Hi,

I made out a payment for yatra bus service from Hyderabd to bangalore on 26 Nov 2009
through my credit card but I ain't received any receipt or confirmation no & the payment got authrized from IVR system & when I contacted with Customer care they said that no booking is done with my credit card. Now the amount is reflecting in my credit card statement. So what can I do???

    While I was booking a round trip from delhi to bangalore (02/12/09 -05/12/09, indigo) on 26/11/09, error occurred during transaction and Rs 11950 had been deducted from my account (sbi netbanking) without successful flight booking.

    i've also not received any ticket through mail and no bookings show up in my yatra login.

    I contacted Ms. Meera at yatra contact nos., she confirmed that no flight was booked but she didn't give any clear answer of refund of money. YATRA REF. No. M36JZC , gives unconfirmed booking but my account statement (attached as attachment) clearly depicts deduction of Rs 11950.

    yatra.com is literally taking customers for a ride. I bet their CEO is one of those corrupt ex-bureaucrats with links to the utterly corrupt aviation ministry. Now they are giving a buy 1 get 1 free offer. Consumers naturally expect that if they buy a Rs. 2200 ticket under this offer then they will get a Rs. 2200 or lesser amount ticket free on the next flight booking from their site plus some taxes. But look at the way these [censored]s scam people. They put a fine print in the terms and conditions of the offer that only the base fare will be given as discount and then they change the base fare to Rs. 200 from Rs. 1800 for a Rs. 2200 ticket from Vadodara-Delhi and Delhi-Vadodara. So they give only a Rs. 200 discount when you use their promo code which they deliberately email 2-3 days late when buying the next ticket. Plus note how their system works. For the same flight from Delhi to Vadodara on Feb 21 2011 the Indigo website is showing base fare as Rs. 1800 while Yatra.com is showing base fare as Rs. 200. The taxes on Indigo are shown around Rs. 500 while on Yatra.com it is Rs. 2200 plus. Wow! How can the aviation ministry sit quietly and allow passengers to get scammed, how can they allow travel websites to set a completely different base fare when the website of the same airline and the same flight on the same day is showing the base fare as Rs. 1800. Not only that, their customer support team are total Delhi-type lukkha people, they way they talk and back answer reeks of sniggers suggesting "oh you you got fooled by our websites scheme, no point complaining". And to add to the woes, their website cancellation page lists ticket cancel charges levied by airline as Rs. 750 when the call centre person told me the charge was Rs. 350, he said that the website is showing a "default charge". Right. Default to fool customers again, and to stop them from cancelling tickets when they realise they have been fooled the first time over. See the attached images for the complete picture. They are also not refunding the Rs. 130 insurance purchased for the flight. Now if no one is travelling on the flight where is the need to buy insurance? But they don't refund that, they cut Rs 350 (airline cancel charge JetLite), Rs. 200 (Yatra cancel charge) and Rs. 130 (non-refundable insurance) so total money eaten by these [censored]s is Rs. 680 for giving no service on a ticket of Rs. 2200. Wow! We Indians are born scammers. Jai Hind, yea riigggggggggggggght.


    Going by my personal experiences as well as the wide variety of complaints on this and other consumer forums, it seems that there is no honest company left in India at all. Shame, shame, shame, the land of the Vedas and the sanatana dharma has turned into a big pile of thanks to the globalised market.

      I was booking a round trip kolkata-bangalore-bangalore flight ticket, when you search flights, it said 9993/- for three passenger one way all surcharge and taxes included with a base fare of 400/-. And when I finally go to do the booking it does not book kolkata-bangalore and books only Bangalore-kolkata and charges me 18600/- which I felt was for round trip, and when the ticket is mailed to me, it is only for one way. So annoyed when I call and share my grievance with the customer service at yatra.com, they give a cold shoulder.
      So jittered when I go to cancel the ticket, I am charged Rs.2900/- as total cancellation charges. As per the search page the base fare was 400/-each but I land up paying 750/- each as the final confusing base fare each is reflecting as 2250/-. Dont know how it works, but has lost 2900/- and time to book ticket at a good price.

