I had tried booking through payment by UPI. But for some reason the payment went through and the page was still stuck at "Payment initiated". This was almost for an hour on the same page. I have not received any ticket or acknowledgement from Yatra. What can I do?

Had to make numerous emails and a complaint on this website. Yatra only replies once to a particular email. Subsequent follow through is non existent. So, if there's an issue, keep sending them emails, otherwise you wont get what you deserve.

    I tried to get an airplane ticket (New Delhi-Pune) from Yatra.com on 22nd May, however due to some technical issue the ticket booking was unsuccessful, and the amount got debited from my union bank account.

    This also has happened before with me while booking the ticket from Pune to New Delhi on 19th May 2022
    I request you to look into the problem solve this issue as soon as possible the amount paid was 13, 700. The booking I did before this of amount 4, 732 was also edited from my account and the ticket was not booked.

    I have attached a screenshot of my transaction. Please look into this problem and try to solve it as soon as possible.

      Dear Sir / Madam,

      I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Airline Tickets and Fares

      The issue that I have experienced was: I tried booking domestic flight from Hyderbad to Chandigarh on 05th May in yatra App. Booking was not confirmed though amount got debited from my account. Since no customer care contact number, I mailed to yatra support team. I have even enclosed the payment details but still no proper response or update on my refund. Please find complaint details below

      I got mail response 7 - 10 Days Working day refund initiate but till today around 16 days 21.05.2022 refund not done kindly refund amount.

            I did online hotel booking for my family trip to ooty. Yatra had confirmed my booking and charge 12600/-.
            But hotel owner said they are temporarily close can not accommodated.
            There no option to cancel booking by owner if i do cancel from my site they will take my full money as cancellation charge. Evenif its not my fault. I have tried contact customer car but no response.

              I book mu hotel in munnar i go and ask my room in munnar thay are saying More hotel is there we are closed the hotel before 4 years but yatra take my money and give hotel reference id but they give contact number only 9 digits are in that phone number and they once call tell sorry for the inconveniences we investigated that hotel we call after 24 hours but still now they did not respond anything I need money refund

                I booked an International roundtrip ticket on April 30th - Yatra Reference Number[protected]

                I got a confirmation and my card was charged Rs. 1, 11, 302

                I got a mail next day that the ticket is unconfirmed and I should put in a refund request. I put in the request on May 1st as soon as I received the mail.

                I have not her received the refund despite multiple mails and followups. Customer service folks I have followed up with include Nidhi Thakur, Akshay Garg, Aman Kumar, Divya Arora

                  Had purchased CANCELLATION PROTECTION with my air-tickets (Booking Ref No.[protected] on 15 May but did not receive the POLICY DOCUMENT. I will need the CANCELLATION PROTECTION POLICY DOCUMENT to claim reimbursement of cancellation fees, if I cancel my tickets. Please send me the document immediately. I did not receive it when I booked my tickets nor is it available for download on your website.

                      I have booked flight to Canada for my elder parents few hours back and while making booking it was showing transit at NewYork Airport for 1:35 hours and there was no information on the terminal till it was booked.
                      After sometime of booking the terminals are updated for the transit flights that are very far from each other and my old aged parents can't even walk by themself and it will be impossible for them to manage the required immigration and security checks just within this short span of 1:35 hours. Even they don't have USA transit visa, this was not known to us while booking that is another problem.
                      As per the information available over the United Airlines website we can request for cancellation to the third party platform from where we have made te booking to get the full refund but the Yatra customer support is not ready to accept any such request and just trying to push ball in other court. Airline partner is confirmed on such part and guided to get this cancelled from yatra but yatra management is not interested in resolving this, it seems they are just preserving their sales and comission over customer service. I have copied the management teams as well but no one is replying over mail and getting WhatsApp calls from unknown numbers for convincing to keep the booking and with false information for the airline terms.
                      They are just trying to keep this open ended for 24 hours and then reply that there is nothing they can do now.

                        I was booking a ticket as a guest (without logging in) and my money got debited but there was no ticket and confirmation. Since mine is a guest booking, there was no way to check the status and even the chat service wasn't working. My money is debited and taken by yatra, that is confirmed from my transactions. The platform doesn't have a customer service system that is helpful and no call centre, i e-mailed [protected]@yatra.in. kindly resolve this immediately.

