I booked flight tickets from Yatra.com and my money got deducted. From Axis bank. But no booking was done no booking ID nothing provided.
Customer care doesn’t work. Not one human to talk to.
My tickets were for Dehradun to Hyderabad.
I do not have money to book it again. So I want my refund immediately. And will use a different site. This is just pathetic

    Reg the Booking ID[protected], I have booked the ticket on 25th July, 2022 for the Flight travel date on 3rd Sep.
    I got the email confirmation from Yatra that ticket is confirmed with travel partner " Indigo". When i tried to webcheckin on the day of travel the Indigo travel site say there is no booking relevant to my PNR "QQVU8A". I reached out to Indigo customer care number and understood the booking is not received from Yatra and no payment received by them. I tried to reach out to Yatra customer care and it took hours to find the contact details over the site and finally managed to get an email id but no customer care number to get quick help. Unfortunately I didnt get a reply from Yatra though i have only 2 hours to begin my trip. I was waited without my tickets. Again I dont want to commit the same mistake in booking Yatra and booked to an alternate agency app. But ended up paying 1730 rs more compared to the day I booked the ticket the flight fare got increased. After numerous followup I got the money back for the booking charge originally with Yatra. But I requestesd claim for the additional charge incurred (1730 rs) in booking alternate tickets with last minute huzzle. But no response until now for the same and completely silence from Yatra. Rather I have received only default rellies from them in different chain of email from different people. Totally irritated because of the response.

    I need my money back of 1730 rs additionally incurred in booking with alternate agency for my flight due to carelessness from Yatra.

      I had booked a ticket with three passengers from delhi to katra through maheshwaram travels. After reaching at the boarding spot and on calling the bus operator at the provided number i was informed that no tickets were booked from my side and was not allowed to board the bus. I did not even see the bus at the given spot.
      I request you to kindly fulfill all amount. The details of the ticket booked are attached herewith for your reference.

      Thank you so much Yatra team but due to this refund i got scammed of 20000. I mailed yatra support so many times for refund but got automated mail. Today someone from yatra support called me and told that they will refund the money. Told me to follow the steps. After that 20000 got debited from my account. I didn't shared any account detail or otp or anything please help me in refunding this money as well.

          I booked a ticket via Yatra.com and the flight was cancelled by the airlines itself. I got an email from Yatra that a refund has been received. please follow the steps to get the refund processed.

          "Dear Customer,

          This is regarding your refund query for Booking Reference number[protected].

          We have received the refund for your PNR - BJK9KB. Kindly follow the below steps to claim your refund.

          Step 1: Click here to login into Yatra My bookings section.
          Step 2: Click on the Check Refund Status Button for PNR - BJK9KB.
          Step 3: Click on the given link to claim and process your refund (highlighted in yellow color).

          Alternatively, you can click here for help on claiming your refund.

          Thanks & Regards,
          Yatra Team"

          I followed the process and I submitted the refund amount to be credited to my account in 2-3 days for the amount of INR 12600 appx. However, once I submitted the request the Yatra website does not show any details of my refund rather they have this message displayed on my account.

          "Dear Kakali Som,
          Thank you for booking with Yatra.com
          We cannot find any refund initiation request for the reference number[protected].
          If you have cancelled the ticket directly via the airline or the airline has cancelled the flight, please go to 'My bookings', select your booking, and click on 'Claim Refund' to initiate a refund request.
          Once the refund is initiated, you will get an SMS and email about the refund details."

          Yatra is not reachable and does not bother to reply to emails sent. The customer care is a joke and it has been set up in a way that you run in circles not understanding where to get back your money from while the company defrauds its customers.

            The company failed to send invoice within 24 hours. It should have issued it immediately on booking. There is no phone number to contact. Pathetic platform. Charged higher fare than that of shown on airlines website. They are not providing invoice with full details of charges due to gap in fare and tax evasion methods

              Booked flight through Yatra but not confirmed

              I had booked a roundtrip flight from Hyd to Udaipur through Yatra. My money got deducted and I received an alert saying payment successful but booking not confirmed. It asked me to wait for 30mins and someone from Yatra was supposed to call me to resolve. Its been 24hrs, no one contacted me. I am left hanging with unconfirmed tickets that too when there are limited seats in the flight I booked. My PNR shown is 0000. There is not customer...

              I tried to book a flight ticket today (Oct 6, 2022) from Raipur to New Delhi by Vistara UK-798, 20:20 on Oct 8, 2022. I have already paid the sum of ₹5, 467 via Gpay and the money has been debited but ticket hasn’t been booked. I have sent a mail to yatra.com as well. I hope it gets resolved soon.

                  This is in the context of the air ticket vide PNR. Go Flight J74LVC. I booked this ticket because it was mentioned on the ticket Refundable. Now when I am applying to cancel, the refund it is showing is ZERO.

                  When I called up the customer care of Go First, I was informed that this ticket is non refundable and Yatra has befooled the traveller by stating it as refundable.

                  I raise my objection to mention this ticket is refundable, if the refund money is ZERO.
                  It is misleading the traveller and is being used as a tool to grab money from a person like, for whom air travel is need based and not a luxury.

                  I insist on taking up my objection into prompt consideration. This misleading information about the flight ticket Refundable is a dark spot on both Yatra and Go First.

                  I am escalating this to consumer court too, to have justice, since I am in position to lose my hard earned money due to this misleading information. It seems to be the hands in gloves between Go First airlines and Yatra.

                    I was trying to book a flight ticket for travel from Chandigarh to Patna (14th Oct, 7:45 -- flight timings) but after the payment confirmation from Mobikwik, Yatra didn't confirm the ticket.

                    Note that Mobikwik has confimed that the payment went through and money got deducted but Yatra has refused to book the ticket.