        TODAY ON WWW.YATRA.COM I HAVE BOOKED A TICKET ON INDIGO AIRLINES



        WHEN ISTARTED BOOKING MY TICKET AT THAT POINT OF TIME THE FAIR IS NEARLY APPROX 11500 BUT WHEN I OOKED THEY CHARGED ME 16433 FOR THE SAM ETICKETS THEN I HAD RANGED TO CUSTOMER CARE DEPARTMENT THEN I TALKED TO SOME NISHTHA .SETH (CCE) & HIS TEAM LEADER SONAM .GYATSO

        WHOM I TOLD MY COMPALINT BUT THEY R NOT WILLING TO UNDERSTAND MY PROBLEM TAHT WHAT HAS HAPPEND TO MY TARNSACTION

        I booked an Indigo ticket through yatra.com of the flight no 6E 404 deperting from Kolkata at 6.30 pm but when I entered the booking ref sent to me and I entered my mail address and date correctly it shows wrong information is entered and it is not matching with PNR so I could not able to get needed itinerary please help me to get it .

            I have booked a ticket from Mumbai Central to Ahmedabad for 30th Oct 2009 from Yatra.com and yatra.com website shows that transaction is failed. Due to failure of transaction i have booked once again ticket and transaction shown as sucessful. But when later i have check my account of yatra.com, i found that yatra has provided me two ticket for same date. However for ealier failed transaction they have alloted me ticket and charged for that. Due to wrong communication of yatra.com, i have booked another ticket and due to that i have to pay both ticket. However, i required only one ticket. Since for Tatkal ticket, Indian Railway is not providing refund. For this reason, i am not able to recover my losses for one extra ticket i have booked. Further, when i had complaint with yatra.com, they denied to give the refun. I would like take up this issue with Consumer form. Please help. and guide me.

            I travelled from bangalore to delhi in Rajdhani which leaves bangalore at 8.20pm. I have to tell in vain the train is very low class seats and AC was not working I was feeling that i am travelling in a passenger train which covers only few hours distances. As you know that bangalore and delhi journey is approximately 40hours it is difficult even to sit or to sleep. I had my copassengers all young working boys who were all from north India were loughing at the train conditions telling that south indian rajadhani were third class compaired then i also felt that still our railway has not improved quality wise and every year when they read the budget we hear womany promises and new trains but nithing will be done and again they give new promises coming here also just please people. I request you to kindly do not present the new budjet until last year promises are not fulfilled.

            I also request you to give some good trains to bangalore also which is growing so fat.

              My Credit Card have been charged falsely for an unconfirmed ticket. After contacting yatra they sent an email stating that the money will be credited back within 10-15 working days.It's been 1 month and the money is still not credited back. After contacting Yatra they keep on promising that the money will be credited back. As of Now I don't Know what to do hence I am putting my problem here hoping to get some help.

              Hi,

              I booked a hotel and airline ticket via yatra.com (Ref. No. KRDNYA and NVHNYA) which costed me Rs.9384/- and Rs.8380/- respectively.

              However I happen to see my card statement online and i was surprised to see that my card was charged on same day by yatra.com for Rs.17584/- without any reason.

              I immediately called yatra.com with Ms. Arti Chowdhary attending the call and she told me that she will check with the finance team and i should send her copy of my online card statement screen. I did the same and then she told me that she will do the needful.

              Then i received no reply so i called again next day and she was buzy on call with someone else so i talked to other lady over there and she said that it was a technical mistake of their site and the amount will be refunded to my card within 10 to 15 days.

              Now, my son is a website programmer working with Craig Brass Systems (UK) and is highly expereinced and works in coding the payment gateways and he told me that this transaction can't just be a technical fault. It is either an intentional charge or yatra.com is storing our card details which are then routed to someone else.

              Now my request to yatra.com is:-
              1) Stop their site immediately as it is not at all safe for online transaction.

              2) Verfiy with another security expert programmer that the programmer has not left an intentional or unintentional loop hole in their webiste.

              3) Trace this transaction very carefully as online transaction is a matter of trust and if trust is broken nobody will book with you.

