We have booked a hotel through yatra.com with reference number[protected] and hotel confirmation number YAT[protected]. We called the hotel people and they told us that all the bookings from yatra were cancelled. We mailed the same to email: [protected]@yatra.com and also given so many missed calls to check in assistance number [protected]. We have not received any proper response either by mail or by phone.

Amount deducted

I was trying to book flight tickets that not got booked, but the amount has been deducted from phonepe. I tried contacting customer care but the no. I got is unavailable, then I also mailed yatra customer care but no any ticket no aur complaint no. has been provided. Pathetic response.

Complain regarding refund

I, Bidyut Sadhu, was booking train ticket from Asansol Jn to Amritsar Jn in 13005 Hwh Asr Mail train on 7 Aug 2022 with booking id[protected] for 3 adults. The amount has been deducted from my bank account but I have not received my ticket. The refund should have been done within 7 days but I have not received it. I am trying to contact yatra customer care for last 3 daysb but I have not received any response. It seems the phone numbers...

Money debited/ no ticket received

My money got deducted from my bank account while booking the ticket through UPI, but i didn't get any confirmation mail from yatra services. No one is responding....

Yatra.com is not refunding the hotel cancellation

I cancelled hotel booking from yatra.com on 16 August 2022, 9pm and 15 minutes and today till 17 August 2022, 4pm 47 minutes also they didn't refund back my money and neither they are replying on interest charged (which is 4% of amount per hour).

Payment got Debited but ticket not booked.

I tried to book my flights without logging in to yatra.com, The email id is [protected]@gmail.com. I was trying to book the tickets on 16th August 2022 at around 11.30 PM.
While trying to pay, the amount was debited but the website showed that "payment has failed, please try again" but the amount has already been debited. The fight was SG-160 on 10th September.

I did booking through Yatra.com
These people are not giving refund of INR 18000 from last 15 days.. What action is expected. these are making fool to consumers.they dont having any phone number where we can contact....

Train booking details not received

Hi,

I tried to book train tickets today on 14th August from Yatra.com, tickets were from Haridwar to Delhi costing Rs 1064.21.

As i made the booking from Yatra.com and selected UPI option of payment through Gpay, the amount got debited from my account and the application got crashed.

I did not receive any details of booking neither the debited amount is refunded to my account.

We have booked three rooms at Dev Villas - Udaipur with Yatra com and got confirmation on booking.. While travelling to Udaipur, we called at property to know status of our booking and we're surprised to know that our booking is not confirmed.. We tried calling Yatra numbers and local contact but could not get resolution. On special request hotel allowed us for stay in substandard room. We continuously called Yatra but nothing got resolved....

I booked a flight ticket from Viz to Delhi yesterday. I made the payment of INR 11651 and transaction got successful but I did not receive any booking confirmation.

Booking for AI flight from Mumbai to Trivandrum done through Yatra website today 07.08.2022. Booking failed showing session timeout. No transaction reference from Yatra. My account debited and amount credited to Yatra. Details given. Your VPA [protected]@upi linked to Indian Bank a/c no. XXXXXX4370 is debited for Rs.5626.00 and credited to yatra.[protected]@sbi (UPI Ref no[protected].-Indian Bank. Need an immediate refund....

Regarding money deduction by Yatra but flight ticket email not received

While booking the ticket, the money got deducted from my account but the ticket email or any email regarding it was not send to me.
I tried contacting the yatra people, not response from the customer care....
