I tried to book a flight ticket

2 adults from Ahmedabad to New Delhi
30 Sept Friday
7:20 am Go first flight

Via yatra.com and I did my payment through UPI and after the money got deducted no confirmation/ booking of my ticket is obtained

I have mailed them multiple times but not response
and have tried contacting customer support but they don't have
any individual on support on call and just can email them.

Please help to share my ticket confirmation with PNR number

    Respected sir/ma’am,
    This is the second time I booked a ticket for a flight from Chennai to Bangalore on 6th October 2022 and both the times, the money has been debited but the ticket has not been booked. Even on payment, the ticket is not booked and the session times out. And therefore, I do not get any confirmation mail or message from Yatra’s end. It is very frustrating and I have attached the payment details of both the transactions below. Kindly check and please do the needful. The amount has been debited on both the occasions. Please look into it and initiate the refund of both the transactions.

      This is my 2nd complaint I have been complaining again as if I have booked a hotel on 4 of August 2022. My money of amount 1412 have been deducted from my account but I don't got any confirmation regarding booking and my money not refunded in my account. I have mail in yatra.com regarding this they told me that they refund money on 18 August 2022 and if my refund don't credit in my account talk to my bank branch. And I contacted to bank no money have been credited in my account. They don't even reply me after that. If they don't give my money back tell me directly.

      My bank has written communication regarding my refund on 3 October. But my refund didn't back in my account till now.

              HI Team,
              I have made booking of hotel "Estuary Sarovar Portico, Poovar Island, Kerala" on 08-September at 8.52am. I have made Payment from ICICI Bank Credit card of Amount Rs12, 826 at 8.52AM. The transaction successful message was shown on Yatra site and the amount is deducted from my Credit Card. However, the booking is not shown anywhere.
              PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS MY THIRD BOOKING AT THIS HOTEL. Earlier booking were done on 6th and 7th of September. However this Booking is done on 9th of September morning 8.52AM.
              Please check and confirm the booking and reverse the transaction at your end. My Details are mentioned below:

              I tried to contact Yatra but the phone number provided does not work. I sent email, raised ticket on 09 September. However, till today 13th September 2022, I am waiting for the acknowledgement from Yatra that they have received my request or email. Getting the amount back in account is distant dream. Worst and poor service from Yatra. Once the money is deducted from your account, there is no way we can track the transaction history, there is no customer service from Yatra for hotels.

                I registered complaint via mail. I booked online flight ticket from kolkata to indore(and return) of charge ₹18559.
                Though money deducted from my account but no confirmation mail received and no booking status is showing on the site.
                I talked to paytm customer care and they said they have made the payment and the issue will be resolved from your side.
                Kindly resolve this quickly because the amount is substantial and I have to book another flight.

                          I have booked a flight ticket for 2 people from mangalore to Hyderabad for 25th september on Yatra website through Skyscanner app.

                          Then the amount was debited but ticket was not booked. I waited for 48 hrs but still no reply from either bank or yatra.

                          I booked the ticket at 11:53 A.M on 13th september and paid through Paytm. The linked bank account with Paytm is Union Bank Of India.

                              I booked both way ticket via Yatra.com and canceled it due to personal reasons. I got an email from Yatra that a refund has been received. please follow the steps to get the refund processed.

                              Dear Customer,

                              This is regarding your refund query for Booking Reference number[protected].

                              We have received the refund for your PNR - C1PMYP and Q4MG8G. Kindly follow the below steps to claim your refund.

                              Step 1: Click here to login into Yatra My bookings section.
                              Step 2: Click on the Check Refund Status Button for PNR - C1PMYP and Q4MG8G.
                              Step 3: Click on the given link to claim and process your refund (highlighted in yellow color).

                              I followed the process and I submitted the refund amount to be credited to my account in 2-3 days for the amount of INR 3770+1401=5171. However, once I submitted. The refund amount suppose to be credited to my account within 2-3 days, but till the date I haven't receive the money.
                              I want to bring this to the attention how Yatra.com fooling people and taking their money and not refunding it. I have attached the screenshot of the airline refund completed. and also the email I received from Yatra.com

As checked and found that against Yatra booking number[protected] the flight was not confirmed and the amount paid INR 10293.00 is auto refund/initiated in the same mode of payment, kindly note Yatra takes 24-48 hours to process the refund. Further, your bank may take 5-7 working days for the credit to reflect in your account. Regards, Yatra Care

                                  Tried booking a flight from Kolkata to Bangalore on 4th September, 2022. The money got debited from account but did not get any booking confirmation. On further enquiry with the bank they confirmed the money is transferred to Yatra and provided transaction ID and Ref no.
                                  Mailed Yatra.com with all details and bank statement screenshot, but they clearly declined and i didn't get my money refunded. Moreover they are not very prompt with mails either. Their website does not provide any helpline number for booking flights making it all too worse.
                                  Yatra please refund the money.

                                      I booked a ticket via UPA...My payment is done and amount got deducted by i havent received any confirmation sms, mail or its not even reflecting in the yatra app

As checked and found that against Yatra booking number[protected] the flight was not confirmed and the amount paid INR 3893.00 got refunded from our end on 13th Sep 2022 in the same mode of payment, kindly note Yatra takes 24-48 hours to process the refund. Further, the private sector banks may take 2-3 working days and public sector banks may take 5-7 working days to credit the amount into your account. Regards Yatra Care

                                        I have booked a bus from Bangalore to Nagercoil on 29th Aug and I had to cancel it 2 days later so I cancelled the same on 31st Aug and in the site it was stated that I am entitled to 10% cancellation charges and 90% refund would be given to me. It's been 12 days since I cancelled, till not I haven't got the refund yet. There is no further updates from Yatra.