              4) In any case, they should not store the customer card details into their database etc..



              Hope my complaint would alert all the yatra.com customers as well as the owners/executives of yatra.com so they take appropriate action to ensure security.
              I think yatra.com is quick so far to respond to my complaint over here. They have geared up their officials and i received call from Mr. Rasik Malhotra, Sr. Manager - Operations to enquire on the issue and they are trying to find out the reason of problem.

              Its good that the company watches this board carefully and is trying out a resolution to their problem.

              Will keep the board updated on the progress..
              Do not buy any products from yatra.com. They debited my credit card but did not honour airline booking. They will debit your card first and then tell you that there are no flights available. I have been waiting for a refund for over a week and still not received it. Do not be fooled by their claim to be ATOL protected, as they are not and your money is at risk. They also claim that only available flights are listed which is a lie. How can they use the claim ATOL protected when clearly this is not the case. BEWARE YOUR CREDIT CARD IS AT RISK.

              Yatra.com — CREDIT CARD CHARGED

              Dear Sir,

              I had done an online railway booking on Yatra.com on 12/10/2010. I tried to issue ticket from Gudur to Ahmedabad twice. But could not get the ticke issued as there was payment failure notice and even I had not typed my secure password.

              But surprisingly when I noticed my credited card statement it shows that the amount of Rs. 986 has been chared on my credit Card. i.e. total amount of Rs. 1972 charged in my card by Yatra Online (P) Ltd., Gurgaon.

              I tried to contact them immediately, they assured me that the refund has been processed and soon it will be credited. But, even after so many days the same has not yet been credited. Now whenever I try to contact them their is no proper reply from their end.

              Kindly suggest me what could be done in this matter.

              What is the benefit yatra.com getting by offering Rs 400 discount (twice) for storing credit card details??? How is this gonna help them ... something seems fishy...

              Why does the yatra.com ask for copy of credit card and passport after many day of booking a ticket online. They say if do not send in next few hours the ticket will be cancelled. Why is that?

                  This is in regards of a complaint of a flight booking. On 16/10/09 i wanted to book flight tickets from mumbai to goa for 3 passengers for 06/02/10. I searched for the cheapest fare with all the travel portals and airline websites. The cheapest fare i got was with go air website (rs.3366) and the same fare was with travelguru.com. As per yatra website i was getting rs.5802 and with ibibo.com it was rs.5214. i called up the yatra customer care number and spoke to a supervisor whose name was barinder and told him that as per your website it says that if there is a price difference you will compare it and he told me that he cannot do so and i can book with other options available, may be go air website or travelguru website.

                  If that is the case then why do they falsely claim that they will match the price if the fare is different or cheaper with some other website or travel portal?

                    Levying of additional charges without showing this & the amount to the user during the booking process

                    I just booked a flight ticket from Guwahati to Delhi for 02 Nov 2009 on yatra.com. While I was entering information to book the ticket the flight fare showed Rs. 2,829/- & no where on any of the screens during the booking process stated that yatra.com will levy an additional fee of Rs. 55 for the booking. I went ahead & booked the ticket without verifying the amount when my credit card's "verified by VISA" screen appeared.br...

                    On 5 october, 2009, I booked two tickets at a time from Yatra.com(Bnagalore to Indore and Indore to Bangalore). But one of the ticket(Bangalore to Indore) is not conformed. Money is already deducted form my credit card account. When i called customer care, they wanted more money for that unconformed ticket. I denied for paying that amount. They cancelled my unconformed ticket and told to refund full amount for unconformed ticket. But till now I am not getting that amount. But my other ticket(from Indore to Bangalore) is valueless. Because I am unable to go Indore for above reason. My conformed ticket depends upon my unconformed ticket. If i want to cancell my conformed ticket(from Indore to Bangalore), they will charge huge amount. My yatra reference nunber is JPZFNC. I booked the tickets(to and fro) at a time. Yatra.com is doing such kind of fraud case.

