I have booked a ticket at yatra.com with credit car card no ending with 6215 but I didnt get refund today itself. I had booked today itself. But money got deducted but didnt get the refund.

My booking refrence number is[protected]. Ticket isnot booked but money got deducted . Please refund my money as soon as possible.
Booking reference number is not available with me as it said failed booking but I can share email id himanshuss.[protected]@gmail.com. [protected] is the number.

    Refund for hotel booking cancellation not yet received

    Address: 1101, 11th Floor, Tower B, Unitech Cyber Park, Sector – 39, Gurgaon (Gurugram), Haryana, India, Pin Code – 122001

    Hotel booking done on 10th June.

    Booking ID[protected]

    Paid Rs. 40320 by credit card.

    Cancelled the booking on the same day 10th June.

    100% refund guaranteed.

    But the refund amount of Rs. 40320 not yet credited to my credit card account even after two weeks....

    I booked 3 tickets in a bus via Yatra app. Money credited to Yatra with Ref. NO.[protected] also. But no any type of confirmation or information message came to me neither in mail nor in sms or WhatsApp. Therefore I couldn't find my bus and couldn't even enquire the bus as no contact number received by me. So, I missed that ticket price and bus. So, it is requested you to refund that money.

      The same was cancelled on the same day with guaranteed 100% refund.

      But the refund amount has not been credited to my credit card account even after about 2 weeks.

        I have cancelled two hotel booking from yatra on 16th June (ref No:[protected] and 17th June (ref No:[protected] but even now the amount is not refunded. There is no reply to email and complaints on the portal. No customer care available.

          Hi,
          I had booked a hotel through Yatra and compelted my stay on 16th/17th.
          Hotel Booking ID:[protected] .
          Hotel confirmation number: YAT[protected]
          Complaint Number 'YA:32043033'[protected]My-Booking

          Post that i have not received the GST bill.
          When I approached them they are saying Hotel witll give.
          When I speak with the Hotel they are saying Yatra has to give.

          Is Yatra getting GST credit for itself and NOT PASSING IT ON TO consumers?

          I need them to issue me a Tax / GST Invoice.

          Glad that you have responded.
          I am attaching your 'so called' response and subsequent closure.
          The law says that - IF YOU TAKE MY MONEY - then you MUST issue me a Tax Invoice.
          You stance that Hotel will issue is NOT VALID. The Hotel says that I have NOT recd payment from you and hence I cannot give you the GST invoice.
          I do see a Input credit in my GST system, BUT that is ONLY for the service charge and NOT the netire amount.

          I AM SURE this is NOT AN ISOLATED incident. Not sure if you are CLAIMING the INputs credit for yourselves without passing it on to the end consumer!?

          Please resolve this between you and the Hotel on WHO WILL GIVE ME A TAX INVOICE for the money that I paid.??

          I am adding the YATRA screen shot where they mentioned the TAX amount... However niether Yatra NOT the Hotel is keen in giving the Invoice with this GST amount mentioned. WHere is the Accountability?

          I am sure others are also facing such issues.

            I am informing you that my booking has not been accepted by the hotel authority. They informed us that the hotel (Rupasi Bengla, Puri) has no tie-up with Yatra.

              I have booked a hotel room of Ambica Residency on 8th June 2022 (08.06.2022). But for some reasons I have cancelled it on the next day that is 9th June 2022 (09.06.2022).                 Hi, i am writing in regards to my Yatra booking from bangalore to Singapore.
                The booking shows not confirmed and PNR is listed 0000, i tried to contact yatra by all means and it routes me to writing a complain over mail for which the resolution time was 2-3 hours and its been more than 12 hours now with no response by any means.
                I want to understand the state of my ticket because otherwise i can quickly rebook my tickets to avoid paying any surge charges and why is Yatra so irresponsible.I contacted Indigo who is the airlines i contacted and clearly they dont have any data of this travel as this must be an issue with Yatra itself.

                We appreciate if there is atleast a communication that this booking is through or not .

                  Its been over a month and Yatra team is unsuccessful in proceeding with a refund for booking reference number[protected] . They are highly unethical staff which shows solace through mails for delay in process and then ask for more time to proceed with a refund. I have been in communication with them for past one month for a simple refund and been in a email loop for over 6 times but they still give the same excuse.

