Hi,

I tried to book a flight from New York(JFK) to Kolkata(CCU). The money (36992.00) from the bank account got debited but the reservation wasn't made. The email id I provided while booking was [protected]@gmail.com. The transaction id is[protected]. Please resolve the issue and credit the amount back. Thank you.

    Hello

    I have booked a flight ticket from Kolkata to Phuket on April 2020 and I have received the mail stating amount of 136566.00 so I have shared my bank details but again after enquiring of refund status my refund money got deducted and asking me of my account details.
    So in respect to that if my problem not solved I need to file a case in consumer forum. My refund details is[protected]

        Hi Team,

        This is Anmol from Jammu. I booked a room on 8th July 2021 through yatra website for a domestic hotel booking id:[protected] in a so called DELUXE ROOM WITH LUXURIOUS FACILITIES, HOTEL TRINETRA, PATNITOP

        PLEASE SEE THE ATTACHED PICTURES TO GET A GIST OF MY EXPERIENCE.

        I am disappointed and sad to reiterate that this is a serious concern on Personal Hygiene, Safety, Customer Care, Satisfaction, Experience in such a pandemic time when Hotel Staff and Yatra doesn't care about any of these following concerns:

        - Pillows, Pillow Covers and Bedsheet dirty and stinky (used ones)
        - Rooms were stinky including bathroom
        - No basic inventory provided like Tea/Coffee sachets, Toiletry etc.
        - Dirty glasses, cups, electric kettle (used)
        - Wall covered with pan masala spits and what not
        - Burnt switch boards
        - Used slippers
        - Floor mat and all the material present inside the room was dirty and stinky

        No words to say anything further, I want a refund for my booking and apology for the inconvenience caused.

        I am already in contact with your team, but when i didn't get any resolution from you. I approached the Consumer Service to escalate the issue. I got an email from you stating that Refund can't be processed. I want refund and an apology for the inconvenience caused to us. You guys don't understand the concern or work towards it because i am not the only person in this world who would have reported such incident otherwise i shouldn't have faced this issue.

Please note Yatra takes 24 hours to process the refund, if payment has been made from a private bank, it will reflect in the same account within 2 to 3 working days and if payment has been made from a public sector bank, it will take up to 7 working days for the credit to reflect in your account.

            I have requested for my flight ticket refund on January 23, 2020. I booked Air India flight ticket through Yatra.com and missed my connecting Air India flight due to bad weather conditions. Air India agreed to refund the whole amount but Yatra is taking more than 1 year 6 months to process my refund. If Air India doesn't have problem in refunding then why Yatra is taking such a long time? Yatra booking reference number[protected].
            It clearly seems Yatra need no future customers.

                I was booking ticket . I tried to book 2 time one after the other for same ticket . 2 times my money was taken but the ticket was not booked. Transaction failed was shown in yatra page but amout 9788 was reduced and no ticket confirmed. What's this happening. Can u plz pay our amount back asap. Plz do respond

                    I have not received any refund from yatra even though I have been following up for over a year now! MORE THAN A YEAR !!!

                    Its MY hard earned money which is blocked and even amidst the crisis of covid you are not returning MY own money !

                    Whenever I follow up by mail they give me a tentative time of 3-4 months, then 40 days, then 30 days ..blah blah blah
                    Airline says they have already processed but these guys are not giving it !!!

                    Never trust Yatra with your money

                      Sir, after my flight ticket cancelled yatra has mentioned that they refund me on 07/06/2021and they mentioned that refund has been successfully credited in my account on 07/06/2021. According to them the money will be reflected in the account within 7 working day. And these 7 days are over till now(i. e I didn't get my money back. I have received a refund reference number through the mail and the reference number is as follow :

                        I was trying to book my rail ticket from yatra app from Patliputra to LTT but due to some technical errors my amount got deducted but tickets was not booked.I tried contacting customer care of yatra but i was unable to connect with them. I also emailed them regarding the issue but i didn't got any call from them, now it's more than 1 hour and I don't know how my money(Rs.11, 317)will be refunded. Please help me to resolve this issue.

