I had tried booking through payment by UPI. But for some reason the payment went through and the page was still stuck at "Payment initiated". This was almost for an hour on the same page. I have not received any ticket or acknowledgement from Yatra. What can I do?

Complaint marked as Resolved Had to make numerous emails and a complaint on this website. Yatra only replies once to a particular email. Subsequent follow through is non existent. So, if there's an issue, keep sending them emails, otherwise you wont get what you deserve.
