Payment done but ticket not booked

I have booked a flight ticket for 2 people from mangalore to Hyderabad for 25th september on Yatra website through Skyscanner app.

Then the amount was debited but ticket was not booked. I waited for 48 hrs but still no reply from either bank or yatra.

I booked the ticket at 11:53 A.M on 13th september and paid through Paytm. The linked bank account with Paytm is Union Bank Of India.

No refund received after hotel cancellation

I booked a hotel for two days at Munnar, Kerala.. after cancellation no refund received to my wallet. I tried to call customer care but no response. I have to book hotel in another day, pls refund soon...

Flight Cancellation Refund not Credited

I booked both way ticket via Yatra.com and canceled it due to personal reasons. I got an email from Yatra that a refund has been received. please follow the steps to get the refund processed.

Amount deducted booking not confirmed

Tried booking a flight from Kolkata to Bangalore on 4th September, 2022. The money got debited from account but did not get any booking confirmation. On further enquiry with the bank they confirmed the money is transferred to Yatra and provided transaction ID and Ref no.
Mailed Yatra.com with all details and bank statement screenshot, but they clearly declined and i didn't get my money refunded. Moreover they are not very prompt with...

I booked a ticket via UPA...My payment is done and amount got deducted by i havent received any confirmation sms, mail or its not even reflecting in the yatra app...

Bus cancellation refund not received yet

I have booked a bus from Bangalore to Nagercoil on 29th Aug and I had to cancel it 2 days later so I cancelled the same on 31st Aug and in the site it was stated that I am entitled to 10% cancellation charges and 90% refund would be given to me. It's been 12 days since I cancelled, till not I haven't got the refund yet. There is no further updates from Yatra....

Hi Team,

I booked a ticket via Yatra.com and canceled it directly through Airline due to personal reasons.

Upon submitting my refund request, Yatra was charging Airline Cancellation more than the actual airline cancellation charge.

Complaint regarding refund

I have tried to book a domestic flight ticket from yatra.com dated-05/09/2002 around 9:42 pm. During that process when i tried to confirm the ticket the money got debited but the booking was not confirmed. I had complain yatra customer service and they address my issue and told me that will receive my money in 24 hours .But till now i haven't received my refund. please address my issue and resolve my problem as soon as possible....

Money Deducted But NO Tickets Issued

On 06 september 2022, I searched flights from DEL TO COK, Google showed me a result of yatra.com. A INDIGO flight with a fare of ₹9783- when on spice jet's website the same flight costed ₹10, 000/- approx

Naturally I thought yatra was providing the best fare and proceeded to book.

It led me to yatra.com where I put in my traveller information and email ID / phone number

Finally it asked me...

Yatra flight services

On 23Aug 2022, I searched flights from DEL TO Cok google showed me a result of yatra.com. A flight with a fare of ₹9783

It led me to yatra.com where I put in my traveller information and email ID / phone number

Finally it asked me to pay. I choose UPI, it prompted me to open my UPI app and complete the payment.

After completing my payment the when I opened the website it froze and payment didn't...

I have paid for my flight tickets but didn't receive my tickets. As if my money is stuck. They received the money still not receiving my tickets....

Refund of Hotel booking

I did a hotel booking in Mabalipuram on 1st September 2022 for 7th and 8th October 2022. Booking reference number[protected]. I cancelled the hotel booking on 1st September itself. No information on the refund process. I want it to be refunded in the original mode of payment....
