Yatra.com cheating me

On 5 october, 2009, I booked two tickets at a time from Yatra.com(Bnagalore to Indore and Indore to Bangalore). But one of the ticket(Bangalore to Indore) is not conformed. Money is already deducted form my credit card account. When i called customer care, they wanted more money for that unconformed ticket. I denied for paying that amount. Money taken but ticket not issued

I had booked a ticket on 20th September 2009 (Yatra Reference Number: NV52LC ) for IT-136 from GAU to BOM for travel on 22nd September 2009. The money (Rs. 7,147.00) was taken out of my account through OnlineSBI (Reference Number : MSBI[protected]IG11152968 TRANSFER TO [protected]). Even my account on yatra.com says that the payment was a SUCCESS.

My repeated emails to yatra.com has not yielded any response. It looks yatra.com...

Hi,

I have not got refund for the following Yatra Bookings till date.

Had talked to Yatra call center agent named Nidhi Bharadwaj (at the toll free number-[protected] at 1058 hours/22nd September) and she refused to:

1. Give me a complaint number
2. Tell me that I am lying and the refund has been given to me
3. Refuse to give me any interaction id of my call to the contact center...

Fraud calls on my mobile phone

Dear Respected Sir/Madam,

I have been getting constant phone call from this number [protected] on my and my wife's mobile.
The person who was calling us said that he is calling from Yatra services (Agents for airline & other such services) and as i am a frequent flyer with yatra so you would be getting a yarta platinum card and points on all travell which would help me to gain points and bla bla bla...br...

refund of money

Hi, I have tried booking my air ticket to Mumbai from Bangalore on 4th Sep 2009. I tried booking through my Barclays credit card and it was declined three times. Then I booked my ticked through other customer. But now the money has been taken from my credit card by Yatra.

Their customer care lines are not at all working. I am not able to get in contact with them on this issue.

Misleading Rescheduling with Cancellation

I booked a ticket on yatra.com with the following details:
Mum-HYD : 8/09/09. Fair details: Base:1850 Taxes : 329 Airlines: Indian Airlines
On 7/09/09 i wanted to reschedule this ticket. I called Yatra Office and they said the system is down please ask Indian Airlines to reschedule. Infact the lady asked me to force Indian Airlines people and make them do the necessary.

NON PAYMENT OF 10% CASHBACK ON 2 INTERNATIONAL AIR TICKETS

Yatra.com in their site promised 10% cash back on air tickets purcahsed through them by HDFC credit card.On 10 Feb i bought 2 tickets Delhi-Toronto- Delhi (via) London. PNR ref: 2RZAAZ. I fully paid in April by HDFC credit card. They promised 10% cashback within 10 days. Its been over 4 months and they have not paid.

Train Ticket Refund still Pending

I booked a ticket from Chennai to Kayankulam on 27/07/2009 and cancelled the same on the same day. Yatra.com informed me through mail that the amount (Rs.700) will be credited to my account within 4 -5 working days, that too after myself sending plenty of emails to them enquiring about the refunds, it seems nobody can contact them over phone for cancellation refunds. Today one full month elapsed nothing beyond assurance mails from yatra.com....

Money debited without any ticket & without any ntimation

(1)With the change of system I created Net Cash Card with HDFC BANK (around 9AM) (master card) for Rs.6000/-
With that card I tried to book air tickets for Chandigarh -Pune flights at 3400/- on Yatra.com & Clear trip Clear trip .com.Both these sites repeatedly conveyed in the end that they don't accept such card, use another.And I tried for 5 hours but in vain, neither Yatra.com nor Clear Trip ever confirmed that...

Money deducted without booking the ticket

Hi,

I was booking domestic Flight with IOB debit card. There was no confirmation message at the end but money was deducted.I have called to them and then ask me to send the scanned copy of the ATM slip which had the transaction information and the reference No. for the transaction. After 1 week they told that there was no transaction happened with that debit card.

Refund not received

I booked a ticket over phone on April 25, 2009 from Ahmedabad to Delhi. The yatra website showed a cash back offer and i confirmed it with the yatra executive who booked my ticket over the phone. Its been 3 months now and i do not see any refunds or emails from yatra.

What are you people upto? Why do you want to earn money by fooling unassuming customers?