                      I had purchased a return ticket (Mumbai-Copenhagen) for journey dates 31st August 2009 (Mumbai-Copenhagen) and 21st December 2009 (Copenhagen-Mumbai) on Turkish Airlines from Yatra.com office

                      at Ahmedabad (Navrangpura area). The E-Ticket number is 235 [protected]. The ticket was purchased using my credit card ([protected]). I cancelled the tickets on 13th August 2009. According to the rules, the amount (after deducting a cancellation charge) should have been refunded to my credit card account. The executive in Yatra's office told me that it would be done within 45 days at most. I kept tracking the progress regularly, and was every time told that it would take a few more days. Finally, on 29th September, I got to know that the amount had actually been refunded on 20th August itself, but to a different credit card number belonging to someone else. This is gross wrong-doing on behalf of the agency, and when I tried to reason with them to revert the amount back to my account, they asked me to settle with the person who got the money. I have been made to go through emotional harassment, as well financial loss (interest payment on credit card account which would not have been there if the refund was done correctly). My sincere request to you to ensure that justice is delivered.

                      Yatra.com — Refund of the ticket amount

                      Dear Sir,

                      I had made a booking for Go indigo flight on 10th April.09. The ticket was booked for my brother Satyam Sahu, through my credit card. However i had to cancel the ticket on 14th Apil.09. The cancellation was done by directly calling the Go indigo call center. They said the ticket has been canceled and the money is refunded back to Yatra. Yatra has not only deducted another three hundred from the refunded amount but till date even after calling them repeatedly they have not refunded the money to my credit card account. Since yesterday 18th May the call center people tell me that it would be refunded today . Today they told me that i would be credited in three four days since the process is initiated. Please help us over come this problem by giving the right judgment.

                      Yatra.com — FRAUD INTERNATIONAL AIR TICKET

                      I have purchased the ticket from delhi to malayasia by jet airways for which I have done the partial payment ( Rs. 10, 759 )and after that I have made full payment ( 32, 280). After it the executive call me that we arrange your ticket in Malaysia airlines and I have told and email them please book that for me. After that they send me the invoice No. AI/09-10/2253538 wide ref. no. 2530199 of Rs. 43, 037.28 to me I have cancel that flight they didn’t mention anywhere in the ticket or in any mail that your ticket is refundable of non refundable but my fist ticket is refundable. They have send me the refund of Rs. 3, 276 only. They have deducted Rs. 39, 761 for what whenever the taxes are refunable basic in any airlines those are 24, 652 .                       I booked return tickets on27June from Kolkata to vadodara and back for 16 sep &26 oct 2009.The server of yatra crashed when only onward journey was done.Subsequently I cancelled the journey and Ms Rita Deori confirmed to me telephonically that booking no98A40C was cancelled and after subtracting Rs750 balance of Rs 8037 would be credited to my acct. Ihad also requested for e, mail confirmation of same but not received in spite of my e.mails on 27 &29June.Yesterday Rs 8787 has been deductedin my credit card .Please clarify position of my cancellation and refund. Alternatively if not cancelled let me retain tickets and take the printout. My tele nos are[protected]&[protected]

                        I had booked a ticket on 20th September 2009 (Yatra Reference Number: NV52LC ) for IT-136 from GAU to BOM for travel on 22nd September 2009. The money (Rs. 7,147.00) was taken out of my account through OnlineSBI (Reference Number : MSBI[protected]IG11152968 TRANSFER TO [protected]). Even my account on yatra.com says that the payment was a SUCCESS.

                        My repeated emails to yatra.com has not yielded any response. It looks yatra.com has ripped me of my money and never issued the ticket. I suppose this constitutes a clear case of fraud.

                        Any advice from anyone as to what should be the next course of action ?

                        I also had the same problem. I have booked from Chennai to Delhi on 10th September and after acceptance the money was debitted but once asking for ticket issuing it said it was not successfull.

                        Subsequently I asked Yatra over e-mail and complaint no.ID 4115431 was automatically appeared but subsequent e-mails no response.

                        I do not know why Yatra is not doing proper service, Also find difficult to contact by phone.
                        The good news is that after I posted by complaint on this website, yatra.com (which did not respond to my direct attempts to reslove the matter) immediately got in touch on the basis of my above complaint. On 29th Septemeber they refunded the full amount to my bank account.