                        Subject: Package "Russian Holiday Delight (inclusive Airfare)", referenceId "[protected]"

                        I really don't know where to start! I write this email with a lot of grief and disappointment! I had booked a 'Russian Delight' package through Yatra last year! Please seek the attached mail. It was my first booking with Yatra and also my Honeymoon trip in November 2021! Due to COVID, I had rescheduled the Trip to January 2022 by giving more money for booking as change fee! However, with the war amidst, we thought it would not be apt to go there. I requested Yatra and your third party travel team 'Travel2Agent' with which you have a tie-up to cancel the trip and requested my refund of INR 72900. It has been over a year and I have not received my refund yet! They keep telling me that because of the war, they are not able to transfer the funds!

                        Initially I was told that it would take 8-10 weeks in the month of March 2022, However I haven't received one single amount of refund from you. Please seek the attached email thread from them. It has been mentally exhausting for me and my family. The amount is huge and there was never a proper follow up unless I had to chase them!

                        What more should I do to get my hard earned money back??

                        Kindly look into this matter seriously and take action and request you to get my refund at the earliest! I have been patient enough but one year is way too much!

                          Hi Yatra,

                          I am Kamran, a troubled customer who unfortunately chose to book my Flight ticket through Yatra. Please spend 5 to read below the details of my ordeal /complaint.

                          I booked 2 tickets with (4 passengers) in all for Hyderabad to Toronto flight (KLM Airlines) through Yatra on 3rd September 2022. I made a mistake by not entering my complete name (as Yatra website has a limit of 16 characters for First name and last name) and my name is bigger than 16 characters, I did not mention my full name on the ticket. However, I realised this next morning and immediately contacted Yatra customer care (within 18 hours of booking). One of the representatives who answered my call asked me for passport copies of all the passengers in order to escalate the issue to the concerned team. I provided the details as requested and was asked to wait for 24-48 hours for an update on the same.

                          The next day when I reached out to Yatra again for an update on my issue, I was told by another agent miss Loveena that no changes are possible on this ticket and the only resolution is to cancel the ticket and book a new one as it's a Codeshare flight, for which I would be charged 23.5K per ticket.

                          So, here are my 2 arguments :

                          1. Civil aviation Airlines charter document states that if a customer contacts the booking agency with any correction/change request regarding the ticket within 24 hours of booking, then the agency should either incorporate the changes or cancel the ticket and refund the amount at no cost. I can attach the pdf document if you would like.

                          2. If actually there were no changes possible in the first place, then why was I asked to submit my passport copies and wait for 24-48 hours for an update??

                          So, this brings me to the below conclusions :

                          1. Either the 1st agent who answered my call, deliberately put me on hold for 24-48 hours so that the 24 hour cancellation/void window passes away ( by not providing correct information to the customer).

                          OR

                          2. The First agent who answered the call on 4th September didn't have the knowledge that no changes are possible for this type of flight (Codeshare), which would mean it's a Yatra executive training issue (Yatra's issue).. In either case, I shouldn't be penalized for this as I had informed Yatra within 24 hours of booking tickets.

                          I have escalated the issue multiple times to Yatra customer
                          Care and every time I Am asked to wait for 24-48 hours for an update.

                          I had spoken to a Yatra manager Mohd Kaif 2 weeks ago and he had promised a resolution in 5-7 working days and unfortunately he never called me back till date.

                              Its been 15 days since i claimed my refund and i have not received any strong respond from Yatra. The company kept on delaying my refund with the statement that “ we shall process your refund in 24 hours “
                              Very poor customer service. You have been disappointing the customer.

                              I also got a refund receipt. But still never got the refund.

                                  I had booked flights with PNR OR6BXD (Ref:[protected] and JLU7US (Ref:[protected] from Yatra using UPI. I cancelled those flights and had specifically requested yatra to refund the amount to my original payment method i.e UPI. Even after constant emails/complaints, they have refunded the PNR OR6BXD as ecash and the refund for JLU7US is still pending

                                  Ref complaints YA: 33493810 and YA:33493925

                                  I want refund for PNR JLU7US too and I want all the amount to be refunded in the original payment method

As we checked and found that against PNR JLU7US the amount of INR 3490.98 was refunded from our end on 25th Sep 2022 in the same mode of payment as per the request made online and under PNR OR6BXD the amount of INR 5330.98 was refunded in Yatra Wallet as per the request made online on 23th Sep 2022.                                   I have not made any request for refunding 5330.98 into my Yatra wallet. I have specifically mentioned to refund both the PNRs to the original payment method (UPI). Can you show me with proof where I made the request to refund the amount in my yatra wallet? Also, I still haven't received the refund for PNR JLU7US

                                  Update - Refund of Rs 3490.98 has been received in my back account.
                                  Refund of 5330.98 is still pending (Yatra has debited the this amount from my ecash. Now I am waiting for it to be transferred to my bank account)

                                    Against the booking number[protected] and PNRD26152 we called immediately to Yatra on 13/06/2022 within 5 min to cancel our tickets and they asked us to call the airlines for free cancellation . we have paid the amount 16, 055/- by our Amex card. We called immediately and got the booking cancelled. We got the mail from Airasia Airline that full refund has been done to the travel agent and they will do within 7 days.

                                    We are sorry to inform that we have not got our refunds and we have tried many times to get it

                                      Address: P15, top floor, outer circle, Connaught Place, New Delhi

                                      Against the booking number[protected] and PNRD26152 we called immediately to Yatra on 13/06/2022 within 5 minutes to cancel the ticket and initiate refund. They suggested to call Airasia and claim full refund and free cancellation. We have paid Rs 16, 055/- by our Amex card. We got the confirmation mail from Airasia that full refunds have been initiated. But we are sorry to inform that we have not got our refunds.
