Hotel booking issue

I booked hotel at Begusarai in hotel Prakash but when I reached at Hotel Prakash I came to know that that Hotel do not have any facility for online booking and i Paid more than 2000 rupees for 2 days from 29th September to 1 October and I am trying to reach Yatra but I am not getting any response as the number is saying invalid...

Ticket cancellation charges

Hi Yatra,

I am Kamran, a troubled customer who unfortunately chose to book my Flight ticket through Yatra. Please spend 5 to read below the details of my ordeal /complaint.

Money debited no ticket no response

Was booking train ticket through Yatra. Com and paid via google pay (attached screenshots of the same ) money devoted successfully but Yatra website did not confirm the booking and kept Ina. Blind loop forever and app closed
Now no refund and transaction history not seen
I need my refund ASAP
Send couple of mails to Yatra but no response...

Its been 15 days since i claimed my refund and i have not received any strong respond from Yatra. The company kept on delaying my refund with the statement that “ we shall process your refund in 24 hours “

Refund for PNR OR6BXD and JLU7US

I had booked flights with PNR OR6BXD (Ref:[protected] and JLU7US (Ref:[protected] from Yatra using UPI. I cancelled those flights and had specifically requested yatra to refund the amount to my original payment method i.e UPI. Even after constant emails/complaints, they have refunded the PNR OR6BXD as ecash and the refund for JLU7US is still pending

Against the booking number[protected] and PNRD26152 we called immediately to Yatra on 13/06/2022 within 5 min to cancel our tickets and they asked us to call the airlines for free cancellation . we have paid the amount 16, 055/- by our Amex card. We called immediately and got the booking cancelled. We got the mail from Airasia Airline that full refund has been done to the travel agent and they will do within 7 days.

Refund of cancelled tickets

Address:P15, top floor, outer circle, Connaught Place, New Delhi

Against the booking number[protected] and PNRD26152 we called immediately to Yatra on 13/06/2022 within 5 minutes to cancel the ticket and initiate refund. They suggested to call Airasia and claim full refund and free cancellation. We have paid Rs 16, 055/- by our Amex card. We got the confirmation mail from Airasia that full refunds have been initiated. But we are sorry to inform that we have not got our refunds....

I tried to book a flight ticket

2 adults from Ahmedabad to New Delhi
30 Sept Friday
7:20 am Go first flight

Via yatra.com and I did my payment through UPI and after the money got deducted no confirmation/ booking of my ticket is obtained

I have mailed them multiple times but not response
and have tried contacting customer support but they don't have
any individual...

This is the second time I booked a ticket for a flight from Chennai to Bangalore on 6th October 2022 and both the times, the money has been debited but the ticket has not been booked. Even on payment, the ticket is not booked and the session times out. And therefore, I do not get any confirmation mail or message from Yatra’s end. It is very frustrating and I have attached the payment details of both the transactions...

I have made booking of hotel "Estuary Sarovar Portico, Poovar Island, Kerala" on 08-September at 8.52am. I have made Payment from ICICI Bank Credit card of Amount Rs12, 826 at 8.52AM. The transaction successful message was shown on Yatra site and the amount is deducted from my Credit Card. However, the booking is not shown anywhere.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS MY THIRD BOOKING AT THIS HOTEL. Earlier booking were done...

I registered complaint via mail. I booked online flight ticket from kolkata to indore(and return) of charge ₹18559.
Though money deducted from my account but no confirmation mail received and no booking status is showing on the site.
I talked to paytm customer care and they said they have made the payment and the issue will be resolved from your side.

Money got debited from bank account but flight ticket not booked