                          I have not got refund for the following Yatra Bookings till date.

                          Had talked to Yatra call center agent named Nidhi Bharadwaj (at the toll free number-[protected] at 1058 hours/22nd September) and she refused to:

                          1. Give me a complaint number
                          2. Tell me that I am lying and the refund has been given to me
                          3. Refuse to give me any interaction id of my call to the contact center (toll free number. This is against government regulations.


                          Non refunded ticket 1: Yatra Ref 5SH7JC

                          Non refunded ticket 2: Yatra Ref T6O7JC

                          This is confirmed from ICICI that no such refund has happened.

                            Dear Respected Sir/Madam,

                            I have been getting constant phone call from this number [protected] on my and my wife's mobile.
                            The person who was calling us said that he is calling from Yatra services (Agents for airline & other such services) and as i am a frequent flyer with yatra so you would be getting a yarta platinum card and points on all travell which would help me to gain points and bla bla bla...
                            Initally i did not answered him but later i gave him all my details like Full Name, Current and Permanat Address, Office Address, Mothers Name, Wife's Name, PAN Number and Date of Birth.
                            But when i tried to trace this number it was not found any where on the internet and when i tried calling him back on the same number it was never reachable and the line was busy 24 * 7.

                            Please let me know what i should do, and also help me to trace this number asap.

                            i have also received a call from this number[protected] . she said that she is calling from yatra.com even i wonder how didthey get my phone number but iam sure that this has to be a guy/girl from yatra.com coz they have contacted me just after booking a ticket from yatra. this can be a serious problem, having all the details of our identity. there has to be solution for those who had been thru these kind of fake calls..

                            iam going to take this matter to fraudulent/crime investigators

                              Hi, I have tried booking my air ticket to Mumbai from Bangalore on 4th Sep 2009. I tried booking through my Barclays credit card and it was declined three times. Then I booked my ticked through other customer. But now the money has been taken from my credit card by Yatra.

                              Their customer care lines are not at all working. I am not able to get in contact with them on this issue.
                              So I kindly request you to look into this serious matter. I promise I will never get into Yatra in my life.

                              yatra.com is literally taking customers for a ride. I bet their CEO is one of those corrupt ex-bureaucrats with links to the utterly corrupt aviation ministry. Now they are giving a buy 1 get 1 free offer. Consumers naturally expect that if they buy a Rs. 2200 ticket under this offer then they will get a Rs. 2200 or lesser amount ticket free on the next flight booking from their site plus some taxes. But look at the way these [censored]s scam people. They put a fine print in the terms and conditions of the offer that only the base fare will be given as discount and then they change the base fare to Rs. 200 from Rs. 1800 for a Rs. 2200 ticket from Vadodara-Delhi and Delhi-Vadodara. So they give only a Rs. 200 discount when you use their promo code which they deliberately email 2-3 days late when buying the next ticket. Plus note how their system works. For the same flight from Delhi to Vadodara on Feb 21 2011 the Indigo website is showing base fare as Rs. 1800 while Yatra.com is showing base fare as Rs. 200. The taxes on Indigo are shown around Rs. 500 while on Yatra.com it is Rs. 2200 plus. Wow! How can the aviation ministry sit quietly and allow passengers to get scammed, how can they allow travel websites to set a completely different base fare when the website of the same airline and the same flight on the same day is showing the base fare as Rs. 1800. Not only that, their customer support team are total Delhi-type lukkha people, they way they talk and back answer reeks of sniggers suggesting "oh you you got fooled by our websites scheme, no point complaining". And to add to the woes, their website cancellation page lists ticket cancel charges levied by airline as Rs. 750 when the call centre person told me the charge was Rs. 350, he said that the website is showing a "default charge". Right. Default to fool customers again, and to stop them from cancelling tickets when they realise they have been fooled the first time over. See the attached images for the complete picture. They are also not refunding the Rs. 130 insurance purchased for the flight. Now if no one is travelling on the flight where is the need to buy insurance? But they don't refund that, they cut Rs 350 (airline cancel charge JetLite), Rs. 200 (Yatra cancel charge) and Rs. 130 (non-refundable insurance) so total money eaten by these [censored]s is Rs. 680 for giving no service on a ticket of Rs. 2200. Wow! We Indians are born scammers. Jai Hind, yea riigggggggggggggght.

