In the process of booking flight ticket from Patna—Mumbai for 5th October, 2022. The payment did go through and the amount was deducted from my account. However, there was no ticket booking that has happened.

Note: The booking process was made as Guests login.

    On 06 september 2022, I searched flights from DEL TO COK, Google showed me a result of yatra.com. A INDIGO flight with a fare of ₹9783- when on spice jet's website the same flight costed ₹10, 000/- approx

    Naturally I thought yatra was providing the best fare and proceeded to book.

    It led me to yatra.com where I put in my traveller information and email ID / phone number

    Finally it asked me to pay. I choose UPI, it prompted me to open my UPI app and complete the payment.

    After completing my payment the when I opened the website it froze and payment didn't reflect.

    I contacted [protected]@yatra.com with my UPI app invoice. No response

    Sent reminder emails, no response

    Lodged complaint on yatra.com to escalate this issue. No response.

    I want full refund of the amount deducted from my account.

      On 23Aug 2022, I searched flights from DEL TO Cok google showed me a result of yatra.com. A flight with a fare of ₹9783

      It led me to yatra.com where I put in my traveller information and email ID / phone number

      Finally it asked me to pay. I choose UPI, it prompted me to open my UPI app and complete the payment.

      After completing my payment the when I opened the website it froze and payment didn't reflect.

      I contacted [protected]@yatra.com with my UPI app invoice. No response

      Sent reminder emails, no response

      Lodged complaint on yatra.com to escalate this issue. No response.

      I want full refund of the amount deducted from my account.

        I have paid for my flight tickets but didn't receive my tickets. As if my money is stuck. They received the money still not receiving my tickets.

          I did a hotel booking in Mabalipuram on 1st September 2022 for 7th and 8th October 2022. Booking reference number[protected]. I cancelled the hotel booking on 1st September itself. No information on the refund process. I want it to be refunded in the original mode of payment.

              I booking my hotel on 4 Sept and i tried to cancel this on 2 sept and tried to cancel till might night 3 sept but its always give me error on their website. Their dont have any phone support for cancellation. I emailed them with error screenshot and now they just emailed me that you have to cancel it before 4. Actually i beleive they created a bug on website just to eat user money who want to cancel their booking. Please help

                A refund has been approved for booking reference number[protected] with total refund amount of 4760.50 INR. I have got an email 4 times saying i will be getting refund in next 3-4 working days but every time nothing happens afterwards and i have to follow up again. This has been really frustrating. It was a major rescheduling from airlines itself hence the refund was immediately approved.

                    The flight was cancelled by the airline and still convenience fee is charged to me also in the app its reflecting that refund has been processed however in my bank account no refund is reflecting so kindly refund the amount as well as the convenience fee too

                        Iam Himanshu Chauhan, I booked a hotel from yatra on 4 August 2022. My hotel not even booked and money deducted from my account of Rs 1412. I have waited for 1 week but my money didn't refund to me. After that I mailed them at customer care of yatra they told me that my refund will come with in 7 days. Iam waiting for 7 days my refund didn't come in my account . After that I again mail them on 18 August 2022. They again said my refund will come within 7 days. Again my refund didn't come back in my account. I want my refund back of amount Rs 1412.

                        I have contact to my bank but there is not such amount refund in my account and I have crosscheck many times but no amount refund in my account. Already 1 month have been delayed. Why my amount not sent in my account.
                        I have contact to my bank but there is no refund status on my account. Also I have crosscheck many times but there is no notification regarding this. It takes to long time. I have requested my refund from 1 months but I didn't get it.

                          I booked a ticket via Yatra.com and canceled it due to personal reasons. I got an email from Yatra that a refund has been received. please follow the steps to get the refund processed.

                          Dear Customer,

                          This is regarding your refund query for Booking Reference number[protected].

                          We have received the refund for your PNR - ARCVNN. Kindly follow the below steps to claim your refund.

                          Step 1: Click here to login into Yatra My bookings section.
                          Step 2: Click on the Check Refund Status Button for PNR - ARCVNN.
                          Step 3: Click on the given link to claim and process your refund (highlighted in yellow color).

                          I followed the process and I submitted the refund amount to be credited to my account in 2-3 days for the amount of INR 26424. However, once I submitted the request the Yatra website does not show any details of my refund rather they have this message displayed on my account.Dear Mohd Abdul Kaleem,
                          Thank you for booking with Yatra.com
                          We cannot find any refund initiation request for the reference number[protected].
                          If you have canceled the ticket directly via the airline or the airline has canceled the flight, please go to 'My bookings', select your booking, and click on 'Claim Refund' to initiate a refund request.
                          Once the refund is initiated, you will get an SMS and email about the refund details.
                          Yatra is not reachable. when you call the number it lands on an IVR and guides you to check the website for any information. the website is a big fraud to not refund money. this is happening to me a second time. first time also they never refund money. I did not follow up as the amount was not big. but want to bring this to the attention how Yatra.com fooling people and taking their money and not refunding it. I have attached the screenshot of the airline refund completed. and also the email I received from Yatra.com

                            I booked a ticket through @YatraOfficial & got to cancel it. As per @IndiGo6E ‘s policy, my cancellation was entitled for full refund and Indigo has initiated a full refund amt. of ₹ 18, 726. But shockingly, Yatra is processing refund of only ₹ 15258

                              My bus from Haldwani to Delhi on 16th August was cancelled from the operator side. I was promised for a refund in 5-7 days, but no refund has been given. The operator (Fasttrack travels) has confirmed that they have already given to Yatra. But yatra is completely silent on this matter.
                              I have sent mails to all the email IDs mentioned in Yatra. Customer support is non-existent in Yatra. No way to reach them. No response to my mails. How is customer supposed to express grievance if all communications portal are locked and mails are not being replied to. Do we have to go to consumer court?

                              Are you people just trying to fool us and make us run from pillar to post. It has been 6 days now. NO REFUND. I called the bank also and nothing has been initiated from your side. Is this how you steal money from customers? By having NO customer executives to reach out to. My bank is Standard Chartered (Private bank). I should have received amount by now. Will you respond once you get a legal notice? Don't think that you people can just siphon off funds like this and not be accountable. The bus operators have refunded you the entire amount the very next day. Why are you holding it. Shameless ...see how many other like me are saying the same thing...
                              If you have really processed the refund, why don't you share the transaction ID? Just simply closing the complaint will not help you run away.

                                    I have booked one bus ticket from dehradun to ahmedabad on dated 18th June, 2022. while I have contacted to bus operator about boarding, he said that bus is cancelled and you will get refund for same. but still today, i did not get refund from www.yatra.com. I have contacted on www.yatra.com many times but still no reply from there.

                                      I booked a flight ticket from Bangalore to Kolkata for 21/10/2022. It was a GoAir flight at 8:00 PM. I made the payment but received no booking confirmation. The money got deducted from my account but no booking confirmation has shown up.
                                      Please give booking confirmation or refund money.