                              From Patna to New Delhi, Timing: 8:25 am,

                                In spite of repeated emails getting different replies-1.Hotel will give invoice, which hotel has refused to provide as booked through YATRA
                                2.Booking is provided through Egencia so cant give invoice, Whereas Egencia provides invoice.
                                3.As per GST we are not authorize to issue any invoice whereas in the past i have taken invoice from YATRA.As per GST law any service/purchase invoice is mandatory.

                                  April 15th 2022 - We were informed via email by yatra that (reference number[protected] our flight from Kuala Lumpur to Bali has been cancelled by the airline and they do not have any other option available as per our travel requirements. Since this was an airline initiated action they recommended that we can choose to get a refund.
                                  April 16th 2022 - We responded to the email that since one of the sectors was cancelled by the airline and since there were no options provided by Yatra we would like a full cancellation. Also we proceeded to cancel our entire trip given no flight options were available.
                                  April 24th 2022 - Between the 2 dates we continued to follow with Yatra for a refund. After multiple follow-ups they informed us that they were waiting for a airlines confirmation.
                                  April 26th 2022 - They informed us that airlines is now offering an alternative flight and inspite of repeatedly informing Yatra from the outset that we have cancelled our bookings they still insist on offering us an alternative flight. We have asked for a full refund based on the initial email sent to us by Yatra.
                                  The original email and our response to the email is share in the photo attached with this complaint.

                                    April 15th 2022 - We were informed via email by yatra that (reference number[protected] our flight from Kuala Lumpur to Bali has been cancelled by the airline and they do not have any other option available as per our travel requirements. Since this was an airline initiated action they recommended that we can choose to get a refund.
                                    April 16th 2022 - We responded to the email that since one of the sectors was cancelled by the airline and since there were no options provided by Yatra we would like a full cancellation. Also we proceeded to cancel our entire trip given no flight options were available.
                                    April 24th 2022 - Between the 2 dates we continued to follow with Yatra for a refund. After multiple follow-ups they informed us that they were waiting for a airlines confirmation.
                                    April 26th 2022 - They informed us that airlines is now offering an alternative flight and inspite of repeatedly informing Yatra from the outset that we have cancelled our bookings they still insist on offering us an alternative flight. We have asked for a full refund based on the initial email sent to us by Yatra.
                                    The original email and our response to the email is share in the photo attached with this complaint.

                                      I have made the payment through ICICI online banking today (25th Apr'22) around 00.05 AM of amount 4169 INR for Hyderabad to Mysore flight (for 1May'22). Below is the transaction id for the same "BIL/ONL/[protected]/yatra onli/wwwyatra". But ticket not received.
                                      And Yatra.com has closed my online complain "YA:31209631" stating that the Yatra.com not received the payment. This is a problem with Yatra.com system the ICICI bank has successfully completed the transaction and amount has debited from my account however Yatar.com have not acknowledged. As a customer i need run from post to pillar to resolve this issue. Yatra.com should own the responsibility and resolve the issue.

                                        I had booked a ticket from Delhi to Chicago via Tokyo on 19th March, 2022. The airlines called me on March 20th and asked me to cancel the ticket, as the transit in Tokyo involved changing airports within Tokyo, and passengers were not being allowed to leave the airport due to COVID protocol.

                                        I worked with Abhishek Thakur in Yatra.com to cancel the ticket on March 20th, and subsequently received a cancellation confirmation email from Yatra.com stating that refund will be posted within 15-20 days.

                                        When I did not receive a refund by April 13th, I emailed by back to Yatra.com on April 13th, 15th and 16th, and got no replies to my email.

                                        I eventually went to Yatra.com Contact Us tab and put in a query on April 18th, to which I received a response saying they will get back to me on the status of the refund within 48-72 hours. Today is April 22nd, and I still do not have any reply from Yatra.com after another follow up yesterday.

                                        The booking reference number in question is[protected].

                                        Yatra.com makes it really difficult for customer to get in touch with them. Without any phone number to contact them, and them not responding to emails, what other way does a Customer have to escalate the issue?
