Refunded money

Hi, i just book the hotel through the yatra website after fews day when i cancelled the hotel i recived the cancellation confirmation but money still not paid in my account...

Money deducted but no confirmation

I have booked through Yatra for de rock jungle in Coonoor from 21st to 22nd of June 2022, but there has been no information about booking confirmation or mail, but the money has been deducted, I have paid an amount of 4497...

Took my money but did not do the booking

I booked a hotel through Yatra and went ahead and paid from my credit card. I got the money deduction message (₹30k). However, Yatra.com showed an error and said that the request couldn’t go through.

I checked with the hotel again and again but they did not receive a booking until i did it again.

Give me my money back RIGHT NOW....

Hotel room cancellation No Refund

I've booked the hotel room and paid for the hotel to yatra. But the hotel said that they have no connection with Yatra and no rooms were not booked by yatra website and also no rooms were left to book. I mailed to yatra and they said that they initiated the refund. But still I haven't received any amount. There is no customer service....

Money debited two times but didn't receive tickets. Need refund as soon as possible

On 8th June 2022 I booked bus ticket from Ahmedabad to udaipur on yatra. The money got debited but I didn't receive any tickets from your end. I thought it must be a glitch and in urgent need I again booked one ticket and the same happened the second time also.

Till then it's 13 June I have written emails to yatra. No customer care number is there for yatra on which I can complaint.

Refund not processed even after 15 days

I have booked cab from yatra with reference id numbers,[protected] and it was cancelled by the car rental partner of yatra himself. I got message that the refund will be processed for this booking.
Then I tried again with booking ID number[protected] this was also canceled from their end and I got message that refund will be processed.
The status showed cancelled by car rental for both the bookings.
Why my 2 time...

Amount Deducted but ticket not booked via netbanking

I booked 2 flight tickets in economy class from Bhopal to Bangalore on 8 June, My amount of Rs 12165 was deducted through Netbanking sbi, but no ticket was booked.

Wrong dates mentioned on website and confirmation emails

I Booked a family ticket from pune to Hyderabad for the 4th June 1:45am as mentioned on the website however the operators that they selected had it for the 5th june which is not right and the full amount was deducted no point of contact nothing, my whole trip has been ruined and i am looking for a compensation for the sams with full refund

YA:31803038 - refund amount - flight ticket

I tried booking 2 flight tickets from Bangalore to Dehradun, Rs 19, 204 got deducted from my phonepe account. I have neither got a confirmed ticket after payment nor refund. I tried writing to yatra.com but an auto response received with interaction ID YA:31803038.
kindly help me to get refund ASAP.

Hotel cancellation

I had booked a resort through yatra.com. due to some personal reason I had cancelled that stay and initiated for refund process and the cancelled ref. number is[protected]....
