I tried to book flight ticket (Udaipur- Delhi) from Yatra.com on 16th July, however due to some technical issue the ticket booking was unsuccessful, and the amount got debited from my icici bank.

I tried chasing Yatra flight booking team many a times, but they had no service for call or mails which were available or working.

It is confirmed by them that the ticket is not booked, and too I have provided them the transaction history of my bank and all data that they require.

I request this problem to be reached out to Yatra team by consumer complaint means, so that they resolve this out asap.

I have attached screenshot of my transaction & confirmation from yatra.

Hello, I had booked a flight from Bengaluru to Delhi at 16/07/2022 in Indigo.
I payed through UPI an amount of Rs.5455 the amount was deducted from my bank account.
But I didn't receive any ticket related information nor my Confirmation for the tickets.and the yatra app history shows nothing. I have my UPI transaction ID of payment.
So please solve my query

This is my first time booking from yatra.com, I tried to book from an online portal. I have paid the amount from you, the amount got debited from my you screen and as soon as I went to online portal, portal got refreshed and there's no proof for the tickets, but I just have upi transaction ID with me

Airline cancelled the flight, they refunded Yatra 18 days back, yatra is refusing to credit it to my account for some reason. 7 days back they said, 24 hours and they have been stalling for some reason. I am certainly filing a consumer court complaint.

I tried to book a hotel with my sbi gift voucher. After payment a message was popped up to try again the booking becuase it is failed.but money was deducted from gift voucher. I tried to book again with voucher, it is showing that voucher was used.
I used my sbi gift voucher Because it has expire date today. If you will give refund in 2-3 days my voucher will be already expired. Please do something about it

I Sijol Jonu booked the Indigo fight ticket for PNR : ZUEJNH on July 2nd from Bangalore to Trivandrum via Yatra.com . After 1 hour I requested Indigo to cancel the ticket, Indigo has cancelled the ticket for full refund.

On July 5th Indigo has refunded the total amount to agency partner Yatra and informed me to check with Yatra for amount to be refunded to my account.

I do have the email proof with Indigo that they have refunded the money to agency partner.

I have been requesting Yatra daily from July 5th onwards and still I didn't get any money .

Yatra is telling they didn't get any money from the Indigo Airlines.

Please note that the booking is already queued for refund, the same will be processed once we will receive the refund from the airline, we will further process the refund in your original mode of payment. Request you to kindly wait for 4-5 working days for the refund confirmation.

@yatra, Indigo has confirmed that they have refunded to yatra on july 5th, its been 7 days and you are still saying to wait for 4 -5 days.

I tried to book flight for two travellers from patna to dehradun on 8th July 2022 through yatra mobile app. And the amount got deducted from my account but tickets didn't get confirmed . I tried contacting [protected]@yatra.com but i am getting auto generated mails only and i contacted the third party Google pay as well through which I did the UPI payment and they are saying that from their end transaction is settled and i contacted my bank as well they are saying that amount has been debited successfully and they can not see any problem from their end. So can you please help me with this issue. What's the problem that my tickets didn't get confirmed and even if it didn't get confirmed when can I expect the refund.

I, Felix Xavier Mecheril, had booked air asia tickets through yatra.com as under:

1). By Air asia flight I5-972 for COK-BLR for 27th JULY for 1 passenger. Ticket PNR No. S5126T, booking ref -,[protected] and paid the required amount through UPI.
1). By Air asia flight I5-972 for BLR-GAU for 27th JULY for 1 passenger. Ticket PNR No. S5126T, booking ref -,[protected] and paid the required amount through UPI.

Both the above tickets were cancelled by me almost a week back but the refund amount has not yet been credited to my UPI.

Kindly assist me in getting my refund.

This was my first booking with Yatra and I did not expect this.

On June 14th, I made a hotel reservation at Levana in Lucknow using the reference number[protected]. My payment for the reservation was Rs. 3096.46.
I had a confirmed reservation, but I had to cancel it on June 24 for a variety of reasons, and I still haven't gotten my money back as of today, July 6, 2022.

I kindly ask that you check into this and credit my account with the appropriate amount.