                            I booked a hotel through Yatra and went ahead and paid from my credit card. I got the money deduction message (₹30k). However, Yatra.com showed an error and said that the request couldn’t go through.

                            I checked with the hotel again and again but they did not receive a booking until i did it again.

                            Give me my money back RIGHT NOW.

                              I've booked the hotel room and paid for the hotel to yatra. But the hotel said that they have no connection with Yatra and no rooms were not booked by yatra website and also no rooms were left to book. I mailed to yatra and they said that they initiated the refund. But still I haven't received any amount. There is no customer service.

                                  On 8th June 2022 I booked bus ticket from Ahmedabad to udaipur on yatra. The money got debited but I didn't receive any tickets from your end. I thought it must be a glitch and in urgent need I again booked one ticket and the same happened the second time also.

                                  Till then it's 13 June I have written emails to yatra. No customer care number is there for yatra on which I can complaint.
                                  Ticket 1 amout debited: - 510
                                  Ticket 2 amount debited: - 460

                                  I request yatra team to take necessary action on this or else I have to go to consumer forum for help.

                                    Hello, I have a booking with SriLankan Airlines with the Booking confirmation ID 6CMOLW. The passenger & itinerary details are as follows -

                                    HYD (05:25) - CMB (07:20) | June 21, 2022
                                    CMB (13:05) - LHR (20:00) | June 21, 2022
                                    LHR (12:40) - YYC (14:30) | June 22, 2022

                                    However, I got an email yesterday, from [protected]@srilankan.com saying that My first flight on June 21, 2022 | HYD - LHR was canceled & reaccomodated for a flight on June 22, 2022 | HYD - LHR.

                                    I was bit worried and contacted the Online Chat support of SriLankan Airlines and the representative said that first two flights were reallocated as follows -

                                    HYD (21:20) - CMB (23:15) | June 22, 2022
                                    CMB (13:05) - LHR (20:00) | June 23, 2022

                                    But the 3rd flight wasn’t reallocated
                                    LHR (12:40) - YYC (14:30) | June 22, 2022
                                    {Misconnection}

                                    And the representative said that there is a transit error in LHR and I need to contact you in-order to get my flight from LHR - YYC reallocated.

                                    So I request you to please look into this and assist me a with a proper SINGLE / ONE ticket for the booking 6CMOLW.

                                    Note - 1) Please note that, as the flight cancellation and reallocation are in your side (SriLankan Airlines), I will get a free change and I am aware that I do not need to bear any extra charges. 2) Please also note that, I do not need a separately booked tickets for this booking as there will be immigration issues for me if you do so. Therefore, kindly provide me a with a SINGLE / ONE Ticket with a complete itinerary from HYD - YYC.

                                    Airline is asking to contact you “YATRA” about this as I made booking through you.

                                    I request you to put this query / booking error on high priority to clear this error. Please reply asap. I am looking for alternative flight from LHR - YYC as there is a Misconnection.

                                    The customer support has been already notified 4days ago and everytime I call them to get the alternative flight for Misconnection in LHR Airport, they are saying that “Our team will contact you in 24-48hrs and ending the call”. However it’s already been more than 96hrs.

                                    I don’t want you to just notify the customer support team. Please reallocate me to the alternative flight on 24th of June from LHR - YYC as the first two flights have already been reallocated by the airline which are on 22nd of June from HYD - CMB & 23rd of June CMB - LHR. All I want is an alternative 3rd flight in this booking. Also as airlines cancelled and reallocated the first two flights already for free of charge as the cancellation is at their end, I must get an alternative 3rd flight from LHR - YYC which is for free of cost as The cancellation and reallocation of flights are at the Airline end.

                                    Please assit me accordingly, asap. I beg you YATRA.

                                    Thank you for your respose. The interaction ID 31927601 is not allocated to me in the multiple emails that I did. Could you please confirm the interaction ID to which you are replying? Or is that interaction ID linked to the other email address? My email address is “[protected]@gmail.com” which is updated/modified in your system already.
