    I Booked a family ticket from pune to Hyderabad for the 4th June 1:45am as mentioned on the website however the operators that they selected had it for the 5th june which is not right and the full amount was deducted no point of contact nothing, my whole trip has been ruined and i am looking for a compensation for the sams with full refund

      I tried booking 2 flight tickets from Bangalore to Dehradun, Rs 19, 204 got deducted from my phonepe account. I have neither got a confirmed ticket after payment nor refund. I tried writing to yatra.com but an auto response received with interaction ID YA:31803038.
      kindly help me to get refund ASAP.

            Dear Sir,

            This is to inform you that I have booked a round trip from Delhi to Heathrow from 28/09/2022 to 02/10/2022 with booking reference number[protected]. I have made a payment of ₹49406 through zestmoney emi with transaction ID R1611W559AE2. The emi has been approved and the money has been credited to yatra. But the booking reference number shows that yatra has not received any payment when the transaction clearly shows that payment has been credited to Yatra. They do this everytime and shift their responsibility.
            Please refund my money back to my zestmoney account.

              After making the booking payment with confirmation message i visited the hotel by traveling 100km with my family hotel team refuses the check in saying that we don't have any room, not only we don't have current time up with Yatra, due to payment we blocked the service through Yatra..
              And i contacted the yatra team still i didn't receive any justification..
              I need to get my amount as refund along with compensation for my travel costs

                  The deadline is already gone. You people told me that the refund will be within 7 days. I have sent multiple emails to yatra. But all they say is that there is a technical issue. They aren’t refunding my money.

                    Hi Team,

                    I planned a Vacation from Chennai to Kodaikanal. I wanted to return back to Chennai on 4th July Morning.

                    I checked Yatra and found bus. I selected 4th July and the data on the website was bus will start at 7:15PM on 3rd July and will reach chennai 4th July at 5:30Am. Exactly what I wanted and booked it.

                    After booking in confirmation ticket it says my travel starts on 4th July 7:15PM and will reach chennai on 5th July. I raised a concern initially they said I need to pay cancellation fee and when I shared screenshot they said they are looking at booking logs.

                    It has been 12 days still I have not received any updates.

                    Hi Yatra,

                    My biggest concern is that I have not received any response for past 4 days and it's 16 days since I raised my concern and I don't receive proper response. Any queries which I ask I receive a apologise template.

                    As a customer would you like to be treated like this? I am feed up of templates
                    Please answer my Query point by point.

                    1) You have cancelled the ticket will the full amount directly credited to my bank account or you going to book tickets again with right date?

                    2)Delay by customer support in checking the logs and taking 2 weeks to reply, fare of same bus increased by 1k for 2 people I need to pay 2k extra now.

                    3)I had used Idfc bank coupon codes to get 20 percent discount which I am not able to use now because it can be used only once(Already checked) . So budget increases again by approx 600

                    So considering the mistake is on Yatra.com what will I get in return? I have to pay extra 2.6k for same travel just because of your website issues and customer support delays. Will Yatra provide compensation? Please don't send apologies mail because I have to bear 2.6k loss now.

                    I would be happy to just get tickets on right date which is 3rd July 7:15 PM from Kodaikanal to Chennai 4th July. Only AC Sleeper bus.

                            Had to make numerous emails and a complaint on this website. Yatra only replies once to a particular email. Subsequent follow through is non existent. So, if there's an issue, keep sending them emails, otherwise you wont get what you deserve.

                              I tried to get an airplane ticket (New Delhi-Pune) from Yatra.com on 22nd May, however due to some technical issue the ticket booking was unsuccessful, and the amount got debited from my union bank account.

                              This also has happened before with me while booking the ticket from Pune to New Delhi on 19th May 2022
                              I request you to look into the problem solve this issue as soon as possible the amount paid was 13, 700. The booking I did before this of amount 4, 732 was also edited from my account and the ticket was not booked.

                              I have attached a screenshot of my transaction. Please look into this problem and try to solve it as soon as possible.

                                I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Airline Tickets and Fares

                                The issue that I have experienced was: I tried booking domestic flight from Hyderbad to Chandigarh on 05th May in yatra App. Booking was not confirmed though amount got debited from my account. Since no customer care contact number, I mailed to yatra support team. I have even enclosed the payment details but still no proper response or update on my refund. Please find complaint details below

                                      I did online hotel booking for my family trip to ooty. Yatra had confirmed my booking and charge 12600/-.
                                      But hotel owner said they are temporarily close can not accommodated.
                                      There no option to cancel booking by owner if i do cancel from my site they will take my full money as cancellation charge. Evenif its not my fault. I have tried contact customer car but no response.
