I had booked a return ticket in March 2020 from Del to Chicago for 5th May 2020, due to US lockdown Tourists were not allowed to travel to US
I filed for my refund and got 4500 less that the amount I paid
I checked with AirIndia and they have issue a full refund
Why does Yatra has to charge 4500 for cancellations for no fault of the Pax

    I booked an International return ticket through yatra.com and travelled one way but return travel remain unutilized as flights were shut during the lockdown in July 2020. the airline / yatra promised a refund for the same. my booking No.[protected] about my unutilised New York to Mumbai one way ticket (Ticket No.125-[protected], PNR:S433ID) due to non operation of British Airways in the month of July 2020.
    since then I have been following up by numerous calls / emails for the refunds but they have been asking for more time every time.. they have taken my cancelled cheque with all bank details and have verified all details as much as possible but all for just passing more time.
    last email they sent was in July 2021 asking for 45 to 60 days for the final refund but till date I have not received the amount.

      I have recently tried to book hotel Delice at Bhilwara location through yatra.com but after payment deduction of 7703 rupees, yatra.com page failed and my booking not confirmed. Details are attached for more information

        Recently I made a booking for my daughter who is in the USA and is supposed to fly back to India on 15th Dec'21. Booking Reference no.:[protected], Complaint no. YA:28788918.

        All of a sudden I received an email from Yatra about cancellation of the Part booking. basically partial travel leg cancelled for both To & From journeys.

        Now i am not sure what to do. Neither customer care is trying to reach me nor responding to my email. nor can I call CC.

          I have booked hotel from yatra app using my UPI for Vishakapatnam on 25-27 stay. I paid the money using my upi and money got deducted from the account but when I opened the app there is no confirmation happened for the same. Also there is no history shown for any failure or confirmation about the same booking. I called hotel staff but they told there is no booking made with respect to my name. Please help to check this. I used [protected]@upi in and phone as: [protected] I made booking using name Diksha verma and got deducted total amount as 6155 rs. please find the screenshot for the above issue.

            Hi sir,

            I was trying to book hotel for 3 night stay using Yatra Mobile App. I decided to pay using GPay (google pay) App and payment was successful. However, after landing back to Yatra App nothing happened. My booking did not happen at all and no booking information only.

            I tried calling customer service but they asked me to send email to [protected]@yatra.com

            After sending email, I did not assigned any executive to solve my issue. I'm helpless now. Please try to get me refund of my money.

              I made a booking on Yatra website for a hotel on 21/09/2021 . Amount was deducted but due to unknown reasons my booking was unsuccessful. Tried contacting their Customer care which was of no use . Messaged their Email id, but that too turned out to be of no value. Lost my interview too by not reaching on time. So please atleast give my money back .

                I booked 3 rooms through yatra.com 17/09/21.
                The amount for my bolking got deducted but i didnt receive any booking confirmation.upon calling the toll free number the ivr said pls write to us as we have staff issues so then after writing to them they are giving no response.instead we get a mail that our problem is there priority.
                This is by far the most hopeless site for booking your travel.

                  Hi i am complaining about my flight cancellation refund. My flight under ref#[protected] for July 3rd. Which was cancelled by airlines due to Covid 19 restrictions.

                  I was told that the refund will be done with in 60 days. It is over 60 days now and refund is still not done. Please look into this matter and get the refund updated in my e-cash wallet. I want to book my next flight to India as soon as possible. Just waiting for the refund.

                  Also i was told that there will be an additional deduction from the refund for yatra convenience fee. I don't want to pay this because the cancellation was done by the air India, not me.
                  Please do not charge the convenience fee on cancellation and refund the full money as soon as a possible.

                    I have booked a Air India flight ticket from Jabalpur to Delhi on 30th Apr21 of Rs.4549/- for 05th May21 through Yatra.com mobile app. But during lockdown flight was cancelled by Airlines. I called up to Air India customer care and they informed me that they will process my full refund of Rs.4549/- within 5 working days. But I haven't received yet. Again I called up to Air India many times but they answered me that speak with the Yatra.com where you have booked the ticket. And when I called up to Yatra.com they said once they will received the refund from Airlines then they will process my refund. It's more than 4 months now and I haven't received my refund yet. I regularly call up to Yatra.com and even sent an emails as well but not still not getting my refund.

