This is regarding refund reference no.[protected]. It's one year still have not received amount from your end. Your nos are working. Air line too have refunded to you but you people are not refunding amount. Spice jet have refunded to you but you people have kept it in ecash. Which we cannot use Total amount have to received from you 30600. But still not received.
Request you to refund whole amount.

      Today I tried to book flight from HYD to Raipur for 2adult I got the payment linked while booking on your site yatra.com through UPI payment BHIM app which I approve the payment and the Amount deducted from my account through UPI Ref no[protected] for Amount Rs 8832.00 on[protected]:05:08.
      But when I didn't got confirmation from yatra.com
      Please do the needful to return my amount.

        I had scheduled a flight from Sharjah to Trivandrum on March 1st through Yatra, but the flight got cancelled. I had contacted the airlines and they refunded the amount back to Yatra. Upon claiming my refund on the app, they asked if I'd like to claim the money back to my bank account, for which I opted the same. Its been almost 3weeks and the refund has not yet been credited to my account. I've already emailed the complaint multiple times, yet no response. Also, the refund due shown in the app is almost 1000rs short.

          I have booked my ticket from Raipur to Jaipur via Air India flight for 19th March. The payment was made via Gpay. The payment has been deducted from my account but no ticket / booking confirmation received.
          Have written multiple mails to yatra team since yesterday but no response. The flight booking is of today 19th March 2021.
          Even spoke to Air India team and they do not have booking by our name

              We cancelled ticket for some reason. But we yet not received any communication from Yatra End.

                We have booked Air ticket of Air India Flight on 28 Feb 2021 for 20 March 2021 from Raipur To Mumbai.

                      I booked to and from tickets last year from Yatra. For onward journey I booked Indigo flight and for Return, it was SPICEJET. Both the flights were cancelled due to lockdown. Indigo promptly issued refund and Yatra processed the refund to my account. However, for SpiceJet, the airlines delayed the refund. After several follow ups, I found out that SpiceJet has issued the refund as well. Yatra keeps stating that SpiceJet has issued credit shell but I have clear email confirmation from Spicejet that the actual amount itself has been refunded to Yatra. Yatra fails to credit the amount to my account despite several follows. Its just disgusting behaviour and feel very cheated.

                        In January 2020 i booked two return tickets between Copenhagen, Denmark and Kolkata, India for myself and my wife of Air India to travel in April from Yatra.com . Then COVID stuck and all the flights were cancelled. Later India Govt. and Air lines announce that all the tickets can be rescheduled. But in August 2020, AIR INDIA (my airlines in this case) stopped all flights between Copenhagen, Denmark and Kolkata, India. So my ticket became null and void. So when i reached out to yatra in September 2020 they informed my ticket will be refunded in full and request is already raised. But since then my refund is stuck and Yatra is still not taking any proper action. For last six months the only answer i am getting is that request is pending from airlines end. Hence i contacted Air India from my end and they clearly mentioned that as it is 3rd party ticket hence responsibility lies with Yatra to get the refund completed not with them. Now i am raising this concern so that proper action can be taken and i get my money refunded as soon as possible.

                                  Bus Cancelled by operator, I booked bus in yatra.com but got cancellation message from ABHIBUS with Same PNR Number AT[protected] and I confirmed with bus operator as well. All the relevant Screenshots have been attached, no response from yatra even after several emails and no customer care number for yatra.

                                  Some how I managed to talk to them over Flight Booking support number, and they said they've initiated the refund now and given a reference number for this refund request, reference number was 27358350, and said it'll take 7-10 days to return the refund, let's see what's gonna happen.

                                    I booked a Lodge using Yatra.com.
                                    Booked Lodge: Aruna Lodge
                                    Location: Gingee
                                    Booking ID: TG:27057231
                                    Check in : 24th Jan and Check out: 25th Jan
                                    When I reached the location, I was informed by Aruna Lodge owner that he never registered his Lodge in any online booking portal.
                                    I tried calling customer care of Yatra but no one picked. I even dropped an email to support I'd but got a reply after 2 days.If Yatra cannot verify in person then why getting listed as service provider. It's we the common people who is struggling when the service is not provided.
                                    Either they have to properly verify the location in person else attend the customer when they need help with valid customer support.
                                    More over Yatra charged over 3000rs for ac room but the actual room rent is just 1500rs as updated by Aruna Lodge owner.
                                    This seems to be new kind of scam and Yatra seems to be supporting the scammers instead of customers which I feel by the way I got reply for the complain email

                                      Booking ref[protected] . The airlines had cancelled the flight and raised a full refund 12402 to yatra .                                         My flight ticket was cancelled by the airline due to covid and they have refunded my money to Yatra. In my Yatra account the money is reflected (only half of the total money paid). Now I need to travel but I am unable to do the booking at Yatra website. When I try to login to the Yatra website it suggests to logon to new website which I cannot do so. When my brother tries to login to the new website he is able to do so with his email ID. This looks like Yatra is purposefully avoiding me to login since I have credit in my account.
