I have booked a flight from Yatra on 4th January with my Phone number - [protected].
I had to travel from Gulbarga to Bangalore, and I booked the ticket vice versa ( Bangalore to Gulbarga) . I canceled the ticket immediately and booked another ticket with the same airline for Thursday.
As it was a genuine mistake and I canceled the ticket within a span of 10 minutes, now I see there is no refund added to my account. Request you to please look into this and refund the amount.
This is really a difficult time for all o[censored]s, and these things matter the most.
Thank you for responding back, I spoke with the Airlines customer service representative and what they informed me was if Yatra.com raises a request from their side, we will refund the process and it was booked in an emergency.
I request the team to kindly look into this, I understand we will have a charge added if we cancel the air ticket. But if you see I have canceled the ticket in a span of 10 mins. It was done by error. I hope you can understand my situation and give me a resolution.
It's not that i canceled due to not being able to travel, i am traveling but the location i put was wrong. Just because of a small issue, Please do not charge me for the complete amount.
I booked another ticket in the same app and went to the same destination, please refer to the booking Reference number is[protected]. It is booked under the same customer name as my mother. And she is traveling from Gulbarga to Bangalore on 6th January.
I am unable to contact Yatra as there is no customer care number number nor Yatra is not providing any resolution

We would like to inform you that incase of cancellation charges would be applicable as per cancellation policy and post deduction of applicable cancellation charges, there is no refund due for your booking. I have sent you the document received from Air India THRICE already. Unsure of why i'm being asked again. Anyway attaching it again to this thread.
Also, i paid Yatra right? So i will need to follow up with you for my money right, not Air India? They have provided a document stating that the flight was cancelled. I had to take a 16 hour car journey because of that. Please do the needful and refund my money.
I have already sent your customer support team FIVE follow up emails to no avail. I am really tired of running behind you guys for this. Please help me close this!