                    Please help me out to get my refund of Rs.4549/-.

                      I have booked ticket for darbhanga to Pune on 10 may and cancelled one month before that. I have got the message my money will partially refunded but it's being 3 month still I have not got my money. Please look it into matter I don't want to loose hard earned money.                         My ticket cancellation fees have not yet been returned. On November 19, 2020, I canceled my ticket. I sent several emails to yatra infoservice and received the same response "We regret to notify you that your airline refund has been delayed. To follow up on your refund request, we're working closely with our airline partners." I want my money back, not an apology. Please, do the needful!

                                  This is regarding refund of E ticket no[protected] of a senior citizen person which yatra has processed from its own and taken refund from Air India without any request initiated from my side (Traveller side). Due to which we have faced so many difficulties and 35000 expense on funds for booking the new ticket .

                                  After long chain of followup on calls and mails Yatra responded that they will give only Rs 13000 against Rs 35000 ticket and also intimated that refund is auto processed from Airlines and we can not do anything about the deductions made by airlines.

                                  I Have bought ticket from Yatra and yatra is responsible for any deductions made by auto processed refund from Airlines or if it is from Yatra. When traveller have not initiated refund why traveller bear the deductions that too 23000 Rs deduction.

                                  Ticket details and events details are as below:

                                  This ticket was originally booked from Yatra for travel of delhi to Chicago and Chicago to delhi in 2020 which we could not use due to lockdown and rescheduled it for 2021 from AIR INDIA office for following dates:

                                  Traveler details- Shri Bhagwan tyagi

                                  16 March 2021 - Delhi to Chicago
                                  23 Jul 2021 - Chicago to Delhi

                                  My father Shri Bhagwan tyagi boarded the flight on 16 March 2021 successfully. when I called Air India to change the date of 23 July 2021 which is scheduled from Chicago to delhi, it was informed by Air India representatives that Yatra has already taken refund for this ticket.

                                  Now Yatra is telling me that they have not processed the refund and airlines did.

                                  Issue is that both airlines and Yatra getting benefitted out of it and deductions of tune of Rs 23000 bear by traveller for no fault. I request this forum to initiate action against the same and penalize Yatra for his actions which not only harassing their customers by doing frauds monetray but also giving mental harrasement to do all these things. and reuest to refund my entire amount

                                    I booked two tickets with Yatra.com. Please find the ticket details below.

                                    I missed the flight so I asked AirAsia to refund me No Show money so AirAsia have refunded my No Show money but Yatra is refusing to refund the money. Yatra is saying that I need to pay convenience fee again but I already paid the convenience fee to them while buying the ticket. Yatra.com is not even have helpline number to talk to them and resolve the issue.

                                    Thanks for helping out. AirAsia have refunded 701 rupees per ticket for now show/Airport Tax. So total refund money should be 701*2 = 1402 (for both the tickets) but the refund amount I got from you is 111 rupees and 324 rupees only (Received amount in two transaction). Can you please explain why you are not refunding the complete NO SHOW refund money that is 701 per ticket and in total for both the ticket is 1402.

Please note incase of cancellation/ no-show refund apart from the Airline charges, Yatra service fee of INR 400 per person is applicable and any promotion discount availed at the time of booking is non-refundable. And booking will be made on Tuesday now.On tuesday i contacted the HOD of GUT. She promised me to to get connected with the doctor but i couldn't contact.                                         Mentally Traumatized By Mr. Kumar Abhinav/Mr.Akash Upadhyay, Made Payment of Rs.128750, For A ticket issuance, Reference Number[protected], When I called 5-10 Times they are saying allow 2 hours, now saying 24-48 Hours, who will compensate if fare increases by tomorrow, I told them to issue the ticket or refund back the amount, they said wait for 24-48 hours. Please Its a request to take strict action against them.
