I did booking through Yatra.com
These people are not giving refund of INR 18000 from last 15 days.. What action is expected. these are making fool to consumers.they dont having any phone number where we can contact.

Hi,

I tried to book train tickets today on 14th August from Yatra.com, tickets were from Haridwar to Delhi costing Rs 1064.21.

As i made the booking from Yatra.com and selected UPI option of payment through Gpay, the amount got debited from my account and the application got crashed.

I did not receive any details of booking neither the debited amount is refunded to my account.

I raised a complaint through mail at [protected]@yatra.com and got the automated response with ticket no - YA:32852237. But still did not get any confirmation regarding booking.

Request the yatra.com team to look into this and try to resolve this issue and refund my money or provide me booking confirmation.

We have booked three rooms at Dev Villas - Udaipur with Yatra com and got confirmation on booking.. While travelling to Udaipur, we called at property to know status of our booking and we're surprised to know that our booking is not confirmed.. We tried calling Yatra numbers and local contact but could not get resolution. On special request hotel allowed us for stay in substandard room. We continuously called Yatra but nothing got resolved. Finally we have to leave hotel as it was booked... We are extremely sorry but Yatra is very ill managed company and have no local support team for tourists.. We want full refund of our booking amount along with compensation for all mental agony faced by all of our family members including three senior citizens...

I tried to book train ticket yesterday[protected] from Borivali (mumbai) to New Delhi, H NIZAMUDDIN, train no 12909 for October 13, 2022.

When I entered the passanger details and proceeded with payment through credit card the amount got deducted but my ticket was not booked .

The total amount deducted from my credit card was RS 2265.45.

I tried calling your customer care number immediately but there was no response on the number[protected] /10,[protected],[protected],[protected].

Now the status in my yatra app is showing that my ticket is cancelled.

Kindly let me know what has to be done and refund my amount which got deducted immediately.

Also provide me a working customer care number where I can speak regarding this issue.

I am S N Panigrahi. I have booked Online, Bina Resort through Yatra.com for stay from 23rd to 26th June 2022 at Nainital by paying Rs. 11227/-(Eleven Thousand Two Hundred Twenty Seven only) - Booking Reference Number[protected] and hotel Confirmation Number YAT[protected] for Stay in Nainital.

However, We Couldn’t Trace out the Hotel – The Address Provided by Yatra.com is Not Complete & Incorrect.

The Contact Details Provided are Not Working. Even Yatra.com Customer Support was also Not Responded. This Looks like a Clear Fraud Case.

As a Result, Entire Purpose of Tour Travel Disturbed and all the Amounts Spend for the Purpose is Wasted and created Great Inconvenience and Mental Agony.

Refund with Compensation Promised by the Company - But No Refund Even after a Month.

Yatra.com Looks Like a Fraud & Cheating Company - Not Reliable - Should be Avoided