                                Dear sir,

                                I have booked an air ticket for pune to Guwahati online through www.yatra.com of kigfisher red for Rs 8167/- on 12.09.09 for 13.09.09 and same is also paid by my credit card immediately through their IVR system and also debited to my credit card A/c.in the morning at 11.13 am. A hour after I make enquiry to toll free No. of yatra.com for my e-ticket an customer care executive told me that your ticket is not confirmed so your money will be refunded to you within 7 to 8 days and will be credited to your A/c.
                                in all these sequences i feel very unsecure and in mental pressure and get cheated by yatra online pvt ltd. i.e. www.yatra.com
                                all my programmes at guwahati get cancelled and i suffer a loss of Rs 1 lac.
                                can anyone or Consumer forum help me for the same
                                Kindly explain me procedure to complaint against yatra.com

                                  it was a bad eexperience for me that a week ago i booked a ticket from yatra.com,from chennai to Srinagar Sheduled at 18 Sep 09 of Jet Airways,but at the end of booking it showed transition failed,but at the same time a phone call came to my no. thst ur ticket has been sucessfully booked and a valid PNR was given ,and it was told that ur ticket will be emailed to ur email id.but neither it was emailed nor any other phone call came. plz do the need ful for me as the flight is to be shudled very soon after..

                                  On 19 of april 2010, i tried to book 02 no. of tickets for self. The first one from delhi to kolkat on 23 may 2010 and the second one from kolkata to silchar on same dat of 23 may 2010. My first ticket got booked and the pnr was send to me from yatra side ...however durinf my second bookin from kolkata to silchar, after giving all the details the transaction got failed, but there was an assuance written on the screen that amount will not be deducted.After checking the balance in my account i realised that the amount has been deducted . to my surprise the amount which got deducted from my account was the same of the first ticket i.e. Rs 3294..where as i was trying to pay some other amount for the second ticket...my details are given below

                                    Hi,

                                    I wished I had checked the reviews of BOOKING through a highly useless and non-trustworthy site known as Yatra.com. Let me put it this way, your number of testimonials is far less than the FRAUD and CHEATING reviews that people have written about you all over the internet.

                                    I boooked my ticket for "hotel issac regency" on Sep 9 @ 11PM. Immediately i got a wonderful mail from Yatra saying "Bookig Status: Confirmed". Next day I get a call from Vineeta who mentions that "sir, your booking status is still in Progress"... then why was the mail saying CONFIRMED???? She, without any hesitation says that I will get back to you by 6 and we will have the accomodation confirmed. I said OK. I waited till 6:15 and no call from Yatra... I called and connected to Vineeta, who mentions that we are still working on it and will get back to me 7PM (which is the same time as when her shift gets over). I waited till 7:30 and guess what!!! Vineeta has left the office keeping me hanging!!!! I connected to Sandeep who assures me that I will get a call back by 11AM on Sept 11 and get the issue closed and as he wont be here, so Sanjay Mathur will take on the case.

                                    Till 11:30, I didnt get a call, so I called yatra again and went through the stupid IVR menu. After which, I come to know that because of floods in delhi, only a few people have showed up. So, after arguing for 15mins with the agent, she reluctantly fwded the call to Simran, who after much arguing said that I will get a call @ 12:30... and it wont be 12:31 also... but guess what, I get a call @ 12:44 (amazing customer promise). By that time Sanjay was in, so he called me then. And he assured that I will get a confimed booking/ alternative by 4:30. I got a call @ 5 with a new resort named "Planet Green Resorts" and which was recommended by Sanjay that it is a good hotel and stuff. I checked the hotel online and came to know that the hotel doesnt have basic amenities like TV and A/c. It was great to know that Yatra has such highly recommended hotels in their list and that too the room that was provided was the lowest avlbl with the hotel. So, I refused the hotel and gave option of "hotel woodland". Sanjay, as usual, promised me that he will get back to me before 7 with the status for the hotel. He got back to me by 7 saying that he has fwded the info to the backend team and they are working on it. It took him around 2 hrs to fwd the info to the backend team and will get an updated status by 12:30 on Sept 12. In the meanwhile i checked with Hotel woodland, and the room they had promised to keep till 7 was given to a customer @ 7:15. So, the room was full.