                            We have booked Malaysian Airlines flights to Bali through Yatra.com online.PNR.U4FC8Q
                            Before a week of flight the flights were cancelled by the airlines.Afters 10s of emails to yatra and later realising that they do not have a office in Hyderabad, I tried to put mails once in a while.Even they are not reachble tgrough customer care.They replied aftwr 6mnths stating I can book again by Dec 2020...When the flights are not being operated, how can I rebook them.I mentioned the same and put up tens of mails again.After 6months they asked me for my bank details stating NEFT would be done and I provided them immediately in March.But till now not even a single response from their side. How pathetic they can be even without any response at all.This has been a kind of mental harassment for the past 15months.

                            I received a call today from a person saying he is from consumer complaints yatra backend team and gave a code for refund.Though I insisted on Neft through bank but they made me use the code and money was transeferred to their account from my account.
                            I understand this is the work of somebody from consumer complaints or yatra, otherwise how would they know I would receive a refund from yatra.Moreover they spoke so convincingly and said please mark as resolved after receiving the amount.
                            I shall not leave this here and surely will lodge a complaint on the two companies to the cyber crime regarding this open fraud.

                                  I had booked an Air India International flight via Yatra for travel in May. I was denied boarding at the airport due to new COVID related travel restrictions at the transit country. Air India said they would be able to issue a refund once Yatra submits an RA (Refund Application). I have been trying to get a confirmation from Yatra that they had submitted the RA and get the RA number so that I can follow up with Air India for 45 days now, but the support staff has kept bouncing me around. I keep getting a reply saying they will get back to me in 2-3 days, which they have said over 10 times now. Yatra does not even have a phone number I can reach them on, and they are taking advantage of the fact that I do not have a recourse through which I can contact them directly. All I need is the RA reference number (for the RA they submitted). Would greatly appreciate any help! This is honestly the worst customer experience I have ever had.

                                    I have booked a ticket for my aunty to travel from Visakhapatnam to Hyderabad on 20 April, 2021 for Air India(AI - 9537). But it got cancelled by Air India later before two to three days of Travel. I have been following up for refund till then but amount did not refunded till now.

                                    Initially Yatra refund status reads as refund in progress it will take some time to reflect, please come back and check in next 24 hours like that. But now it reads (We cannot find any refund initiation request for the reference number[protected]. If you have cancelled the ticket directly via the airline or the airline has cancelled the flight, please go to 'My bookings', select your booking, and click on 'Claim Refund' to initiate a refund request.
                                    Once the refund is initiated, you will get an SMS and email about the refund details.) as if I did not file any refund. I have got an email as well on 07 August, 2020 with refund number as well. But yet they say now that they are no refunds filed for this booking.

                                    At the same time now I can't see my booking in claim refund as well. Not sure why it did not show my booking if I did not file refund yet. Strangely my earlier communications with Yatra also not listed anymore on Yatra site, they are wiped off.

                                    Couple of weeks back I again tried reaching Yatra and they asked me to share either Passenger Bank Details or Yatra Acct Holder Bank Details to process refund. I replied with my Yatra Acct Holder Bank Details but the response I got is Yatra Acct Holder is not you (the details I shared) but the Passenger. I replied with details of Yatra Acct with screenshot and there after no response at all even after multiple followups almost every day.

                                    Yes Passenger name is Vani Sulochana Rachumallu who is my Aunty but I booked from my Yatra account and paid from my bank account.

                                    Anyways, should I share my bank details here ? I suggest you share your official email id to share the bank statement.

But After Payment The Extra Baggage Was Not Included Due To Yatra's Technical Issues Due To Which I Had To Pay Extra At The Airport Counter .Extra Baggage Cost Is Lesser At The Time Of Flight Booking Than Paying At Airport Counter .                                       Sorry for the trouble caused. As we investigated and found that as per booking records, we had received the amount of INR 9162 only instead of INR 13162 as mentioned on the shared screenshot under Yatra reference number[protected]. Please note we have not received the baggage amount from your end. Hence, it was not added at the time of booking. As per the update, the correct discount of INR 1200 was provided at the time of booking. Please be informed that as per the offer terms and conditions, the discount was INR 700 per person (Maximum INR 1200). We hope that the above information will suffice the purpose.

                                        Hi,

                                        Due to the pandemic, our flights to Amritsar, Leh and Jammu.

                                        Yatra had initiated a refund but hasn't made the payment in over a year. They have over 1, 00, 000 of our money which they need to refund.

                                        First;y, they do not have a customer care number for flight refunds. They only provide e-mail address to which they have not replied to in over a month after multiple follow-ups.
