked another ticket and due to that i have to pay both ticket. However, i required only one ticket. Since for Tatkal ticket, Indian Railway is not providing refund. For this reason, i am not able to recover my losses for one extra ticket i have booked. Further, when i had complaint with yatra.com, they denied to give the refun. I would like take up this issue with Consumer form. Please help. and guide me.

                                    I am facing the same problem.I have booked 2 no. tickets, A.C Chair Car in shatabdi exp (2008) mysore jn - bangalore cy jn for 10.12.09 on yesterday evening i.e 2.12.09 .Yatra.com and yatra.com website shows that transaction is failed.I have not received any information for my reservation and I am waiting for the same.I an registered member having user name [protected]@yahoo.com.Pl solve my problem.

                                    I travelled from bangalore to delhi in Rajdhani which leaves bangalore at 8.20pm. I have to tell in vain the train is very low class seats and AC was not working I was feeling that i am travelling in a passenger train which covers only few hours distances. As you know that bangalore and delhi journey is approximately 40hours it is difficult even to sit or to sleep. I had my copassengers all young working boys who were all from north India were loughing at the train conditions telling that south indian rajadhani were third class compaired then i also felt that still our railway has not improved quality wise and every year when they read the budget we hear womany promises and new trains but nithing will be done and again they give new promises coming here also just please people. I request you to kindly do not present the new budjet until last year promises are not fulfilled.

                                    I also request you to give some good trains to bangalore also which is growing so fat.