                                    I waited for Yatra to call me back by 12:30... which was my mistake because by now I should have realised that Yatra is the "God" when it comes to delivering FALSE and HOPELESS promises. so, I called again and asked for Supervisor as Sajnay had informed me earlier that he wont be in office on 12th. Vineeta routed the call to Simran, who was in meeting and could not come out. On persistently forcing, she put me on hold daying that She will ask simran to come out. I waited for 16mins and finally disconnected the call. I got a call back from Simran, after 30mins (Guess, she was in a very important meeting that spoiling the customer relations, and that too by the Hotel Manager of Yatra, was highly unimportant).

                                    After a lot of discussion and everything, Simran was quite comfortable in saying that the best she can do is get "hotel the resort" which is a sister concern of Issac Regency. The hotel again on calling was completely booked and no review was avlbl for the same. I asked her to connect to her senior who was again Helpless because of amazing policies set by Yatra. And the best part is that, everyone in Yatra seems to have realized after 3 days that since its a long weekend, hence all hotels are running full.

                                    Prashant, was equally helpless with the reservation. I gave him a lead for Hotel Mintflower which had accommodation still available, but he required more time to book the hotel. Which, I was unable to provide simply because of the fact that Yatra had already done enough damage to my vacation. He was unwilling to share his phone number saying that it was against the company's policy. It would be great if you guys can explain the policy where a Confirmation mail is sent previous day by Yatra for booking and next day Yatra calls and says that the booking is not confirmed. Where are your policies now? I was not asking the number to call him and disturb. It is just the non professionalism that is shown by Yatra towards the customers feelings and emotions. Since, he wasnt ready to commit that he will get me the hotel, I asked for a refund. Yatra is such a pathetic company that even after so much happening, you guys had the guts to say that as per company;s policy, the refund will be credited in MINIMUM 5 days. I have read numerous articles on internet which mention that Yatra takes amazingly long time to process the refund, but when you book, it has to be done instantly. I have never seen any worst and awful customer service and that too in a sector where Customer requires pampering.

                                    After the call, another hotel was recommended by Simran which was in some other part of Kerala. It would be in Wayanad district, but all the places which are worth visiting in Wayanad are too far. And as expected, the hotel had no reviews and it was quite cheaper than what I had booked. No wonder, you were so quick in saying that we can close the deal with them right now. The

                                    In the end, i would just say, that guys in Yatra are just a bunch of Fraudsters sitting there right from the bottom till top who have no intention of looking at customer woes and making their trip memorable.

                                    Hi,

                                    Just to clarify, I have never stayed in Planet Green resort. They attract an entirely different set of customers who are more inclined towards spending their vacation without A/C, TV, etc. The reason i had put them was because I was looking for a hotel which has these facilities and Yatra without checking my needs had put the particular hotel as an option for me.

                                    This is request to you not to book any hotel with Yatra.com, because I have face so many problem while tour to my holiday to Rajesthan. I have booked 2 night in jaipur( booking ref. YT7095338 & [protected]), 1 night in Ajmer ( booking ref. [protected].)and 2 night in Udaipur (1 night in Jaiwana Haveli and another 1 in Trident Hotel).

                                    I have face major problem in Trident entire my family day has wasted because of yatra. While we go for check-in in Trident Hotel, at receiption they said their is NO booking in my name, I also shown my booking confirmation voucher of yatra. But they refuse it. I have contacted to yatra to short out the issue. Yatra has taken 6 Hrs to resolve, then I have check In 10:30Pm in night.

                                    Yatra really I am very upset with the way of your working.
